#How can I book a hypnotherapy session

Hello, K! I hope you're doing well!
I know you're on writer's block, but I was re-reading "The Woman In The Window" from A. J. Finn (a really good book) and I thought: what if the reader had agoraphobia in the past and it resurfaces when the bad guys capture them?
This will be a bit long, but please, bear with me. Agoraphobia, for those who don't know, is the fear of open spaces and situations that might cause embarrassment or helplessness, causing the person with this phobia to not leave their safe space. (Be it their home, their bedroom or whatever place they're comfortable being in). People can come in and talk to them in most of the cases, home therapy is very useful in these cases, but they feel like they can't leave, that it's not safe outside.
So, what if the reader of R&R had been through a traumatic event in the past, had agoraphobia for a period of time and managed to treat it, being able to go outside again; but when the boys captured them and locked them on the cell, the phobia kind of resurfaced and made mc reluctant to leave the cell, thinking it was safer in there? How would the boys act with it?
Thank you for reading until here, and I'm sorry it got a bit too long! Hope you get better!
(I shall name myself:)
💞 - Anon
No one really knows how to deal with this except for Nightmare, who takes it upon himself to gentle you back into where you were before being cooped up. He'd think it was a nice little snack for a while (and possibly more-- phobias are especially strong negative emotions that are a high dose of power in a very short amount of time) but when it started getting in the way of progress, he'd address it. He'd bring you through the halls, potentially in a hooded cape, into your new room with all the curtains drawn. He lets you stay in your new quarters as long as you'd like to get used to them, and over the next couple of weeks, help you get used to the idea of moving throughout the castle.
He'd coopt the boys for this, too, under the understanding that if they make matters worse (Killer) that they'll be the ones doing the very labor-intensive process of hanging drapery along common halls to make the space a little more inclosed and safe-feeling, which is his contingency in the instance of a relapse.
Baggs, once he gets there, is instantly given the duty of therapy, and congrats, if it's bad enough, you've signed yourself up for several sessions of hypnotherapy.

Keeping the record straight here.
One, that's not how the paranormal works. Negative entities are not drawn to "bad" people. They're drawn to vulnerable people. Is it true that maintaining negative energy can keep feeding these entities? Sure, but that's not what draws them. The non-human entities are drawn to pain and trauma. Negative spirits can be drawn to either a location, the land, or some situation happening. They don't attach to Kris Jenner because she made some mistakes as a mom. They don't haunt Amber Heard because she's a nightmare to be in any kind of relationship with. That's not how that works. There are literally hundreds of books, documentaries, and interviews with experts in the field on this subject, all available for research at any given time.
Two, do y'all not remember the haunting story Jensen told a couple of years ago when the Ackles were staying in Nola? He told the exact same story except he was on a Zoom with Jared and others. And he was the one that told the "ghost" to do it again and then reacted "cool". He also said Danneel is the one who is afraid of ghosts, she believes in them (vs when he supposedly didn't before the Nola story), and she would go to get him to deal with it if she thought a ghost was there. If he wasn't there, she'd get advice from a psychic or medium. The guy is recycling his stories and he does it for entertainment. So the story about Danneel allegedly filming said "ghost" is nothing more than bullshit and him trying to keep his fans entertained while pulling her along for the ride, switching her up to be the badass in this scenario. It's sadly what a lot of his fans want to hear and he knows it.
I participate in hypnotherapy sessions with a very powerful reiki practitioner and he was the first one to tell me that if an actor or person keeps acting out scenarios that focus on certain energies then they are bound to attract said energies because they are matching that vibration. I appreciate your point but I've read extensively on this and if you nurture bad energies and engage in dark thoughts you can draw certain thoughtforms/entities to you and they will feed off your energy. That being said, thank you for the lovely explanation and post. 🥰🥰🥰

7 Common Hypnosis Myths And Misconceptions(Part1)
Hypnosis has long been a widely recognized and respected therapeutic tool for a wide range of issues. However, many myths and misconceptions still surround hypnosis when it is used within a therapeutic setting.
These misconceptions often lead to fear, skepticism, and misunderstandings about the practice of hypnosis, and as a practicing certified hypnotherapist, I address these with almost every new client. So let’s explore the most common myths and misconceptions surrounding hypnosis, separating fact from fiction.
1. Hypnosis is Mind Control:

One of the most common misguided beliefs about hypnosis is that it is a form of mind control. This is simply not true. Hypnosis is a collaborative process between the hypnotherapist and the client. The hypnotherapist cannot force the client to do anything they do not want to do.
The client always retains ultimate control over accepting or rejecting hypnotic suggestions in the same way that a patient can ignore a doctor’s suggestions and not take the prescribed medication.
2. Hypnosis is Dangerous:

Another misconception is that hypnosis is dangerous and has negative side effects. The perceived danger may come from the fear of being exposed to some suppressed traumatic memories or of being forced to become a different person. In reality, however, hypnosis is very safe when conducted by a trained professional.
No change is ever created within clients that they do not wish to have, and reopening suppressed trauma is always avoided in favor of other healing methods. The only side effect of hypnosis is usually feeling more relaxed, hopeful, and at peace.
3. Hypnosis Can Erase Memories:

Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis cannot erase memories. While hypnosis can help individuals access and process memories, it cannot make them forget something they experienced. Doing so would constitute mind control, and as we established in the first point, hypnotherapy does not do that.
What the hypnotherapist can do is desensitize a client to the experience if that is what they wish and help them move the memory into the background where it no longer bothers them. It means the memory will remain, but it will take its place among many other things to which the person doesn’t give much thought.
4. Only Weak-Minded People Can be Hypnotized:

Hypnosis is not reserved for the weak-minded or gullible. Suggestibility (a person’s ability to accept hypnotic suggestions) does not depend on the level of education or the strength of the will. It depends merely on how safe the client feels with the therapist and their willingness to relax into the process. In truth, every person can be hypnotized, and every person can block hypnosis. The only difference is the client’s willingness to go along with the therapeutic process.
5. Hypnosis is Like Sleep:

Although hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it is not the same as sleeping. During hypnosis, the client is aware of the surroundings and can communicate with the hypnotherapist.
A hypnotic trance is just a relaxed state in which the person’s mind shifts its focus from the external stimuli to the images or thoughts relevant to the therapeutic session. This is a lot like being caught up in an interesting book or a movie while sitting in one’s living room. The person is aware of being in the living room, but their attention is on the story.
6. Hypnosis is a Quick Fix:

While hypnotherapy is a powerful modality for addressing various issues, and it usually achieves results faster than talk therapy, it is not always a quick fix. The process requires some time and commitment from the client. There is no pre-set time or number of sessions in which something can be addressed.
Just like with any other therapy or healing process, one’s progress depends on the underlying causes for the issue and the person’s response to therapy. Every client’s journey is individual, and while some issues may take one session to resolve, others may take weeks or months.
7. Hypnosis is Only for Entertainment:

Due to the popularization of stage hypnosis, people often believe hypnosis to be entertainment. However, hypnosis has been used as an effective therapeutic tool for over 100 years.
If you are afraid of barking like a dog under hypnosis, read the second part of this article to explore more myths and misconceptions about hypnosis.

