There are clones that take longer to change species. This is either due not having any impactful experience with another species of sentient and thus the infection process stalling, or due to not being in contact with other clones for very long periods of time.

Examples of clones who take a while to change are:

Ponds, who worked primarily with humans so it took a while for a species to actually stand out and stick with him (getting abducted by bounty hunters sure leaves an impact on a person).

Boba, who was majorly isolated from other clones so he became infected when he came into contact with Ponds and the clone officer (even so his changes only began when he entered puberty, so for a while he thought he was immune).

Gregor, who was MIA for a very long while so he wasn't exposed until he regained his memories and managed to get back to the GAR all on his own (some people started making bets on what he'd become due to him being virtually the last fully grown clone to be affected).

Another set of fun developments from my conversations with Rey and Rogue are:

Ponds gets to survive in this AU and he decides to take in Boba rather than just let the kid get tossed into prison. It takes some convincing (not because Mace doesn't think Boba learning from the clones wouldn't be good, but because he's concerned the war will not give anyone the time necessary to actually get the kid on the right track), but Ponds gets his way and he's officially named Boba's custodian. The kid also has mandatory supervised community service and classes he has to take, but honestly he's got it good compared to the alternative.

Ponds becomes a Palliduvan due to his encounter with Aurra Sing, and Boba becomes a Trandoshan a year after he's taken in by Ponds.

Cody becomes a Kaleesh, which honestly surprises no one considering the 212th's close shaves with General Grievous. He has joked about potentially altering his bucket to resemble a mixture of clone helmet and Kaleesh mask, since people keep remarking his face looks a little naked when bare.

Gree becomes a Mirialan, which he uses as an opportunity to learn more about their culture and customs. By showing a newfound eagerness to learn from them, Gree and the rest of his battalion become much closer to Luminara and Barriss. This has a majorly positive impact on Barriss especially.

Wolffe has to learn to come to terms with the trauma Ventress caused him since he's become a Dathomirian. He feels isolated from the rest of the 104th who've become Kel Dor, and it doesn't feel fair to him that she stole more than his eye from him, and that she had more of an effect on him than he's comfortable admitting to.

Bly finds that thanks to him and the majority of his men now sharing a species with their general, Aayla is no longer the center of unwanted attentions. He knows his general can handle herself (and would have no qualms beating up anyone who tried anything funny), but it always bothered him that some people had a tendency to openly drool while watching her. As it stands now, it's hard to find one attractive Twi'lek lady among many attractive Twi'lek men, although come to think of it, now they're all being gawked at which is not ideal either. That's the only aspect of being a Twi'lek he's not overly fond of. The blatant fetishization.

Fox has no option but to just accept he's an Amaran for reasons unknown to him and has to learn how to keep his emotions hidden all over again. His poker face is still flawless, but now he has a tail that reacts to his moods and it's a bit of a nightmare learning how to control it. It doesn't help that his Commanders and Shinies all seem enthralled by the dang thing.

There's a lot of positives to the change, but they do not outweigh the one negative that sets the Coruscant Guard on edge: Why is it that now that they don't look like clones, people suddenly accept that they're not soulless meatdroids? They have ALWAYS been individuals, so why should a change of species/appearance be the thing that convinces the people that used to not trust/hate them? The Guard doesn't like how shallow a change of perspective this is, and only trust the few people who've always been kind to them.

•I think he used to act more goofy in private. Like I can see him deciding to clean up around his apartment like dusting or whatever and he has the radio going and is dancing or singing along a bit. Sometimes earlier on when they first started to live together, he forgets he’s not living alone anymore and slips back into doing goofy shit only to be scared and jump when Tyler finally says something or comes out of nowhere.

•He forced himself to go on dates with women a couple times. A lot of the time it just ended up with the lady not coming over after, not because he’s terrible or whatever but just because they could tell he’s not really into whatever was going on. He was nice enough and ur normal ‘gentleman’ on dates but it was probably not fun enough for most of the ladies to want repeats lol.

•He’d go around thru out the day & just zone out and stare at his furniture sometimes. He was either thinking about something completely unrelated to the furniture, how he should move it just slightly until it looks perfect, the color of it, or just the piece in general. He still does that probably at Tylers place but is snapped out of it quickly since Tyler will say something that pulls him out of it.

Tyler

•Traveled around a bunch until he met the narrator. Once he set his sights on him, he decided to follow him back and get things set up to where he could live in whatever state the narrator does. He misses traveling around but he won’t say much about it or seriously consider going anywhere once they start building a life together.

•He didn’t even constantly sleep with the same person as much as he did with Marla. He was more used to hook ups with random people he’d never have to meet again or know the name of. (I’m a firm believer in the idea he only constantly slept with Marla to mess with the narrators psyche.)

•He never really even wanted a big house like the one they have together. It was just surprisingly cheap and close to the narrator enough where he just said fuck it and got it. He’d prefer van or trailer park life for sure. Maybe he’d enjoy getting a small house if it was on a farm though.

•I think the narrator really brings out the best of him in someways. He’s been confident in himself probably since his later teen years but the way the narrator constantly looks at him all love sick and full of admiration makes Tyler feel really like he can do anything.

