Rose: *Wakes up and starts panicking* Wh-Where am I?!

Dark Pit: *goes over to her* calm down, you’re ok. You’re in Viridi’s place. I brought you here so you could rest.

Rose: *Calms down and pulls down her mask there appeared to be a cut on her lip* Sorry. Look, I’ve overstayed my welcome. I need to get going. *She stands up and winces at the pain shooting up her leg*

Dark Pit: You can’t and won’t go anywhere in your condition right now. You pushed yourself too far during the fight in town. Besides, you’re not overstaying anything. You’re fine to stay here for as long you need it.

Rose: *She Shakes her head and tries to walk* I’m fine. I need to get going. *As soon as she puts weight on her leg she falls back down on the bed in pain* I...I guess you’re right. Maybe I should stay.

Dark Pit: of course. What’s making you so eager to leave though? *sits on a nearby chair*

Rose: It’s nothing. Just for protection. My own and those around me. *She fully removes her face mask revealing the scars on her face* Many people hate me for what I do. I’m a vigilante. And I fight for justice.

Dark Pit: Ah, I see now. Don’t need to worry for now, you’re safe here. Sorry to hear how people think of you. You must’ve been through a lot, seeing from those scars.

Rose: Yeah, I have. Like a said a lot of people hate me. Most want me dead. And sometimes I’m hired out. In fact, I had just finished a job when I ran into you.

Dark Pit: hmm… Mind if I ask what made you into a vigilante?

Rose: The injustice served to me after someone killed a friend of mine. I forged my first weapon and took justice into my own hands. People found out and started to ask me to help them.

Dark Pit: Right. Understandable. Always better to things yourself anyway, rather than rely on others.

Rose: Yeah, it is. But in doing it, you make a lot of enemies. *She scratches her head* Many have made attempts at my life. *She points to a scar in the cook of her neck* This was the first attempt someone had tried. Let’s just say no one heard their scream. My line of work isn’t pretty. But it’s what I have to do. I’ll never forget the dying words of my friend. She told me to never stop fighting for what was right.

Dark Pit: heh, doing what’s right huh? Well, any sort of violence isn’t pretty but you gotta do what ya gotta do. Usually I don’t go out of my way to help others, that’s Pit’s job, and whenever his goddess tells him to. I just go around as I wish, helping or not.

Rose: *closes her eyes* the gods and goddesses. I look up to them. The decisions they have to make. While I may not entirely agree with them you can’t help but admire their strength.

Dark Pit: Hmph… I suppose. I’m not exactly their biggest fan. I don’t like the way they handle things. Not much better than humans at times.

Rose: to each their own. I’m not one to judge. Hell, I kill people for a living, kinda.

Dark Pit: Heh, I’m not one to judge either. Well, their occupation anyway.

Rose: so you said I was at Viridi’s place. Isn’t she the goddess of nature?

Dark Pit: yeah, she is. I may not be happy with gods but she’s the only one I’ll tolerate due to similar interests. So, whenever I need somewhere to I go, I come here.

Rose: Is there any way we can get my leg looked at? I hope I just sprained something but I wanna be sure it’s nothing serious.

Dark Pit: sure. I’ll carry you to the medical room. Don’t want you to walk and make it worse. *picks her up*

Rose: Eep! *Wraps her hands around Dark Pit* D-Don’t drop me.

Dark Pit: Don’t worry, I won’t *he flies over to the Medical Room, preferring to fly rather than walk*

Rose: *closing her eyes she holds onto Dark Pit tightly*

Dark Pit: *soon arrive at the Room* here we are *he puts her on a chair and gets something to check her leg*

Rose: *Catches her breath as she waits for Dark Pit. She pulls up the sleeve of her shit revealing more scars on her arms. Sighing she runs her other hand over the scars.*

Dark Pit: *once he finds what he needs, he goes back over to Rose. he sees the scars but doesn’t ask or say anything about it. He then checks her leg* Lucky, it’s just sprained. You’ll be fine, just don’t walk on it too much.

