“When wireless is perfectly applied the whole earth will be converted into a huge brain, which in fact it is, all things being particles of a real and rhythmic whole. We shall be able to communicate with one another instantly, irrespective of distance. Not only this, but through television and telephony we shall see and hear one another as perfectly as though we were face to face, despite intervening distances of thousands of miles; and the instruments through which we shall be able to do his will be amazingly simple compared with our present telephone. A man will be able to carry one in his vest pocket." Nikola Tesla ( May 26, 1919 New Yorker Hotel )

What Are The Benefits Of IP PBX Systems For Small Businesses?
IP PBX systems are new-age communication systems and this can be proved with examples, features, and functions of Internet telephony.  Here in this blog, we will discuss the latest technologies that are helping businesses in many ways. The first technology on our list is communication.
Communication is the key to success in any business. When we say business communication, it involves both internal and external communication. Your team communicates with each other. Also, you stay connected to your business associates and clients. You use a telephone system to boost your communication. It is where you can take advantage of technology.
Tumblr media
A conventional telephone system is hooked to copper wires laid under the earth. These wires take signals from one device to another. The advantage of this system is that it keeps working even during power outages. But it has many drawbacks like it can’t be moved. Also, it is difficult to add more lines to a traditional system. But there is no such hassle with the latest IP PBX systems.
A conventional telephone system is managed by a difficult PBX box that can manage only a certain number of lines. But the latest Internet telephone runs on the cloud where you can add any number of phone lines. Also, it is easier to manage phone lines on the cloud. You will get a desktop to manage the phone lines. You will access the cloud from a desktop and manage your communication.
The biggest advantage of IP PBX systems is their price. They are affordable. For example, it is cost-effective to install and run Internet telephones. You only need to invest in setting up high-speed broadband and software to convert phones into Internet calling devices. Also, you can take these devices anywhere you want and stay connected to your office.
Just like communication, you can boost the entertainment system of your facility. If you run a hotel and want to give the best of entertainment to your guests then you should switch to Internet television. It is the latest in entertainment and its advantage is that it provides more choices to viewers.
Hotel IPTV solution is the best entertainment solution for a hospitality business. If your objective is to enhance the user experience of your guests then you should invest in Internet television so your guests have the best of entertainment. They will get more choices in sports, news, movies, reality shows, and OTT platforms.

IVR Services: Enhancing Customer Experience and Efficiency
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services have revolutionized the way businesses interact with their customers. IVR technology allows companies to automate and streamline their communication processes, leading to improved customer service, cost-effectiveness, and increased efficiency. In this article, we will delve into the world of IVR services, exploring their benefits, implementation strategies, common mistakes to avoid, and future trends in the field.
What is IVR (Interactive Voice Response)?
IVR, short for Interactive Voice Response, is an automated telephony system that allows businesses to interact with callers through pre-recorded voice prompts and touch-tone keypad entries. It enables customers to access information and perform various tasks without the need to speak to a live agent.
How Does IVR Work?
When a customer calls a company's IVR system, they are greeted with a recorded message that presents them with a menu of options. The caller can then use their phone's keypad to choose the appropriate option, guiding them through the interaction process. Depending on the caller's input, the IVR system can provide relevant information, route the call to the right department, or even process transactions.
Benefits of IVR Services
Improved Customer Service
IVR services allow businesses to offer 24/7 customer support, ensuring that customers can access information and resolve issues at any time. It reduces the need for customers to wait for an available agent and enables quick and efficient problem-solving.
Cost-Effectiveness
Implementing an IVR system can significantly reduce call center costs by automating routine tasks and queries. This cost-effectiveness is particularly beneficial for businesses that receive a high volume of incoming calls.
Increased Efficiency
By automating call routing and providing self-service options, IVR streamlines the call handling process, reducing the burden on call center agents. This efficiency leads to shorter wait times and faster issue resolution.
Call Routing and Personalization
IVR systems can intelligently route calls to the most appropriate agent or department based on the caller's input, ensuring that customers reach the right person to address their specific needs. Personalized greetings and options further enhance the customer experience.
Industries That Benefit from IVR Services
Healthcare
In the healthcare industry, IVR services can be used for appointment reminders, prescription refills, and general health-related inquiries, providing patients with convenient access to vital information.
Banking and Finance
Banks and financial institutions utilize IVR to offer account balance inquiries, fund transfers, and transaction history, enabling customers to manage their finances efficiently.