•I don’t think he’s let anyone live with him before the narrator. He knew people wouldn’t stay very long with him once they get to know him more or see how manic he can get. His looks and charm can only take him so far surprisingly I think lol

I think that’s one of the reasons why he’s obsessed with the narrator. He’s seen the side that usually scares people off but he keeps crawling back for more & doesn’t leave.

•He’s been in a mental institution before for like 2 or so years when he was a troubled teen. He didn’t have a good at home life so he probably lost it in public or something and got sent there. He has mixed feelings about that time. He hated the workers there and other things about it but he met some interesting people who gave him more insight into how life treats people and etc.

I think he’s also just attracted to people who have something ‘wrong with them’ 😭 I can’t see him with someone who has no mental issues at all. He’d probably be bored out of his mind after a certain point.

•He was more involved in the alternative music scene before the stuff with the narrator started. When he starts things with the narrator he’s more focused on that and other things than to go to concerts or meet up with people who are alt. He probably still has one of those cd book binder things where u keep loose cds in and it’s just full of metal and punk (and secretly some pop)

Ok sorry this part has to deal with them being together BUT… I wanna add he will toss a cd into a cd player and make the narrator listen to metal or punk with him. Tbh I can’t decide if the narrator would like the music or not but Tyler is gonna be like “REALLY listen to the lyrics man..They are saying so much about society if you really listen.”

•He used to dress more grunge before being with the narrator. Everything started becoming cropped or low cut a lot more once he began to pursue the narrator. Not saying he never wore stuff like that at all beforehand but it just ramped up a lot more when he was decided he loved how the narrator looks him over all the time.

•He’s worked odd jobs his whole life. Some jobs better than others & some he stayed at longer than others. I think his ‘favorite’ would have been working at a record store tho.

Since I'm back after a little unplanned hiatus, time to blab about another dumb idea I had for an AU that I'll never write! So! For some reason, a while back, I decided I really wanted to come up with a trashy reality show AU for Max Squared, where MJF decides to exploit Caster's immediate, intense love for him by starting up a little showmance. Max wants to manipulate the editing of the show as well as the game itself to make sure that he wins and/or becomes the breakout star of the season. So when Caster falls head over heels for him on Day One, he's presented with the perfect opportunity.

Initially, I was thinking the show would be a Survivor type deal, a bunch of people on a desert island or something, voting each other off, so Max's game is stringing Caster along so that he won't ever vote against him and he always has an ally help him vote out whoever he considers his biggest competition. But then I started to think it might be funnier if it was an American Idol style singing competition. It kinda fits, right? Both MJF and Caster are musically inclined, after all. And it changes the logic behind Max's plan - he wants to manipulate the editing of the show, make himself seem like a nice, endearing guy so the public will vote to keep him in the show, and ensure he gets a lot more screen time than the the other contestants. And what better way to do than pretending to be falling in love with this weirdo who's obsessed with you? A heart-warming queer romance on a show where only one of them can win? That's some good trash TV there, right?

MJF insists to Caster that it's all an act on his part. He's only pretending to be in love with him for the show, to tug on the heartstrings of all the stupid fans out there who think this shit is anything close to real. A ploy to make himself seem like the perfect charming, irresistible hero he needs to be in order to win this damn thing. And Caster's just like ''Whatever you say, sweetie,'' because he knows before Max does.

Maybe after a certain point, Max figures, hey, there's no harm in sleeping with the guy. It doesn't mean anything - Caster's so willing, so he may as well get laid. Of course, Caster thinks this is a sign that he really does have feelings for him, no matter how many times MJF tells him that it's not because he's actually attracted to him. No, it's just a ''power thing''.

He's only pretending, right? Caster's a fucking loser, a pawn in Max's grand master plan to emerge victorious. There's no way he could end up actually developing feelings for him over the course of the show, right? It's all for the show, it's fake, it's not real! There's simply no way he could...

Also, I'd want there to be a point where one night, Caster straight-up begs Max to let him eat his ass. And MJF's like ''Ugh, no way! That's disgusting! You're insane! You're a fucking weirdo! You're gross! You're...you'd do that for me?'' and of course, Caster tells him he'd do anything for him. And Max finds he can't resist anymore. So he lets Caster do it and he makes sure he doesn't regret it. Max's probably so loud during it that it pisses off the other contestants and the crew members who can hear it through the walls because Max simply cannot keep quiet like he usually can.

Dear Ibuki, I didn’t like your concert and it made me uncomfortable. Let’s just say that while I enjoy rock, punk and metal, I choose not to listen to aggressive/extreme metal subgenres involving death growls and screaming vocals because I believe they sound mediocre, and I can’t stand how strangely popular they’ve become, to the point where mainstream rock stations are now playing this kind of music. Ever since your concert, everything you say and do doesn’t make me laugh or feel happy, it makes me feel anxious, and yet everyone loves you for your positivity, fashion, sexuality, and your help during the class trials. I find it hard to believe that someone who acts so positive and energetic would want to sing songs about dark, negative topics. Everyone says you’re a cinnamon roll but I think otherwise, to me, you’re more like the dark humor joke character whose purpose is to make the player uncomfortable by being a K-ON parody with references to the death metal subculture. Even your free time events weren’t inspiring for me, it was more like, you told Hajime that you’re proud of who you are despite your taste in music, and I don’t want to acknowledge that, and your free time events also felt like you were forcing Hajime to start a metal band and it made me feel sorry for the poor guy. The only things keeping me from hating you is that I find you very attractive and there are some hard rock bands I love that I think you would love too. I apologize for how long this is, and I’m sure you think otherwise, but what do you think I should about it?

