could you maybe write some pregnant smut with either alexia or leah please and thank youuu 🤭
this isn’t at all what you asked for because my mind went blank… but i wanted to give you something. a follow up may be on the horizon
rich!reader, postpartum sex ban, let’s gooo
-
You are experiencing what can only be described as an emergency.
Not a life-threatening emergency, no. Not in the conventional sense. There is no fire. No armed robbery. No medical professionals are needed.
And yet—despite the complete absence of immediate danger—you are suffering. You are in crisis.
Because it has been six weeks since you have been able to have sex.
Six weeks.
Forty-two days.
One thousand and eight hours.
You do the maths frequently. It brings you no comfort.
Because your wife—your unreasonably attractive, infuriatingly smug wife—has been making it worse.
You don’t think she’s doing it on purpose. But then again, you also didn’t think you were the kind of person who could be undone by the mere existence of another human being, and yet—
Here you are.
Postpartum. Horny. Not okay.
Your last shred of dignity clings to the edge of a cliff, gripping so desperately you might cry.
And then, because the universe hates you, you are forced to endure the absolute worst possible setting for your suffering: a Champions League match.
Barcelona vs Lyon. Quarter-finals. Home leg. A packed stadium. Your baby in your lap. Your wife on the pitch.
It is the worst possible arrangement of things.
Because Alexia, captain, leader, heartbeat of the team, is also—unfortunately—a menace to your well-being.
She is everywhere. Commanding. Dominating. Bossing the midfield. Calling for the ball. Intercepting play. Creating chances.
And she is sweaty.
She is so sweaty.
Her shirt clings to her back. Her thighs glisten under the floodlights. She is locked in, sharp, a threat. She pulls her shorts up—a little habit she has before every free kick—and your stomach drops to your knees.
You are not okay.
You have not been okay for weeks.
You shift slightly in your seat, trying to focus on anything else. You fail spectacularly.
Isabel, blessedly oblivious to your suffering, sleeps peacefully against your chest, one tiny hand curled into a fist against your shirt. She has not known suffering a day in her life.
And then—because life is cruel—Alexia scores.
The entire stadium erupts.
She roars, fist in the air, running to the corner flag, chased by teammates.
And you—seated in the most privileged of all possible seats—are struck with the deep, undeniable realisation that you have never been more attracted to anyone in your entire life.
Which is a problem.
Because you are in a box, surrounded by people.
Important people.
The president of the club is to your left. His wife is beside him, clutching his arm, thrilled, eyes wide. Across from you, executives are clapping. Your in-laws—who insisted on coming—are beaming.
And yet—all you can think about is how badly you want to jump your wife in front of all of them.
You clench your jaw. Adjust your grip on the baby. Breathe through your nose. Try to survive.
Twenty minutes later, Barcelona win.
The final whistle goes. The team celebrates. Cheers. Applause. The smell of fresh beer being flung into the air in the stands.
And then—the worst possible thing happens.
Alexia jogs off the pitch.
Your body, betraying you completely, tenses in anticipation.
You know what’s coming.
You have seen this play out a thousand times before.
Ten minutes later, the door swings open.
You brace yourself.
And then she walks in.
And you—like a complete idiot—forget how to breathe.
Because she is fresh from the shower.
She is in a navy tracksuit. The zip is low. Her hair is still wet, damp against her skin.
She smells like soap.
Like her.
And she knows.
She sees the way you tense. She sees the way your grip tightens on the baby. She knows exactly what she is doing to you.
And then—because she hates you—she leans down and kisses Isabel’s forehead.
Soft. Gentle. Devastating.
Your stomach drops through the floor.
She sits down next to you. So casual. So smug. She touches your thigh, her fingers barely brushing against the fabric, like she isn’t completely destroying you.
And then—to make things worse—she focuses entirely on the baby.
You stare at her.
You cannot handle this.
She hums softly under her breath, rubbing small circles into Isabel’s back. Her fingers move so lightly, so effortlessly, and your stomach flips.
Your entire body is on fire.
She adjusts the blanket. Fixes a tiny sock. Makes a soft, affectionate noise.
And you—you actually whimper.
She laughs.
The kind of laugh that makes you want to throw yourself into the sea.
She leans in slightly, voice low, amused, calculated.
“Three more days.”
Your eyes slam shut.
You are in actual, physical pain.
Seventy-two hours.
You might not survive.
God help you.

Wife Vs Wife (StephCatleyXFoordReader)
Tumblr media
Summary: you Play for Manchester United while your wife plays for Arsenal. You have to play against one another and things don't end well.
Warnings: head injuries,blood
You sat in the changing rooms, headphones on. Listening to your pre game playlist. It was a mix of songs to hype yourself up and songs that helped you find your focus.
Ella sat down next to you. Watching you. There was something different about you today. She tapped you on the shoulder gently.
"y/n?" She asked. You took your headphones off and put them aside.
"yes, Tooney?" You asked her.
"are you okay? You seem a bit...Off today!" She told you. You sighed softly.
"what can i say, i don't like playing against Steph! I know it's Part of the Job but still..." You admitted. Ella gave you a gentle pat on the shoulder.
"you don't mind playing against Caitlin but you stressed about your wife? That's cute!" She told you and you rolled your eyes at her playfully.
The changing room filled with the rest of the Team soon. You guys talked about tactics before it was time to wam up. Which you did with Ella as your partner. Glancing over at your wife and your sister for a moment before your focus was back on warming up.
The game started and it got intense right away. You and Katie got into really heated one vs one situations, pushing eachother and yelling at one another. Kinda funny. Given that you are actually great Friends and she is dating your sister Caitlin. Both of you got yellow cards. Tooney scored an amazing Goal which meant you took the lead. By half time it was 1-0.
You walked back into the Tunnels and back into the changing rooms.
"that was intense!" Maya said, looking at you. You nodded your head.
"it sure was!" You agreed.
"at least Katie distracted you from the fact that you are playing against Steph!" Ella answered. You turned to look at her and frowned.
"yeah i forgot about it...until you mentioned it!" You said and sighed softly.
" i have to play against my best friend as well, so i get it!" She replied. You chuckled a bit at that.
"Tooney you and Alessia are besties so that's different. I mean Steph is my wife! I married her! We have different dynamic then you have with Lessi!" You answered and giggled softly.
The second half started soon and things were intense once again. You and Katie gave eachother hell again. Kyra scored a goal for Arsenal in the 78th Minute. So it was 1-1 now. In the 87th Minute you got a Corner. So you standing by the second Goal Post, your wife was close, so was Katie. You tried to get the ball in with a Header and Steph tried to get it out of the danger Zone. Both of your head collided at that and you both fell to the floor. No one really cared in that moment that the ball got in cause Steph was groaning in pain, tears in her eyes holding her head and you were passed out, a small cut under your right eye was bleeding.
"Babe?" Steph asked. Trying to sit up but couldn't see cause she was dizzy. The medics running over to you. Both Teams forming a circle around you to shield you and Steph from the cameras and Fans.
"Steph, don't move. You might have a concussion." Leah told her. Worried about you and her teammate. Caitlin was kneeling down next to you, tears in her eyes. Fear was evident in the way she looked at you as well. But you didn't knew cause you were out like a light.
"she is unconcious!" Caitlin sobbed out which sent shivers down stephs back.
"what?! Babe please wake up!" She sobbed out. The medics keeping her down when she tried to move. Cause she had a concussion.
You woke up after around a 40 Seconds and turned your head to the side. Throwing up. Yes you had a concussion as well. And the cut under your eye needed to be glued back together. It for sure was gonna be a black eye by tomorrow.
Both you and Steph were taken off the pitch and brought to the hospital for some CT Scans. You both needed to be watched over at night which Caitlin offered to do and Katie was gonna help.
The Game ended with 2-1 win for you Guys.
Caitlin stayed at your place with Katie. You were thankful for that cause that way you were allowed to leave the hospital.
"you look like Shit! Both of you do actually!" Caitlin told you & Steph. You tried to laugh but quickly stopped yourself cause laughing hurt your head too much.
"good thing we look like shit together, right Babe?" You said softly.
"Catley what are you talking about? You Look hot!" She told you. "No matter what!" She added.
"so do you Catley!" You replied to your wife and gave her a small kiss.
"disgusting!" Katie said, making fake gagging noises. But she was only teasing of course.
"but for real, the two of you gave me a Heart Attack." Caitlin admitted.
"sorry." You mumbled out already drifting off to sleep.
"She is gonna hate that we have to wake her every 30 minutes. Same goes for you Steph. So don't get to comfy." Katie whispered out. Steph frowned a bit and then cuddled up to you.
"See you in 30 minutes then." Steph told your sister and Katie before falling asleep as well. You two holding one another. You both slept peacefully on the couch. Well as peacefully as possible in that Situation because Katie and Caitlin took turns to wake you up every 30 minutes. Which sucked cause your head and face were killing you but thankfully you were due for another round of painkillers around 1am. Which both you and Steph took happily.
One good thing came with the concussion. You and Steph had to take two weeks off of Football practice so you had some time for eachother. Which you spend cuddling, going on walks and believe it or not talking about adopting a child.

