it was subtle at first. in a battle, his attack animation lingered a moment too long. his sprite paused, eyes trained on the screen as if staring through it.

no. not the screen. at you.

you blinked. maybe it was just lag. glitchy animation. you moved on.

but it happened again. and again.

soon, he stopped responding to the same commands. while your other cookies marched dutifully into combat, dark choco would hesitate. his frame would shudder, and sometimes… sometimes you could swear you heard something. a low whisper, not part of the ost. not part of the game.

"why do you make me fight?…"

you froze the first time you heard it. your volume had been up. no lines like that existed in his character sheet. you checked online forums. nothing. then, it got worse.

the game updated one night. you hadn’t touched it. but when you opened it the next morning, the title screen was different. dark choco cookie stood alone in a blackened field, lightning cracking silently in the background. his sword was buried in the ground. his eye was… open.

he was looking directly at you. you almost dropped your phone.

in the next days, he began to speak more. not scripted lines. not in battles. but in the moments in between. when the screen dimmed. when you hovered too long over his character profile.

"you keep touching my name. why?" "do i amuse you? or… do you pity me?"

there was no voice acting. but you could hear him. like his voice echoed inside your head, raw and tired and furious. and then one day, he said your name. your real name. the one you’d never typed into the game.

Well after moving in and getting a internship you had got the first task of your career: Design 3 hero suits and sumbit them to the respective heros. Sounds easy looking at each new fist year you saw your very first guinea pigs; Ida, Monoma, and Bakugo. Ida was perfect after seeing his quick and grabbing some help from the tech teams you made a beautiful looking robot suit perfect for mobility, then Monoma has a copying quirk but has more of a regal asshole type behavior with some time periods research and grabbing his input you created him a very fine suit. Then Bakugo and as you remeber he was an pain in the ass...

FIRSTLY, he already had an design in mind which was terrible, the gauntlets were nice but it didn't have any practicality with how big they were, then the outfit was giving him enough arm area for him to move very restrictive like he wearing velcro, then he had the nerve to add a mask which is never cute on ANYTHING. Telling him his faults was like talking to a argumentative wall he wouldn't just listen but, after three long nights of making specialized gaulets, finding a cloth that would help him produce more sweat, and a mask design you made him hero costume which he didn't say he liked nor disliked. After your first task you fix up any things like Deku bunny ear thing which was totally a werid kink you think he has... and Momo having trouble with zippers, and bakugo came to you alot more when it came to updating his suit with miniscule things like a button.

So, after like literally months of him just coming g to me and making work more than I should we finally exchange numbers and instagrams! He doesn't have many follwers nor does he post but it's ok my page had enough room and after a few videos of us hanging out and posting my followers made us a ship name! It was sooo cute but he just scoff and said it wouldn't happen, such a liar.

☆ Suki really into petnames despite earlier setting he loves the sappy nicknames like suki babes, pookie, sukiies and anything over the top because it apart of your nature! He loves how you text with various emotions because he texts pretty bland and he loves cuddles alot even when it's hot he likes holding you. It really stems from the fact nobody but his friends couldn't truly give him a hug and his mom and dad the only one who really can get to him so having a partner really pushed his clingy nature up to 100000.9% He likes your American accent on some words in Japanese despite him speaking English clearly in an accent he likes to mock a southern accent if your from the south.

☆ Now onto the kinda of sad part, Suki can't really hear himself loudly because his explosion are pretty loud his hearing declines more and more, and you figured it out when you called for his name loudly from a room away and he never came til you had to closely come up to him so as his personal design you made hearing aids for him and his suit which helped a lot during missions. But once you told him about his hearing he got it check out, he had the hearing of a old man practically and out of that outcme he listens to your voice alot more just incase he won't hear it again

SPEAKING OF FRIENDS, you are an official member of bakusquad your co-captain, first Lady, even the best member because he just proclaims you as such no matter what your always with bakusquad doing dumb shit (you usually record it) or despite his attitude towars him are with deku and his friends which he doesntlike how close you and shots got over a kid show but hey... ( he watched the show and he got so instred he has a tiny merchant area in his dorm)