21 | More Than...
Series: Valentine Addams | Wednesday
Paring: (Xavier Thorpe x OFC Addams! Tyler Galpin x OFC Addams!)
Word Count: 2036
Warnings: date interrupted, admitting feelings, kissing, almost a death
20. A Hyde | 22. You Sound Ridiculous
"A Mocha, please." I walk up to Tyler working.
"That's different." He gives me a look, "You okay?" He asks making my drink.
"Not really. Apparently I can get hurt in my visions. Wednesday is set on believing Xavier is the Hyde, which is the name of the monster, our uncle told us. Enid wants to move in with Yoko and I because Wednesday doesn't care she almost got us killed. Xavier tried to kiss me again last night but finally got the hint I don't see him the same way. Also thinking about how the Hyde has some master that unlocked them and they kinda have a split personality because they're like Jekyll and Hyde. There's just a lot on my mind and Hot Chocolate isn't going to do the job." I rant everything to him.
"How about we schedule another date tonight? Take you mind off of everything for a few hours. Escape from the world and it's problems? Where we can just be us having fun? What do you say?" He puts my drink on the counter.
"I'd love that." I give him a smile taking me drink.
"A quick question... Why did you kiss me that night?" He makes me turn to face him.
"Did you not want me to?" I give him a wink going to sit down in a booth.
After some time Wednesday and Uncle Fester come in sitting at my booth as I come back from the bathroom. "Just gotta take my spot." I sit next to her as she looks at the diary.
"Kinbott has to be Xavier's master. The Hyde lays dormant until unleashed by a traumatic event or unlock through chemical inducement or hypnosis." She reads.
"That's what I saw in the cave. Well, blurry saw and heard. The Hyde was scared of who was hurting them. But I still don't believe it's Xavier or Dr. Kinbott." I tell her as we watch Uncle Fester drink the ketchup, "Eww."
"She must've figured out he's a Hyde and used hypnotherapy to unlock him. That would explain their secret sessions." She tells him.
"Or he just needs therapy when she's off work" I roll my eyes.
"I think the kid behind the counter has clocked me. Yeah. He's walking over. I'm gonna put him in a Romanian sleeper hold. Cover me." Uncle Fester tells us as Tyler walks over.
"Relax. He's not interested in you." Wednesday tells him.
"Made you a quad and you another Mocha. On the house." Tyler puts down the drinks.
"Hey, thanks kid. Need a refill on this puppy too." Uncle Fester takes Wednesday drink and hands Tyler the ketchup bottle.
"Tyler, this is our Uncle Fester." I introduced him to him.
"Oh. Uh... Hi, it's nice to-," Uncle Fester zaps Tyler as they shake hands.
"Was that necessary?" I ask him as he chuckles.
"Is that the Hyde. Val, told me it's name." Tyler sits next to me and looks at the diary. "
That sides ugly..." I hear him think to himself as he looks at the pages closer. "That's it. From that night." He tells us.
"Your father gave you explicit instructions not to be near us." Wednesday tells him.
"Wait, he said that about me too?" I look at Tyler.
"For one; my dad's not here, and I'm on a break. Two; just not to be near you when she's with you. Alone I can be near you." He tells Wednesday then me.
"So technically not us, just you." I look at Wednesday.
"Did she tell you about the master part?" Wednesday flips the page.
"Yeah, she kinda mentioned that." He leans closer to me to look at the book with us.
I turn my head slightly to look at him and we smile at each other but we're interrupted by his father coming in calling his name, "What did I say?" The three of us look over to see Uncle Fester disappear.
"For the record, Valentine was here alone first then when Wednesday showed up she was trying to keep her distance. I was the one that sat down with them." Tyler says as the three of us get out of the booth.
"All right. Putting these up around town. It's a bank robbery suspect, and he's a real creep. You haven't seen him, have you?" His dad shows us a wanted flyer of our uncle.
"No." Wednesday and I say at the same time.
"Yeah, he's be pretty hard to miss. I'll pin it on the bulletin board." Tyler tells his day who just huffs leaving.
"Is there ever a time when he's not miserable? I normally like to see people miserable, but I'm getting tired of him." I turn to look at Tyler.
"Nope, that's him 24/7." He rolls his eyes.
"Thank you. But you didn't have to do that." Wednesday tells him about lying about seeing Uncle Fester.
"Your family's very... colorful." He tells her.
"Ironic considering Fester's the black sheep. He's harmless." She takes her seat back in the booth.
"Harmless? He electrocuted me." Tyler says walking over to put the wanted flyer up.
"He does that for fun. So about our date? You do remember I can't sneak off campus right because of Wednesday? Weems trusts me but is worried about my safety." I turn to face him.
"You won't have to. I'll come to you. 9pm, Crackstone's Crypt." He turns to face me with a smile taking my hand into his.
"You're killing me." I laugh as how I was feeling inside.
"How long do you have to live?" He steps closer to me.
"I don't know but if you keep acting like this not much longer." I let go of his hand walking back over to Wednesday.
