Hmm, I'd have to say the settlement quests Preston keeps drowning you with, simply because the locations are so far apart and the quests are very repetitive.

The gauntlet when you Enter the Nuka World. It's just so long, and I can't bail out of it whenever I want like with other quests when they get too much for me.

I also don't like the Big Dig questline, but it's not because of the questline itself persay, I'm just always so impatient to get Hancock as a companion fbxbsjsdjdh