Like mother, like daughter || Leah Williamson x reader
Tumblr media
Request | Masterlist | Prompt List
Part of the Mini Williamson universe
Summary Leah takes Amelia to training so you can have a well needed break.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
You were approaching the final weeks of your pregnancy.
Your body was aching. You were tired all the time. You were in a constant bad mood. You were over being pregnant.
At this point, you just wanted to meet your baby girl more than anything.
Amelia, although she was a relatively good child, was going through her terrible twos stage.
Throwing temper tantrums, sulking when you say no, everything a child going through the terrible twos would do.
To make matters worse, Leah was at training every single day apart from one day a week, meaning that she wasn't there to help.
Leah felt so bad. She was leaving her very pregnant wife to look after a two year old, but Leah couldn't do anything.
But one day, she'd gotten home from training to find you sobbing.
"Oh, baby, what's wrong?" Leah asked as she walked into the living room, her arms wrapping round your shaking body.
"I don't know what to do, Le. She's just not listening to me, and I'm so done being pregnant. My whole body hurts. And little miss won't stop kicking because she's your daughter and I just.." You sobbed, Leah rubbing her hand up and down your arm.
“Love, you should have rang me. I would have come home.” Leah told you and you nodded
“You were training though.”
“I know I was training, but you always come first. You and Ami always come first, you need to understand that. Call me next time, okay?” Leah questioned and you nodded against her chest. “Now, where’s Ami?”
After that incident, the very next morning, Leah rang Jonas, asking if she could take Amelia to training.
Jonas happily said yes, knowing Amelia was very loved by the whole team.
Before you could wake up, Leah had gotten herself and Ami all ready, having some spare time left over so she made you some breakfast.
“Mama, mama, wake up.” Amelia whispered, trying to fight the big maternity pillow so she could get over it to hug you.
“Hi, baby girl.” You greeted her, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
“made you breakfast.” She told you, and your heart melted.
“Did you? Aw, thank you.” You sat up, slowly due to your bump, resting your back against the headboard. “Thank you, love.” You whispered in Leah’s ear as she kissed you.
Leah then bent down to kiss your bump.
“Look after mama for me.” Leah whispered against it, before pressing another kiss.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got Ami and little miss to keep me safe.” You joked, laughing softly.
“It’s just little miss today. Ami’s coming with me. You get a break okay, get some sleep, just a full day of rest.” Leah explained, and at that point you felt like crying.
“Really? Thank you, Le.” You hugged her tightly. Leah suddenly realised just how much you’d been struggling with Amelia.
You loved Ami so so much, but she was such a handful, especially when you were at one of your weakest points in your pregnancy.
“Right, we best get going, Mini Williamson.” Leah told Amelia, who was dressed in an Arsenal kit.
“Okay, mummy. Goodbye mama, bye bye sissy. Love you.” Ami babbled, kissing your bump before running downstairs.
You and Leah’s shared a sentimental laugh before Leah pecked your lips, saying goodbye.
“You get some sleep.”
—
“Mini Williamson!” Katie shouted, holding her arms out as Ami ran towards her. “How you doing, mini Williamson?”
“Good!” Ami cheered, throwing her arms in the air.
“Being a cheeky monkey to mama, aren’t you?” Leah told Katie, Katie tickling Amelia’s sides in response.
“Why are you being a cheeky monkey to your mama? Your mama is doing a really big job by carrying your sister so you’ve got to be nice to her.” Katie explained to Ami, and she nodded along to Katie’s words.
“Is that a certain Amelia I see there?” A voice asked from across the room.
“Auntie Lessi!” Amelia laughed, running to Alessia who picked her up.
“Have you been naughty for mama? Is that why mummy brought you here?” Alessia questioned as Amelia’s lowly nodded, hiding her face in Alessia’s neck.
“You have to be good for mama, munchkin.” Alessia said, pressing a kiss to Ami cheek before putting her down.
Alessia walked over to Leah, hugging her as Leah sighed.
“She just… it’s hard, she doesn’t understand that Y/N’s pregnant. She gets she’s going to be an older sister, but she doesn’t get the fact that Y/N’s already tired and achy, and her messing around doesn’t make it easier.” Leah explained to Alessia, who nodded along, as they both watched Ami talking to Beth and Steph about her new boots.
“I’m always here to take her.” Alessia offered. “She’s like a niece to me. She’s my mini best friend, aren’t you?” Alessia asked Ami as she walked back over to Leah and Alessia.
“Yes, auntie lessi! Best friend.” Amelia said, hugging Alessia’s leg.
“Thanks, less.”
“Anyway, how is Y/N? How’s little miss doing?”
They fell into light conversation as they got ready for training, Kyra and Ami already running round causing chaos.
It was safe to say that Ami would definitely be having an afternoon nap.
—
Waking up cuddled into your maternity pillow, you rubbed your eyes to steady them.
You reached to pick your phone up, looking at the time, 13:21 looking back at you.
Just as you were about to rest your head on the pillow, Leah’s head popped through the door.
“Hi, love. You slept for a while.” Leah laughed lightly as she came to lay down next to you, her arm wrapping round your bump.
You hummed in agreement as Leah pressed a kiss to your head.
“Where’s Ami?” You asked, noticing the silence in the house.
“Having a nap. Training tired her out.” Leah explained as you nodded against her chest.
“Did she have fun?” You mumbled, half asleep.
“Lots. Her, lessi and Kyra were crazy. Running round everywhere.” Leah said but when she didn’t get a response, she looked down to see you asleep.
She smiled to herself, seeing your face so light and gentle as you slept.
She leant down to your bump, gently caressing it before pressing a kiss on it.
“You need to stop making your mama so tired.” Leah whispered, earning a kick from little miss. “My little football player.”

Hi guys!
It’s a new one-shot for my series "Lia & The Firefighter", but like the others you can read this one without having read the others.
It's from a request here and I already have another one for this serie and that makes me very happy because I like this one :)
TW : None, I think?
Tumblr media
For once, saying goodbye to Lia for your double shift wasn’t too hard. You knew that her and the Arsenal’s women team would come at almost the end of your shift to the fire station. After what happened to Frida during the finale for the ContiCup, Arsenal’s staff decided to organize a formation about first aid.
You have been with Lia for almost three years now, so the team heard about you several times and they all know what you are doing for a living. That’s why they decided to contact your fire station, after asking Lia if she was okay with that.
She was and you were too, of course. You love your job and being able to talk about it is always something you find great. You weren’t in the stand when Frida went down, but you are secretly relieved to know that people around Lia will be more aware of what to do if something happens to your girlfriend while you are not around.
Your shift was pretty calm this time, of course you had emergencies, but nothing was too complicated. You even had time to eat sitting on a chair, which is something you sometimes can’t do.
Before they come, you take a shower and wash your hair, wanting to be as prepared as possible. You help your Commander to prepare the things you will need for the course and write some reports to pass time.
“Y/L/N, they are here!”
You smile while you finish writing your last sentence before getting up from your chair. You know that you won’t be able to kiss Lia like you do when you go home but seeing her when you aren’t supposed to makes you happy.
You, your Commander and two other firefighters are present for the course. The girl and the team are already here when you join them in the hangar, where the trucks are parked.
You can’t help but look at Lia, who is beautiful as always. She calls you cheesy when you swear that you don’t even look at other women since you have her in your life, but it’s true. No one can fight with her. She’s your perfection.
“So, Y/N, which one am I not authorized to flirt with?” teases one of your colleagues.
“No one, if you don’t want to explain to your wife why you have a broken jaw.”
It makes him chuckle, but he stops really quickly when he sees your burning gaze. You are overprotective with Lia, it’s not something new for anyone. You never let her carry anything, you always cook when you can and you insist that she rests when you are both at home, pushing her to lie down on the couch while you are cleaning or doing the laundry.
But since you saved Alessia from that stupid man in a nightclub several months ago, you also started to go out more with them. They slowly became your friends and you have the tendency to protect your friends too. Nothing to do with how you behave with Lia naturally, but Alessia still started to call you her bodyguard since that day.
You address a wink at your girlfriend when she looks back at you, standing between Steph and Leah, before going back to your work face. Arms crossed on your chest, you listen to your Commander talking about how the emergencies are working. You already know that of course. But you are still listening, giving your Captain the attention he deserves from you.
“How do you let her leave the house when she’s dressed like this? She’s so hot” Kyra whispers in Lia’s ear.
Alessia next to her giggles and even if she slaps Kyra’s arm, Steph can’t hide the smile on her face.
You are not wearing all your uniform, only your fire pants and your navy polo, with your black boots.
“Leave her alone” Leah whispers, passing her arm around Lia’s shoulders.
Leah knows how secretive and prudent Lia is about your relationship; you are still a secret for the rest of the world. Only your friends and family know about you. You have to admit that it works perfectly for you too.
“Thanks” Lia mumbles to Leah.
“She’s right, though. This uniform is something else” Leah smirks.
Lia rolls her eyes and smiles too. Even if your job scares her to death sometimes, she’s still proud about you.
After those explanations, your Captain separates the team into three groups. You are assigned to the cardiac massage, while another group will go to theory and the last group will have false emergency scenarios to work on.
You greet the girls with a smile, you know them pretty well now. Caitlin and Katie are in this group, and you can’t help but smile when you realize that they manage to be together for that too. You know that Caitlin is Lia’s ex, of course. But you never had any problem with her, Caitlin always has been respectful and her having her own girlfriend now put an endpoint about any rivalry who might have existed.
Katie is in fact one of the girls you get along with the best. She teases you every time about your relationship with Lia, but she’s very fond of her girlfriend too. So, you don’t hesitate to tease her back and you always have fun together.
But today you are very concentrated, and the girls all have a little reminder about how impressed they were by you. Now they know that your closed face is a barrier to the world and that inside you are as soft as a marshmallow. And that you are wrapped around Lia’s little finger.
The second group includes Kyra with Kim and Steph, and you wonder if they put the young Australian with the two other women to make her behave. She’s in fact very concentrated too and is one of the best at cardiac massage.
“Pretty impressive” you say to Kyra after having checked the consistency of her massage.
“Thanks” she answers proudly before sticking her tongue to Steph.
You roll your eyes and smile, for the first time since you began the course. Seems like she can’t stay serious for too long anyway.
The last group comprises Leah, Alessia but especially Lia. You are eager to have your girlfriend next to you, even if you have to stay professional. Which you do very well to be honest, if the others didn’t know you were dating, no one could have guessed.
“Hi” you smirk at Lia when it’s her turn to do the cardiac massage.
“Hello” she smiles back.
Just like the others, you look at Lia working, telling the things to change when needed. You take on yourself not to look at her with your habitual loving eyes, keeping it professional once again. Even when her perfume tickles your nose and the fact that you could completely let your gaze go on the southern part of her anatomy.
The tiredness you usually feel when you are at the end of your shift isn’t here today either, thanks to your girlfriend and her friends.
After all the girls and the rest of the team have passed, you meet one last time in the hangar. Once again you listen carefully to what your Captain is saying. You just look quickly at the clock on the wall, happy to learn that you only have twenty minutes left before being authorized to go home.
Several minutes later, Arsenal’s team is leaving. Not without having a paper signed by your Captain.
“Wait for me?” you whisper to Lia when the girls come to thank you.
She smiles and nods, before leaving with the others. You look at her leaving, before turning to your colleagues.
“Nice of you to have kept your hand for yourself” one of them teases again.
You frown and open your mouth to answer but your Commander, still in the room, doesn’t hesitate to intervene sharply.
“I think there are still trucks that need to have their equipment updated. It will maybe be more interesting than gossip.”
Your colleague blushes but nods before leaving the hangar. You don’t flinch when your Captain turns in your direction.
“Y/L/N, you’re dismissed.”
You nod and hide a smile, thanking your Captain before leaving. You hurry to change and freshen up a little, before almost running out to find Lia. She’s waiting for you, standing in a corner of the yard. You can’t hide the smile this time, happy to finally have her for you.
“Hi Beautiful” you smile, passing your arms around her waist.
“Hi”
You sigh of well-being by feeling it against you, closing your eyes briefly. You missed her during those last two days, even if you were able to exchange some messages during this time.
“I missed you” you mumble, your face in her hair.
You let her cup your face between both of her hands, looking at you for several seconds before talking. You let her do it. You hated that when you started dating, but now you’re much more comfortable when she does it. It feels like she’s scanning your soul.
“How tired are you?” she finally asks.
“I’m okay. Why?”
“Would you mind showing me around the station?”
You hesitate for some seconds, before nodding and taking her by the hand. Lia never came inside the fire station, even if she has already picked you up from work several times.
“I need to ask my Commander before” you inform Lia while entering the fire station.
You don’t let Lia’s hand go when you enter it, going right to the office where you know you will find him. You wait politely for his authorization to enter after you knock, entering discreetly into his office.
“I was wondering if you would allow me to show Lia the station, my Commander” you ask, standing straight.
He gives a big smile to Lia. He always has loved her; you don’t know why. He even menaces you to kick your ass if you do something bad to her. But there is not a single chance in the world for you to do that. You haven’t told him that way, but Lia is the love of your life.
“Sur. Just be careful not to disturb your colleagues who are still working”
“Of course, Sir. Thank you very much”
You nod and offer him a smile, before grabbing Lia’s hand again to drag her outside the office. You hear him adding something just before you close the door.
“It was a pleasure to see you again, Lia.”
Lia giggles and the sound alone makes you smile. You take her against you to kiss her cheek, now you are alone there is no one to tease you. You can see her smile under your lips. She’s bashful about your relationship, but the tenderness between you is here at any moment of the day.
You take your girlfriend to visit the different rooms of the fire station. On the ground floor there are different garages and a changing room with some bathrooms. On the first floor, there are the different classrooms that Lia already knows because that’s where the Arsenal’s girls have spent their last hours. There is the cafeteria too and what you all call the living room. In this room there is a TV, a baby-foot table and some comfortable couches.
And on the last floor, there are bedrooms, showers and a balcony. It’s where you finish your tour, letting Lia look at the view. It’s not very amazing to be honest, the station is in the city. So, it’s basically buildings and cement.
“So? What do you think?” you ask your girlfriend after some minutes.
You smile when she turns in your direction again. She’s wearing her Arsenal’s outfit, but you love it inside. You can’t explain why you find her in a kit particularly sexy. She’s wearing a jogging today though, but she’s amazing anyway.
“It seems great” Lia smiles. “But I think I understand even more now why you crave a bath when you come home after your shift”
You laugh, rolling your eyes. Having a bathtub was one of your criteria when you were looking for an apartment. You told Lia once and she keeps teasing you about it. But she’s not wrong, you usually go straight for a hot bath when you come home. If Lia can be inside the water with you, it’s just like heaven.
You made her swear to keep your obsession for Lush bath bombs secret, though.
“Are you ready to go home?” you ask Lia.
“I am” she smiles.
She’s the one who takes your hand this time, but you follow her without any doubt. You just go to the changing room to grab your things before going to the parking lot to find your car.
“You are coming to mine, right?” you frown suddenly after having started the car.
“Yes, unless you don’t want me there” Lia smirks.
You don’t even respond, you just snort. If you could, you would probably spend every second of the day with her. And it seems to be a good enough answer for Lia, because your girlfriend only smiles and looks through the window.
A comfortable silence begins after that. And, just when you take a look at your girlfriend, you can only feel relaxed. There’s no place you’d want to be but here. You know you will have an amazing evening, with a bath, a homemade poke bowl just like Lia proposed to cook for you and definitely cuddles in front of the TV.
Once again, you couldn’t ask for more. Or better.

