Prince! Time and his body guard (reader) visiting castle town on ‘noble business.’ (Time was bored and convinced reader to sneak out of the castle with him. “Is it really sneaking out if you, my royal babysitter, knows where i am?” Yes..yes it is)

A lively festival decorates the town! Streamers and banners rustle in the breeze, stalls line the bustling streets as music fills the air. Time, being the young and ‘sheltered’ prince he was, DRAGGED you throughout the entire festival. You were positive the prince would of pulled your arm off if you weren’t a royal knight.

The prince was quick to put his hood up, proudly saying it would disguise him from any prying eyes  -it certainly didn’t, but one cold stare from you had nosy onlookers turning a blind (and terrified) eye-, eagerly looked through the stalls. The new and fatty foods that his trainers banned from his diet were sitting right in front of him….

With a sigh, you pulled out your ruppee pouch and shoved it into his hand. You have never seen his eyes so widen, so bright. He promised you he would pay you back. And you believed him.

For a prince, he was a surprisingly messy eater! Sticky syrup cakes his fingers while melting chocolate covers his lips. You had to stifle your giggles, especially when he turned to you with those confused eyes. “Do i have something on my face?” ‘You have everything on your face. Im surprised anything got in your mouth.’

Shocked, he looks in a nearby shop window, only to join your giggling as he faces you once more.

Moments like these makes you realize just how…young he is.

i’m gonna cry it’s raining right now and i just passed by a family where both parents were without an umbrella but their kid who couldn’t have been older than like 3-4 was proudly holding this GIANT umbrella whose diameter was as tall (if not taller) as the kid. both the parents were getting absolutely drenched but u could tell the kid was just so happy to have an “adult” task and carry the umbrella themselves and i think that sacrifice is what love is all about

I’m sorry but I will truly never get over Ekko who lost his mentor and all his friends at a young age, then spent the rest of his childhood building a beautiful and strong community that helped get shimmer addicts off the streets and give them a new life that thrived off of trust, respect, and loyalty while slowly watching the girl he loves lose herself to her psyche and become an unhinged suicidal terrorist who he is unable to save despite repeated attempts at it. And THEN gets booted into an alternate reality where he learns he could have had EVERYTHING, the beautiful and thriving community, the education, his family, and the girl he loves and he heartbreakingly leaves it all behind because he knows he doesn’t belong there and he has to go back to save his people which he DOES multiple times at great risk despite knowing what overextending his z-drive could do only to end up completely alone in the end. The most selfless character in the entire series. That’s my boy savior.