I don’t feel like writing such a long deconstruction of Ibuki’s character as an in character letter is something Ibuki can respond to, so you have me.

From what I can see, you have one major problem with Ibuki’s character, and that keeps you from enjoying her other traits. And that’s fine. You don’t need to agree with popular opinion, and it sounds like you have a pretty good reason to not like her specific musical tastes.

I’m pretty sure that was what the joke was supposed to be. “She looks so fun and upbeat, oh, wait, she likes really traumatising music”. And this is apparently a really recent development, perhaps as recent as it being while she’s still on the island.

I don’t know how being a K-On character is supposed to be dark humour, unless you mean it’s because she mixed K-On references with death metal? Ibuki’s talent in Japanese is specifically “Ultimate Light Music Club”, and I feel that explains a lot about how pushy she is in her Free Time Events. Apparently, school clubs are expected to be like a second job, where you dedicate all your free time to them, and competition is fierce. So they get really aggressive about getting you to join, and that’s what Ibuki’s “Pick me!” thing is about. She’s exhibiting her talent, and that got lost in translation.

The main point of her free time events is that it shows her thoughts on music as a way to have fun with others, rather than being some high exhibition art that should only be done by people with talent, and I find that sweet. She also gives Hajime some life advice on loving yourself.

If you don’t like Ibuki despite the majority liking her, that is 100% valid. There’s plenty of characters that the majority like that I don’t. But I feel like it’s a bit shallow to say “I don’t hate you because you look good.” Maybe hypocritical of me to say, but I feel like if her portrayal of Death Metal weighs so heavily against her, then Looks good is a pretty poor counterbalance.

If she doesn’t work for you, she doesn’t work. Neither of us are going to die if a fictional character isn’t 100% adored.

15 years ago hajime Hinata was a reserve course student who couldn't be around other talented students however one day a reserve course student named natsumi kuzuryuu invited him to her house to make a project alongside two others as they got there hajime met a cute looking boy who had a buzz cut hair Rosy cheeks dirty golden eyes he was fuyuhiko he talked to him a few times but not too long hot...he saw him with 4 kids 2 girls and 2 boys who were trying to write lyrics hajime couldn't stop staring at fuyuhiko for some reason "hey hajimemes why are you staring at my brother and his mentees?" Natsumi appeared out of nowhere hajime jumped "gah! Don't scare me like!" Haji also realized that fuyuhiko is a mentor Nat just crossed her arms "if you like those girls sorry bud they are like 16-17 years old" hajime felt weriden out they were too young for hajime anyways "no! I'm not Looking at them!" Hajime denied it "then who were you staring at?" The two heard the 4 kids and fuyuhiko laughing hajime eyes were glued onto fuyuhiko,natsumi eyes widen smirking "come on memes mike and Athena need our help" later on hajime finds out that the kids with fuyuhiko were street performers called "vivid bad squad" fuyuhiko babysat the group sub leader An and the orange and yellow haired boy this made haji a bit curious he just saw fuyuhiko as a Yakuza and didn't knew that he was also a street performers teacher as him and his group were making a science project he stood up to get water he went down seeing fuyuhiko who was wearing a suit and underneath the jacket was a pink vest he's eye lashes were super pretty he was with that blonde ponytail girl(hajime could of sworn he saw the same girl hiyoko talks to daily) named kohane "fuyu-sama who's this?" Kohane said gently "oh this? I think this is my sister's friend" fuyuhiko stared at him "if you're looking for water it's over there" he pointed at the water dispenser "yea I got kinda lost in this mansion" kohane said embarrassed a bit "same" as hajime got his water haji couldn't resist looking at the beautiful man where he literally spilled his water quickly running out of the room embarrassed

After that haji couldn't stop thinking about fuyuhiko even if he tried he was so dizzy in dreams of that beautiful man...one day when hajime was waiting for chiaki his friend to arrive he heard a little singing a nice melody came from somewhere "what's that noise? "hanpa nara K.O. fuwafuwa shitai nara douzokaien junbi shichaou ka naite mo waratte mo aishite ne" it was a guy singing ado by the kagamines hajime was to curious and investigate the singing as he went around trees he saw a guy sitting under a tree "nandaka na… tte tsumannai koto mo aru deshou ronrii ronri no nooto handii honki dassou" it can't be... fuyuhiko?! No way he's into vocaloid?! He stayed to listen to him singing "yan nacchatte doro ni Bad gohatto darou ga oborete ochite sorosoro ikka" he's voice is so attractive.... "motto ganbatte agaru made motto ganbatte" hajime snapped out realizing he needed to go before fuyuhiko realized

