car update. tried to take it to a tire shop but couldnt make it bc five seconds in its already to the rim. completely flat. stopped at a car wash/oil change place and practically begged 4 help. theyre gonna put my spare tire on so i can make it to a tire shop without shredding whats left of my old one. if i hadnt of stopped i could've permanently fucked my rim up too. walked back the block to work. got so sweaty i stood in the freezer for 10 minutes.

feel kinda weird leaving my car there but i trust them . i dont even know what theyre gonnw charge me for putting my spare on. i dont even care. i thought about not going back to work and staying there to deal with it but id rather die . i hate that car

last week i bought a new back right tire bc it was gonna explode. couple months ago my driver window exploded. my roof lining has been coming off and falling on me . it only runs on 3 cylinders instead of 4 . the god damn engine shakes like shes having a panic attack. i am so done with my car

i am a human being of course im not made to perform like this this with no physical or mental consequences even just one day waking up for 4:30 am shift green bean casserole croissant at 8am then job interview at noon then drive to group therapy to sit in kitchen and do homework then find out an old friend died probably by suicide listened to jam session and journaled then closed eyes for 7 minutes then back downstairs try to focus again on the 4 assorted school related tasks due tonight then get recruited to help lead teen therapy end of night group so that there is more than one adult in the room for liability purposes and now im home to shower and charge my calculator in order to go grab a coffee and continue working and its 9pm

i need sun and physical touch and vitamins and consistent sleep and exercise before i can even begin to be upset about how fuzzy my mind feels and how tense achy my body is how agitated i have been etc

and this is a consistent type of lifestyle for at least two consecutive years obvi its gonnw do a number on me

I felt the same way yesterday after getting increasingly frustrated because a thing I tried doodling wasn’t working out but I gave myself a little break and went back to it and I just finished it and is it my best work? Nope! But I finished something and that’s all that really matters. Don’t get discouraged by your art because even if you say its not good because you’re still creating something and in the end that’s what counts!