Rose: Cool. *She sighs and pulls her sleeve back down.* There wouldn’t happen to be some clothes that I could change into? I need to wash these ones.

Dark Pit: Should be, I’ll see what Viridi’s got. *looks for clothes for Rose*

Rose: *grabs her katana in its sheath and puts it near her, along with her shurikens. Finally she removes her face mask and sets it near her weapons.*

Dark Pit: *once finding something, he returns to Rose* Here you go, hope it fits

Rose: *Takes the clothes.* Uhh, there a place where I can change, or could you please turn around or leave?

Dark Pit: Oh, right. I’ll leave the room *Does so and leaves her to change*

Rose: *Quickly changes into the clothes, not wanting to see the scars on her body* Ok, I’m done. You can come back in.

Dark Pit: *once hearing her give the ok, he enters the room again* Ok. So, how’re the clothes? They fit alright?

Rose: *She nods* Yeah, they’re fine. Thanks

Dark Pit: Good. … So, what were you planning to do after you finished your job?

Rose: Find a new town, I can’t stay in the same town for long. I make everyone a target if I do.

Dark Pit: Don’t ya have some time to enjoy something? Just go into a field or something and just relax a little?

Rose: *Looks at Dark Pit with an annoyed look* Easy to say when people aren’t trying to kill you all the time. There is no time for me to relax, I need to be ready at all times to defend myself.

Dark Pit: Ok, ok. Well, I don’t get hunted all the time, from what I’m aware of, but there’s still enemies out for my blood. Pit has it worse though. But, you need to know when to let go. Even if you’re constantly on the lookout, there’s always time to relax at sometime.

Rose: *She sighs* I guess you’re right, it’s just difficult at times. *She walks closer to Dark Pit and held out her arm showing him the scars that she had* These are from a time when I was younger, when my friend was the one who protected me. She, too, was a justice seeker but in a different way. Anyway, one night someone came to try and hurt her, by attempting my life. After that, she started to teach me how to defend myself. She always hoped that I wouldn’t have to turn to the harsh side of vigilantes. *She paused to pull her arm back and take a breath* However, when another attempt on my life occurred she realized that the only way I would be safe would be to become like night, to become a true vigilante. That’s why I tend to hide my face, and attempt to change the color of my eyes. *As if to prove that she was telling the truth pulled a contact out of her eye revealing that her actual eye color was hazel. She replaced the contact making her eyes blue* That’s all I want to say at this time, is there a place where I can sleep?

Dark Pit: *He was taken back a bit by her story, hearing what had happened and now understanding a bit more* I see. I won’t force you to say anything you don’t want to. Either tell me in your own time or not at all. I understand a bit more now. Anyway, for sleeping, I’ll take you to one of the bedrooms.

Rose: *Nods* Are you gonna carry me like you did to get me here?

Dark Pit: Yup. unless you want to try walking for a little bit.

Rose: I can try. But if it’s too painful I’ll let you know. *She stands back up and walks to the door, pitting most of her weight on her good leg* By the way, do I get to meet Viridi? Or is she busy doing whatever the goddess of nature does?

Dark Pit: Alright, and I’m sure you’ll meet Viridi soon. She’s never really too busy. *Follows Rose and stays next to her*

Rose: Just lead the way to the room. *She sighs as she continues to walk* And, uhh

thanks again.

Dark Pit: Alright, and no problem. *he begins to walk to the room, walking slow enough for her to keep up*

Rose: *Once they came up to the room, she turns to Dark Pit.* So this’ll be my room? And, there is a place where I can wash my clothes, right?

Dark Pit: Yep and Yep. I can show you where when you want.

Rose: Ok I’ll let you know when I’ve fully calmed down. *Walks into the room and sits on the bed*

Dark Pit: Alright. I’ll leave you to yourself and let you calm down. I’ll tell Viridi we’ve got company