As time went by natsumi invite hajime to his house more often and hajime was always happy because hajime was able to be friends with fuyuhiko and talked with him on a regular daily basis by just talking to him hajime and fuyuhiko sneak out without natsumi knowing just to see the ocean which was not far away from the manor "y'know I love the ocean breeze it's silent and calming I love silent noises" fuyuhiko smiled he looked so pretty under the moon's light "me too" after a while the two develop crushes on each other hajime being a trainwreck trying to get fuyuhiko's heart without him knowing fuyu likes him back the vbs also tried helping fuyuhiko out by making pick up (failing miserably) "how am I supposed to let him know I like him...?" Hajime said to himself trying to sing a song to erase his train of thoughts until "hey Hinata" it was fuyuhiko hajime blushed out of no where surprised by fuyuhiko "o-oh hey fuyu-kun"

"Listen I'm going to my friends y'know the vivid bad squad? They have a live event today and I want you to come" hajime blushed "m-me?" He stuttered "yea toya gave me an invitation to get a plus one natsumi and peko are busy right now..." Hajime heart did 3 backflips "of course!"

At the live event the vbs were there getting excited over hajime talking to him and asking him so much stuff "hey there I'm toya nice to meet you" toya a blue and purple haired boy said to him "o-oh hey there" an akito and kohane smiled at him knowing what's up while fuyuhiko was helping the kids practice for the live event teaching them songs they can sing at the show hajime stared at him "oh so you like vocaloid?" Hajime asked fuyuhiko eyes widen "oh yeah I really do" he laughed "yea he's such a good singer!" An compliant him smiling at him *thanks an"

During the live event the kids were doing so well and sing and dance so amazingly singing the song "Utsuro wo Aogu" (with the help of a singer from their phones) they were in synced with each other which made fuyuhiko happy and seeing him happy after the live event hajime already had to leave as his parents were worried sick about him "thanks for inviting me to the live event" he said "anytime dude hope to see you again soon!" Akito said waving as hajime walked away fuyuhiko was hesitant about something "hey hajime! Fuyuhiko needs to tell you something!" An said fuyuhiko looked at her confused "is there something you need?" Fuyuhiko just went ahead and kissed him on the cheek and ran off "oh"

"Yume there's more then just that story but-" hajime and fuyuhiko realized yume was already asleep they giggled and kissed each other and went to sleep as well "we can tell her more tomorrow"

There's wayyy more then this by the way I planned on a camping trip with vbs story hoped the pjsk characters weren't ooc and there wasn't much dialogue but it worked out well for me at least

Lol that's a very cute idea for them meeting and falling for each other. I don't know anything about PJSK so I don't really get that aspect, but it was still cute. My only critique would be to pay a little more attention to punctuation and grammar, but I realize this wasn't a formal fic or anything.

Happy New Year to you!! ✨ Here’s to another year of loving our favorite hot men from the 70s and 80s lol. Speaking of hot men, I have listened to some of 10cc’s music and so far the songs I really like The Film of My Love, Speed Kills, and Headline Hustler. Their sound mostly reminds me of The Rolling Stones and The Who but they still manage bring new stuff to the table I think. I actually think the singer sounds a lot like Ringo Starr’s singing voice but that may just be me. So I read their bio on Spotify, too. So that Graham guy is quite the songwriter and wrote for other bands like The Yardbirds and The Hollies? I thought that was cool. By the way, I find Graham pretty attractive, too. Looks like they had one or two songs that became hits in America but that’s about it. From my understanding, being successful in America was like the holy grail for uk bands at this time. It they achieved that goal, they were on a very good track. When The Kinks got banned in the US, that seemed to hurt them a lot. Sadly for 10cc they didn’t stay popular in the US for long. But still, seven years is not bad at all. I know of bands that had much shorter life spans. It looks like they had a good run regardless. By the way, I’m curious about how you discovered them! everything alright with your new year so far? and hey, here’s to another year of us loving these sensational 60s/70s men. they just don’t make them like they used to, do they?

while i may ogle at other 70s guys here and there, i cannot deny just how insufferable i am about that Eric Stewart. he is just..*chefs kiss* bellissimo!! the cherry on top. the icing on the cake. an absolute adonis. he just does it for me. no one like him really. and given that his birthday is on January 20th, and he is my soulmate sign aquarius, the gemini in me can’t help but make such a big fuss him around this time of year. a beautiful man, that Eric. i love him with all my heart.

Eric does have a Ringo way about him, doesn’t he? he is after all from Manchester, just across from The Beatles’ neck of the woods Liverpool. i really do feel like guys from Manchester and Liverpool have a certain charm about them that’s just so captivating, i can’t quite put my finger on it. anyway, i think part of the reason why i’m so attached to Eric is the fact that i feel like he is all four Beatles combined. he possesses Paul’s charming and cuddly persona, John’s wit and sensitive attitude, George’s humbleness and Ringo’s happy go lucky mindset. he is the entire package, what more could a girl want?

oh and don’t get me started on Graham. he is so charming, even in real life. i’ve seen him a couple times in concert and my goodness, he really has kept up his good looks all these years. good on him. what a talented fella too! after all, he did get his start on music arranging songs for those early British Invasion bands you mentioned. i think it’s brilliant, all the work he’s done.