E-commerce
E-commerce businesses leverage IVR for order tracking, product information, and returns processing, enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers.
Travel and Hospitality
In the travel industry, IVR can handle booking confirmations, flight status updates, and hotel reservations, contributing to a seamless travel experience.
Implementing IVR Successfully
Designing User-Friendly Menus
When implementing an IVR system, it is crucial to design user-friendly menus that are easy to navigate. Complicated menus can frustrate callers and lead to a negative perception of the company.
Integrating with CRM Systems
Integrating IVR with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems allows businesses to access customer data during interactions, enabling personalized and efficient service.
Analyzing Call Data
Analyzing IVR call data provides valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences. This data can be used to optimize the IVR system and enhance the overall customer experience.
Common IVR Mistakes to Avoid
Complex Menus
Creating complex and lengthy IVR menus overwhelms callers and can lead to a higher call abandonment rate. Keeping menus simple and concise is essential for a positive user experience.
Lack of Personalization
Failing to personalize IVR interactions can make customers feel disconnected from the company. Using customer data to provide tailored responses fosters a sense of importance and care.
Long Wait Times
If IVR queues are too long, customers may become impatient and abandon the call. Striking a balance between automated services and agent availability is crucial.
How to Choose the Right IVR Service Provider
Customization Options
A reliable IVR service provider should offer customization options to tailor the system to the specific needs of the business.
Scalability
The chosen IVR system should be scalable to accommodate business growth and increased call volumes.
Security Measures
Security is paramount when handling customer data through an IVR system. Ensuring robust security measures are in place is essential to protect sensitive information.
Customer Support
Prompt and efficient customer support from the service provider is crucial to address any technical issues or queries promptly.
Future Trends in IVR Technology
AI and Natural Language Processing
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in IVR systems allows for more advanced and intuitive interactions with customers.
Visual IVR
Visual IVR supplements traditional voice-based IVR with visual elements on smartphones, enhancing the user experience and providing additional information.
Omni-channel Integration
Future IVR systems are likely to integrate seamlessly with other communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media, creating a unified and consistent customer experience.
Conclusion
IVR services have transformed the way businesses interact with their customers, offering enhanced efficiency, improved customer service, and cost-effectiveness. By understanding the benefits, avoiding common mistakes, and staying abreast of future trends, businesses can leverage IVR technology to create a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Is VoIP Good for Small Businesses
VoIP for Business is now a common feature in both the personal and business worlds. It is used by many businesses, which has many benefits. Many small businesses are now using VoIP for Business due to the increased remote work and the ability to work from home after the pandemic.
VoIP was initially expensive and not affordable for small businesses. But shelf-units, virtual PBX software and PC-based virtual phone systems have made VoIP for Business accessible to all. Digital telephony is also enjoying the benefits of increasing internet access, particularly the roll out of fiber to homes. This has led to a greater demand for VoIP in small businesses.
Before VoIP, employees were generally uncontactable when they left the office. The exception was catching them at their client, home, or overnight accommodation. Communication between employees, office staff and each other was difficult. With the introduction of Business VoIP solutions, all that has changed is the affordability. With Business VoIP, and its built-in video-conferencing capability and audio conferencing, people and teams can always be reached, both inside and outside of the office. You can now be truly mobile.
Tumblr media
Voip to Small Businesses: The Benefits
Cost Benefits
VoIP is most popular for its cost savings. The ability to call multiple people using VoIP is a significant cost-saving. Toll charges can almost be avoided since the transport is now via the Internet and not the PSTN. This is especially beneficial for calls and conferences that involve long-distance or international connections.
Improved Mobility and Accessibility for Staff
Smartphones and tablets that can support VoIP calling over WiFi are great for accessibility and mobility.
Staff can use their smart devices to make and receive voice and/or video calls, and join group or individual video conferences. Other VoIP features, such as voicemail retrieval, voicemail placing, and retrieval, are also available depending on the handset.
Remote workers have access to WiFi at their clients' premises as well as in public places. WiFi is now common in businesses, and many public spaces offer free WiFi either through their tenants or themselves. Many hotels offer free WiFi to their guests. Some municipalities also provide this free of charge.
Remote workers and mobile workers can connect to the Internet using a VPN from any location that has WiFi coverage.
Mobile and remote workers are now fully integrated into the workforce.
