i hate to say it but I got mansplained(?) about OCD last night. Great time... (I am lying it was an awful experience especially because I know him and therefore can't be rude to him about it)

I'm trying to figure out how to tell him what he said was wrong#I also hate to use the tem manspaining but he was being very condescending to me#I'm not going to pull the “I'm a woman when it benefits me” card but like oh my God#For a tldr of what happened: he said something insensitive about OCD. I say I have OCD and that's not appropriate#He pulls out the Google search result for OCD and says he's right(???) I leave the call before I scream at him#All the whole the two other people in the call are defending me and trying to get him to listen#He sent an “explanation” not even 5 mins later with an apology (if u apologize for something that big WITHOUT accepting that is did smh wrn#Like he was like “sorry if I was being rude” dude we told u and explained to u multiple times that it was inappropriate#Ur just trying to save ur as rn