☆ Katsuki parents are fashion designers so he knows a little bit about fashion wven though his first hero design wasn't great ge had a solid frame so any fashion dilemma you have is solved with him, he does not sugarcoat though if that shit is ulgy he says it with he FULL chest

Give me your relationship headcanons for Dark Choco and Dark Cacao immediately

Oh, man, I have too many awful headcanons for their relationship. I personally don't really like how so many people portray their relationship as wholesome when... it's really not. To me, their relationship was doomed from the start because Dark Cacao is just too busy and mentally unstable to even be a parent. I'm obviously not gonna mention my "Dark Cacao forgot his son's 5th birthday" headcanon again, so I'll just start with my other headcanons lol.

1.) When Dark Choco was a child, he was left alone for days, with no one to look after him except for the watchers and a handful of servants here and there. The only time he would even get to see Dark Cacao was for training or studying to become a great king, just like him. The constant absence of Dark Cacao has left Dark Choco with very bad abandonment problems and an inferiority complex.

2.) After "The Birthday Incident" (*cough cough* Dark Cacao forgetting his son's 5th birthday *cough cough*), Dark Cacao decides to assign three maids to Dark Choco to entertain him and keep him company. Whenever Dark Cacao was too busy to be with his son, the maids would attend to the little prince to make him feel loved. If anything, Dark Choco still considers those maids as more parental figures than his own father to this very day.

3.) Whenever Dark Choco didn't do well on a training exercise or test, Dark Cacao would always ask his son why didn't he do better? Why didn't he go the extra mile to succeed like he did when he was his son's age? This behavior still persisted, even when Dark Choco did really well. Why didn't he get a perfect score? Why didn't he try harder? Dark Choco could never fully please Dark Cacao, never fulfilling his desire for a perfect heir who was just like him. To this day, Dark Choco has a constant fear of not being good enough.

4.) In the present, Dark Cacao and Dark Choco's relationship still hasn't fully healed. Many would even mistake them as brothers who constantly argue and fight, not father and son. Dark Cacao hasn't fully come to terms that he hasn't been a good father to Dark Choco, and Dark Choco is gaslighting himself into believing he forgives his father when he really doesn't. Dark Cacao hasn't shown him that he has changed his ways yet.

5.) As I've mentioned before, Dark Cacao and Dark Choco constantly bicker and fight with one another, even over the smallest things. Whether it be a traumatic memory or which path they need to take, an argument will start. Guess who's the one who defaults to calling the other one names... yeah, it's Dark Choco. It's somewhat hinted in Kingdom that Dark Choco has a smug, snarky side to him and it will show whenever he argues with Dark Cacao.

"I have ripped your eye out once, I can rip that tongue out as well!" "I can only hope your back doesn't rip out of place while you make an attempt..."

Such a patient and caring man, he knew how tired his precious girl was from a full day of shopping for all the Christmas decorations (that naturally he paid for), and organising the Christmas celebration for the next week. so of course he made you sit down on the couch while he made you both hot cocoa and brought your fave choco chip cookies, and peppermint candy-cane treats. He can't blame you, he would never blame his princess, not when you just get so desperate for him; Making it so hard for him to keep his composure.

I like the idea of Sy and Zane having a similar type of summon (Zane gets Bahamut, spoilers) with them both being creatures that fly, a dragon and a big bird. But Sy's is weaker in power and has a gentler spirit, but that spirit is strong. Very thematically accurate for them.

He could also have Doomtrain to sync up with his deck archetype I think that would be funny

Lore: Purple Yam was baked in extreme temperatures…multiple times. He has had anger issues since then and always wants to fight. He had fought Dark Choco in a tournament in the past and he wants to fight him again. At some point, he and Milk started traveling together to fight the darkness and find the Dark Cacao prince. He does play a role in An Oath Lit by Beacons.

Personality: Purple Yam is abrasive and will always act aggressively. He will always challenge a Cookie to a fight if they appear strong. He is known to be a foil to Milk.

