I have this awesome lottle plush gnome that is a heating a cooling gnome! He will soothe you either way and he is super hugable!
So his little bag of tourmaline beads with lavender is next to him! You either put it in the freezer or you put it in the microwave!
You put it in his butt flap!
I suggest making it ball like before stuffing the heating or cooling bag into you little gnome!
Just close the flap and bam! Perfect helpful hugable gnome!