"What are you smiling about? I hate it. It creepy." Wednesday looks up at me.
"Nothing."
-
"You're really sneaking off campus?" Enid watches me to get ready to leave for my date with Tyler.
"That's the thing, I'm not leaving campus. Now excuse me, I have a date." I leave my room heading out to the woods to meet Tyler.
The entire time was heading out it felt like someone was watching and following me. "9pm on the dote." I walk up to Tyler, who was smiling.
"Great, now you have to close your eyes." He holds out a single flower.
"Are you serious?" I ask him.
"Unfortunately." He smiles more.
"I'm only doing this because I like you." I take the flower from him closing my eyes.
"Watch your step." Tyler puts his hand on my back helping, "Wait here. Keep your eyes close." I hear him open the doors, "Okay." He helps lead me inside. "Right here. One second. Don't open them yet." He leaves me to close the doors. "Okay, you can open your eyes now." He tells me so I do to see he decorated the inside with lights and had a blanket with popcorn set up with a projector. I look over at him taken back by his effort. "What? No one's ever taken you on a picnic inside a crypt before?" He makes me smiles, "How do you feel about scary movies?" He asks as the doors open revealing Wednesday so Tyler looks at me confused.
"This is what you snuck out to do and was secretive about?" Wednesday makes a face.
"That was you following me? Okay now you see what I'm doing. You can leave now." I give her a smile glaring at her.
"I love scary movies so I think I'll stay. Just ignore me on your little date. You won't even know I'm here." Wednesday walks to go take a seat way from the picnic.
"Wednesday, why are you staying here for our date?" I ask her annoyed.
"I'm bored, okay. Its odd not having Enid in the room. If you repeat that I will kill you." She glares at me.
Tyler walks over pulling down the sheet for our screen, "We can just ignore her. She's deadly quite anyways. It will be like she's not even here." Tyler takes my hand into his leading us to the blanket.
"You're right." I agree with him.
"Now, prepare to be horrified. He tells me as he starts the movie.
As soon as it starts I make a face at the song that starts letting me know wasn't a scary movie but was going to be one to me. I turn my head to see Tyler smiling at my reaction to the movie, Legally Blonde.
"Stop laughing." I give him a playful shove.
-
"That was torture." Wednesday says once the movie was over.
"You could have left." I tell her so she darts straight out of the crypt.
"Why didn't she do that an hour ago?" Tyler laughs turning off the projector.
"Because she enjoys torture. And I know that was hell for us but I'm kinda use to the color pink now because of Enid." I stand up from the ground.
"Did you enjoy it?" He walks up to me.
"I kinda liked parts of it oddly. Eww, I hate saying that." I cover my face.
"Then next weekend we can watch the second one." He chuckles making me look at him.
"They made two?" He nods his head before getting serious.
"I'm just gonna come out and say it. I want us to be more than friends."
"What if you randomly snap out of it one day?" I say getting slightly scared.
"Don't do that." He tilts his head looking at me.
"I'm new to this and I don't want to get hurt for the first time." I look down so he tilts my chin up to look at him.
"You can't keep trying to push me away. It's not going to work. You're feelings are just going to keep growing stronger just like mine for you." He looks me in the eyes leaning down some so I lean up connecting our lips. It felt so right kissing him, the way our lips moved together.
I pull back smiling at him as he rests his forehead on mine. "Am I making a mistake?" I ask and it comes out as a whisper.
"No, you're not." He goes in to kiss me again but the doors open with lights blinding us.
"What the hell? Tyler." His dad sees us as we both block the lights.
"Dad? What are you doing here?" Tyler asks him as his dad looks around the crypt.
"The school groundskeeper found the motorbike by the lake. It matches the description of the one the bank robber stole. There's a canoe missing. Figure he might be on the Raven Island. I'm not even going to ask what this is, but I never saw the two of you here. You got it?" He points at us. We nod our heads at him. "Unbelievable. Come on." His dad and his deputies leave us alone.
I look at Tyler stating to giggle about the whole situation making him chuckle pulling me into his chest. "You know he's not thrilled to catch us." I look up at Tyler wrapping my arms around his waist.
"He'll have to learn to get over it." He looks down at me so I lean up to kiss him.
"I should probably go to let my uncle know they're looking for him. He's on school grounds as we speak so." I move away from Tyler.
"Then I don't want to keep you. Talk to you tomorrow." He tells me so I give him one more kiss.
"Of course. Good night and thank you for tonight." I head out.
As I walk into the bee shed I see Uncle Fester, Wednesday crying and Thing bloody. "What happened?" I panic.
"Someone broke into my room and stabbed Thing from behind." Wednesday wipes her eyes.
"What a coward! But the reason I'm here, Uncle Fester, you need to leave. They found your motorbike so the sheriff won't be far. Maybe next time steal something a little less conspicuous." I let him know.