Skills: Purple Yam's Skill is called Purple Tornado. This skill causes Purple Yam to spin around in a tornado and causes periodic area damage and he will become briefly resistant to interrupting effects. And with his Magic Candy, his skill Cooldown is reduced and he gets a Berserker’s Fury buff every 15 seconds which he will become less affected by Knockback and Flying. Once it is stacked four times, the Berserker’s Spirit buff activates.

Costumes: Purple Yam has one costume called Hot Baked Yam. It can be obtained at any point in the game, is part of a costume set, and does not have a special effect.

it was like 11 something pm, i was doing something on my laptop (i forgot what it was, i just know for sure i wasn't watching the 8th season of Winx - one episode of that shit was enough for me), and i started feeling sleepy. so i thought "hmmmm i should just go to sleep now WHILE I'M SLEEPY so i can get up early tomorrow for my exam in the morning". and it was a good plan, i swear it was.

so i went to wash the rest of the dishes from dinner, brushed my teeth (without bleeding too much this time, slay), dressed my pjs, tried to decide if i should sleep with the pillow that mister Choco Milk (that's his nickname) used last night when he came over or not (decided against, it no longer smelled like him, i will now cry about it), got in my bed and tried my best to NOT touch my phone.

yeah well, i did not fall asleep.

instead i created this whole BL story in my head about a korean boy who moved to America at a young age, who started to listen to kpop and pratice kpop dances because it was a way to still feel like he was back home (since his parents tried to americanize their lives), and he had to stay a few weeks with his neighbors because his parents that to go back to South Korea for family business, and he had to socialize with the neighbors' son who is a hotty in a very natural, Helia from Winx way, who plays volleyball, and the whole purpose of their relationship is for mister Helia to help Korean guy to open up more and bring back his asian life he so missed, by telling his mom to cook korean food more often while he was staying over, or watching korean shows, and then they would fall in love and yadda yadda yadda (i didn't get much farther from there). because why? MY BRAIN DIDN'T GET SLEEPY AT ALL.

so now I'm here, at 3:10am thinking about The New Six latest comeback (it's a banger), and the pretty tiktoker from New Zealand that always looks like a lilac fairy dressed by Vivienne Westwood (i had to google her name), and the collection of tiktoks i have saved to show my mister Choco Milk because i am slightly whipped for him but ANYWAYS.

so yeah, i have an english 6 exam in about 6 hours, to which i studied quite a bit (doing that fucking project helped with it, ngl), and I'm thinking about the best outfit i can wear so that i will look stylish and slay in case i mess anything up (dumb, always, badly dressed, never) and because after that i will go to downtown with my friend to buy pads for my soon to arrive bloodshed, AND be able to hide my phone in case Mr.Packett decides for us to "leave the cellphone on the table", because i am afraid i will need it.

i am also thinking about the exam that i have on wednesday (that i thought would only be next week but ah, i was mistaken) to which i really need to pass (otherwise i will need to stay another semester to finish my degree (which most likely will happen)), yet i have very low chances to get a good grade. because the only thing i know about women from the 13th century is that they were hairy, had lots of babies, and were witches.

another thing that popped in my mind during this "should be sleeping but am very much awake" session (that actually never left my head pffff) is mister Choco Milk because he lives in my head rent free. him sleeping in my bed? or me sleeping in his? his smell? him existing? engraved in my head so harshly I WILL K*LL MYSELF! being this attracted to the male species, to ONE specific example of the male species, for NO FUCKING REASON will be the death of me. i cannot stop myself from thinking corny things and i think that's everything but beautiful (however i do love feeling all lovey dovey from time to time, it's good when you're surrounded by shit of any type, from everywhere, so thank you Choco Milk for allowing me to not go as crazy as i could've if not for your lovely kisses and lovely ****).

🛠 Basic Information

Name: Data "Byte" the Goat. Species: Nigerian Dwarf Goat. Height: 88 cms (2'11''). Type: Tech / Flight. Alignment: Evil. Occupation: Programmer & Mechanic. Home: Starline Base Sigma.

