the hotel was already fully booked, except for one room. and of course, you guys took it. once you both were led to your room, you two inspected it. one bathroom, a desk, a couch, and... one bed. you two quickly realized the bed situation, considering you both stared at it in utter silence, blushing.

starting off strong we have the prettiest tissue box in the world. 9/10, i think if i were sick it would make me feel better to have such a nice tissue box.

sooo bad. the author was what 70 (??) writing that his female character got clinically DIAGNOSED with being a slut for every guy she comes in contact with. i know options for sexy literature were probably limited at this time but…please go check out something else. i wanna bonk her on the head with this book (paperback) and hug her. you don’t need to read this to be cool and sexually aware. moving on.

on the other side of that, the blondie calendar gives us a sense of the GOOD media she’s consuming!! a 10/10 no questions asked. we don't really get to see many of her hobbies or interests outside of investigation so this is a much appreciated detail.

of course like all good things in life the blondie calendar does get replaced. its replacement is what i will call Weird Antinaturalist Art Piece #1 seen in her room in s4. i give it a 4/10 because idk what’s going on really.

white fingerless gloves! 10/10. so chic for monster hunting.

black fingerless gloves from s4. hmmm 3/10, they're cool i guess but they don’t feel very nancy and the white ones are so much better. especially because you may get the splatter effect of monster blood on them in a battle scenario, which would be badass.

piggybank (with her name on the side). 2/10 unfortunately i don’t like him. he looks at me like i took out his whole pig village and i just need some quarters. also did she paint this herself? in that case, 3/10 for customization lol.

pastel underwear drawer: 10/10. her committment to the hollistic aesthetic and color palette of her room is impressive here. it was a good idea to use this drawer as a deterrence against her little brother and a money hiding place but clearly he has no manners and is a THIEF.

Y’zel whimpered, putting back on his shirt as Ysayle took a seat next to him on his bed, letting him rest his head on her shoulder.

“That is for her to deicde,” he answered, staring up at U'rahn.

“I see. And if U’nyxia let’s say is cornered by a sandworm. Would you push her out of the way and let it swallow you instead? Would you fight a legion of magitek hoards to keep her safe? Kirian’s chest swelled as he held U’nyxia’s hands, smiling down at her as he thought of the first time he actually had to think about their future together. He smiled, leaning down to kiss her as her grandfather finished their ceremony, pulling back to see her father balling his eyes out while his wife stared at him dead on. 

A memory, altered twice forward

“I’m never going to be as he wants me to be. Why can he not see that? I want to run away. I hate it here so much. I want to go home to Old Sharlayan and forget this place. I- I-,” Y’zel cried out, tears streaming down his face.

Claudien didn’t know what to do, Y’zel having come out of nowhere and into his arms. He did his best to shoosh the other, stroking back their ears. Y’zel lifting their head and gazing into his eyes, he offered a smile then found the other lifting on their toes to kiss him. He remained frozen for a moment, unsure what to do. Y’lem was his mentor and yet…he could not deny the affection he’d built up for Y’zel. Giving in, Claudien pulled them close, an arm going around their waist to pull them closely forward.

And then the chill set in. He felt goose pimples spread across arms, hair rising as the floor underneath them froze. Y’zel pulled away, eyes shining blue before he started to let out a strained cry. Cold aether flooded the room as ice crawled up the walls, Y’zel’s frightened screams echoing in his ears.

Claudien snapped out of it as applause rancorously filled the opera house. His heart raced, as he came off the daydream, only soothed as Y’zel ran into his arms and kissed him, hidden by wing’s curtains. Unaltered. Unprimed. Safe, for now.

spoilers for the latest dungeon meshi ep but oh my GODDD i love marcille my pobrecita.. i think ryoko kui wrote sexism's effects on marcille really well, i think it's neat how she's a silly little guy and other people kind of underestimate her and it seems she is often down on herself about her failures or, "burdening" others in a way that feels very authentic to how it feels to be a woman and have that extra pressure of perfection to dispell suspicions of your inferiority. it's just very much the feeling i gather from it which makes marcille so relatable. and then to put another layer on it when it came out that she did black magic, she's literally A Bad Ass she is LITERALLY a Badass which makes her doubt of herself even more starkly inappropriate, and in this new episode despite the Fact that she is A Bad Ass when everyone's being a BIG MEANIE to her she's like a sad puppy when people don't let her help with revivals and like idk if i missed something but she doesn't even push back against them saying they're going to turn her in in like, a threatening way, she is just... scared. which hurt me i just wanted everyone stop being so MEAN TO HERRR my POBRECITAAAA. The Main Stars:

Honestly... I didn't really care for Polin. I felt like their relationship and Colin's feelings for her were rushed. I don't really care for Colin in general. I was looking forward to a best friends to lovers with feelings slowly being realized but it seems like they rushed through it so that part 1 could end with a big shock of Colin proposing. My problem was that A) it felt rushed. Like.. Jiara type of rushed and B) a lot of Polin problems (and other issues) got resolved so quickly.

