fitfwt: brisbane thoughts & experiences

I did Not camp out in the slightest - I arrived when the gates opened sooo

tried to give some girls my left over pride flags & they told me they weren't gay and then talked about harry styles the whole time they were in line 😭😭😭

did not get to see safety hazard at all - we were still IN LINE OUTSIDE when they were on!!! we were in line for literal hours (and we came right before the gates opened) and there was HUNDREDS (if not more) of people behind us ?!?!?!?

I honestly do not think river stage was even a little prepared for this capacity and it wasn't even sold out ? but it was Packed. I cannot imagine how terrible it'd be at a sold out gig

seagirls was AMAZING although someone next to me was a seagirls fan so it made me less cool for knowing the words

they sung violet (their best song) 🥰🥰🥰

my mate left for literally 2 minutes to get food and I said to someone that camping out for concerts was classist and stupid 😭 sorry to that person

someone complimented my jersey 🥰

I thought I was genuinely gonna die during the ooms intro. it's my favourite louis song and the beat was LOUD and the lights were BRIGHT !!! I thought I was gonna see heaven by the end of it 😭😭

lucia's replacement was so fucking funny bc I was not wearing my glasses and it completely blocked my view of louis it was So Bright. it was literally just a blob of light

did Not relate to a Certain silver tongues line despite absolutely screaming it (I did very much want to go home)

left right after silver tongues and felt So Bad bc I wasn't going to meet him but I fully think I would've fainted from the pain if I didn't go home and pop pain killers 😭😭

he said nothing abt walls' birthday (he definitely did not know that it was the next day)

was Showered & in bed by 10:40pm 😭

reasons to love seventeen’s choi seungcheol / s.coups (w/ receipts)

- is the youngest in his family but takes on the role of leader & older brother so naturally in seventeen 

- trained for 6+ years & was falsely promised debut twice before seventeen, but never complained once about having to go through seventeen project, instead he saw it as an opportunity to grow 

- has gone through constant group & member changes (first being in nu’est, then tempest, then seventeen w/ members leaving or being taken out of the group) but is so patient & welcoming to all the people he’s been in a group with 

- on seventeen project, when the rings were taken, he said his first concern was the members’ feelings 

- before the first shining diamond performance, he buried his nervousness to be able to comfort the members 

- blamed himself for being a lacking leader when that performance was criticized 

- whenever there is tension among the group, he always takes responsibility as leader & blames himself

- respects elders well & told the members to all bow to their parents

- cried once when pledis’s ceo told him he was glad he made cheol leader

- the grown man owns a set of matching pjs, blanket, & pillow cover 

- is the person who collects all the opinions of the members and tries to discuss it w/ the ceo (what a scary job!) 

- also talks to the vice ceo a lot to stay on top of all things regarding svt and to ask for things (he’s the reason svt has new dorms and more vans)

- attends all company meetings that have to do w/ svt just so he can alert the other members if anything is happening

- always reminds us that “carats are not in a one-sided relationship” 

- is super shy about his singing even though he was originally a vocalist (during his trainee years he switched to rap b/c he fell in love w/ it)

- he’s a really good rapper though so i’m glad he made that decision :-)

- before ofd, he told the members to enjoy everything as long as they’re together 

- reminded all the kids to put their coats on to bring to the island 

- offered to cut the firewood so the others don’t get hurt (even tho he’s afraid of the axe) 

- said he was happy when a screw that fell off the pot was found in his portion of food b/c he was afraid the other members would choke on it

- offered to wake up super early on ofd to catch fish & shaved all the bait himself to get breakfast for his kids

- when given a chocolate bar & the chance to eat it all on his own, he remembered the promise they made that they would all share any food given to them on ofd, so he gathered all the members to evenly share one chocolate bar

- on the last day of ofd, set up a gallery of photos representing the group’s memories along w/ the other leaders, and wrote this adorable letter

- buys food for his members w/ his own money 

- works hard to win them the prizes they like at arcade games

- when a fan made lunch boxes for them, he switched his lunchbox w/ wonwoo’s since wonwoo can’t eat seafood, even though it was spicy & cheol can’t handle spicy food 

- loves kissing the other members & receiving kisses in return

- praised jun’s chinese when other members were teasing him for his shaky korean & helped him speak to the viewers. also encouraged him to speak chinese for chinese fans

- attended the p101 finale & stood for 4 hours alone to support nu’est & samuel, even though he must have been super tired w/ dwc promotions, mcing, & getting his wisdom teeth taken out

- helped ailee when she was injured (alongside woozi)  

- constantly reminding fans the amount of pressure woozi goes under for producing their songs 

- first thing he said after performing at black halloween w/ bumzu predebut was that he wished seventeen can join him on a big stage like that next time

- cried when talking about his most regrettable moment not being able to visit his grandmother (due to training)  when she fainted one day

- said that if he won the lottery he would buy anything the members ask for

- when vernon was apologizing for being on smtm & creating a bad image for seventeen, cheol insisted that everyone was okay w/ it & kept comforting him

- gets super worried & scared when other members fall or are at risk of being hurt, being the first to go to their sides 

- offered to complete the mission on behalf of the other members on seventeen project w/o even knowing what it was

- just LOOK at the way he looks at fans

- during the aju nice mv filming, worried about the staff who was filming for so long ; made sure to tell the viewers how hard they’re working

- really really likes kids, said he wanted 3 sons & 1 youngest daughter; when the members said that many kids would be really difficult, he responded “everyone! i’m in charge of 12 people now, you think i won’t be ale to handle 4 kids?” 

- also loves dogs & says he wants to raise a puppy 

- on minghao’s bday, hao was supposed to buy the food b/c it was his bday, but cheol secretly paid for it 

- is known to be super strong but never hits the members /hard/ for their game punishments (even tho he likes to tease & pretend that he will)

- made seaweed soup for the maknae’s birthday

- is sososo thankful to us carats, always saying he doesn’t deserve us & that he doesn’t do enough for us, always thinking of how he can repay us (19:48) 

- bought his members a cake & sang them a song for their 3rd anniversary (it’s his anniversary too!)

- got mad at carats for not sleeping, told them to go home & sleep in the highest most polite form 

- tried to buy caratland tickets just to put himself in carats’ shoes, and gave them away 

- was the one to propose that the second lightstick be brighter b/c we was worried about fans going home late at night after concerts

- during the dispatch leader interview (i can’t find it anymore D:) he said that the members matter more than the company

- felt guilty for being injured and not being able to give the best performance he could to carats, so much so that he was traumatized for it ;-; 

- called a fan princess hnghhh

- at concert venues, he goes to the farthest seats in order to see how the view would be from there.  “we should care for those in the back too”