You have got a lot of nerve posting that book inviting that woman onto your platform. I understand what you did. I did it too at the end of the administration you reintegrated.
And if that works for you, that’s cool, but you weren’t the victim of the hate crimes of this administration and you are part of the reason why it happened you cannot radicalize like that. You have some very liberal ideals because you are not native to this country, you were born here, but your bloodline only goes back one
I did not want to the radicalization of the political system brought a radical terrorist back into my life
I don’t know how many people caught that and was like meditation is The Cure
you do not take hypnotherapy sessions alone in your home not the first time
A Hypnotherapist should be there to record your sessions. What you are doing is un repressing your memory.
This can be triggered at random or on purpose and even at random it destroys the lives of the most mature grown adults unlocking memories is no game
At the time of the occurrence, you were 24 years old and you had been pushing for your platform to be politically minded to be representation minded
You are teaching people how to care for themselves. It might be best if you learned.

Hypnotherapy - saving my inner child
A couple of years back I had a session with my angel reader and I asked her to ask my angels what they felt I should dive into in regards to spiritual study. They replied with human design.
For anyone who is unsure of what human design is, it's basically this chart that tells you who you are and what your life purpose is. It is faaaaar more complicated than that, but it encompasses the tree of life, and astrology, and the chakras, and a couple other things, and this is a terrible description but please look it up if your soul feels inclined to do so. It truly is a beautiful gift to the world.
Anywho, several years after this reading, I still find myself interested in human design and I came across this instagram page, by none other than Tresa. I started watching her reels, and reading her posts and immediately I knew, this woman had it going on. It was as though my soul was gravitating towards her light and I wanted to know more and more things, not only about human design but also about her journey and how she got there. So I booked a session with her - first the introduction and then the actual hypnotherapy session.
My hypnotherapy session was last week and it was a fascinating experience. Essentially it was a journey into my subconscious - mostly centered around childhood. She began by looking at my chart and she said aww little alexa and honestly that shit broke my heart. lol! I said yes girl, I know, little Alexa. haha! what did childhood feel like for you? I told her, very misunderstood. She explained since gate 43 & 23 are connected I have this ability to see very complex things and put them into words for the collective to understand; HOWEVER, as a child when you don't have all the words and don't know what feelings are what, it can be a very isolating experience. Which it was.
When was the first time you felt this way? I replied 7, when my mom got pregnant with my sister. During this time, I felt alone. I thought I was going to be forgotten. Once my sister was born I did not like her, I did not like that I needed to share my parents or the fact that anytime I needed anything I was called selfish. I cried about that for a minute. What is this feeling? I identified it as sadness.
What else was going on in your life? I shared I had recently been given insight into my papa's (grandfather) timeline and I feel that he is going to pass away in the next few years. I started crying again explaining that my papa was the first person in my life to allow me to exist solely as I am and not who I was "expected" to be. I kept going back to the question of what would I do without him? who would I be without him? and if he isn't there to see me I would be alone and sad.
Once we became aware that we were going on a journey into sadness she began putting me in the trance. I could feel myself going deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole and also the resistance I had to go. I could feel myself grabbing at the walls trying to catch myself and yet there was a strong gravity pulling me deeper and deeper into the subconscious.
I want you to imagine the most beautiful place you can think of. I see this beautiful field of grass on a warm sunny day, with a clear blue sky. There is a giant tree in the field that offers shade, and I am laying in the grass, half in the sun, half in the shade. Are you alone? I responded there were kids playfully laughing, but I am alone. As I realize I am alone I am no longer happy and this is no longer a beautiful place.
When was the first time you felt sadness? I respond with, 3. I think of 3 year old Alexa and I cry. I cry my heart out as this feels like a black hole in the center of my chest. I sob the saddness out. Hold 3 year old Alexa and whisper in her ear how much of a good girl she is. how special she is. how loved she is. as i start doing this, i can feel the black hole in the center of my chest start to fill with sand, and a little extra for good measure. This sand feels like it levels my body and turns into a horizon, and all of a sudden, I am on the beach staring at the sunset. On a scale of 1-100 how much sadness still exists? 30%.
3 year old Alexa is playing in the sand having a great time. Can we go into the ocean? I am hesitant but I say yes, and off I go walking into the ocean. As I swim to the ocean floor, the sun is peaking through allowing me a clear image of all that awaits. I see a starfish and an oyster with a pearl inside. Do you want to explore the pearl? I said no. Can you pick up the starfish and turn it upside down? What do I see? It's too bright to look at - I need sunglasses to see it. It is this bright golden yellow light. It is beautiful. All of a sudden I feel this light go over my body - it doesn't change how I feel, all it does is make me bright. Bright enough for my eyes to witness what the world sees. Bright enough for me to understand this is what the world sees. Bright enough for me to realize, I am not just Alexa. I am Alexa.
I swim up to the sand again and I begin to show off my starfish, because this is one cool ass starfish. What do people think of starfish? Immediately I know, not everyone likes it. I begin to cry. I don't understand why people don't like starfish - starfish is beautiful, and bright, and fun, what is there not to like about starfish? As the tears fade, I comfort 6 year old Alexa and remind her that there will be people in the world who do not like starfish solely for the sake that they forget they also have their own starfish. I remind her she is loved, i remind her she is smart, i remind her she will never be alone. and we move on. How much sadness exists? 20%.
What age are we going to now? 11. And what does 11 year old Alexa want? She wants to be liked, by her friends and a boy. When I see 11 year old Alexa I can see how convoluted her mind is. Full of ideas of who she should be, what she should look like, fear that she will be in this body forever. All I can see is me looking at her worried little face and feeling this deep motherly love. I remind her that she is only a child, and her only concern right now is to be a child. There will be time for all the things she is concerned about. I show her the beautiful woman she grows up to be and I show her all the dates we will go on. and all the friends she will have, and I tell her to enjoy the moment, because this too shall pass. Where does this exist in your body? I know it exists in my sacral chakra, and yet I couldn't say that so I reply with, I cannot identify it. What image comes to mind? a beautiful big pink heart. Excellent, let's integrate pink heart back into your body. I begin to put pink heart back in my body, but instead pink heart says oh no honey, you will come into me. I feel myself consumed by the pink heart, feeling this desire to wine and dine myself, take myself on dates, treat myself to a special occasion just the two of us. and by two i mean one. lol How much sadness exists? 5%.
How old are you? 17. And what memory comes to mind? I am home, my parents are out, a guy I work with texts me that he is coming over to my house, I let him in my garage, he has sex with me, he is 30. I cry for her. I cry for her not knowing any better. I cry for her thinking she was grown and this was okay. It turns to anger, anger for this man who knew better. What is wrong with you? What is wrong with all of you? Miller, AJ, Aries. You are all predators. 30-40 year old men, having sex with a 17-19 year old girl. I find 17 year old Alexa and I distract her. I don't tell her not to do it, I just choose to hang out with her and go inside to talk, watch a movie, paint her nails, and keep her busy. Because I know if I tell her not to, she will want to do it anyway. Because she is me, and I am her. How much sadness exists? none. none that is mine anyway.
Let's go above the timelines now. I fly above the timeline and I see what a minuscule chunk of my life is compared to the greater timeline - it went on forever and it glowed a vibrant yellow and orange color. Is the sadness, pre-birth, during birth, or post birth? Pre-birth. Is the sadness past life or generational? Generational. How many generations back? 4. Maternal or Paternal. Maternal. What do you see? I am holding this giant heavy golden ball about the size of a boulder. I am laughing because I cannot put it down. Why can't you put it down? I don't know how but I want to. What will happen if you put it down? I don't know. Why don't you ask starfish to help you put it down? So starfish comes and helps me put it on the ground but I still have a hand on it. What will happen if you let it go? I will lose my family. Do you really believe that? No. One finger. I am laughing again, I only have one finger on it now but I cannot let it go. A golden woman comes and grabs my hand and helps me to let go. I know she is one of my ancestors.
What do the ancestors want you to know? That I can trust my mom. What else? She is sorry. Yes, she is sorry, and? And that she didn't know any better. Correct. She didn't know any better. What else do they want you to know? To believe in the magic. And what else? I look up and I see all the ancestors that came before me. Hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful golden glowing women. There are hundreds of them! Correct, and where's your papa? I begin to search for him and I recognize his soul HE'S SO BIG!! Exactly, he's so big, he came to earth with you because he loves you that much. So when he goes back to the spirit world, do you think you will ever be alone? Of course not! because he loves me so much. Correct, he loves you so much. I know my soul can put this one to rest now because even if he is to go physically on Earth, I know where I can find him.
Let's go back to our timeline. What do you see? I see myself holding a small gold heavy ball, approximately the size of a soccer ball. I cannot put it down. What do you need? I need help putting it down but my mom is holding her own yellow ball with her back turned to me. I know in order for me to put mine down I need my mom to help me. But I worry she will be too preoccupied with hers to help me. Let's float above the timeline. What do you see? at the medium level I see my mom turn around. at the high level I see her help me put mine down and hold my hands. I begin to cry because I know how much she loves me. Yours and your mom's relationship will never be the same. any sadness you experience from here on out will be yours and yours only. It will no longer be tied to the ancestral line. and we begin exiting the trance. I am home. I am safe. I am loved.

