Thank you for sharing the news and congrats to the players for finally having the usual global standard concerning trades and free agency.

Still wild to me how some supposed fans claim it's a bad idea for the players to have this kind of control other their life ...either concerning trade or draft ...

I doubt if facing similar demands in their work environment would go over well with them ... e.g. being drafted without any influence where or which company in a regular job

Also!!! Players were leading this!!! They asked for this. To quote queen Tori Huster in the Vanity Fair article: “The draft is something that’s celebrated, and it’s something that we fucking hate.”

Six players were at the bargaining table live (including 3 spirit/former spirit players in Tori, Barney, and Hatchy). The bargaining committee total had 40+ players, with every team represented. This has been in the works for a year.

Players! Wanted! This!!!! They know what’s best for them!!!