hey idk if u still take requests but i got an idea (if u don't just delete the ask, I understand xd). Leah and R recently got married but R kept on playing with her lastname on the jersey still. But on one international break R (plays for a different nation, like idk Germany or Spain) and decided to put Williamson on her back as a surprise for Leah who is watching with her family/or team. Leah at first is confused about it and thinks its a mistake in the line up but then the camera zooms in on R with Williamson printed on the back, so she of course gets super emotional about it + maybe even getting a little teased for it ;) ps. love your writing (especially the leah fics) a lot so keep up the great work <3 (kiss cam was mad cute btw)

description: in which your wife sees your shared last name on your jersey for the first time
warnings: swearing
a/n: oh my goodness! thank you so much for the request and the love for my fics, i really appreciate it!! hope you enjoy xxx
⋆ ★ ⋆ ★ ⋆ ★ ⋆ ★ ⋆
you and your wife, leah had been married for a little over a year after being partners for 6 years prior. it wasn’t a secret that you took on the williamson last name, however, on all your jerseys, it remained (y/l/n), taking so long because you don’t have the time to change it as quick as you would like.
you were working on changing it without leah’s knowledge, but it didn’t really faze her, she was confident in your relationship and you didn’t need to be labelled by her last name to be her wife. in her head, you’ve been her wife the first day she asked you to be her girlfriend.
you both played together at arsenal, where the both of you met and blossomed in love. however, you both play for different national teams, you for spain and her for england. this didn’t affect your relationship in a bad way, instead, it was good for it. you loved to tease each other about which team was better, who would win against each other and more. both of you were professionals, leaving everything on the pitch and not bringing into your personal lives.
it just worked, the two of you couldn’t explain it but it did. you and leah had a lot of love and respect for each other, both of you supporting each other’s national careers and arsenal careers.
—
it was national break, leah had already played in her group, the lionesses winning their group stage for the qualifiers. you had gone to each of leah’s games, her doing the same for you - wearing each other’s jerseys with bright grins and putting pride to the side, wanting to support your significant other.
as soon as leah had completed her group stages, you had your final match for your own group, deciding to bring keira and georgia along with her. your family were there, with leah, sitting in the family and friends section talking and laughing with each other before the game starts. before the teams come out, the announcer shares the starting line ups. leah was watching the screen excitedly, ready to see her pretty girl, each player gets an individual video of themselves with their names on the screen.
“number eight, (y/n) williamson!” her claps and cheers slow when she sees ‘williamson’ on the big screen, supported by your face in your jersey. her eyebrows quirk in confusion, she turns to your family and asks if they know anything about the ‘mistake’ but they offer her fake confusion, claiming they knew nothing of it. leah furrows her brows and looks at keira and georgia, who also shrug with a smirk. she sits forward on her chair, elbows resting on her thighs, her stern football face on full display waiting for you to come out.
she focuses her attention on the tunnel, waiting to see the back of your jersey, that’s when she sees it, ‘8 - williamson’ she immediately covers her mouth with her hands, letting out multiple tears when she sees you. she looks over to your family but they were already smiling at her brightly, recording her reaction for you to watch later.
she lets out a wet laugh, she can’t take her eyes off you, smiling with so much adoration. she knew you had her last name, she’s seen you wear her jersey, but she wanted to collapse at the thought of her girl finally having her last name officially on your jersey rather than hers, not realising how much this meant for her.
keira and georgia jump up and down, clapping leah on the shoulder and hyping her up. she’s still in disbelief, standing up with her hands on her head, looking at you with a big smile. she could tell that you were searching for her in the section, you spot the group of your family, your wife and some of your best friends. while waiting in line for the national anthems to play, you quickly wave at them, blowing a kiss in their direction. leah lets out a quick giggle, slightly pink in the cheeks.
“captain leah is a bit of a simp huh, g?” keira smirks, pretending to talk to georgia but directing it right at leah.
“who would have thought we would see leah weak at the knees because of her own last name, kei?” georgia mocks with a matching smirk
“both of you shut up” she sends them the captain’s glare but they just can’t stop, choosing to tease their friend for the duration of the match.
—
every time you got the ball, leah leaned forward in her seat, analysing your every move and whispering under her breath, “come on, baby”. she nods her head when you pass, smiling when you do something well. leah could see from the corner of her eyes her two best friends recording her and taking photos of her, knowing they would share them with you to make fun of her but she just didn’t care, she focused her entire attention on you and you only.
the whistle signals the end of the first half, spain was in the lead by 3 goals to 1, one of them an assist from you. leah watches as you walk towards the tunnel with your water bottle, you make eye contact with her, smiling excitedly at her. she returns the gesture, blowing you a quick kiss, grinning as you return the favour before returning to the change room.
her grin disappears when she looks over at her friends, them making kissy faces at her. she shakes her head, turning to chat with your family instead, the girls still teasing her behind her back. when you come back out of the tunnel with your team for the second half, her breath hitched seeing you in your jersey again, you looked absolutely breathtaking to her. about 5 minutes into the second half, you decide to take a risk, wanting to impress your fans as well as your wife.
you get the ball from aitana, running from the midfield and taking the shot. leah knows you can shoot from a distance like this, practising with you back at home, this doesn’t mean she’s not absolutely freaking out, her hands covering her mouth again watching you. the ball curves from your foot, landing in the top right of the box, the keeper just missing it. you scream in celebration, running towards aitana and celebrating while the rest of your team jump on top of you.
leah, your family and her two best friends were jumping up and down screaming. leah having the biggest smile on her face, only growing wider seeing your bright smile with ‘williamson’ on your back.
you quickly run towards the friends and family section again, blowing a big kiss towards leah and everyone else. in the corner of your eye, you spot the camera man filming you, you gesture them to come closer to you, spinning around and showing your back, then holding up the number one while smiling brightly. leah slightly tears up from your goal but her tears fall again at your celebration on the big screen, that was her wife, she literally couldn’t believe it.
the game concludes 4-1 win for spain. your team does a victory lap and you move around taking pictures and giving signatures when you feel familiar, strong arms around your waist, lifting you off the ground and spinning you around. you laugh gleefully when you’re placed back down. turing around quickly and jumping on leah, she quickly catches you by your thighs, holding you tightly against her body.
she looks up at you with a bright grin,
“mrs williamson, you evil woman!” she mocks,
“what do you mean, mrs williamson?” you joke with a smirk,
“you look beautiful with our name on your back, baby, couldn’t take my eyes off you” you smile sheepishly as her, cupping her face and pressing a gentle kiss on her lips, she whines when you pull away to speak to her.
“so you liked my surprise, mi amor (my love)?” you tilt your head to the side, already knowing the answer based on how tightly she’s holding you and how pink her cheeks are.
“i-” she starts, interrupted busy her two best friends, forming a circle around you, linking their hands and rotating around the two of you.
“oh definitely more than like, (y/n/n), she’s a proper fan!” georgia says with a laugh
“oh yeah, the girl was fangirling so hard like she didn’t marry you” keira adds, laughing hard with georgia.
leah looks up at you sternly, placing you on the ground, giving you a tight lipped smile and a quick kiss on your lips. “excuse me for a minute, baby?” you hesitantly nod at her. the two girls already know their fate, running away as quick as they could with leah hot on their trail. you shake your head at them, going to spend some time with your family before they left.
you took leah into the change room with you after saying goodbye to everyone, leah was taking you home after this. when you get inside, you peel off the shirt and throw it next to you, leah rushing forward and picking it up and dusting it off.
“what the fuck do you think you’re doing?” she exclaims and holds the jersey to her chest offendedly,
“what-” you look at her confused,
“do you understand how special this is!” she starts, scoffing at your confused face, “you think i’m going to let my wife’s first williamson jersey get dirty when i’m going to frame it and hang it up in the house?” you laugh loudly at her, stopping when she gives you a glare, realising she wasn’t joking.
“mi amor (my love), it’s already dirty! i’ve been sweating in it for 90 minutes, i can get you a new one-” she shakes her head at you, “don’t try me, williamson” neatly folding up the jersey and holding it close to her. you smile at her, grabbing her around the neck and pulling her down into a hug, she quickly reciprocates, running her hands up and down your now exposed waist.
she lets you go quickly shower, coming out dressed completely head to toe in her clothes, you were killing her. has she seen you in her clothes all the time?, yes. did she marry you? yes. she still had the same reaction as she first did, both of you so completely in love with each other, it was sickening.
leah kept her word and framed your jersey, you convincing her to do the same with hers and hanging them side by side in your living room. now everyone knows the superstar couple, the williamsons were inseparable.