[Parts 1 and 2 of the series: x, x]
Today, I would like to talk about how we can tackle the issues we have inherited from our past lives. If you haven't read my previous post about how our past lives can affect us, I really recommend you to read that one first (x). If you have already read it, here is a little reminder that our past lives can affect us through: (1) traumas, (2) heavy emotions, (3) programs, (4) vows, promises and curses, (5) beliefs, and (6) cellular (body) memories. We can heal ourselves by using the following methods:
== Meditation == If you are good at meditation, you can meditate to recall problematic past lives, then either release the energy from them, or shift the trajectories of those past lives. While the last method may sound a bit crazy to you, it is because our souls are timeless, with all our past lives being concurrent and continuing to evolve. Hence, past lives can be changed.
== Past life regression through hypnotherapy == We can have a session with a hypnotherapist to recall past lives, then ask our souls to release the energy from those past lives.
== Spiritual Response Therapy == SRT is a dowsing technique that allows the practitioner to find out and clear negative energetic blockages and programs that prevent people from achieving well-being by accessing their Akashic Records with the help of High Self. This is the technique that I have been using for 10 years. == Reiki == We can apply healing energy to our emotional and physical bodies (yes, a human body is made of many different layers of bodies, and the emotional body is one of the layers) to heal our emotional and physical issues. We can also send healing energy back to the past life moments that require healing.
The above healing methods work for all issues (1) to (6). Next, I am going to talk about two methods that are effective to some specific issues.
== Prayers to release vows and curses == One example of such prayer can be found in the book Angel Inspiration written by Diana Cooper. You can also find its excerpt here: x.
== Writing exercise == This method works for clearing our (5) beliefs. Find a topic that you want to work on, then write down what beliefs you have around that topic on a piece of paper. After writing all your beliefs down, erase the negative and limiting beliefs away with an eraser.
The world of healing is gigantic. Here, I am only able to list 6 healing techniques. Everyone has their own preference; you just need to find out what works for you! Good luck!

I’m not even sure how to start reviewing this book, because I’m not even sure how to categorise it. It starts off as though it’s going to be some sort of crime/mystery thriller, as we meet our protagonist Joe, whose little sister Amy disappeared from a funfair over 20 years ago, never to be seen again. Joe’s insomniac and depressed, and it’s obvious his life is about to cave in around his ears… and then things take a bit of a turn for the odd as we learn he has the talent of psychometry, in that he can discern things about an object’s origins by touching it.
Then things get REALLY weird as, following a hypnotherapy session to try and treat his insomnia, Joe discovers he can time travel. It doesn’t take long for him to start wondering if he can, somehow, go back in time and save his sister from whatever her fate turned out to be. With the help of an old school friend who happens to be a genius mathematician, the hypnotherapist who accidentally unlocked his ability, and his vinyl-loving friend Vinny, Nick is determined to save Amy. No matter what.
I really wasn’t expecting the fantasy and psychic elements to this book (that’ll teach me to properly read the blurb when selecting a mystery/thriller to review from NetGalley solely based on whether I like the cover or not) but… I actually really enjoyed it, and stayed up late to finish it. There is an awful lot unexplained about how time travel works in this universe, but it actually works really well because nobody has the answers so you can’t just have a glib explanation. Joe is trying to figure it out as he goes along. I’m intrigued by the ending of the book as well, which hinted at the existence of more time travellers and set up a series with Joe as the protagonist, though what I really wanted to know was whether Amy still had the ability which was revealed as the twist. I guess I’ll have to read book 2 to find out!
5 stars for an intriguing time-travel mystery thriller I wasn’t expecting, but thoroughly enjoyed.

And Then She Vanished is available now.
Disclaimer: I received a review copy of this title via NetGalley.