Profile of a Business VoIP can dramatically improve the business profile for small businesses. Automated call forwarding can be used to give the impression that the business has a local office. The impression that a business is a national or international company can be created. Another image enhancement technique is to create departmental numbers. For example, calls to Sales are directed to one extension. This creates the illusion that the company is bigger than it actually is. The SIP profile allows a smartphone to act as an extension to the network, allowing individuals to stay in touch with the network no matter where they are located. This enhances the organization's image.
Efficiency Improvements at Work
Staff no longer have to organize meetings or facilities for video conferences. This is an example of efficiency. Participants can take part from wherever they are.
Staff who are available at all times and anywhere can improve workplace efficiency and effectiveness. This will make a significant impact on the company's image.
VoIP for small businesses is a great option. It offers significant benefits to the company if it is adopted throughout the organization. It lowers communication costs and improves communication among staff. The reduction in communications costs is a delight for finance. Management is pleased with the intangible improvements like customer relations, teamwork, and morale.

In essence, there are three types of VoIP Services: In-house, Cloud hosted, and Hybrid. Inhouse VoIP Systems: These can be found in the very large down to the small business office setup. Cloud Hosted VoIP systems: Hosted VoIP is a type of internet-based telephony communication service offered and managed by a third-party provider to a business or client entity. Hybrid systems: A hybrid telephone system can be thought of as a stepping stone between a traditional analog phone system and a Voice-over-IP.

Arrivals & Departures 10 July [O.S. 28 June] 1856 – 07 January 1943 Nikola Tesla
Nikola Tesla (/ˈtɛslə/ TESS-lə; Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Тесла, pronounced [nǐkola têsla]) was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and futurist best known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current (AC) electricity supply system.
Born and raised in the Austrian Empire, Tesla studied engineering and physics in the 1870s without receiving a degree, gaining practical experience in the early 1880s working in telephony and at Continental Edison in the new electric power industry. In 1884 he emigrated to the United States, where he became a naturalized citizen. He worked for a short time at the Edison Machine Works in New York City before he struck out on his own. With the help of partners to finance and market his ideas, Tesla set up laboratories and companies in New York to develop a range of electrical and mechanical devices. His alternating current (AC) induction motor and related polyphase AC patents, licensed by Westinghouse Electric in 1888, earned him a considerable amount of money and became the cornerstone of the polyphase system which that company eventually marketed.
Attempting to develop inventions he could patent and market, Tesla conducted a range of experiments with mechanical oscillators/generators, electrical discharge tubes, and early X-ray imaging. He also built a wireless-controlled boat, one of the first-ever exhibited. Tesla became well known as an inventor and demonstrated his achievements to celebrities and wealthy patrons at his lab, and was noted for his showmanship at public lectures. Throughout the 1890s, Tesla pursued his ideas for wireless lighting and worldwide wireless electric power distribution in his high-voltage, high-frequency power experiments in New York and Colorado Springs. In 1893, he made pronouncements on the possibility of wireless communication with his devices. Tesla tried to put these ideas to practical use in his unfinished Wardenclyffe Tower project, an intercontinental wireless communication and power transmitter, but ran out of funding before he could complete it.
After Wardenclyffe, Tesla experimented with a series of inventions in the 1910s and 1920s with varying degrees of success. Having spent most of his money, Tesla lived in a series of New York hotels, leaving behind unpaid bills. He died in New York City in January 1943. Tesla's work fell into relative obscurity following his death, until 1960, when the General Conference on Weights and Measures named the SI unit of magnetic flux density the tesla in his honor. There has been a resurgence in popular interest in Tesla since the 1990s

June 10, 2020: King Felipe and Queen Letizia held a videoconference with heads of El Corte Inglés
Better and better protection measures for customers and employees and the promotion of digital commerce for online sales are the keys to the future in adapting consumption, accelerated after the pandemic. This has been explained to the Kings Marta Álvarez, president; Víctor del Pozo, CEO; José Ramón de Hoces, secretary of the Board and José Luis González Besada, director of Communication and corporate social responsibility of El Corte Inglés.
Today's videoconference is a continuation of the contacts that Don Felipe and Doña Letizia have had in recent weeks, with those responsible for food distribution areas -Mercadona, Carrefour, DIA and Alcampo-. In addition, the Kings visited Mercamadrid and, on the occasion of the visit to the Transport Logistics Center in Coslada, they also had the opportunity to visit the food court of El Corte Inglés.