Leah Williamson x ??
Warnings: family argument, rushed writing it’s 1am
Leah hadn’t seen any of her family in weeks, not since her granny had come to the house demanding her ring back but today was importation, today was Jacob’s day and she had promised to be there, you had promised to be there and so she found herself stood on the sidelines of her brothers champion ship final with his team. Her family stood on the other side, with no sign of you.
The match is a blur for everyone, for Leah, her family and her brother whose playing, her brother whose playing his championship match but all he can focus on is the tension between his family and his sister.
His sister who he has idolised since he was a little kid, who he wanted to be just like when he grew up.
Leah had walked down to the sidelines when the match had finished Jacob’s team coming out on top, “Jacob, Jacob, Oye Jacob.” Leah yelled across the field trying to get her younger brother’s attention only he ignored her, he couldn’t look at her, he felt sick to his stomach every time he did.
But it was Leah, and so he found him self stopping momentarily meters away from everyone else. That was all Leah needed to race towards him running up to the younger boy “Hey mate I’m talking to you.” Jacob rolled her “what do you want.” Leah can’t say she’s surprised by his reaction but it hurts her none the less “I just-well I wanted to see you-see how you were, to eh to congratulate you-it was great game mate.” Jacob shakes his head before turning.
Leah grabs his arm panic flaring within her at the thought of losing her younger brother too, “Jacob please.” Jacob harshly tugs his arm away from staring at her like she has caused him harm “no Leah, I-why-how could you” Leah shakes her head her mind racing “I-i don’t know, I can’t lie to you-I don’t know.”
Jacob scoffs “Bullshit, of course you know, this isn’t some one night mistake Leah, this has been going on for ages, and you-you have the nerve to say you don’t know, you don’t know why you cheated on a woman who loves you more than anything, a woman who has given you everything been there for everything, for everyone and asked for nothing in return, the woman you married” Jacob’s squared up to her now, taller now than he was when they first started to have arguments.
Leah feels her throat closing “ it-I made a mistake, but I don’t love her-it’s Y/n.” Jacob hates the way his heart breaks at the sight of tears welling in Leah’s eyes but he doesn’t stop “no it was, you’ve fucked it up, you cheated on your wife, your pregnant wife might I add.” Leah shakes her head “I-I didn’t know.” Jacob lets out a humourless laugh “why cause you would have stopped then.” Leah doesn’t say anything “oh my god, you would have stopped cheating on her, you wouldn’t have said anything, you would-you would have dumped that slag and gone on like you had done nothing wrong.” Leah tries to grab his hand as he begins to walk away again.
“Jacob please.” Jacob keeps walking as Leah chases him “Have you stopped seeing her.” Jacob hates that he’s asked such a question but he needs to know, and the silence is all it takes “She-she’s helping me get through this I-i have no one.” Jacob scoffs “I wonder why.”
Amanda watch’s from a distance her heart breaking at the sight of her kids fighting, at the sight of her youngest slowly starting to hate his favourite person in the world.
“I used to idolise you, I -I wanted to be you.” Jacob’s voice is quite as he admits it all to Leah, leah who wants nothing more than for the ground to open up and swallow her whole, to put her out of her misery. “I used to sit and watch you both, watch how soft she made you, how loved up you both were and I used to wish to have that, I used to wish to be you.” Jacob shakes his head “I can’t believe I wasted all that time wishing, when you’ve become such an asshole so far up her own arse that she has destroyed the only thing she’s ever wanted, or at least the old version of her ever wanted.” Leah can’t say anything else can’t move as her heart breaks again like it has so many times recently.
But her phone lights up in her hand as the screen shows HER name and Jacob shakes his head, he’s not angry anymore just sad, disappointed and sad “She hasn’t stopped crying, I-I’m starting to think she might never stop, even-even when the baby comes.” Jacob doesn’t say anything else instead he just leaves her there standing in the middle of the pitch as he walks over to Amanda head, Leah doesn’t try anymore, she’s tired and soaked and her stupid phone won’t stop buzzing and all she wishes for in that moment is for you. But she’s lost you, lost them, lost everyone.

Different lives: dad!Jason Todd x wife!reader
Tumblr media
Request: Family au, I believe that Jason Todd is a family man and he would totally have 2 older boys like 15-13 a five year old daughter who has him like wrapped around his finger and the wife and Jason get like a call from the school saying there was a fight and Jason is all like hey no no we don't do that but then asks who won
***
It seemed like they were dancing at Dick and Babs’ wedding only five minutes ago.
Holding onto each other for dear life, like they knew that that person in their arms were the one. Like this little celebration, that was not really little, and not even theirs, made them think about future much more seriously.
And for the first time ever, Jason actually believed that maybe there was something more for him in this life. Something more than rejection, pain, fear and constant loneliness.
Of course, given the fact that he and Y/N had been together for a while, he knew that before. But at that moment, in the middle of the giant dancefloor, surrounded by other couples and guest and yet – having eyes only for her – he knew.
Two different things.
***
When he came back home from his work (he had regular work now! That scrawny kid and rebellious young adult turned into a responsible head of the family, though the moment of change somehow skipped them both) Y/N was on the phone with a concerned face expression.
“Yes. Yes, I understand. I’ll be there right away. Yes. Yes, absolutely.” She turned to Jay and send him a smile, tired if not exhausted, but a smile regardless.
He let her talk, instead focusing on his little princess daughter playing on the blanket next to her mother’s feet. That little being totally had him wrapped around her finger and all it took was a sight of her pretty eyes that looked so much like her mother’s and he was dropping everything and rushing to the girl’s side.
“What happened?” He asked taking Leah on his knees and settling on the couch next to Y/N, wrapping an arm around her shoulders trying to relieve the obvious tension. He had his girls therefore he had everything and there was not a single thing he wouldn’t do for them.
“It’s Liam and Dylan.” Y/N sighed pinching the bridge of her nose.
“Oh, right” Jason smirked at the thought of his two older sons. 15 and 13 now, looking and acting just like him at this age. Causing troubles wherever they showed, not taking anyone’s bullshit, but with a deeply hidden heart of gold. He was so proud of them, even if saying that out loud was a rare occurrence. “What did they do this time?” he chuckled, mischief dancing in his eyes.
“Jason!”
“What?”
“This is not funny!”
“Of course it is! They are boys, they are allowed to-“
“I’m warning you, do not finish this sentence!” she placed both hands on Leah’s ears “I don’t want my baby girl anywhere near trouble.”
“You know she’s got our blood in her veins, so that gives her a lot of genetic burden in the troublemaker area?”
“Jason!”
“What?” he shrugged casually “It’s true and you know it.”
“Mhm. Yeah, we’ll see how you act when he grew up on causing troubles with boys-“
“WHAT?!” Jason jumped off the couch, holding Leah’s little body close to his chest, his grip on a girl tightening significantly. “Over my dead body! That’s my little girl! No one is taking her away and-“
Y/N only laughed observing the jealous dad display and fairly enjoying the show of care. It was heartwarming, seeing Jason put so much care into someone. And him having it reciprocated as Leah nuzzled into his body with multiple happy chuckles playing with the fabric of his shirt, fisting and twisting it mercilessly.
“Daddy…” she chuckled enjoying his embrace. Even as a child she was always calmer when he was holding her.
“Shhh, shh baby. Daddy’s gotta have a word with mummy.” He caressed Leah’s hair and kissed the top of her  head. “Stop laughing at me Y/N, this is serious shit! I need to start planning my predicaments for boys who might want to steal her heart and-“
“She’s five Jason!” Y/N laughed even more “I think you have a little bit of time.”
“This is serious!” he perked up.
“Of course. The same way it’s serious with Dylan and Liam.”
Jason grunted in annoyance seeing how she tricked him.
“Dammit Y/N…” he grinned immediately flinching inside at the thought Leah heard the cussing. “Sorry, pumpkin…” the little kiss planted on girl’s forehead did not stop her from repeating the word however.
“Dammit!” Leah cried out the word on the top of her lungs happily.
And that was how Jason knew he was up to a serious conversation with his wife.
***
An hour later, all the family was sitting in the car, Jason driving, Y/N shotgun and the kids on the backseat, with Leah in the middle being simultaneously entertained by both her older brothers. Under  any other circumstances Y/N would probably let her motherly instincts come to the fore, but this time was different.
“Liam, Dylan, stop using my soft spots and family love for your own purposes.” She warned “you may love your sister, but you’re still in trouble.”
“We didn’t do anything!”
“Liam Thomas Todd!” she almost turned around ‘you got into a fight at school.”
“But it was not our fault mom!” the other son, immediately came to his brother rescue, having his back, which – again – awakened her motherly pride. A feeling she was not going to subdue to. Those boys needed a little reaming out regardless of siblings’ solidarity.  “That guy just came at us and –“
“Dylan Roy Todd. Violence is not an answer and-” She said, with conviction at first but then stopping, having realized that those kids did in fact have Jason’s and hers blood and those words were a hypocrisy in purest form. Fuck. She hissed to herself, hesitating in the middle of the sentence. A mistake Jason was more than willing to jump at.
“A fight huh?” he smirked looking into the rearview mirror to sneak a glance at his sons. Liam with already bruising eye and Dylan with a swollen nose, clutching it tightly to prevent any blood stains on upholstery. “So, did you use those blows and punches I’ve been teaching you?”
“WHAT!?” Y/N turned from facing her sons to facing her husband so fast that something snapped loudly in her neck. “JASON PETER TODD!”
“Y/N, Y/M/N, Y/L/N” Jason grinned in response, not paying her that much attention too curious of his offsprings response “Who won?”
“You should have seen the other guy” his boys smirked in the same way he was, and his fatherly heart could not be bigger at that moment.
Even if he knew Y/N was already planning her revenge on them all.

