Mahjong solitaire, also known as the Mahjong puzzle or Shanghai, is a single-player matching game that uses a set of Mahjong tiles. Unlike the traditional four-player Mahjong game, this version involves a solitary player and focuses on clearing a board of tiles by matching pairs. The game begins with 144 tiles arranged in a four-layered pattern, often resembling a pyramid or another complex structure. The objective is to remove all the tiles from the board by finding and matching pairs of identical tiles.
Tiles can only be selected if they are free, meaning they have no other tiles on top of them and at least one side (left or right) is open. The game is played by clicking on matching pairs of free tiles to remove them from the board. If no more moves are available and tiles remain on the board, the game is lost. Conversely, the game is won when all the tiles have been successfully paired and removed.
The tiles used in Mahjong solitaire are the same as those in traditional Mahjong, featuring three suits (dots, bamboo, and characters), along with honor tiles (winds and dragons) and optional flower and season tiles. Some versions of the game include hints and shuffling options to assist players when they are stuck.
Mahjong solitaire gained significant popularity through computer and online versions, making it accessible to a wide audience. Its appeal lies in its simplicity, challenging gameplay, and the strategic thinking required to identify and plan the removal of tile pairs. The game also features relaxing music and aesthetic tile designs, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Mahjong solitaire remains a popular and engaging puzzle game enjoyed by players of all ages around the world.

HTML5 Game Development has transformed the gaming industry by allowing developers to create visually stunning games directly within web browsers.
This evolution is powered by HTML5, a robust markup language that has shifted from arranging web content to crafting immersive games. With various APIs and packages, HTML5 Game Development presents exciting possibilities for the future of gaming.
One advantage of HTML5 game development is its cross-platform compatibility. Importance of having teams in our companies
Tumblr media
Doing products is different from doing business. It is a hard target for new person who don’t have experience in the business. If you have been working as a software engineer for the past 12 years and want to do business, it becomes harder than ever.
When I decided to do gaming business, my first thought was about the product and never thought about what I am discussing in this blog. I got to know the importance of dividing the teams after spending 8 months on my startup journey.
This information may not be useful to the people who already have business experience but it helps the person who wants to execute their ideas but has no knowledge on gaming business.
I am sharing my knowledge here. If it helps even one person, I am so happy.
My experience:
I spent more than 12 years on product development. So I am able to build the product irrespective of platform and language but I did not gain business knowledge during my career. I thought that product knowledge was enough to take my product to the end users.
You know - startup journey is the same as roller coaster journey. We can not see anything clearly and at the same time we reach the point without understanding what happened in the journey.
I started coding the Ludo Family game, drawing graphics. Meanwhile I am doing testing also so it is throwing huge bugs. Due to bug fixing I lose contrasting on graphics. Immediately I started concentrating on graphics and then I lost focus on the marketing side. These things are followed one after another. At the end my life became hell. Still I am ok to bear the pain but my product quality went bad. This is painful to me.
I understand that I have to balance all these works. So that we can understand where we need to spend more time as well as where It is going bad. Also we can find out a piece of work to assign to another person. I divided the teams as follows.
Business Team - Here the team concentrate on design business mode and monetisation strategies. Mainly working on below topics.
How do we make money?
How do we motivate players to spend their money?
How to create desire to purchase items from games?
Product Team - This team concentrates on product development and Testing.
Design/Develop product
Implement monetization strategies
QA - Achieve product quality
Fixing product issues.
PQJ (Product Quality Judgement) - we send the final product to a group of people who are never involved in product design/development and ask for their true opinion about the product.
Finance Team - This team takes care about founding and Calculate ROI
Takes care about capital money
Design money investment strategies
Analysis on how many active users we need to get the profit.
Analyze campaigns based on ROAS.
Marketing team - Concentrate on Marketing our product in different areas
Decide User Acquisition Strategies
Design marketing content for different social medias
Define different campaigns based on product segmentation.
Choose social media based on our product.
These are the teams I have noted down so far. I am sure this information is going to change when we get experience. Please write your opinion on this topic and also always welcome your suggestions.

Presenting…Dragon Age: Solas Dress Up Game (Remastered in HTML5)
Now in HTML5 and updated for Veilguard (red lyrium dagger included)! I…finally got around to updating my old Flash-based Solas dress up game I made in 2015 (how time flies) to HTML5!! (Old game here)
Love him? Hate him? Dress him up in his (your) favourite outfits! Or put him in things he will never wear! Mix and match! The possibilities are endless! Layering clothes is completely possible and intentional!
Let him tear the Veil in Arlathan (almost) stark naked. Make him attend Halamshiral in nothing but his underwear! Watch as he wears his ‘Hierophant’ outfit in Crestwood before breaking your Lavellan’s heart, or simply relish the unwashed apostate hobo look back in Haven.
This is the culmination of 3 weeks of near-daily late nights LOL and my love letter to those old Flash games and dress up games I think many of us are familiar with! Finally done with it just in time for Veilguard (yes I procrastinated, as usual). Best played on the PC, it’s not optimised for Mobile, I think.
Enjoy!! I’ll love to see your creations :) happy dressing (or…undressing) your Solas!

If I had a nickel for every time I got hyper-fixated on an obscure, PBS Kids-based flash game where you could create an avatar in a show's universe, and explore said universe, (venturing terrain, interacting with characters, fighting bad guys, etc) I'd have 2 nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice, right?