During the confinement, and in compliance with the regulations established by the Government, the Group has only opened the food and basic necessities areas: around 300 establishments throughout Spain, including Supercor supermarkets, Hipercor hypermarkets, and the food and consumption areas of El Corte Inglés.
The main measures that have been implemented in the El Corte Inglés Group to respond to the crisis are the following:
• PURCHASE WITHOUT PHYSICAL CONTACT
In response to the health situation, online services have been intensified with the collection of merchandise in the car park of shopping centers, and delivery of the order at home. Online sales have multiplied by five and home delivery by six. The Click & Car service has been reinforced, which avoids contact with the person.
The most demanded has been food, but also computer items, telephony, parapharmacy, home, small electrical appliance, children's leisure, etc. have been served. fundamental at that time.
• PERSONAL
After the total closure of the commercial activity decreed by the Government, except for the food and basic products area, El Corte Inglés was forced to present an ERTE due to force majeure and to maintain employment, which affected 22,000 people . This measure was also adopted in Sfera (2,000 employees) and Viajes El Corte Inglés (1,900 people). In the Group as a whole, 73.3% of the operating workforce has been maintained despite the fact that food and consumer goods only accounted for 16% of the total business.
On May 27, the company signed a historic and pioneering agreement with the unions (CCOO, FASGA, FETICO and UGT) whose main objective is to maintain employment. Promoting conciliation, promoting training and with temporary measures that promote flexibility.
In this week almost all those affected by ERTE are already reincorporated.
• SPECIAL AND SECURITY MEASURES
Special measures for customers and employees have been activated to make stores a safe place to shop and work.
Priority has been given to the elderly and the most vulnerable people, with preferential time slots and special cash lines; In addition, a special code-red telephone number was set up to attend to elderly people in isolation (more than 6,000 interventions). Priority was also given to health personnel for their food purchases with free delivery to their homes.
• FINANCIAL MEASURES
On April 1, El Corte Inglés signed a credit line for an amount of 1,311 million euros and signed by 14 national and international financial entities. The aim is to guarantee stable short-term financing without the provision of guarantees, thus ensuring the company's liquidity in the coming months to face the economic impact caused by the state of alarm. This financing complements the previous agreement signed on February 26 for an amount of 2,000 million.
• LINK WITH SOCIETY
Help lines to minimize the impact of the pandemic on society:
   • Resources available to public institutions
At the disposal of the Government, its Asian offices for the management of medical supplies orders, and its sewing workshops in Madrid for the manufacture of sanitary masks (3,000 daily).
   • Resources available to the Community of Madrid: the Ayre Gran Hotel Colón as a temporary hospital with a capacity of 700 people.
Donation of priority material:
   • In the first moments of the crisis, 500,000 masks were delivered to the Ministry of Health for health personnel and 150,000 masks to the Generalitat of Catalonia (the latter from donations from suppliers).
   • In 48 hours all bedding, blankets and towels were provided for the IFEMA hospital, in collaboration with the Areces Foundation
   • Bedding and personal hygiene material for the convalescent center over 60 years old in Madrid. Also for centers in other cities and CCAA.
   • Diverse material for the medicalized units that Médicos sin Fronteras organized together with the hospitals of Alcalá de Henares, Leganés and Vallecas in the Community of Madrid; in collaboration with the Ramón Areces Foundation.
   • Material and help for nursing homes, national, regional and local security forces, and local corporations.
   • Tablets to hospitals so that the sick could talk to their relatives.
Support for people with fewer resources:
   • Gift cards to exchange for food and necessities for 500 families without resources, in collaboration with the Madrid City Council and the Ramón Areces Foundation.
   • 4,000 gift cards worth 320,000 euros delivered to the Red Cross to exchange for food destined for families without resources.
   • Donation to the Integra Foundation of gift cards worth 40,000 euros to help women victims of gender violence especially affected by the pandemic.
   • 7,000 liters of milk for people in need, through the Altius Foundation.
   • Collaboration and delivery of food to Messengers of Peace.
   • Agreement with Food Banks for product delivery and organization of an 'Operation kilo' with customers and employees.
   • Solidarity campaign "Unidos Ayudamos Más", in collaboration with Cáritas, the Red Cross, the ONCE Foundation, Unicef and the Food Bank.
   • Donation of 3,000 toys to the Aladina Foundation for children hospitalized in isolation.
All these grants have reached practically the entire national territory and, especially, those localities that have suffered the most from the impact of the pandemic.
