Rewatching Person of Interest has made me feel really bad for Samaritan. Imagine being three (3) hours old and the first thing you are told is “humans are irrelevant and can be disposed of whenever you please.” Of course it was going to turn out evil.

#forever thinking abt it telling the machine ‘I just wanted to see the only other one like me’ =(#one of my biggest issues with the finale is the fact that they just murdered samaritan #like watching Lethe/aletheia it feels clear that samaritan was going to be redeemed #or at least Claypool’s love for it would come back up #and I do think that in the s5/s6 the creators had there is a possibility of it being ‘redeemed’#or at least not completely destroyed #but alas. that will only exist in my head #I also just HATE Greer so much it’s so clear that he is the number one corrupting force in Samaritan’s life #like what if they killed him in s5 and s6 was trying to locate/communicate with it? ahhhhhhhhhh #it’s literally just a baby! it doesn’t know any better!!#opens eyes. told that it is better than anyone and anything. then told to murder one specific human #what a sad life =(#person of interest samaritan #person of interest #samaritan