As for Colin, I find him kinda boring and I didn't understand why Pen said he 'returned different' when... he literally acted the exact same. Maybe it's because he was more of an afterthought in the previous seasons. Like he was always traveling and we didn't even know he was a writer until this season and even then we??? didn't even get to see a lot of it??? And while understandably he was upset about Whistledown, I hate how he kept bringing down Pen and the writing and then it was all resolved super quickly.

Nicola/Pen was amazing and I'm glad she advocated for being nude as a fuck you to those who didn't want her as a love interest due to her body type. She was amazing, stunning, gorgeous and I love herrr. She is also. So short.

(My) Main Stars:

Kate, Anthony, Francesca, and Benedict stole the show for me. I was more invested in them than in Polin.

Kathony scenes were so cute and lovely and they're having a baby!! I believe they have a few in the books so looking forward to proper dad Anthony and more of grandma Violet since we haven't gotten much of that with Daphne. They were so fun and Anthony was so head over heels. So sad we never got to see their wedding and such but alas, we might get dad!Anthony and mom!Kate.

Francesca!! I'm not sure if they're setting up for her being bisexual or lesbian but I'm going to assume lesbian. Fucking finally. And honestly? Slay. Her potential love interest was drop dead gorgeous and I'm looking forward to more of their story. She was such an interesting character. At first I assumed that she was like a different side of the same coin with Daphne where Daphne was looking forward to marriage cause of love Francesca was looking forward to marriage to get it over with. Her and Kilmartin are great. Their friendship is so cute and... I assume I'm going to be devastated in following seasons.

We all knew Benedict was bi y'all. We been knew. And!! High chance the next season will be setting up for his season (it'll possibly be Eloise's season?) or it'll be his season!! Benedict is such a puppy and I really really hope they make drastic changes from his book. I'm curious to see if they'll also change his love interests gender? Either way, I'm looking forward to how things will roll out for him.

Other things:

I was very meh about Violet, Danbury, and Anderson. I live for Violet and Danburys friendship and I'm always happy to see em but I did not care for a surprise family member lmao. But hey, at least Violet is getting her garden watered.

People were acting like the Mondrichs were taking up half of the season and it was like?? They've been appearing in scenes throughout the show since S1 like no shit they're going to continue appearing?? The way people talk and act about them has such undertones... Check yourself.

I was hoping for a Cressida redemption arc tbh... And also for Eloise x Cressida to happen ngl lmao. I really thought Eloise would end up being wlw (which could still happen! She could easily still be queer). As much as I like Eloise I do hope she will change how she views other ladies. A lot of time she's giving 'not like other girls' and this season she was doing better than that but still... Some of her comments were not it.

Oh my god this chapter was amazing!! I cannot express how much I loved it! I myself loveeee drama so it was toooo goood ^.^ And the fact that the READER outed herself?! I totally expected it to be geto especially cause he’s just messy in general(hes so me). But I don’t really blame her that much and in my opinion, it’s good that she reacted like that! Atleast she told Choso the truth about that part so he wouldnt have to find out later and be more upset.

We all know Choso hates liars as well so it’s good that she told him that(there’s still so many secrets she needs to tell him but it’s a start!) And I LOVE how Geto and Yuki are just sitting there watching them like if it was a movie. Their little comments not making things any better is so hilarious too😹.

I also didn’t really like the way Choso was speaking to her before he found out about Sukuna so that’s another reason why I’m glad she stood up to him(even if she did blurt out that she fucked his older abusive brother😭).

Talking about abusive older brother..SUKUNA? Oh my god I did not expect him to be like that😞 Especially since he’s been so different towards us. When Choso told the reader what sukuna did, my jaw dropped. I had to put down the phone multiple times throughout the chapter too because of the awkward heavy tension🌚

Choso really did have a reason to walk out and get upset if what he said about Sukuna is true butt, the reader told him multiple times that she didn’t know what kind of person Sukuna was before they fucked so I feel like Choso, being the very understanding person he is, he’s going to listen to her and understand where she’s coming from next chapter. Andd if he doesn’t, i will sob and hunt him down😣(also geto basically planning all of this? jsjsjsk i love him). BUT CHOSO CANT BE MAD PLS..my heart can’t handle any more angst.😥

Anyways that cliffhanger really did get to me and I stayed up thinking about it. I need Choso to forgive herrr. Can’t wait for the next chapter Kami! As always I love every chapter you write, you really are so talented>.<

Oh brother not herrrrrr- Okay I know I'm about to be controversial again but I really feel uncomfy with Leafy, and I kinda hate herrr

Her whole character is just so, fucking twisted that I can't even describe it in a sentence I don't know what her deal is, like, she's just, hhhhhh

Like she overreacts to the simplest "I don't know you", she thought Gaty didn't like her even if she didn't know about her at all

Honestly I don't even wanna go on a tangent with Leafy cause I just, don't like talking about her, she's like that one cousin I hate uuuggghhhhh

Can't help but to feel a little bad for saying my opinion on her but ohhhh welllll- I don't mind art of her it's just, her character you know??