Blackbox Theater in Gehenna
Ahem. I haven’t done this in a while so, bear with me. No, really, Bear, *grabs shirt hem* I want to wander for a bit. Take a walk with me down the tangents for a bit. So, I’ve been working on my book. My weird way of trying to put myself out there while exercising my mind and imagination again after being stuck in between real life in Malsheem and the inside of my head in Gehenna. Trying to come up with a way I can dress up real life in order to understand what’s going on in a world where anything can happen. I’m trying to make heads or tales of the patterns I think I see in the world around me. Everything starts with a question. And the question drops like a stone into the Astral Sea, sending out ripples of effect in everything. But I can’t see all of the angles to understand where each ripple originated by myself. I try, but when I do I feel like there’s always two sides of my personality warring for control over everything. So, since you’re not only my singular follower on here besides a bot, you’re also the most science brained individual I know that is still willing to pat me on the head and say, “ok, I’ll suspend my disbelief in anything unexplainable by science and just believe for a little bit.”
So, here’s the question that started this particular tangent. I’ve been trying to figure out how to use Lilly as an avatar to help me get my thoughts in line. 99.9% of this writing has been me reverse engineering my friends’ personalities into fictional characters that respond as they might have if we were role-playing the characters I created for them. Jareth is a character, for example, that was once played by my buddy, Jimmy. His explanation for Old Ones was nearly a direct quote as to how he described it to me when I was trying to get a handle on Lilly’s crazy. I could have kissed him. As soon as he explained it, something clicked in my head as I was trying to explain why Lilly is so fucked up. Well, I thought I could keep that one locked up for a while and try to build up to it more, but I just can’t. It feels like taking three steps backward in the writing when I do. But it started raising more questions in my head, and I’ve never been good at juggling. Questions started dropping out from between my fingers, sending out so many questions, I couldn’t keep up. It’s gotten to the point as I’m trying to figure out how to tie off loose ends from earlier chapters without cheesing it (because I’ll fucking forget where I buried the leads and get lost in the fucking minefields again) that both Lilly and I are about to say fuck it, I’m going back to working in the toil and we’re going to do everything possible to forget we ever peeked at the last few pages of the book. We spoiled the ending for ourselves and now we are in a constant state of hurry up and wait. And we’re tired. She’s pissed, I’m just defeated. No, that’s not the right word. Done. Yeah. Thankfully, Lilly is the part of my brain that never stops moving. She’s constantly wandering down through the halls of the Library, (which looks like an MC Esher nightmare, BTW) pulling down boxes and picking through them to try and find all of the pieces of the puzzle to finally get out of my head. And you know what happens when I start to hyper-focus of the pieces instead of looking at how they fit together. Wooo Shiney happens entirely too much. So, when I say I’m done, it’s not the depression talking, it’s the apathy warring with my reasonability. When I say I’m done, I’m mean I’m done giving a shit. I’m done trying to put my life on display in such a way that I can’t tell what tone of voice to read it in. I can’t figure out who it is that I’m talking to. I don’t know who is going to read it which is why I pinpointed a person that doesn’t exist in this world. Normally, I would try to motivate myself by saying “maybe.” But, I’ve always known, just like every kid does, that “maybe” is really “no” in disguise. Unless you get a solid yes and/or proof of validity, anything else is a “no”. You get used to hearing all of the variations of “no” to the point where you expect it from everyone and when you do hear “yes” you immediately question the person’s level of trustworthiness. Are they just fucking with me and, if they are, what are they getting out of it? “You. You want to be my friend? Wait, why? I’m a horrible individual. I’m an asshole. I’m actually proud of the fact that I really could give a shit about the vast majority of the population. All I care about is me and mine.” But my problem is I can’t stop adopting strays. I try to put myself out there to draw in others like me and find the good ones to keep. That’s why Jareth/Jimmy keeps lecturing me about my accidental families. And then I look at the nest of weirdos I’ve created and, well, you’re married to one of them, you know what I’m talking about. Like, I love them all, but they make my brain hurt sometimes. “Yes, kids, I love you, now go play in the corner, Mommy has a lot of shit do and I’m starting to understand while some species of animals eat their young.” I’m so thankful nature decided to take my ability to procreate without fertility treatments. I have enough deviants to keep me amused, I do not need children. At least with mine, I can hand them a pair of scissors and not have to wor... nevermind, I take that back. I can feel the bullshit cough from here. My point is, I’m a tech, I can wrangle the clowns and fix their chainsaws, but I do not have the energy to keep the rest of the circus in order at the same time. The rest of the show has to fall to someone else. That’s why I’m using D&D as a set for the stage. When I try to build the world from scratch on my own, I have to try and make it unique enough to showcase my skills at descriptions, but I get lost in the descriptions and forget that I have to make sure the characters stay on track with the story through their interactions. Using D&D gives me a static resource set to get a mental image of the world in which Lilly lives. With the set already built, I can put down the tech belt and go run with the clowns to burn off some excess energy. But I have to make sure Lilly is rounded out well enough not overwhelm the party. Unfortunately, since the story is inspired by real life events and thought processes (somewhat, it’s D&D for fuck’s sake) I’ve reached the point where I’m going to have to do META ass shit in order to get past Act One. After that, in real life, I have to find some source of income that doesn’t involve donating plasma to pay my cell phone. I want to write. I want to be creative. I have a million and one ideas on things I could try, but I also know that I have to get out of Malsheem if I’m ever going to get to the Feywild for real. And that takes coin because I have yet to figure out portal tech as a practical application. That’s on the shelf marked “the geometry is wrong” in the “don’t go in there, it’s weird” section of the Library. I need an adult to go in there. I just scared myself in two different ways thinking about going in there alone, the first was the atmospheric drop in temperature and the second was the sudden realization that I tend to be smart enough to know better, but too dumb to quit. I will open some box or book and, yeah. I’m not allowed in there without supervision. Ok, that started a ripple of potential hypnotherapy sessions. Provided I could find someone actually capable of hypnotizing me. Anyway. That’s right, the point. Lilly is supposed to be my character, my way of telling my story through the filter of fantasy so I can make sense of it all. And I can’t stay stuck at my desk anymore, hoping and praying that’ll I’ll do something right this time. So, I’m going to make sure she’s at a playable level and do some pick-up games with her when I can get time to myself to be able to play between working at a *shudders* normal job long enough to clean up my credit and get a place of my own somewhere. Then, I’ll be able to reassess the situation without the continuous irritation of Dopple-Mom interruptions. If I have to go back to the call-centers, I might be able to power through it like I did before. I’m just going to have to watch out for the traps I fell into last time. But I’ll have to put the book on hiatus until I’m in a place of my own and can relax when I get off work enough to be able to think freely. It won’t really gather any readers or foot-traffic on Royal Road while I’m working, but I’m ok with that. It takes away the pressure of trying to build an audience while the book is still being written. Granted, that would make it easier to transfer into an actual novel format once it’s completed and have a market waiting for release so I *can* write for a living. But, hope in one hand and shit in the other, all you get is pink-eye. I can’t control who sees my stuff. I can’t control its reception or the opinions thereof that dictate word of mouth marketing. When your success in a field is dependent on the reviews of your work by the general public, sometimes it’s better to just stop giving a fuck. I’m not going to try and build an audience ahead of time anymore. I’m just going to write and release chapters until I have to hit the hiatus button. If the story dies because I can’t find the time or the motivation to write, it’ll just be added to the failed attempts pile. Not the first, not the last. Smart enough to know better, too dumb to quit, remember? I’ll try again at some other point to write a story worth sharing. It just won’t be inspired by real life. Just straight fantasy so I have a place in my head I can visit that’s nice to hang out in for a change.

