#listened to 'the curious incident of the doctor in the night-time' today#(one-part story in the collection 'breaking bubbles')#I appreciate that not only is Six apparently next-door-to-canonically-autistic [why did no one tell me this]#but also the thing that specifically pings it for somebody in this audio#is their observation that he cannot read/infer emotions - he has absolutely no idea what anyone around him is feeling#which is what I always say!! and apparently nev fountain agrees with me#*pats self on back*#[I think if people don't pick up on this they end up thinking six is even ruder and more arrogant than he is#I mean he IS often rude and arrogant on purpose but he is also often apparently rude and arrogant because he is misreading somebody's cues]
