Omg I just found your blog and I love it so much. JLAU is my favoritest DC canon ever. EVER. The only Batman I ever want (except for maybe Adam West and ok Michael Keaton can stay and I’m not mad at Will Arnett either but I digress).

Ok so this is just in case you might be interested, but you also might hate it bc ..... see, here’s the thing. I HARDCORE ship JLAU WonderBat AND GreenHawk.

But I have this ongoing longfic that is my lovesong to Timmverse and the thing is, my brain doesn’t like to write normal couples I ship irl. It likes to write rarepairs.

So. Um. It is entirely set in JLAU and it’s an ensemble fic with the whole team but. Well. I TEAR WONDERBAT APART AND PAIR DIANA WITH LEX LUTHOR 😭😭😭 because Bruce won’t commit to her and Lex loooooves her.

And ... and ... I let Mari and John stay together and PAIR SHAYERA WITH BATMAN (bc ok I do super love them together.)

Well I love Lex and Diana together too. It’s complicated. It’s an AU. In the show, I would DIE for WonderBat AND GreenHawk both and headcanon them happily ever aftering when the series ends.

But ... but ... rarepairs are so fun to play with. Mentally. And when I write.

So anyway just wanted to share my fic because you clearly love JLAU as much as I do but like I said you also might hate it because DEAR GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE so absolutely no pressure to even check it out, sometimes I myself just can’t deal with unhappy endings for my ship couples even though it’s a messy complicated unhappy but also they realize they’re happier with other people (even tho in real life by which I mean JLU obviously they are PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER AND GET TOGETHER IN MY HEAD).
