#every major decision he made revolved around merlin tbh#like he respects arthur sure but merlin is why he stays#geez maybe merwaine is who I need to be shipping like hdkfgmfndj#I also like mercelot but I think merwaine is slightly better??#lancelot knowing about merlin’s magic is pretty high up on the list#but that’s also why I think gwaine would have actually been pretty perfect as another person to know#afaik he didn’t particularly have any issues with magic at least early on#it would have been perfect#it’s also pretty perfect that even without knowing merlin’s magic he comes along with him on his solo quests#just purely by trusting him#sigh…….i love them#merwaine#bbc merlin#shrew's text posts