it is such a pity that 10cc never made it in America. i’m sorry to say it but i blame it on the recording company they were signed into, who basically ended up gouging the poor boys for their money and did little to promote them in America. it has been said that they could’ve been much bigger, and be talked and raved about in the same way as The Beatles or Pink Floyd. but the management was the culprit for their demise. so sad, really but either way they were and still are such a brilliant little band.

and i am so happy you like all those 10cc tracks you mentioned, as they are my personal favourites as well! i recommend giving their Sheet Music and Deceptive Bends album a listen when you can. they won’t disappoint!

and my oh my, that Ray Davies..he turns heads doesn’t he? another beautiful guy along with his brother, David. as of recent though, i’ve been crushing heavily on Dave. i love how cheeky he is. little bugger, that one.

Hahaha I finally decided to finish an Italiet fanfic I started a while ago. The ending was definitely rushed but still it's FINISHED! It's a human AU where they go on a first date but don't know each other.

Tolys could not remember why he had agreed to go on a dinner date with someone he didn't know. Maybe it had been to get Feliks to shut up about his loveless love life. Or maybe it had been to prove to Raivis that he could score a date. Or maybe he had agreed, simply out of boredom. Whatever the reason was, Tolys had agreed to go on a date with a fucking stranger, and he couldn't back out now. Well he could, but that would be a douchebag move, and he didn't feel like being a douchebag. Unless this stranger was one of course, but the stranger looked nice. Very nice.

"I still can't believe I got someone so pretty to agree to go on a date with me." The redhead said. The stranger really was nice. Too nice. Tolys blushed and wracked his brain for something to say.

"I didn't have much else to do." Good job not being a douchebag, Tolys. The stranger laughed at that, luckily.

"Good to know I'm not taking away your time. You look like someone who works a lot." Tolys raised an eyebrow. The stranger waved his hands.

"I mean that in a good way! I can definitely see you're tired, but you're still beautiful! It just shows you're a hard worker!" He insisted.

"Alright what do you want? You're complimenting me a lot, and you barely know me." Tolys said, trying to cover up his bubbling anxiety. This guy looked good and sounded nice, but Tolys knew better than to immediately trust that. He really shouldn't have agreed to go on a date with a stranger.

"Well that's just it. I want to get to know you. I see you walk your dog, and sometimes I see you reading in the library, and I've always wondered about you. So tell me what else do you do?" The stranger asked.

"Apparently I forget to ask for people's names. Let me fix that. What's your name?" Tolys questioned. The stranger laughed some more. Then he replied,

"My name is Feliciano. But please call me Feli." Tolys nodded, waiting for Feliciano to ask him his name. The man just smiled at him. It was a nice smile. Jeez Tolys had just learned his date's name, and he was already finding him attractive. It was too quick for that. When Feli didn't ask, Tolys decided he didn't need that knowledge.

"So Feli, what is you do? I'd like to know about you before I talk about myself." He explained. The redhead in front of him waved his hand nonchalantly.

"That's fair. Well I'm Italian, so naturally I LOVE pasta!" He declared. Tolys snorted at that.

"I also do love pizza and gelato! What other Italian stereotypes are there? I love painting and singing! Though my voice isn't the best, it's still fun! I also love cats, but don't worry, I love dogs too! You're dog is very cute, I've always wanted to give him treats or her!"

"Her." Tolys confirmed. He could tell this Italian loved to ramble. While annoying it was also kind of endearing and dare he think it, cute.

"Her. Id love to give her some doggie treats, but all I have are kitty ones! I think I could find some at the store, but I don't know which kind she would like!"

"Pupperoni is her favorite." Tolys chuckled.

"Pupperoni what a clever name! Only the best for the cutest dog ever, right?"

"Right," Tolys agreed. His lips curved upward. This guy might have just been trying to butter him up, but it was nice to hear his dog being called the cutest dog ever. She deserved the title.

"You know what I think I should do! I should get her one of those sweaters with the paw prints on it. That would be so so cute!" Tolys nodded, agreeing once again.

"Or maybe-" It was strange for Tolys to get so invested in something as simple as dog sweaters. Or maybe it wasn't considering his love for dogs. But it definitely was strange how much he enjoyed hearing the Italian talk. Sure he was way too energetic, but Tolys could admire that. He also found himself admiring the other man's passion and creativity. Tolys wished he could have more of that in his life. When an out of breath waiter apologized for the long wait, Tolys felt annoyed. Not for the long wait, but for the interruption. Things really had become strange.

"Sorry this place is usually pretty busy." apologized the Italian.

"It's alright. Now how about you tell me a bit about your cat?" suggested Tolys. His date's eyes brightened as he went into a rant about how Pookie was fat and lazy and super cute. Tolys twirled his hair a bit enjoying the rant. He felt his stomach swirl, and it wasn't out of hunger.

When the two finally got their food, Feli endlessly complimented it. He savored his bites and made sure Tolys was enjoying his food too. Tolys did really enjoy it. Feli had chosen a great restaurant for them to eat at. Even after their plates were visible again, Tolys kept Feli talking. He would offer up his thoughts and opinions which Feli would easily add on to. Tolys liked how freely the man could talk. It was a change he could welcome.

