both names are very cool so do you mind like. sharing their origin/where u got the inspo idk how to word it😭 im a history nerd hoping for an info dump so pls don't hold back if you actually have fun facts lol

yeah!! they’re both Germanic names, Theudwulf means (roughly) “people [of the] wolf” + Wulfmut means “wolf-spirit”/“wolf-mind”

Theud- as an element comes from Theudemer which is the Old German form of the Gothic name Þiudamers (anglicized as Theodemir) which means “famous people” and was a king’s name.

-mut as an element comes from Hartmut, meaning “brave mind” and Helmut, which arguably means “healthy mind” (heil+muot) or possibly stubborn/thick-headed?? (helm “helmet” + muot “mind/spirit”)

+ Wulf of course means wolf ^_^

inspiration-wise, I do a lot of work with proto-Germanic (the predecessor to most Germanic languages, incl. both old Norse and old German) in order to use the Elder Futhark with text. When you think of like “viking” writing that would all be Younger Futhark, Elder would’ve been used back with proto-Germanic. because of this ik I wanted sth Germanic for a name, and Gerulf (spear-wolf) hasn’t fit well for a while

it’s also sth that’s got a biiiiiiit of a religious lean to it as a heathen. plus I knew I wanted Ulf/Wulf as an element since my gender is just. ulfheðinn. it just is. that’s me. gender

xiao had seen the game before, his friend(s) had talked about it and encouraged him to try it himself. Xiao wasn’t much of a gamer but he thought he’d give it a shot.

Xiao as a selfshipper is quiet about it. He thinks it’s embarrassing how much comfort he finds in you, despite his friends telling him otherwise.

Xiao is also quite lonely, and.. your voicelines, always sounding so excited,,, (sounding excited to talk to him, or his character he guesses…) he actually has your good morning voiceline as his alarm tone.

Xiao adores fanart of you, while he far prefers getting your content from the actual game (“fanfiction..? whats that?”) he loves seeing fanart of you. Especially the softer ones, he adores seeing the soft more vulnerable side of you.

He played the HELL out of you character quest. He tried to do everything he could to get his likability from you up. (he kept getting the wrong answers!? so why is it so high… hes not complaining though…)

he embarrassingly has spent actual primogems (his irl currency…) on the game… for you… not his fault at all! why’d the devs put you in that handsome outfit?! the games trying to scam him… 42 primos… gone…

xiao loves it when you get new content! it always comforts him so much! He loves hearing whatever new voicelines or conversations with other characters you have! he’ll analyze whatever content he gets and use it to help him understand your character more!

💮Happy Friday the 13th! If your OCs were in a piece of horror media (video game/book/movie), what roles would they play? Who would die first? Who would make it to the end? What kind of horror media would they be in? (slasher film, psychological horror, zombie apocalypse, etc.)

syera would be the final girl in a sci-fi horror movie or at least she'd survive longer than most cause she's smarter. she knows how to keep her wits about her.

lilith's genre is definitely slasher. she'd be the victim that ends up killing the killer instead or she's actually the killer all along.

dione would be in a post-apocalypse. they'd be in charge of keeping a small settlement alive and actually survive long enough to discover the cure but end up sacrificing themself for the greater good.