✨How did you come up with the OC’s name? 

At first, Byte had a very generic name (or at least for the sonic franchise) so I had this small list of possible names for them in case I needed them.

When the moment came, I held a small poll for people to pick their favorite and "Byte" along with "Data" were the most voted for. Since I liked both of them I decided to combine them! And it fits Byte, since a byte is the smallest memory unit that a computer can have and Byte is pretty small (They used to be smaller tho, they were 75 cms)

🌼  - How old are they? (Or approximate age range)

Byte is currently 25 years old. At the beginning of the story (around when Starline brought Eggman back to his former glory) they were 24, but they age throughout the events.

🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)?

Yes! They're in love with Dr. Starline, their boss/partner in crime.

Both are incredibly amoral and they LOVE it, sharing the same vision of the world, the same passion for Eggman and his creations and even the same mentality, which allows them to understand each other quite well. With time they've developed a good harmony and synchronization whenever they're working together, even encouraging each other in the most vile acts and enjoying every second of it.

🍕  - What is their favorite food?

Cookies! They adore them, especially the choco chip cookies.

💼  - What do they do for a living?

They used to be a programmer for the Eggman Empire, but currently they're the assistant and right-hand-man to Dr. Starline. They fulfill any task assigned by the platypus, performs maintenance on Starline's badniks and helps him to program anything he needs. At the same time, Starline is teaching them how to be a mechanic so they can be even more useful.

Yes! They love drawing, tinkering with machines and robots, designing their own badniks, performing maintenance on robots, creating their own little robots/machines and playing with their chao.

Programming, they're an expert on it, it's what they do best.

Likes:

Chocolate and desserts, especially if said desserts are made of chocolate.

Byte best memory is when they started working for the Eggman Empire. They're really grateful for that, since it improved their life quality. Sure, Eggman is not the friendliest person to work with, but it was fair better than their old life. They got to do what they liked the most, which was working with robots, so it was like a dream come true for them.

✂️   - What is one of your OC’s worst memories?

Byte's worst memories are from their entire childhood. Living with their parents was a complete nightmare for them, having to enture the constant physical and verbal fights of their parents (in which they tended to get hurt) and their abuse towards them. The only salvage part of their childhood was being friends with Smithy.

Nope! their first design was this one :3c

🍀  - What originally inspired the OC?

At first, Byte was created to be my sonicsona, so they were inspired by myself, using my physical traits at the moment (short blonde hair, freckles, tan skin and short height), the species of my toonsona (goat), my degree (computer engineer) and turning my personality into a villainous one so they could fit in the Eggman Empire. But as Byte developed, they stopped representing me and became their own independent character!

Sci-fi and Steampunk!

Byte is an agender asexual! (They/she)

None, they're only child.

Terrible, Byte's parents were awful people who always mistreated them and hurt them emotionally and physically, so they ran away from their home and joined the Eggman Empire. They haven't had contact with their parents ever since.

🧠  - What do you like most about the OC?

What I like the most about Byte is their design, personality and dynamic with Starline. At first I wasn't sure of their design, I was insecure about it even, but eventually it grew on me and I've come to appreciate it.

Their personality has always been super fun to me, I have a soft spot for mischievous villains who have fun causing chaos and enjoy what they do.

And their dynamic with Starline is basically Chaos x Order, which is super fun to play with :D

For the longest time, I considered that Lanolin the Sheep and Tangle the Lemur would be Byte's rival, but I'm reworking that, so we'll see who ends up being their rival 👀

4 years! 5 this year.