June 19th 2023 | 2 months.
Leah stood by the door, suitcase in hand, her brow furrowed with worry. "Are you sure you'll be okay?" she asked for the third time that morning.
You nodded, laughing at her concern. "We'll be fine, Le. It's just a few days. Finley and I have got this."
She glanced down at Finley, who was lying in your arms wide awake. "I know, but it's my first time leaving you two alone. What if he needs me?"
"Then we'll call you," you said gently. "It's just a camp. You'll be back before you know it."
Leah was leaving for a lionesses preparation camp. For the next three days, she was going to be away at St George’s Park and you were planning on joining her at the weekend.
After that weekend she was spending another week on camp and you were going to come back home before joining her at the weekend again. You had arranged that you would join her in the Netherlands for the week after to join her on that instead of being apart.
Neither of you had been away from Finley yet so it was a big thing for Leah considering that she’d only get to see him on the weekends for the next two weeks. Finley was eleven weeks old, two and a half months, and leaving the newborn stage, something you’d cried about a lot over the past week.
He was now more alert and his little legs and arms would kick all the time, especially when you cracked a smile from him. He’d found his little voice too, he had learnt how to coo and whenever you talked to him he’d coo back in response.
He had also learnt how to grip things, something you didn’t enjoy while breastfeeding because he found it great to pull on your hair. Whenever he was cuddled close to Leah, he’d grip her necklace with his little hands.
Leah sighed and leaned in for one more kiss. "Alright, call me if you need anything. I mean it, pretty girl."
"We will," you reassured her, your hand resting on Finley's tiny back. "Now go, or you'll be late."
Leah pressed a kiss to Finley’s forehead before stealing another kiss from you. As soon as she was gone, you turned to Finley with a smile. "Alright, little guy. It's just you and me."
Finley gurgled in response, his blue eyes which were identical to Leah’s stared up at you with curiosity. You spent the day following the usual routine: feeding, napping, and playing. Finley was starting to develop a more predictable schedule, which made things a bit easier.
That evening, you sat down with Finley in your lap, his favourite blanket draped over him. You pulled out your phone and started a video call with Leah. When her face appeared on the screen, Finley's eyes lit up, and he let out a delighted coo.
"Hey, there's my boy!" Leah said, her face softening with a smile.
Finley’s back was pressed against your stomach, and as Leah began to talk his face turned into her signature frown. You could tell he was confused as to why his Mumma was on the phone screen and not with him in person.
"We miss you," you said, your hand playing with Finley’s tiny one.
"I miss you both too," Leah replied. "But it's so good to see you. How's he been today?"
"He's been great. Lots of smiles and giggles. He's really starting to show his personality."
Leah nodded, "I can't wait to hold him again. And you too. It feels like ages.”
"Leah, it's been six hours!” You laughed, “You seriously can’t go six hours without your wife and baby?”
Leah chuckled, "It's harder than I thought it would be. But I'm glad you're both doing okay."
Finley, now more interested in the screen, stared at Leah through the screen. "Looks like someone is confused," you laughed.
Leah's smile widened. "Hey, little man! Are you good for Mummy?”
Finley responded with a small, curious coo, reaching out towards the screen as if trying to touch Leah. You gently held his tiny hand, smiling at his reaction.
"He's been an angel," you said, bouncing Finley lightly on your knee. "He's adjusting well. I think it's me who misses you more."
Leah's eyes softened even further. "I miss you too. But you're doing an amazing job. I always knew you would."
"Thank you," you replied, feeling a warmth spread through your chest. "But I'll be glad when we're all back together."
The call continued for a little longer, with Leah sharing stories from her day and you updating her on Finley's latest antics, Keira popped in to say hi for a minute before leaving for a shower.
After the call ended, you began your nightly routine, bathing Finley and getting him into his pyjamas. As you rocked him in your arms, you started humming a lullaby. But tonight, something was off. Finley was unusually fussy, squirming and crying despite your best efforts to soothe him.
"It's okay, Bubba," you whispered, patting his back gently. "You're just missing Mumma, huh?"
You tried everything—singing his favourite songs, rocking him in different positions, even walking around the house with him—but Finley continued to cry, his little face scrunched up. Your own exhaustion was beginning to set in.
"Come on, Finley," you murmured, more to yourself than to him. "It’s okay, bubs."
Finally, you sank into the rocking chair in the corner of your room, holding Finley close. You pulled out your phone and hesitated for a moment before dialling Leah's number. When she answered, her face was immediately filled with concern.
"Hey, pretty girl, what’s wrong talk to me.” She said, quickly sitting up in her bed.
"He won’t settle, Le," you admitted, your voice wavering. "He's fussy tonight. I can't seem to settle him."
Leah's expression softened with empathy. "Have you tried the white noise machine?"
You nodded, "Yeah, I've tried everything. I think he just misses you."
Usually, Leah was the one that settled him to sleep after you had fed him. You had found a routine that worked for you both during the evenings, especially if Leah had been training or out all day.
Leah sighed. "I miss him too. Let me try talking to him again."
You adjusted the phone so Leah's face was visible to Finley. "Hey, Bubba," Leah cooed. "Mumma's here. It's okay, baby."
Finley's cries quieted a bit at the sound of her voice, and he stared at the screen with wide, tear-filled eyes. Leah continued to talk to him softly, her voice a soothing presence even through the phone. Gradually, his cries stopped, and he started to calm down.
"You're doing great," Leah said to you, her voice filled with love and encouragement. "Just keep holding him close. He’ll fall asleep while you’re rocking him.”
With Leah's help, you eventually managed to get Finley to drift off to sleep. You carefully placed him in his crib next to your bed, feeling a wave of relief wash over you.
"Thank you," you whispered to Leah, your own eyes brimming with tears.
"You’re doing great, pretty girl," she replied softly. "I love you both so much."
"We love you too," you said.
You ended the call and watched Finley sleep peacefully, scrolling on your phone for a little bit before drifting off to sleep yourself.
The next few days passed in a blurb. After the first day of Leah being gone, you started to manage things by yourself and Finley was better at falling asleep without her. Thursday afternoon, you managed to take Finley out for a walk at the local park and grab yourself a coffee too.
As you arrived home, your phone rang. You smiled once you saw it was Leah before answering it. Her face appeared on your phone, you heard the chatter around her coming from the canteen as Beth sat beside her and Grace rested her head on top of Leah’s.
"Hey, you three," you smiled, adjusting Finley's blanket as he lay in his stroller.
"Hey!" Beth said. "How's my favourite boy doing?"
"He's great," you replied, flipping the camera around to a sleeping Finley in his pram. "We just got some fresh air. He loves being outside."
"Look at him, he’s adorable!" Grace said with a grin. "I miss you, Leah’s annoying.”
"I miss you too,” you laughed, “Le, leave the poor girl alone.”
Leah rolled her eyes, pushing Grace off her. "I can't wait to see you tomorrow."
"We can't wait either," you said, feeling a pang of longing. "How's camp going?"
"It's hard, but good," Leah replied. "Everyone's working hard.”
Grace nudged Leah playfully. "She's been talking about you two non-stop."
"That's because I miss them," Leah said, nudging Grace back.
Beth laughed, "We all miss you guys. But we're keeping Leah out of trouble."
"Good," you said with a smile. "Make sure she doesn't work too hard."
"Always," Grace replied, winking.
As the call continued, you chatted about your day, shared some laughs, and updated Leah on Finley's latest milestones. The conversation you had through the screen made the distance a little more bearable.
Eventually, it was time to say goodbye. "I love you," Leah said, blowing a kiss towards the screen.
"Love you too," you replied, blowing a kiss back. "See you tomorrow."
Leah smiled. "Tomorrow can't come soon enough."
After ending the call, the rest of the evening went smoothly, with Finley drifting off to sleep after a peaceful bath and some gentle rocking. You managed to get some much-needed rest yourself, knowing tomorrow would be an early start.
The next morning arrived early with anticipation. You packed up a small overnight bag Finley and a large suitcase that would do you for the weekend. You quickly double-checked everything, ensuring you had everything you needed for the weekend at St. George's Park. Finley's favourite stuffed toy, his snug blanket, and a few extra outfits were all carefully tucked away.
By midday, you were on the road with Amanda, the excitement building as you neared the training camp. Finley, snug in his car seat, babbled happily to himself, his little feet kicking in excitement before he fell asleep.
Arriving at the camp, you saw Leah waiting outside the building, her eyes lighting up as soon as she saw you. She rushed forward, enveloping you both in a hug.
“I missed you so much," she murmured, into your neck before pulling back and kissing your lips.
You savoured the kiss, something you’d missed over the past few days, “I missed you too, love.”
She rounded the back of the car to the other side to unstrap Finley when you and Amanda got the suitcases out.
Finley, recognizing his mumma, let out an excited coo. She took him into her arms, holding him close and pressing kisses to his cheeks. "Hey, Bubba. Mumma missed you so much."
You watched them, heart swelling with love “He missed you too," you said, wrapping an arm around Leah.
The weekend was a blissful reunion. You spent time watching Leah train, proud of her hard work despite a few sleepless nights. In the evenings, you enjoyed quiet moments together, catching up on the days you'd spent apart and cherishing the time as a family.
On Sunday evening, as you prepared to head back home, Leah held Finley close, not wanting to let go. "I hate this part," she said, her voice tinged with sadness.
"We'll be back soon," you reassured her, giving her a lingering kiss. "And next week, we'll be together in the Netherlands."
Leah smiled, nodding. "I can't wait."
You said your goodbyes, promising to call every night, and made your way back home. The journey felt bittersweet, but the anticipation of the upcoming reunion kept your spirits high.
The week passed quickly with the familiar routine. Each night, you and Leah connected through video calls, sharing your day and keeping each other close despite the distance. Finley grew more accustomed to seeing Leah on the screen, his little face lighting up each time.
Finally, the day arrived to join Leah in the Netherlands. You packed carefully, ensuring you had everything you needed for the trip. As you boarded the flight, excitement bubbled within you. Finley was a champ during the journey, his wide eyes taking in the new surroundings.
Arriving in the Netherlands, you were greeted by Leah and Keira. Leah took Finley into her arms while Keira helped you with your suitcases.
The reunion was everything you had hoped for and more. Leah held Finley as if she’d never let him go, her eyes shining with happiness and relief. Keira cracked a joke about being the official luggage carrier, making you all laugh, and easing the tension of the past week.
The next few days in the Netherlands felt like a dream. Between Leah's training sessions and games, the three of you explored the city streets, enjoying every stolen moment of togetherness. Finley’s delighted coos filled the air as Leah pushed his stroller, the two of them sharing a connection that no distance could weaken.
Leah's teammates often joined you, bringing a lively energy to your small family outings. One evening, as the sun set over the canals, Leah wrapped her arms around you from behind, resting her chin on your shoulder. Finley slept soundly in his stroller beside you.
“This is perfect,” Leah whispered, placing a kiss on your temple.
You nodded, leaning into her. “It really is. I’m so proud of you, Leah. You’re balancing it all so well—being an amazing mum and smashing it in football.”
Leah kissed your temple again., her smile softening. “I couldn’t do it without you, pretty girl. You’re even better, doing it alone while I’m gone.”
The trip ended all too soon, and before you knew it, you were back home, settling into the rhythm of everyday life again. No matter where Leah’s career took her, or how many miles separated you, one thing remained certain: home was where the three of you were together. And that was all that mattered.