"So would you like to go on another date? I know another really great restaurant." Feli said, cheerfully. Tolys believed him. After all he had chosen this one. Tolys took a moment to "think". Of course he was going to say yes, but he couldn't show that right away. Feli could still be tricking him in some grand plan, but Tolys didn't feel that was the case. Even if his gut said it was alright, he still wouldn't allow himself to be really positive or eager...yet. His nerves wouldn't allow it.

"I think another date would be nice." He answered. Feli smiled so brightly and oh god was he cute.

"Thanks for joining me this evening, bello." He said, sweetly. Tolys blushed at the name. Then it reminded him of something. He took a deep breath then said,

"Tolys. My name is Tolys." Somehow Feli looked even happier than he had the whole date. It made Tolys' heart soar.

I was thinking this morning and, why does Doro even like Supreme Leader so much, to the point of obsession outside SB for example? Like, especially in Nopes, she can't have know SL for that long, a few months at best. Why is she oh so troubled by the prospect of fighting her?

SL never striked me as the type to willingly go out of her way to make friends, she looks like she'd rather stay in her corner to plot her war. I have trouble imagining any time she would have begun a friendship with Doro, especially as Doro can't technically help her out with her war beside being a soldier (she has no influence over politics or anything)

Why would Doro be so gung-ho about her? (Beside fanservice for the generic cishet guy who's into f/f stuff, I guess, ans propping up SL)

Supreme Leader is a charismatic person, so it's not that surprising that some people are attracted to what she's talking about - regardless of that, Doro being the perfect courtesan (in a sycophant way) would obviously happen to fawn over her.

I see Doro as being a fan of what Supreme Leader preaches, and see her championing Supreme Leader's ideals, echoing with her skewed views about life'n'nobility, without realising how damaging said views would be to common randoms (something Doro isn't anymore).

And we know Doro doesn't like self-reflection - Nobles BaD even after Lorenz (and Ferdie in SS?) explains her the reasons why he has to marry a noble woman - so if Supreme Leader was, to her, the only person able to "change the world" and make it so people with merit (lel) will find a place in the world (Church BaD so it doesn't count and it helps people who don't even have merit !!!), then even if Dimitri is doing that, Doro will still miss Supreme Leader.

Granted, let it be the uwu fest or not, I don't think Supreme Leader would be adverse to have some sort of distraction (Hubert does all the planning after all!) from her grandiose plans and ideas to save the world, and we know she genuinely appreciated hanging out with the BESF (especially when they don't disagree with her).

So on top of being a validation token, Doro might also be a friendly acquaintance, hell, even a friend, even if Supreme Leader pretends she has no need for friends, it doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate having people around.

March TC Challenge

1. If you could change one thing about your TC, physical or personality-wise, what would it be?

I don’t know, sometimes it sounds like he hates life a little? I’m not delusional that everyone must love their job, but it hurts whenever he expresses too much relief that a holiday is finally coming up, or, especially, when he doesn’t have to teach us for whatever reason (like when we eventually go on exam leave).

2. Are they “your type”, or was falling for a person like them completely unexpected?

I think he is my type in that he’s beautiful, teaches really well, and is super good to our class, but last year I actually didn’t find him that attractive so he probably wasn’t exactly my type, appearance-wise, not when T was still here.

3. If they were an ice cream flavour, what would it be?

I think he would be a fruit flavour that is naturally sweet with a hint of sourness.

4. Imagine you have a whole weekend to spend with your TC. What would you guys do?

I would love to walk his dog with him, go out and eat something nice, maybe have an afternoon coffee date and read together, walk around the lake and just talk…

5. What’s their biggest talent?

Not sure about talents – teaching?? I know my man used to do music though 🥰

6. Be honest: would you guys be a power couple or not?

Probably not 'power' in the traditional sense, but I just feel like we’d probably make each other better people and that’s good enough for me.

7. If they knew about your feelings, would they confront you about it or ignore it?

He probably suspects by now, I think if it got too obvious and was making him uncomfortable he might confront me about it. He’d try to be indirect and gentle about it, though it would definitely be scary.

8. Are they a good singer?

I am very curious, I love his slightly hoarse, raspy voice, but idk if it would sound good singing.

9. If you could choose an outfit that your TC had to wear every single day, what would it look like?

This is very difficult to choose, my inherent love for white shirts says that, plus a vest maybe, though I also love seeing him in casual clothes like hoodies.

10. Are they more academic, artistic, or athletic? What about you?

Incas Lily is probably 70% academic, 10% artistic (we don’t get to see his artistic side so it’s hard to tell), and 20% athletic (he works out more than do sports), I’m probably 75% academic, 15% artistic, and 10% athletic.

11. Do they inspire you as a person?

So much, he is so much goodness and cares about genuine things and forms solid connections with people, he is so good and so loved.

12. Are they an early riser or a night owl?

Early riser most likely, he said on school nights he usually goes to bed at like 22:30 (I wish TAT).

