why the fuck is my mom matrying herself over going out to eat on her birthday. how
#me#text#she said last wednesday she kind of just wanted to stay in and eat chicken#i figured she and momma talked about it#she and I go back and forth about when we could actually do her birthday and she says the weekend#we figure out that xyz date works for everyone coming#this gets decided as going out to eat after the thanksgiving dinner also on that day because we were planning on leaving before food anyway#and half the people coming wanted to go out to eat after that anyway#saturday is a bust for illness reasons#dinner gets rescheduled for her actual birthday#idk fucking why#I coulda sworn I asked (brother) if he just wanted to come over but w/e#and she comes to me today asking what her birthday plans are.#girl wtf do I know it just got rescheduled to wednesday as the same thing we were gonna do on Saturday#and she goes oh I was just thinking about people coming here for gifts#im like okay#it's your birthday#and she says no it's fine I just think the going out to eat thing was because of the original plan for after that thanksgiving party#that's all#and leaves#like ????????????????????????#wtf#just say you wanna stay in#I do not fucking understand#how are you this incapable of making decisions for yourself#you could have just said I Prefer Not To Go Out For My Birthday#even if you were snippy or it was inconvenient there's a lot of leeway in this house for birthday plans#christ fucking alive#especially NOW like it would be EASIER to say you want to celebrate your birthday here and not there??#Fucking 5pm before I have to get up at 5 am the night before fuck me