Little Ballerina | Never Grow Up
second part of this small mini series.
summary: remi has her first ballet show.
pairings: leah williamson x reader
Tumblr media
“Mummy! Mummy! Watch me twirl around in my tutu,” Remi shouts excitedly the moment that your wife walks through the door from training, her little face is lit up in anticipation as she’s eager to capture Leah’s attention ahead of her ballet show later this afternoon.
Leah gasps in awe as she immediately turns her attention in the direction of your four-year-old with an amused smile, “Wow, baby Gooner. I’m impressed!” She pauses, “You look just like a little princess.” She retorts playfully, poking her nose.
“Mummy, you can’t call me that anymore. I’m not a baby!” Remi insists, pouting at Leah while she stands there with her hands on her hips.
“Oh? But you’ll always be my baby, won’t you?” Leah teases your daughter, scooping her up into her arms and tickling her sides.
“Stop it, Mummy!” Remi scowls at your wife, doing her best to impersonate her.
You chuckle as you finish wiping Esme’s face with a baby wipe, “You’ve got some serious competition with that frown, Le.” You joke, something your wife finds less amusing to hear.
Your wife rolls her eyes with a groan, “Don’t remind me, not that I’m grateful she’s my mini me, but did she have to pick up on these traits, too? It’s something that my teammates like to remind me about, every single time they see us!” Leah exclaims, placing Remi down on the floor before she continues to twirl in her tutu much to your amusement.
“They’re just stating the truth there,” You remark, smirking at your wife.
Leah gasps and clutches her hand over her heart in a joking manner, “What? You’re ganging up on me as well now? Outrageous!” She exclaims.
“Mumma knows best, Mummy!” Remi chimes in, giggling as she spins around.
“You said it, baby girl!” You wink at her before you dispose of the wipe in the bin, “Do you mind helping Es out of her highchair? I need to finish getting our little ballerina ready over here,” You joke, in regards to the newfound love your daughter has for ballet, much to your wife’s own disappointment.
“At least I still have hope with Essie still,” Leah retorts playfully, unclipping Esme out of her highchair, “I can still hope for one footballer in the family,” She adds, pouting playfully as she lifts your youngest out of her high chair, “Right Essie Bear?”
“Ball, Mummy!” Esme cheers and claps her hands excitedly, wadling towards the stuffed football stranded on the floor, “Kick ball, Mummy!”
“Yeah!” Leah cheers, throwing Esme up in the air in celebration, “See? I still have hope!”
“Le, careful or she’ll be–” You start to warn, but none too soon is your wife spat up on all over her shirt by Esme and Leah can’t help but gag, not being a fan of sick at all, “Well, don’t say that I didn’t warn you.”
Tumblr media
“I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so excited like this before,” You speak in a hushed voice, taking your place back in your seat as you left your little girl backstage ahead of the show, while you can already spot your little girl poking her head and waving when she caught sight of you and your wife, “And I have to say it’s nice to be sitting somewhere that’s not a football stadium for a change as well.”
Leah chuckles from where she sits beside you with Esme on her lap who’s reaching out towards you as soon as she sets her eyes on you, “Oh I’ll try to not too much offence to that, love,” She teases, a playful smile tugging at her lips, “You want Mumma?” She questions your little girl.
“You know I love watching you play in your matches, but I just hate the cold that bit more,” You tell her, scooping Esme up from your wife’s lap and settling her on your own.
“I don’t think you’ve ever sounded more British than you do right now, love,” Leah jokes, an amused expression on her face, doing her best to stay enthusiastic despite her mixed feelings of ballet being overshadowed by football.
“I’m not late am I?” Amanda questions in a whisper, slipping into the empty seat beside your wife, “Traffic was a nightmare getting here.”
“No, no, don’t worry, you’re just in time” You reassure her, flashing a warm smile, “They haven’t come out onto the stage yet.”
The older woman lets out a sigh of relief as she settles in her seat, “I thought I would have missed it,” She admits, “Is she excited? When she came to mine the other day with Le, that’s all she could talk about, wasn’t it?” She looks towards Leah.
“Yeah it was,” Leah smiles as she nods in agreement with Amanda.
“Nana! Nana!” Esme babbles, her eyes widening in excitement at the sight of Amanda.
“Hi Essie,” Amanda coos at your youngest daughter, “Are you excited for your big sisters’ dance show, huh?” She asks, softly.
“Watch ‘Mi!” Esme continues to babble and clap her hands in excitement.
Look, there she is!” Leah whispers, excitedly pointing as her face lights up as she spots Remi, amongst the group of girls that walk out onto the stage.
“I see her,” You agree, looking at your daughter while her tutu is slightly askew and her hair is gathered in a messy bun despite how you styled it previously before leaving her backstage, but nonetheless her eyes are wide with excitement, “You can’t say that she doesn’t get her confidence from you, Le,” You note, flashing your wife a proud smile as you begin to watch your daughter dance on the stage.
“Mi! Mi!” Esme babbles, clapping her hands together in delight as she mirrors the applause from the audience, “Mi!” She babbles, pointing at her sister.
Leah can’t help but laugh fondly, “Well at least we know she has one dedicated fan,” She retorts in amusement, her eyes never leaving Remi, “She looks so small out there.”
You watch with complete pride in your heart as Remi dances away on stage, sneaking glances towards you and Leah every chance she could.
“She does, but she’s doing so well,” You whisper in a hushed voice, continuing to watch the small performance with a beaming smile on your face, “I’m so proud of her.”
“Me too, love,” Leah’s heart swells with pride, a soft smile on her face and you swear there’s even a faint tear that quickly wipes away – Your wife, the big softy that she is despite the tough stern footballer that she makes out to be on the pitch most of the time, “I’m so so proud of our baby Gooner.”
Tumblr media
The performance soon finishes and you don’t hesitate to give her a blow her a kiss while Leah gives her a big thumbs up and your daughter beams a wide smile.
“Oh she was amazing out there,” Amanda comments in awe of her eldest granddaughter, waiting for the show to finish to give Remi a proud smile and wave , “She didn’t look nervous at all.”
“She’s got her Mummy’s confidence that’s why,” Leah states, proudly puffing her chest out as she stands up to join in with the applause with the rest of the audience.
You stand up with Esme balanced on your hip and begin to clap in sync with everyone else, “Don’t worry I won’t tell anyone you cried at all, Le,” You joke with your wife, nudging her in the ribs playfully with your free arm.
“Don’t you dare, I wouldn’t ever live it down,” Your wife pouts as they begin to disembark the stage, your own little ballerina running directly towards you, thankfully Leah senses it’s a good idea to take Esme beforehand.
“Mumma! Mummy!” Remi’s voice is full of excitement as she bounds towards you all, “Nana! Did you see me? Did you see me do the twirl?” She exclaims, practically vibrating with joy.
“We saw, baby girl,” You say, catching her in your arms and enveloping her in a big hug, “You absolutely smashed it out there!”
Leah is next to scoop her up, lifting her high in the air, “You were so good out there, baby Gooner!” She beams a wide smile, “I’m so proud of you!”
“Nana! Nana!” Remi’s attention turns towards Leah’s mum as she animatedly chats away to her, “Did you see me dance? I did the twirl I showed you!”
“I did! You were so good out there, sweetheart,” Amanda compliments her eldest granddaughter as she envelopes her in a hug of her own, “You know what I think this calls for now?” She thinks aloud.
“What?” Remi questions, tilting her head to the side.
“Ice cream!” Amanda replies enthusiastically.
“Ice cream!” Remi repeats, excitedly as if it made her whole entire day hearing them words, “I love Ice cream, so much!”
Your mother in law smiles and nods, “It’s my treat for our best little ballerina.” She says, poking Remi on the nose gently.
“Hear that, Mummy? I’m the best little ballerina!” Remi shouts in delight, excited at the prospect of a new nickname.
“I did hear that,” Leah nods in agreement with your eldest daughter as she scoops her up to sit her on top of her shoulders, “Nana’s right, you are the best little ballerina that we know.”
As you all begin to make your way out of the room, Remi continues to chatter excitedly to Amanda all about her performance as her little feet still dance while you’re walking.
“Something tells me this isn’t a one time thing, is it?” Leah whispers, leaning in to you as she wraps her arm around your waist.
You chuckle and shake your head, “I don’t think so, Le. I think she might have just found her new passion.” You admit to your wife, who’s tried to remain hopeful that Remi might still choose football.
“Well, if this is what makes her happy then I guess I can learn to love ballet,” Leah says, her eyes softening, “Just as long as she doesn’t give up on being a Gooner all together.”
“Don’t worry Le, she’s still your baby Gooner,” You reassure your wife, patting her chest in amusement, “But now she just has a new nickname as well.” You add.
Leah breathes a sigh of relief in a joking manner, “Which is?” She wonders, curiously.
“Our little ballerina,” You remark, a fond smile on your face as you watch your daughter in front of you giggle and dance away.

In sickness and stubbornness | Leah Williamson
Tumblr media
Pairing: Leah Williamson x Wife!Reader & Lia Wälti x Platonic!Reader
Summary: Leah stubbornly went to practice while being sick. [requested]
Masterlist | Woso masterlist | words: 1.2k
-----
Leah’s alarm woke you up early in the morning. She had to go to practice, so with a kiss to your forehead, she made her way to the bathroom. When she got back to the bedroom, she sat down next to you on the bed. Usually you would get up with Leah, so that the two of you could have breakfast together, but today Leah told you. “Go back to bed, baby. It’s your day off, you deserve some extra rest.” She had kissed your forehead again, before she left for London Colney.
It wasn’t until about two hours later, when you had just finished your breakfast, that you realised the underlying reason Leah wanted you to stay in bed, through Lia’s phone call.
On the training grounds at London Colney Lia was watching her best friend closely. Her energy level seems low, and the paleness of her face wasn't helping her case. “Hey Lee, are you doing alright?” Leah responds with a quick yes before running the next drill. Lia rolls her eyes, and runs after her. When the two stop at the end of the drill she quickly puts her hand on Leah’s forehead. “You're burning up, Leah. You're sick, you should go home and get some rest.” Leah shakes her hand off, “I'm fine, Wally.” And she has off to the next drill.
Lia could see that she was getting worse so she walked up to someone on the staff. “Hey, Leah doesn't feel so good, can I go call someone to pick her up real quick?” He looks over to Leah before saying, “Yeah, go ahead.” He scribbles something down on his notepad as Lia turns on her heels and heads to the locker room to grab her phone.
You picked up your ringing phone. “Hi Wally, everything okay?” It wasn't unusual for your wife's best friend to call you, since you had become close friends over the years. However, since you knew that she was currently training with Leah, you were worried that something had happened.
“Hey y/n/n, yeah nothing bad. Just that your wife stubbornly went to practice while being sick.” With a big sigh you say, “Of course she did. Is she doing alright?” Lia laughs at your comment. “I think she has a fever, and she looks really pale. Is there any way you can come pick her up?” You were already putting on some shoes, “Yeah, I'll be right there. Thanks for letting me know, Wally.”
Back on the pitch Lia walked over to Leah and made her sit down on the grass. “Y/n is on her way.” Leah's eyes widened. “You didn't.” Her words accompanied by a warning glare. “Oi, if Wally called your wife, you messed up mate.” Katie yelled over, making Leah roll her eyes. “Just doing what is best for you Lee.” Leah was annoyed that her best friend snitched on her, and ran to do the next drill, pushing herself further.
You arrived at the training grounds, and took the familiar path down to the fields, where you saw your girlfriend sitting on the pitch. Her sickness finally caught up to her to the point she was too weak to keep running. Lia was right, she looked very pale. “Hi love, let’s get you home, shall we?” The Leah that had been resisting Lia’s help, quickly changed into the Leah that let you help her up, and the Leah that clung to your side.
While holding Leah up, you have a quick conversation with Lia. “Need a hand to get her to the car?” You shake your head, “We should be fine, thank you though. Plus this stubborn lady has kept you from training long enough.” Lia laughs with you, “Okay, text me if you need me to bring anything by the house after practice.” You thank her before walking Leah off the pitch.
Once you got Leah home safely, you ran her a bath. You handed her some medicine, before you guided her to the bathroom. “Go on, love. I'll be right back.” She reached for your hand instantly. “Don't leave me.” You hide your smile at her pout. “I'm just going to grab some clothes for you, my love.” She let your hand go.
You sent Lia a quick text, asking if she could pick up some more painkillers since you were almost out, as well as some ingredients for soup. After pocketing your phone, you grab a sweater and some sweatpants for Leah, and head back to the bathroom. Leah was laying in the tub, fighting to keep her eyes open. You sat down on the edge of the bath, so you could wash her hair for her. When she was done you helped her into her clean clothes.
“Why didn't you tell me you weren't feeling good?” You ask once you've got her settled on the couch. “I thought it would fade once I got some fresh air. Plus it's your day off, and I didn't want you to have to take care of me.” You move your hands through her hair. “Oh darling, I would never mind taking care of my favourite girl. I would rather take care of you on my day off than having you out on the pitch with a fever.” Leah nods, and you could see her struggling to keep her eyes open once again. “Get some rest, my love. I'll be here the whole time, I promise.”
Leah fell asleep moments after you draped a blanket over her. You looked at her with a soft smile, she looked so peaceful with the blanket clutched to her chest. You did some house work that you had planned to do today, while continuously checking in on Leah in the living room.
You heard the front door open, right after you had put a load of laundry into the washing machine. Lia had a key, so you knew it was her arriving with supplies. “Thank you, I didn't want to leave her here alone.” You take one of the bags from her, as you both walk into the kitchen.
Lia insisted on staying to help you make the soup. Once you got all the chopping done and the soup was left on a simmer, the two of you stayed in the kitchen to talk. So, the two of you were in the kitchen when Leah woke up. “You said you wouldn't leave.” The girl said with a pout, extending grabby hands towards you. “Yeah, I meant I wouldn't leave the house love.” You wrap your arms around her, her head nuzzling into your chest.
“How are you feeling?” Lia asked, only getting a huff in response. “Oh grow up, Lee.” You felt Leah tighten her hold on you. “Lee, darling, don't be annoyed with Wally for calling me. She was only trying to help.” Leah wanted to be stubborn again but the softness in your voice made it so she wasn't able to. “Slightly better.”
The three of you had some soup together before Lia left again. “What do you feel like, my love?” You asked your wife who looked tired again. “Cuddles in bed?” You place a loving kiss on her forehead, before helping her up and leading her to your bedroom.