Do why you need to be online
When I finished my training. I knew, I wanted to be on-line and feature a web site. I just failed to understand why or how. Without understanding the why you want to be on-line. Your website is not going to show up and you may be wasting your valuable advertising dollars. In this article I'm going to give you 5 incredible reasons why you should get yourself on-line and fast.
1. The huge old yellow e-book is dying. nlp training I'm sorry, to say it, but putting an ad within the massive book, is possibly the worse thing you could do these days, if you want a return for you marketing money. Yes, have a unmarried line ad, i.E. Name, address, cellphone number. That's it. The reality is more human beings start their research, looking for a hypnotist on-line than everywhere else. It is faster and less difficult for a capability purchaser to have a short search online in the workplace than it's miles at home.

2. Having a website or blog is a 24 hour, 7 days a week store window for you and the services that you provide. In addition, if you have created your own products. They marketplace and sell themselves, even whilst you do not. You work five days a week, eight hours a day. That is 40hrs a week. Your internet site works 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, each day of the year. It works sixteen hours longer than you do EVERY day.
3. With the internet you could specially target who does or does no longer see your ads and internet site. You can not do this with print media. Yes, there are particular niche magazines, yet even these are not particular enough to attract your best consumer.
4. Print media, i.E. Newspapers, nearby magazines. Yes, they have large readerships, yet they may be now not your ideal client. They are the correct consumer for the mag or newspaper. Just because a nearby newspaper has a flow of 4000+. That does now not mean they're all going to be your customer. Newspapers are there just to sell advertising space and not anything else.
five. Cost. It is so cheap today to setup and host (in which your web site lives) an on line presence. You can without difficulty get bang for your buck. Your advertising dollars can cross much further on line in comparison to off-line. If something isn't working you could forestall it, alternate it, and tweak it. You can speedy and effortlessly see what does and does no longer work for your business, inside a count of hours or days and alternate accordingly. This you cannot do everywhere else.
If you have any interest within the self help movement, no doubt that at one time or another you will have had a peek at the fantastic array of hypnosis downloads on hand at the internet. The choice is truly exquisite with dozens of hypnosis agencies all producing masses of their personal manufacturers of downloads, typically in MP3 files. Yet the query right now isn't always one among availability, it is merely do hypnosis downloads honestly work?
To find the solution we need to first take at least a quick look at what hypnosis in reality is itself. Hypnosis is normally considered to be a nation of mind caused by a set of instructions and suggestions. Many decades ago human beings might debate whether or not hypnosis itself even existed however in more recent instances the would possibly of scientific studies and research have fallen firmly at the facet of hypnosis being a genuine shape of complementary medicine.
Despite this hypnosis should not be taken into consideration as a "straight" cure. Instead it is extra of a manner to get the brain focused on with a precise target or goal. That is why hypnosis is so a hit for people who desire to exercise more and lose weight. It's not that pounds will magically disappear off a person who has listened to a hypnosis download, what definitely happens is the individual will increase a strong desire to eat wholesome meals and exercise more often.
Reversing lower back to hypnosis downloads the question is now, do hypnosis work in addition to personal sessions? Well fortunately it does. I can say with conviction that hypnosis downloads do work. If no longer there wouldn't be as many flourishing hypnotherapy businesses with masses of fine testimonials.
A nicely taught hypnotherapist is capable of produce a download that is every bit as effective as a personal session. The key though is the potential of the hypnotist. Prior to buying a hypnosis down load from any hypnotherapy website you ought to always look for a biography or an "about this web page" segment with information on the hypnotherapist who has created the products. Have they been professionally trained? Do they have enjoy in the field? If you can't locate this statistics at the internet site, don't use it.
Fascinatingly sufficient a number of individuals have discovered hypnosis downloads to work better for them than non-public sessions. This might be for some of numerous motives. Firstly, with a digital file, you may listen to it for your spare time whenever you need and you can concentrate to it over and over. Compare this with traveling a hypnotist in which you shell out for a single consultation and feature a scheduled appointment time in which you enjoy the blessings of hypnosis most effective once. Also you want to remember the expense. A digital file may only value between ten to thirty bucks which is ten instances much less than most hypnotherapists rate for their personal sessions. It's tough to loosen up into a hypnosis session whilst you are thinking about the damage completed to your financial institution account.

How does hypnosis work?