This is another one no one asked for, but it was one I wanted to do. They’re a bit high up on my list (though surprisingly not as high as I thought, they’re on the low end of my top 25), but I was struggling to come up with ideas and I had some for them, so I decided to do them

Originally it was just going to be one like my others, and I was going to do Choco Vine, but then I thought “oh hey, those molten lava cakes would work for a darkyam kid too”, and put that on my notes, but then I couldn’t decide which to do. Then later I was told about ube rolls and thought that would work for one too, so I was in a dilemma trying to figure out which to do. But then I thought, “why not do all three?” And so yeah, that’s what I did. Took quite a while, was working on this both today and yesterday, though I suppose that’s understandable given that there’s three of them

So Choco Vine is named after chocolate vines, aka akebi, which has a purplish flower hat smells like chocolate. It does have a fruit but I opted for the flower instead

For Lava Fudge, he’s named after molten chocolate cakes, aka lava cakes. I don’t quite remember where the “fudge” bit came from, but I thought it worked. I chose that because chocolate, and also Purple Yam tends to be associated with fire and heat, so a “lava cake” just fits

And then ube rolls are cakes made with Ube, aka purple yams. And the stripe of white reminded me of Dark Choco’s white stripes

Let’s see, their designs…I’m trying to think of things to say

Okay, so Choco Vine’s hair is supposed to be like the flower, even if it doesn’t really embody the shape. The flower has these little purple bits in the middle (they look more purple in other pictures), so I just added it at the top of her hair, and it also looks like a little bow. I always envisioned Choco Vine as a little girl, but I think when I made her and all her siblings, she became slightly younger. For context she’s around 3-4. So she’s probably a lot smaller, but I can’t really indicate that without her getting too small to draw. But she’s small enough that any one of them, even Ube Roll, can pick her up with one hand. Also she has a little cardboard tube (a flimsy one) because she likes to smack literally everything in her radius, and Dark Choco and Lava Fudge thought it was the best way to make sure she doesn’t get hurt doing it, or that she cause too much damage to the things she smacks. She can upgrade to a proper weapon once she’s older and stops hitting everything

Anyways I’m bleeding into the character section, so let’s move on to Lava Fudge. So his hair is supposed to be like the molten chocolate in the center of the cake, so it’s all liquid-y. It was originally going to look more like Yam’s dreads but chocolate, but after sketching I thought of the other idea and chose that instead. I put in the red highlights because of the whole “lava” thing. Probably should have shown that more in the other colors now that I think about it. I’m not sure why I made his armor that color, but that’s what I went with. I gave him an axe because I thought it was the best compromise between Dark Choco’s greatsword and Purple Yam’s mace. Also my first time drawing an axe, I’m realizing now that I haven’t really seen any Cookies wielding axes in these games, other than Tea Knight in his other outfit, which I used as a reference for Lava Fudge. Oh and another thing I wanted to mention, so Lava Fudge is supposed to be huge, my notes call him an “absolute unit”. He’s taller than even Dark Cacao, and as you can tell, much wider, as I gave him a body type like Yam’s. He’s the first one of these I’ve made with a particularly large frame, and I think it was a good change of pace. Though I admit with the armor, it looks like he has a small waist. Not my intention

Then with Ube Roll, so despite the name her hair’s more based on Dark Choco and Dark Cacao. I also wanted to make her thinner just because I thought that I needed that variation. Also probably because I was suggested to name Violet Sugar Cookie Ube Roll, and maybe some of her design subconsciously went into her. Anyways so she’s also supposed to be a magic user, hence the book in her hand (used Prune Juice as a reference for that), and I kind of wanted to reflect that in her outfit, with it being more cloth than armor. I also thought it’d be fun to give her shoulder pads and a cape like Dark Choco, and I think I used his Young Prince Outfit as my main model. I also gave her a sword since she’d obviously still use a weapon, even if she’s learning magic, though I made it smaller since her skills aren’t entirely strength reliant. I think I might have planned to put more red in her design, but I’m fine with keeping it mostly purple, I think it looks good

Oh yeah also regarding the things on their face, none of them are scars, they’re just markings like Purple Yam. They have them elsewhere in their body too. I just assume it’s a natural thing for him and thought it would be neat to incorporate. Though I admit Choco Vine’s were a last minute addition