I jusr re-read Mrs. Williamson and the idea of rxLeah with Alessia as the little sister is something I can't get out of my head. So I have a suggestion, I thought about her usually being a little shit (like in the story) but then also being very protective of her older sister. Maybe r and Leah have a fight and Alessia is very protective but in a sweet way not a mean way towards Leah, more like pampering r but being firm in demanding an apology from Leah. Or something along those lines, would love to read something like thins from you! :)
mrs williamson ficlet, continuing on from here
alessia had answered your call as she usually would, with a sarcastic remark about never gaining back the minutes of her life you were about to drain her from. though the very second you'd spoken and she heard the way your voice cracked she was sitting bolt upright with a frown.
"what happened? are you okay? is the baby okay?" "the baby is fine. can you come over please?"
she was there in record time, grateful to have not been pulled over the way with the way she sped through the last two sets of lights before pulling into your driveway.
the first thing alessia noticed was the lack of your wifes car in the driveway and her eyebrows knitted together, grabbing her bag and kicking her door shut she jogged up the front steps.
you'd already opened the front door before she even reached it, and her features softened seeing your red puffy eyes clearly indicating you'd been crying. "whats happened then?" your younger sister pulled you into a tight hug, rubbing your back which was aching given you were now five months pregnant.
you only shook your head not able to even speak as alessia sighed, shuffling the two of you inside and closing the door as you let go of her. "where's leah?" alessia asked gently as she followed you into the kitchen, the scoff and roll of your eyes all she needed to know the blonde was clearly not in your good books.
"not here." you muttered, moving to grab two mugs from the cupboard as alessia appeared behind you. "i'll do it, sit down please." she shooed you away ignoring your protests, helping you sit down carefully on the lounge.
"shit you're huge now." she remarked bluntly as you struggled to take your hoodie off, the piercing glare sent her way having her eyes widen. "not like that! just, you know." alessia gestured awkwardly to her stomach, wincing as you continued to blankly stare at her.
"i'll get the tea!" she announced, darting back to the kitchen as you rolled your eyes and glanced down to your phone beside you which was lighting up with notifications, turning it over and not bothering to even look at them.
alessia returned and shot you a filthy look as you made a comment you were surprised she managed to carry both mugs in and not spill a drop, your younger sister notoriously clumsy.
"so dear sister. self care day?"
~
"is it supposed to feel sort of like its burning?" you questioned with a slight frown, touching your cheeks which were coated in a charcoal facemask alessia had gifted you ages ago and had remained untouched.
"yes! that means its working to get rid of all your wrinkles." alessia mumbled as you kicked her with a glare for the comment. "hey! you're messing up my artwork." the blonde scowled, tugging your foot back into her lap where she was painting your toenails having already done your nails.
"so will you tell me now what you and leah are fighting about?" your sister asked glancing up at you curiously, not having pushed you too much but still in the dark on why it was that your wife was nowhere to be found and you'd clearly been crying when she showed up.
though as you shook your head the striker sighed but again didn't push you, knowing better than to try and get information out of you that you clearly weren't ready to share.
despite how much of a kick she got from winding you up and messing with you this was one of those rare occasions you were grateful for her, and the quiet thank you mumbled to her was all she needed for a grin to settle into her features.
you feared she'd hold this against you for her own gain in the future but for now you were just relishing in her efforts to make you feel better, no matter how much you might argue the two of you were still incredibly close and despite being younger alessia had always been fiercely protective.
which is why when the door rang and she glanced over your head to see leahs car was now parked in the driveway alessia was quick to her feet, ordering you to let your nails dry and handing you some micellar wipes to remove the mask from your face.
"leah." your sister spoke dryly as she opened the door, the older girl caught off guard as she frowned. "alessia?" she answered with a raised eyebrow. "why are you here then?" the younger blonde challenged, effectively blocking the doorway as leah gave her a strange look.
"well because i live here. why exactly are you here less?" "i'm here because my heavily pregnant sister called me crying and upset, which i can only assume is your doing. so, come to apologise then?"
"did she tell you why she's upset?" leah narrowed her eyes trying to step inside as alessia protectively spread herself to further block the door. "she didn't need to." alessia quipped back causing leah to exhale deeply.
"babe!" leah cupped her hands and yelled out into the house making alessia roll her eyes. "what?" you hovered behind your sister, eyes slit into a glare and arms crossed over her chest.
"this is so stupid love. what have you done?" leah sighed as alessia scoffed. "what has she done?" the taller girl retorted as your hand fell to her shoulder gaining her attention.
"you left me leah." "i what!?
"you left her while she's nearly six months pregnant leah what the hell is the matter with you!" alessia angrily lunged for her team mate who hastily stepped back as you pulled your sister inside by the back of her jumper and mumbled for her to stop it.
"i didn't leave you! i went to the shops!" leah gestured to the bags by her feet as alessia fell silent and took a step back as you stepped forward. "i woke up and you were gone, your car was gone, there wasn't a note and you left your house keys behind." your eyes welled up with tears as leahs face softened.
"baby i've sent you like a hundred messages. i knew you were upset i couldn't find the peanut butter ice cream last night so i've gone to like ten different stores till i found it." leah picked up one of the bags and showed you its contents.
"im sorry!" you burst out into tears as your wife hurried to pull you into a hug, mumbling sweet nothings in your ear and rubbing your back.
"sorry, pause!" alessia laughed in disbelief, leah shooting her a warning glare which was ignored. "she went to the shops for a few hours and you thought she left you?" alessia shook her head, running a hand down her face with a shake of her head.
"alessia i am pregnant and hormonal okay!" you sobbed as leah shushed you and placed a kiss to your forehead. "oh my-" alessia wasted no time grabbing her keys and pushing past you.
"if you weren't pregnant i would throw you down these stairs!" your sister seethed, pausing to take a deep breath as she caught leahs eye who smiled apologetically.
"you are hereby banned from calling me unless its about the baby, you're dying, you're in labour or seriously injured." your sister warned seriously, pointing at you with a menacing look before huffing and storming off down the driveway.
"i love you!" you yelled after her, a middle finger all you got in response as you buried your face in your wifes chest and she helped you inside, still cradling you tightly in her arms.
"darling you seriously thought i left you? why didn't you just call me or read my messages?" "again, very pregnant and very hormonal okay i wasn't able to think!" "right right sorry my love, lets get some ice cream into you then. i love you very very much...even if you're a little unhinged." "leah i heard that!"

fringe
Tumblr media
leah williamson x reader
thought of this while driving and finished in like two minutes
———
Last week, Leah came home with a different look than when she left in the morning. No heads up, she walks through the front door, a fringe on her head.
Your daughter was fascinated from the moment she saw her mom. When Leah sat on the couch, Bella sat on her lap, hands playing with the fringe. It was a daily thing for your daughter to want to play with her hair.
Today, you have so many errands to run, so Leah was with your daughter by herself. The four-year-old almost threw a tantrum, but with the promise of ice cream, she hesitantly gave you a kiss goodbye.
“Alright. What do you feel like doing?”
Bella strokes her chin in thought. “Watch Tangled.”
“Tangled it is.”
Halfway through the movie, Leah had to go to her office for a meeting with some people leaving Bella all alone. Leah told her to not go anywhere, but the cheeky little thing she is, didn’t listen.
An hour later, Leah finishes what she needed to do for the day and decides to start preparing for lunch. By prepare, she means heating up what you had already made for them.
“Bella, darling? It’s time for lunch.”
She was met with silence, which is worrying because silence is something you don’t want to be greeted with when at home with a toddler.
“Bella! Where’d you go?”
“Bathroom, Mama!”
Walking into the bathroom, Leah was greeted by a haunting sight. Bella stood up on her step stool, a pair of scissors in her hand she found god knows where and a head with less hair than what she had just an hour ago.
“Darling! What’d you do?”
“Want to be like you.”
“Like me?”
“Yeah! Mama your hair. Be like you!”
She had a proud look on her face and Leah didn’t have the heart to tell her off. As adorable as it was, Leah was just scared of how you’d react once you’d gotten home.
“Okay. Why don’t we put those scissors down and wait for Mama in the living room.”
Leah quickly cleans up all the hair, making sure there’s no trace of what happened. She doesn’t mention it while they eat lunch. Bella frequently brushes the hair out of her face. Leah couldn’t stop looking at her daughter’s hair, seeing all the uneven hair, making her cringe internally.
It wasn’t until a few hours later that you get back home. You find your wife and daughter on the couch, matching Arsenal hoodies on with the hood over their heads.
“Hello, family.”
“Mummy! You’re home!”
“I am, baby. What did you do today?”
“Uh, I watch Tangled with Mama, I eat pasgetti, and I be like Mama!”
You nod along, but look at your wife confusedly at the last part.
“What do you mean by be like Mama?”
Before Leah could stop her, Bella takes the hood off her head. You let out a loud gasp, covering your mouth with your hand, eyes wide.
“Baby.”
“Did all by myself.” She pats her chest.
“So pretty.” You run your fingers through her hair, biting your lip to hold back a laugh. “Go back to your movie. Mummy needs to have a word with Mama in the kitchen.”
You walk into the kitchen with Leah trailing behind.
“How’d that happen?”
“I don’t know! I was in my office for an hour and I go to the bathroom and her hair’s gone!”
You let out some giggles, unable to hold it in anymore, especially with the distressed look on your wife’s face.
“You’re gonna grow some grey hairs and get wrinkles.”
You run your hands through her hair, placing kisses on her forehead, smoothening the crinkles on her forehead.
“It’s just hair. It’ll grow back.”
“I just can’t believe she did that.”
“Daughter like mother. You come home with a fringe without telling me. Bella does the same without telling you.”
She starts laughing, looking at where your daughter sat on the couch, arms wrapped around your waist.
“She really is my mini me.”

