bluey is the greatest show in existence because bandit and chilli decided that they would rather be in slightly embarrassing situations for their kids enjoyment than potentially yell at them and make for a terrible childhood

their marriage is a happy one despite all the obstacles that they had to go through(miscarriage, family issues, fights, feeling like bad parents, issues with moving).

the show has plot and character development and it's mellow and calm and i love it

“You never answered my question,” Lizzie said, softly. The fire in the inn’s hearth was slowly dying to embers. As the hours had worn on archaeologists had shuffled off to bed one by one until it was only herself and Lance sitting beside the window, looking out at the steadily increasing rain. “King Arthur. Do you think he was real?”

Lance looked a her over his coffee. As long as she had known him, he’d abstained from the beer that was standard fare for archaeologists. “Why do you keep asking that?” he asked in return, his tone kind. Everything about Lance was kind. “Does it really matter what we think?”

Lizzie sighed. “No, no I suppose not. I think— it sounds so silly.” She waved a hand as if she could erase the words. “Ah, just ignore me.”

“I would never ignore you,” Lance said seriously, his gaze intent on her face. “I want to hear what you think, Liz. Please don’t keep your thoughts from me.” Her breath caught. His patient brown eyes seemed to be staring into her-- like he was looking at the night sky, like he could find all the answers of the universe in her face.

Mesmerized and deeply moved, she blurted the words out; “Sometimes I’m mad that he’s not here.” The honesty made her grimace. "Isn’t that ridiculous?” Lance shook his head, but she had to laugh a little, at her own foolishness. “It’s more than wishing he was real— it’s like, he should be here. Sometimes I’m mad at him for not being real, sometimes I catch myself thinking about him in the present tense even. I know, it sounds absurd.” She waved her hand again, this time Lance caught it, held her still.

“Don’t take it back. I— I think I know what you mean.”

“Don’t tease me, please.”

“I’m not. I really think I know what you mean. Sometimes I feel like— not angry, per se, but— sad, maybe? Like I knew him, and he's gone. How can I miss somebody who probably never existed at all?”

Lizzie nodded, growing animated when his expression stays earnest. “I know! It sounds mad, honestly, sometimes I think I am mad. It feels so obvious, like, ‘of course Arthur is real, he’s the king of Albion!’ Sometimes I feel like I should be able to reach out and touch him, like he’s right there, even though I know it’s totally impossible.”

“I’m here,” Lance said it suddenly, almost like it had just dawned on him. Lizzie froze, held her breath. They’d come close to this edge once or twice before, but for one reason or another, neither one was ever quite willing to jump. She’d become used to hiding her feelings for her handsome coworker safely away, so she waited patiently for him to offer a smile, an arch of the brow, something to make his words into a joke, to puncture the moment and let the meaning drain out, as he always did.

It never came.

“Lance.” She whispered, leaning forward despite herself. “I know you’re here. I mean, I—“

“I know what you mean.” He replied, and then he was kissing her.

His lips were warm, his mouth was soft and oh-so gentle as he kissed her. The table between them was small, but it still pressed into her abdomen uncomfortably as she leaned into him. Lizzie found she didn’t care in the slightest. Warmth seemed to pour from his hands as he cupped her face, filling her up so that she thought she might never be cold again.

“Guinevere.”

Yanqing learned many things during the wardance, among others that he's into men

I was so disappointed when I first placed one of these guys because I thought they didn’t glow anymore. It turns out, they only glow at night, and on top of that, the glowy bit is on the bottom when they’re in the tank, so it’s hard to see without the lights off and/or being zoomed in on them!
