I actually went back and raised mdzs to 3.75 because I was giving shit like six of crows 5 stars and I was like I am going to be so real here you are not better than mdzs

#mdzs IS actually pretty good. or is it. am I biased? overcorrecting? misremembering?#I can never be sure bc I will never be able to detatch it from my rmotions abt the show #yeah the treatment of SA sucks. yeah the side characters don't get a lot. yeah the structure is confusing and frustrating #yeah the plot is kind of boring #but like....the concept the action the humor the drama the characterizations the family dynamics some of the romantic themes. sigh #I did rank it higher than tgcf. always a h/l hater even tho I think tgcf does a lot technically better #cor reads