CafĂŠ crushes \\ Kyra Conney-Cross x reader
5:25am. It’s too early for anyone to be awake, let alone working. I reluctantly get out of the car and make my way into work. Work is a little cafe that my older sister and her wife own. They opened it about 3 years ago after moving over to England from Sydney. I initially came over for a holiday to visit but fell in love with London so I decided to move over and study over here as well. I unlocked the door to see your sister restocking the little pastries in the window while her wife was getting the coffee machines ready. I give them a quick hello before getting my apron on. As you finish tying your apron on, your first and regular customer comes through the door.
A few hours later, a big group rocks up to the cafe and I smile knowing it’s the Arsenal girls coming in after training.
“My favourite team, the usuals right?” I ask but notice there’s a new girl with them.
“Our favourite barista and yes the usuals. Oh Kyra, what do you want?” Steph asks, causing Kyra to pull her head from her phone.
I look at the new addition to the team and give her a soft smile. Kyra seems to be shy as she kind of hides behind Alessia.
“She’ll have a hot chocolate”
“No worries girls, I’ll bring those out to you soon”
Meanwhile, the girls go and sit on the long table outside in the sun and Kyra keeps looking at her phone. The girls keep talking while Kyra messages her best friend Charli.
Kyra: I need help
Cha cha: What’s wrong, you ok?
Kyra: No, some girls and I went to a cafe after training and we went to order and the girl behind the counter was so pretty. I froze when she asked me what i want
Cha Cha: Oh ky, you just need to woman up and ask her out! 🙂
Kyra: It’s not that easy, you haven’t seen her…
Kyra’s focus moved from her phone and to the hot chocolate that was being placed in front of her.
“And a hot chocolate for the newest member of the team” Kyra blushed and managed to get out a thank you without making a fool of herself.
Over the next few months, I noticed the Arsenal girls coming in more than usual. Not that I’m complaining, Kyra can be a sight for sore eyes when the day has been unbearable. The girls again moved to the long table in the sun and I see Kyra and Alessia making their way to the counter.
“What can I get my star striker and midfielder today?”
“I’ll have a hot chocolate and a muffin, what about you Ky?” Alessia asks Kyra.
“Uh yeah, j-just a latte th-thanks” Kyra manages to get out.
“Alrighty I’ll bring that out to you soon cutie” I wink at Kyra and her cheeks instantly turn red.
Kyra immediately excuses herself to the bathroom and Alessia spills.
“I think Kyra has a crush on y/n and vice versa”
“How do ya know?” Katie asks.
“Everytime we come here and order, Kyra always gets all shy and awkward around her, not to mention the countless times she’s blushed over her. And y/n called her a cutie, with a wink!”
“So we try and help Kyra ask y/n out?” Leah asks.
“That’s exactly what we do”
Kyra comes back into view and makes her way to her seat. Everyone’s looking at her weirdly so she decides to bite the bullet.
“Why is everyone looking at me weird?” Alessia tells Kyra and ultimately, Kyra confesses to her not so little crush.
I brought out Alessia and Kyra’s order and added a little something to Kyra’s napkin. I walk behind the counter and see if she notices the little note on the napkin. An arm went around my shoulders and followed where I was watching.
“Someone’s got a little crush huh?” My sister teased.
“Yeah well I put my number on the napkin hoping she’ll text or call but she probably has a more beautiful girl at the club or somewhere. Plus I don’t even know if she likes girls”
“Hey, you are beautiful too, don’t you forget it” My sister says holding my two cheeks before kissing my forehead. I turn out of my sister's hands to see Kyra leaving her table, wiping her eyes like she’s upset.
Kyra leaves the napkin on the table and blamed that she felt sick, hence the sudden urge to leave. She walked down the street, wiping away tears until Kyra felt a hand on her shoulder. Kyra quickly wipes her tears before turning around to see someone who she didn’t expect.
“Are you okay? I saw you leave”
“I- honestly no. I saw you with your girlfriend and - it doesn’t matter. I’m just going to go home” Kyra explained and started to walk away again, feeling as if the explanation was useless. I stood there confused for a second as I backtrack to my previous actions and realised where Kyra got confused. I jog after her and grab her hand, giving her a sweet smile before standing in front of her.
“I think you got a bit confused. That’s my sister in the shop and she’s happily married to her wife” Kyra instantly found her shoes interesting as her cheeks turned a crimson colour upon hearing the explanation.
“I feel like an idiot” Kyra mumbles.
“Hey no it was a misunderstanding. If the roles were reversed, I would’ve thought the same” I say giving her hand a squeeze and a small smile.
“Let me take you out, as an apology?” Kyra offers with that cheeky smile of hers.
“I get off in about an hour, we can go after if you wait?” Kyra nods and I walk her back to the team. I ask her teammates if they want anything else and they all decline, claiming to have an early morning tomorrow with a gym session before training (or so you thought).
A short while later I see the group start to split off and Kyra comes into the shop looking for a place to sit. She sits at a small booth that’s tucked into the corner, which turns out is my favourite seat. My sister built it for me when she first opened the shop so I had somewhere kind of quiet to study and have breaks. A nudge to my ribs pulls me out of daydreaming and I look over to see my sister’s wife.
“Go bring her this, you can finish early” She says, sliding a cup with a neatly decorated milk foam heart on top.
“I only have half hour to go, plus I need rent money”
“Don’t worry about that. Just go talk to her”
I kiss her cheek before taking the apron off and carefully taking Kyra her latte. The saucer makes a small clinking sound on the table makes Kyra look up from her phone with that adorable small smile she sports.
“A latte for the prettiest girl in the room, on the house” I say as I sit down and turn the love heart art towards her.
“I want to apologise again” Kyra starts but you stop her immediately, putting your hand on hers.
“You need to stop that or I’ll leave right now”
“Okay okay”
We talk for hours until I realise the shop is closing in ten minutes. Both of us say goodbye to your sister before walking down the streets of St Albans in the mid afternoon.
“Do you want to come back to mine? Movie and takeout night?” I offer, secretly hoping Kyra says yes.
“That would be good”
I arrive at the apartment building and intertwine Kyra’s hand with mine, making the Australian blush slightly out of sight. Eventually getting to your apartment and Kyra stands in the doorway, kind of awkwardly. I take her hand back in mine and pull her gently inside. She takes in the aesthetic and decor of the apartment and walks over to the photo collection of your friends, family and local soccer team championship wins.
“I’m just gonna get something, I’ll be right back” I mention and Kyra nods before showing that adorable smile again.
I come back down the hallway and move over to Kyra. I saw her holding a photo of my parents and sister when they visited from Sydney last year.
“That’s mum and dad, obviously you know my sister” Kyra giggles and puts the photo frame back on the little table.
“Are we starting our movie night?” Kyra asks.
“Of course but first, we can’t have a movie night without a pillow fort”
Kyra and I spent at least an hour making the fort and it turned out perfectly. I quickly gather all the snacks from the kitchen my phone to order the takeout. Kyra gets settled in the fort first before I crawl in next to her. I suggest for Kyra to pick the first movie and she scrolls through and selects the Bratz movie. I roll my eyes at the selection and settle in for the movie.
Throughout the movie both of you steal glances at each other, taking in each other's features and all the little details. Like the way Kyra’s hazel eyes shine in the fairy lights I hung up or how the freckles that line her nose and cheeks popped out due to the sunny day the past few days. I attempt to pay attention to the movie but feel eyes on me and glance at Kyra who looks like a deer in headlights.
“Sorry” She mumbles, not taking her eyes off the screen. I put a hand on her cheek, moving her to look at me.
“I really like you Ky, will you go on a date with me?” I ask nervously.
“I believe I asked you first” I look at her in confusion then remember back to the café and Kyra was right. I laugh and shake my head before realising Kyra is starting to lean in. I lean in the remainder of the way and our lips connect together in a soft kiss. Loud knocks on the door make us both pull away and move out of the fort to get the pizza and sides before returning quickly, the smell of pizza spreading through the fort.
“This is going to be the start of something special” Kyra whispers as we both pick up a piece of pizza.
“I agree” I lean over and peck Kyra on the cheek and think that your life couldn’t get any better.

that's all for now. i may add more later idk. let me know if y'all want me to rack my brain for more of these

DARYL WAS PULLED IN A HUG WHILE ANOTHER MAN PATTED HIS BACK.
Andrea brought the glass of cheap liquor to her lips as she eyed Daryl conversing with the group of men. She wouldn’t say he was friendly with them but seemed to be coworkers of some kind.
“Are you seein’ this?” Andrea asked Amy who quickly agreed with her.
Amy pulled her phone up to take a photo. “(Y/n)’s gotta see this-”
Andrea snatched the phone out of her hands. “Jus’ cause he’s talkin’ to some guys doesn’t make it suspicious. You need hard evidence.”
“Like what?”
“Watch.”
Andrea kept her distance as she maneuvered past people, nearly getting a drink spilled on her when she was pushed by a dancing couple. She blended into the background as she came closer to Daryl and his friends.
She observed his interactions with the other patrons, noticing how he kept glancing around, as if he was expecting someone. He then leaned into a man, like a hug and passed something into his pocket and shook his hand.
She could only see them whispering to each other until Daryl turned around at hand gasping his shoulder.
It was Merle, he leaned in. “How much do you get this month?” He asked, taking the wad of cash from Daryl’s pocket.
“Less, cops been ‘round.” Daryl again looked around. “And one might be pokin’ their nose where it don’ belong.”
“I told you not to get involved with that woman.” Merle commented, counting the cash. “Look at you now.”
“The hell’s that supposed to mean?”
Merle chuckled, putting the cash into his back pocket. “She ain’t gonna stay for you, tie ‘er down or somethin’. From the way you talk ‘bout her, she’d make a good mom.”
“Ya can’t-”
“Leah called again, need you for the next run.”
“Did ya not hear me?”
“The hell the cops gonna do? They got nothin’.” Merle laughed, ignoring Daryl. “The guy needs his money, some shit ‘bout his wife.” Rolling his eyes, he was annoyed, getting pushed to do more and more work while their boss gets most of their earnings.
“He needs ‘em now?”
Merle shrugged, coming to the bar and ordering a drink for them both. “Friday.” Two days from now. “You goin’ be meetin’ with her-”
Daryl waved him off, remembering the place. It wasn’t like he was the one bringing the shipment to her every time Merle was ordered to do it himself. Daryl walked to the bar, easily drowning the shot given to him.
He just needed to stick it out for a few more runs then he could be free. Free from his brother, free from this mess, he can finally go back to you without everything haunting his mind.
“Another.” He demanded. He wasn’t going to be able to make home sober tonight. He huffed, taking out his phone. He pressed on your contact, bring the phone to his ear as he took his shot. It rang a few times before you answered.
“Daryl? What is that sound?”
“At some bar.” He responded.
“Are you alright? You sound drunk- please don’t tell me you’re drunk.”
“I’ll be drunk soon, darlin’.”
He heard you sigh over the phone. “Send me your address, I’ll pick you up.”
“Yer too kind.” He chuckled.
“Jus’... Jus’ don’t drink too much.”
“Yeah.”
He threw his head back as he took the shot, groaning as the burning sensation went down his throat, clouding his mind as the more shots he took, the more the alcohol influenced him.
What Daryl remembered was slumped over the bar and then pushed into a car that smelled fresh. Your voice filled his mind as you spoke to him to keep him awake. God, the way you took care of him made him relax.
You sat in your recliner, legs crossed as you held a mug of coffee. You watched Daryl’s chest rise and fall, keeping close as it was becoming noon.
He had passed out the second he hit your couch, and you were too worried about him to sleep so you stayed awake.
Your phone had buzzed for the hundredth time for this day. It was a string of text messages coming from Shane, begging you to think twice about Daryl.
You were disappointed in Shane. You knew he was rash, but you didn’t think he’d react this way when he was rejected.
You have no idea what the hell you’re doing
You could hear him say it, repeatedly. It played like a song that you wanted out of your head. It was annoying, frustrating, and somewhat depressing.
“Ya should really block him.” Daryl’s hoarse voice made you snap your head up and see him awake. He rubbed his eyes as he grumbled. “That coffee?”
“Yeah.”
“Hand it over.” He weakly demanded, it made you laugh and hand it over with ease.
“Glad to see you alive.” You got up, stretching your legs. “I was thinkin’ I might have to take you to the hospital with the number of shots you took.”
“That’s what work does to ya.” He responded, taking a large gulp of the coffee as he slowly sat up. “Still haven’t answered ma question.”
“Don’t worry about me, Dixon. I'll make some food for you.”
“No, sit down.”
“Daryl you’re hungover-”
“Sit.” He pushed your throw pillow on the ground, having you sit next to him. “Ya don’ block ‘im ‘cause yer worried, ain’t ya?”
“...I never seen him act like this before. Yes, I’m worried ‘bout him. He's texting me every minute!” You explained, feeling your chest tighten as your voice wavered. “Then Lori! And Rick! Who’s next? Carl?!”
“It’s ‘cause of me.”
“Please Daryl, it’s not you. It ain’t your fault.” You immediately reacted, grabbing his shoulders. “I jus’ realized that my place in that group wasn’t as a friend but a prop. They knew I didn’t have much around me and used it to their advantage. If I disagreed with someone then the rest turned against me. I'm better off with Amy, Andrea, and you.”
“Yer gonna regret it.”
“I can promise you now that I won’t.” You retorted. You then sighed, laying back. “Let’s stop talkin’ ‘bout this. I seriously need a smoke.”
“I got some in ma bag.” Daryl looked around, his eyebrows furrowed when he didn’t see around him.
“It’s in my car.” You replied, pushing yourself up to grab your shoes and keys. “Your brother was kind enough to get your ass in my car and bring your bike.”
“Merle?”
“Yeah, met him I pulled up. Why? Is something wrong?”
“Nah. It’s nothing.” You nodded and left, leaving Daryl sitting on the couch.
As he took another sip from the mug, Daryl’s phone rang. He glanced at his phone briefly but didn’t bother to check the caller ID as he flipped open his phone, assuming it was his brother.
“Merle.” Daryl answered, rather annoyed.
“Daryl, my man!” His voice boomed though the phone, all cocky and charming as usual. “How’s my favorite deliver boy doin’ today?”
The voice on the other end wasn’t Merle’s. It was Negan Smith. Daryl’s heart dropped as he recognized him.
His voice made Daryl’s stomach churn. If he remembered correctly, the delivery was for friday, tomorrow and any call from Negan was never good news.
“What do ya want, Negan?”
“There’s been a change of plans. We’ve got an emergency and I need the damn goods by midnight. Tonight.”
“We had a deal-!”
“Fuck the deal, Dixon.” Negan's tone shifted suddenly, becoming serious. “You’ve got until midnight. Don't make me come lookin’ for you. We all remember what happened last time you were late.”
With that, Negan hung up, leaving Daryl staring at his phone in disbelief. He threw his phone and held the scream he wanted to let out, but he held his head in his hands.
He had until midnight... Failure wasn’t an option.