13. Have you ever made each other angry or upset? If so, how did you reconcile?

I’ve always been good in class even before liking Incas Lily so I’ve never made him mad, and he only gets a bit upset at people who don’t listen or do work. There must have been times when he was annoyed with me but didn’t verbalise it, though. I was upset with him for making fun of subjects I like – other than Biology – and felt hurt, we kind of reconciled when he conceded the value in some of those subjects after I pressed him on it.

14. Do you ever find yourself imitating them, either consciously or unconsciously?

I definitely don’t imitate him as much as I did T, the only things I can think about is subtly adapting his sense of humour or hand gestures. I did steal his way of drawing bullet points, I don’t remember ever seeing another teacher draw it like that.

15. What do you think their love language is? What’s yours?

This is extremely hard to tell, not least because I don’t even know if Incas Lily is in a relationship, let alone seen it displayed at school. I would guess quality time and acts of service will probably be high for him. Mine are physical touch and words of affirmation - the latter works very well with having a TC, the former not at all.

16. Have they taught you anything that isn’t school related? Valuable life lessons, insights on how you feel about yourself, etc.?

That time we had a talk about my mental health and stuff, he tried to boost my self-perception and made me see some of the maladaptive thought patterns I had. Especially when he was helping me prepare for my interview, we mostly focused on questions about myself, he helped me think of some of my qualities that I didn't know I had or couldn't admit to. Occasionally hearing his opinions on life during our lessons has also been very valuable.

17. What would they have to do to make you lose feelings for them?

I think anything that compromises his basic identity as a 'good' person, a good teacher – in terms of like moral standards and being a decent human being and all that. That’s the core of my attraction.

18. Are they introverted or extroverted? What about you?

His MBTI is introverted, but he is definitely quite social with many teachers as well as students. He seems more extroverted than me, I’m probably the more introverted of extroverts.

19. Who’s more likely to start rambling about their interests while the other listens?

He’s done it sometimes in lessons and I always love it, I also do on some occasions when talking about the subject I want to major in. 

20. Do you feel guilty about having feelings for your TC?

A bit, sometimes, he’s so good to us it feels like I’m preying on that kindness. Like, he deserves a normal life without some girl semi-obsessing over him, although I mostly don’t actively inconvenience him with these feelings. At least this time he’s not married (😭)

21. Are you insecure about them liking another student more than you?

Always. I always said I loved T before any of his other students did, but I didn’t have feelings for Incas Lily until a year after he started teaching us, so I’m sure he likes a lot of other students better than me. I might be getting the highest grades in my class, but he doesn’t just want grades. Man, and I’ve seen him have really casual dynamics with some of the students a year or two below us and it sucks.

22. What kind of hairstyle would you love to see them in?

His current one is super pretty, it's curly and thick and frames his facial features beautifully. I miss when the top was dyed silver, though, that was the utmost beauty.

23. Do you think they trust you?

We don't ever really get into an emotional level of trust, but for any academic setting he must do. He let me self study a unit, he said he thinks I'd never be able to cheat, and he let me finish up an experiment alone in his lab when we were still doing experiments.

24. What’s the most comedic moment that’s occurred between you two?

It's hard to say, but it was quite funny when he used to give me quizzes for his lower year groups to do, especially when I sometimes get inexplicably caught up in them.

25. Have you ever drawn them or written about them to vent your feelings?

I write about Incas Lily often – usually in diaries and on this blog, sometimes in imagines.

26. How do you feel when you’re around them? Are you so nervous that you can’t concentrate, or do you just feel happy that you get to spend time with them?

I used to almost always be really happy around him (he was my comfort teacher before I really had romantic feelings), it turned into nervousness maybe a few months back, and now a mixture.

27. Do you guys have any inside jokes?

There's one where I told him off for not teaching us something and it comes up in exams, but I think it also annoys him a little.

28. Do their morals, principles, or political views align with yours?

Maybe less so than it was with T, but with basic things like political inclinations, support for gender equality/the LGBTQ+ community/etc., being pro-choice, we are very similar on.

29. Have you ever tried to get over them?

Some days when it gets really bad, like during Mocks in January or sometimes this month, I have wondered whether I should or am meant to get over him, but it's so hard when seeing him makes my heart clench every time.

30. If someone nice your age showed up in your life and you caught feelings for them, would you move on from your TC?

We have so little time now, I doubt I could catch feelings for someone my age or move on from Incas Lily. Hopefully, I will after I go to university.

31. Have you ever said or done something that, in hindsight, might have been hurtful to them? Have they ever done the same to you?