Future perspectives:
El Corte Inglés works to adapt to the new needs and demands of society. The future will be addressed by combining the strategies designed before the pandemic with the lessons learned during these months of health alert.
From the point of view of Security: maximum security measures for employees and customers in all shopping centers and implementation of new protection protocols that allow greater efficiency.
An irreversible phenomenon is the digital impulse. During the pandemic, the increase in online sales has changed the behavior of many customers who have known the advantages of online shopping. This abounds in the omnichannel strategy because there is no longer a physical client and another online; there is a single client that uses all channels depending on their needs. The physical store and the online store are based on the same concept that is supported and complemented.
And from El Corte Inglés it is committed to maintaining and reinforcing Corporate Social Responsibility with a Master Plan that marks the main lines of CSR for actions related to clients, suppliers, employees, the environment and society in general.
The El Corte Inglés Group, with 80 years of experience, has different commercial formats such as El Corte Inglés (93 centers), Hipercor (41 centers), Supercor (184 centers), Sfera (430 centers), Bricor (65 centers), Viajes El Corte Inglés (626 centers) or Insurance and IT El Corte Inglés.
The total number of employees is 88,268 (64% women, 36% men).
Participants in the videoconference:
• Marta Álvarez Guil President of El Corte Inglés
Marta Álvarez has been President of El Corte Inglés since July 2019 and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ramón Areces Foundation since 2015. Along with her sister Cristina Álvarez and through the IASA Securities Portfolio, she is the largest individual shareholder of El Corte Inglés.

Article: The Real Estate Market In Panama
Tumblr media
Most likely, you have got word of the recent real estate BOOM currently occurring in Panama. Perhaps, there are several internet sites you have read or visited hunting for further information on the topic. Or maybe you are one of those persons which have taken the decision already of buying an apartment or a beach house hold, but you don't know where to start or wish to start your own property project in Panama, yet still need more information. Well, I had prepared this article in a practical and simple way to guide you in our real estate market. You will find this paper helpful, if it'll be for the direct buying of a property or to start off your own real estate project in Panama or simply to have a further complete notion of this rising real estate BOOM. What is encountering in the Panamanian Real Estate market? What is going on in Panama is with very little sort of precedent. The market is growing rapidly and such housing development has never been experienced before in our country. Regular monthly, we are visited for hundreds of foreigners interested in buying authentic estates in Panama, in the City, the coasts and then the mountains. The constant rising of the value per pillow meter is almost in a monthly rate. For example: in Jan, 2006 it was possible to find apartments in Panama Place for around US$ 1, 000. 00 per square meter, which is nearly impossible nowadays (US$ 1, 200 - US$1, 400 and rising). This has generated the value per sq meter to triplicate in the city and even to quadruplicate in the rest of the country. The main real estate broker associations currently have foreseen that the general value of the land in Compact country of panama could rise up to 30% to 40% in the next four years, due to this price increasing flow. Extreme luxury towers for over 100 stories, residential houses of over a zillion dollars, yachts and marine clubs, huge luxury hotel rooms, golf camps designed by well-known international specialists, as well as top grade malls, are currently under construction or in process of presenting in the next couple of years; renovating the face of the city into a major international and cosmopolitan metropolis. Promoters, private investors and abroad real estate companies, from United States, South America and even Europe, contain started the construction of real estate projects of amazing impact. Also, a great number of international real estate broker companies are setting up businesses in our country per month. Specifically we could tell you that seven of the highest towers under construction for Latin America are being built in Panama City, within the locations known as "Avenida Balboa" (this area is projected because skyscraper in front of the sea in the city). We could mention, a few: Aqualina, Aquamare, Vitri, Ocean Two and One, Los Faros de Panama and Ice Tower, ready to be supplied for the year 2009; besides the hundreds of apartment towers produce developed around the city. Great beach lot projects, remote island resorts, as much as in the Caribbean Sea (Bocas del Toro) as in the Pacific Ocean (Pearl Islands); as well as enjoyable retirement mountains (Boquete, Altos del Maria) are part of the avalanche of real estate projects that seems just to possibly be starting. Which are the real factors that caused this real estate property boost? We all know that after the hostilities occurred in Panama in 1989, the Panamanian real estate market remained hesitant as well as small amount of inversions in this sector were led in the nation's majority into commercial projects. Eleven years had to jog by after this event (year 2000) for the leaders in your tourist sector of the Panamanian government (led