So now onto their characters

So I half mentioned Choco Vine’s personality already, but basically she’s a tiny child with far too much energy. She idolizes her dads and older brother and wants to be a warrior like them, hence why she tries to pretend being a warrior with her little tube. Though she may be misinterpreting the role and she just hits literally everything. If you are in her radius, steel your legs because she will swing at them, possibly more than once. Everyone just goes with it since I mean, she’s a little kid, let her have her fun. And with the flimsy tube, no one’s really getting hurt by it. She will smack her family repeatedly and it doesn’t even faze them (which is part of the reason she continues to do it, as if she saw it really did hurt them, she’d probably stop), though on occasion they’ll play along and act as if they’ve been defeated by her attacks, meaning she’s defeated the enemy

I’m also toying with the idea that Choco Vine is actually blind, and the reason she’s always hitting things with her tube is that this is her way of figuring out the world around her. Not sure if I should keep it though

Another, somewhat funny idea I had was this idea of her getting kidnapped by the Cookies of Darkness (though for this to happen there’d have to be some timeline altering, namely that Choco Vine is baked much earlier in the timeline and is already out and about within at most a couple years of the main plot of Kingdom), only for her to be their undoing as she keeps hitting them with her tube. While I said it doesn’t hurt, to be fair the people she’s likely surrounded with are those of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, where everyone has at least some warrior training and conditioning to the harsh elements; what’s a flimsy piece of cardboard going to do? With these guys though, with the exceptions of Red Velvet and probably Choco Werehound Brute, they aren’t as immune, so her constant hits to the kneecaps do genuinely hurt, and she doesn’t care if they do because they’re villains. And so by the time her parents come to the rescue, she’s basically single-handedly taken down the Cookies of Darkness. Made even worse if in her excursion in the place, she found an actual weapon (which I feel is somewhat likely), in which they would all be screwed

Oh yeah I forgot there were others to talk about, not just her. Okay then, moving on

So Lava Fudge is probably the most cautious of the family. I tried to show that with his eyes but I’m not sure that got across. If someone wants to fight, he tries to convince the other to just talk it out and not have to fight, as he’d much rather use words to avoid unnecessary fights. This also translates to him being the voice of reason amongst his siblings, even if they don’t always listen, as his main concern is that they’re all safe. The way he acts may lead you to think he’s not a very good fighter. However, this is most certainly not the case, as he is an incredibly powerful fighter, and destructive one at that. When his axe hits the ground, it splits open the earth and even lava pours out from the cracks, even in places like the Dark Cacao Kingdom. No one’s sure how he’s so powerful, but they choose not to question it too much, given his grandfather is one of the Ancient Heroes, and the one most know for physical prowess. Most likely you will not win the fight, and possibly not survive it, as he is relentless in his attacks. He just likes to be cautious because again, he wants to avoid unnecessary fights. And he just has a relatively kind heart. But also, if you hurt one of his sisters, physically or emotionally, there will be no mercy for you. I think laying it out, he’s sort of like ROTTMNT Raphael

I’m not too sure what he does, given the armor doesn’t resemble anything from the Dark Cacao Kingdom, but maybe he’s part of a guild or something, going around helping others in need

As for Ube Roll, like I said, she’s a magic user. She started out learning swords and physical fighting like the rest of her family, but she later took an interest in magic and has since been studying it. She probably studied at Parfaedia, if she doesn’t go there now. I was thinking her magic would be like, purple flames, but I’m also considering it being ice or earth based. Maybe she has multiple. However her magic doesn’t mean she won’t still use her sword if need be. She’s probably also the most socially adept of the family, given her general vibe

Sorry I don’t have too much to say about Ube Roll in company to her siblings, since they were the ones I put the most thought into

But yeah, I think that’s about it for them, and I hope you enjoy them (and can maybe also forgive me for not posting more this week)

Oh yeah, so one more thing, so I have a request for Dark Choco/Milk, and spoilers but there I’m giving them twins, since there were two very easy ideas to go with that worked together. If this trio were to be a polycule and there also be a Purple Yam/Milk kid (hopefully I’m thinking just one), than that would mean they’d have at least 6 children, dear lord