Like for the inside joke, I (jokingly) complained about him not teaching us something, which might have been a bit hurtful, but I have truly tried to always be careful and good around him. I was hurt when he made fun of some of the subjects I like, especially during times when I was feeling really tense, and I do wonder whether he knew it affected me, even though it was all done jokingly.

i think the initial appeal was the opposites attract troupe right the king and the freak but THEN it was the fact that they could help each other. they could become better people through each other and learn to love themselves for who they are!! i think the two of them are so filled with love but have been burned by showing love so imagining a world where they can be that beacon of affection for each other is really something special<33

a favorite headcanon i've written is their very awkward first time and how it took a couple tries for sex to be good for them!! as fun as it is to see them as some kind of queer sex gods, they are still two boys from small town indiana in the 80s lmao

15 years ago hajime Hinata was a reserve course student who couldn't be around other talented students however one day a reserve course student named natsumi kuzuryuu invited him to her house to make a project alongside two others as they got there hajime met a cute looking boy who had a buzz cut hair Rosy cheeks dirty golden eyes he was fuyuhiko he talked to him a few times but not too long hot...he saw him with 4 kids 2 girls and 2 boys who were trying to write lyrics hajime couldn't stop staring at fuyuhiko for some reason "hey hajimemes why are you staring at my brother and his mentees?" Natsumi appeared out of nowhere hajime jumped "gah! Don't scare me like!" Haji also realized that fuyuhiko is a mentor Nat just crossed her arms "if you like those girls sorry bud they are like 16-17 years old" hajime felt weriden out they were too young for hajime anyways "no! I'm not Looking at them!" Hajime denied it "then who were you staring at?" The two heard the 4 kids and fuyuhiko laughing hajime eyes were glued onto fuyuhiko,natsumi eyes widen smirking "come on memes mike and Athena need our help" later on hajime finds out that the kids with fuyuhiko were street performers called "vivid bad squad" fuyuhiko babysat the group sub leader An and the orange and yellow haired boy this made haji a bit curious he just saw fuyuhiko as a Yakuza and didn't knew that he was also a street performers teacher as him and his group were making a science project he stood up to get water he went down seeing fuyuhiko who was wearing a suit and underneath the jacket was a pink vest he's eye lashes were super pretty he was with that blonde ponytail girl(hajime could of sworn he saw the same girl hiyoko talks to daily) named kohane "fuyu-sama who's this?" Kohane said gently "oh this? I think this is my sister's friend" fuyuhiko stared at him "if you're looking for water it's over there" he pointed at the water dispenser "yea I got kinda lost in this mansion" kohane said embarrassed a bit "same" as hajime got his water haji couldn't resist looking at the beautiful man where he literally spilled his water quickly running out of the room embarrassed

After that haji couldn't stop thinking about fuyuhiko even if he tried he was so dizzy in dreams of that beautiful man...one day when hajime was waiting for chiaki his friend to arrive he heard a little singing a nice melody came from somewhere "what's that noise? "hanpa nara K.O. fuwafuwa shitai nara douzokaien junbi shichaou ka naite mo waratte mo aishite ne" it was a guy singing ado by kagamines hajime was to curious and investigate the singing as he went around trees he saw a guy sitting under a tree "nandaka na… tte tsumannai koto mo aru deshou ronrii ronri no nooto handii honki dassou" it can't be... fuyuhiko?! No way he's into vocaloid?! He stayed to listen to him singing "yan nacchatte doro ni Bad gohatto darou ga oborete ochite sorosoro ikka" he's voice is so attractive.... "motto ganbatte agaru made motto ganbatte" hajime snapped out realizing he needed to go before fuyuhiko realized

As time went by natsumi invite hajime to his house more often and hajime was always happy because hajime was able to be friends with fuyuhiko and talked with him on a regular daily basis by just talking to him hajime and fuyuhiko sneak out without natsumi knowing just to see the ocean which was not far away from the manor "y'know I love the ocean breeze it's silent and calming I love silent noises" fuyuhiko smiled he looked so pretty under the moon's light "me too" after a while the two develop crushes on each other hajime being a trainwreck trying to get fuyuhiko's heart without him knowing fuyu likes him back the vbs also tried helping fuyuhiko out by making pick up (failing miserably) "how am I supposed to let him know I like him...?" Hajime said to himself trying to sing a song to erase his train of thoughts until "hey Hinata" it was fuyuhiko hajime blushed out of no where surprised by fuyuhiko "o-oh hey fuyu-kun"

"Listen I'm going to my friends y'know the vivid bad squad? They have a live event today and I want you to come" hajime blushed "m-me?" He stuttered "yea toya gave me an invitation to get a plus one natsumi and peko are busy right now..." Hajime heart did 3 backflips "of course!"

At the live event the vbs were there getting excited over hajime talking to him and asking him so much stuff "hey there I'm toya nice to meet you" toya a blue and purple haired boy said to him "o-oh hey there" an akito and kohane smiled at him knowing what's up while fuyuhiko was helping the kids practice for the live event teaching them songs they can sing at the show hajime stared at him "oh so you like vocaloid?" Hajime asked fuyuhiko eyes widen "oh yeah I really do" he laughed "yea he's such a good singer!" An compliant him smiling at him *thanks an"

During the live event the kids were doing so well and sing and dance so amazingly singing the song "Utsuro wo Aogu" (with the help of a singer from their phones) they were in synced with each other which made fuyuhiko happy and seeing him happy after the live event hajime already had to leave as his parents were worried sick about him "thanks for inviting me to the live event" he said "anytime dude hope to see you again soon!" Akito said waving as hajime walked away fuyuhiko was hesitant about something "hey hajime! Fuyuhiko needs to tell you something!" An said fuyuhiko looked at her confused "is there something you need?" Fuyuhiko just went ahead and kissed him on the cheek and ran off "oh"