by the well-known Panamanian singer Ruben Blades) to take action initiating a serious marketing for the enhancement of the country's image. Panama was found as "the path less traveled", stressing not only from the advantages of being and international banking services and ocean going center, but also in the social, tourist, ecological and geographic elements that until then were unknown to the other countries in the world. This successful campaign was promoted worldwide generally international television chains, in Europe as well as in the United States. Included to this, something that has to be acknowledged, for the year 2003 Compact country of panama comes back to the international field with the announcement that a younger Panamanian lady (Justin Pasek) won the Miss Whole world contest, situation that allowed by extension the range in advantages of our country as a tourist and commercial destiny. Between the years 2003 and 2005, little by little the number of prospects increased as a consequence of these two important catalysts. Meanwhile, small categories of professionals (lawyers, brokers, and independent professionals) were supplying seminars about the Panama's advantages or organized small properties tours to foreigners. Several articles published in intercontinental retirement magazines (generation known as "Baby Boomers") and subsequently residences abroad, started to acknowledged Panama as one of the best nations around the world in the world to live at high standard levels, but through low costs; all of this caused due to excellent projects resolved to this market, as "El Valle Escondido" in Boquete - Chiriqui or "Altos del Maria" in Panama. One of the main triggering factors of this real estate boost in Compact country of panama occurred last April 24th, 2006, when Donald Trump announced in New York City the construction in "Punta Pacifica" area in Panama City of a 65-story tower recognized as "Trump Ocean Club International Hotel", with a price tag of 220 million dollars. Further more, on October from the same year, the national acceptance for the enlargement of your Panama Canal was given, initiating construction works in the time 2009. Starting from this point, there is no doubt that Panama would certainly become the centre and role model of real estate investments in your community, situation that has been increasing exponentially. Which are then Panama's added benefits as a real estate destiny? Well, let's get into the subject. Let me study those advantages that Panama offers and that will allow you, effectively, to take the decision to buy a property in our country, plenty of foreigners have done. To better answer this question, we have to break down our answer in four groups: Panama City, any mountains, the Pacific shore and the Atlantic shore. Compact country of panama City The main seaside view luxury condos are found throughout Panama City, distributed as follows: Balboa Avenue, Punta Pacifica and Costa del Este. The region known as "Avenida Balboa" has become the icon of real estate development in Panama. Balboa Avenue offers quick access to the whole city, the banks and loans area, as well as to the main avenues, given that it is the sea-coast boulevard. One hundred meters away from this area you will find places to eat, bars, hotels and several facilities. European promoters, American as well as South Americans have foreseen the real estate potential in this region, equivalent to condos phenomenon occurred in Miami during the eighties. "Punta Pacifica" area was developed over the old City terminal (for the reason that it was next to the pacific shoreline and inside the city). Additionally, you will find in "Punta Pacifica" malls (Multiplaza Pacific), Hospitals (John Hopkins Hospital), corporate buildings and access to tracks (Corredor Sur) which will grant you fast access to the particular international airport in 15 minutes. Recommendation # 2: If you are not fluent in Spanish, you should consult the promoter to get you the contract both, on Spanish and in your native language, for all legal ventures to be performed. Recommendation # 3: Once you reserve your house, immediately ask for a receipt and the signature of the Promissory Purchase-Sale agreement. Recommendation # 4: Once you have signed the agreement, double-check the deadlines for the subsequent down installments of your property. If you miss one of these, you are exposed to reduce the money already paid to the promoter. Recommendation # 5: Try to take a quick decision on acquiring the property; seeing as once you reserve it, the price is then frozen. A result of current demand in the market, prices on apartments rise from a monthly rate. Recommendation # 6: Once you reserve your possessions, look for the professional advice of lawyers or real estate agents, in order to verify all documentation and contracts are a result of procedure of registration. Recommendation # 7: Think about the chance of acquiring your property through a Panamanian corporation. They are of swift incorporation, considerably cheap and easy to manage. Using a enterprise to acquire a property in Panama will ease a future transport of it, if that's the case.

What is Non-Fixed VoIP?
Your customers and employees are demanding better user experiences (UX) as the ISDN shuts down in Europe. Businesses are moving in the right direction, saying goodbye to traditional telephony, and welcoming Internet-based voice, such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
Let's dive deep into VoIP to make sure you are prepared for the many non-fixed VoIP conversations that you will be having this year.
What's VoIP?
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows voice communications to be delivered in packets over the internet, instead of via physical landlines.
VoIP phones for home, softphones or analog terminal adapters are better than desk phones that are attached to copper wires.
VoIP technology transforms your audio signal into data packets when you make a call. Once it reaches the destination, it will revert to Fixed VoIP numbers which are usually assigned to analog devices located in offices, campus, or hotel phones systems to an audio signal.
Three steps are required to place a call using VoIP:
Data packets are created from the voice.
Data packets are sent via networks (such as the private and public internet)
The packets reach the other end of a network and are then converted into voice.
The CNAM (Caller name) tag transmits information about the caller, including the phone number and caller name. Your CNAM information will be displayed on the recipient's phone as part of their caller ID.
We've now covered VoIP and how it works. Let's look at fixed and non-fixed numbers and what they might do for your business.
What is a non-fixed VoIP number?
Non-fixed VoIP numbers can be numbers that are not fixed and are given to users with any geographic location. You can order virtual phone numbers to establish a local presence in areas where your business isn’t located.
Most smartphones and communication apps, such as Microsoft Teams or RingCentral, use non-fixed VoIP numbers. It's important to remember that users and employees are often moving, so you don’t want their PSTN connectivity “fixed” to one device or address.
If you have a global or hybrid workforce, non-fixed VoIP numbers allow you to match each employee's telephone number with your company's number format. This allows employees to have a number (also called a Direct Inward Dialing number or DID number) that matches their location, without having to use physical lines.
What are the advantages of VoIP that is not fixed?
Because of their simplicity and flexibility, non-fixed VoIP numbers are very popular. Non-fixed numbers are often used by enterprises today because:
Businesses use non-fixed VoIP because it is simple to set up and manage. They are available for new or existing contact centers and can be used to add employees. Many business phone numbers that are accessible through services such as Microsoft Teams or RingCentral can be reassigned to non-fixed numbers. You can quickly reassign numbers that are not fixed if an employee leaves or you need to change numbers.
Globally, you can have a local presence. Your employees and call center agents can call prospects and customers with any country code, or any other format. Find out more about VoIP phone numbers.
With the help of VoIP remote working solutions you can easily scale up or down. No-fixed VoIP lets businesses quickly add new numbers to their team as they grow, contract, or switch to working remotely.
They can lower your costs. You don't have to pay for an office space to link local numbers. This allows you to lower overhead costs and shift from CAPEX towards OPEX. International calling costs will be lower if you use non-fixed VoIP numbers in the country.
What are the downfalls of VoIP that is not fixed?
We have already discussed why non-fixed VoIP is so popular with businesses. Let's now discuss the drawbacks.
Additional requirements for emergency compliance. A fixed VoIP device has a service address that can be used to make emergency calls. Public safety might need to take additional steps to identify the current dispatchable address of employees calling emergency services from a nonfixed VoIP number. These extra steps may be necessary to ensure emergency responders have the correct address to locate your employees in an emergency situation at work.
More fraud. Since a fixed VoIP number is easy to obtain and difficult to trace, scammers and telecom fraudsters often use them. The FCC and service providers have taken steps in order to reduce fraud, spam and robocalling. However, you can still report any incidents to your VoIP provider. Learn more about combating telecom fraud by clicking here.
What is the difference between fixed and non-fixed VoIP?
A fixed VoIP phone number is tied to a business or residential location. Non-fixed VoIP doesn't have a location.  They also use multi-line telephone system (MLTS)
Why fixed VoIP numbers are preferred by businesses
We've already discussed the negatives of non-fixed VoIP numbers. Let's now talk about how fixed VoIP can fix those problems.
Caller ID is available. Fixed VoIP numbers are more difficult to obtain, making them less likely to be used for fraudsters. Customers and prospects will be less likely to believe you are spam if they can identify them with caller ID.
Location information is available to emergency responders. An employee can dial 911/112 from a fixed number and the call will be associated with a particular location. This allows the emergency call to be routed to the designated public safety answering points (PSAP). Depending on the phone system, you may need to take additional steps in order to comply with FCC requirements.
What are the disadvantages of fixed VoIP numbers?
Sometimes, a fixed VoIP number is not the best choice for your business and goals.
International calling rates. Long-distance calls can be expensive if your VoIP phone number has local area codes.
You have less flexibility. Because numbers are tied to the location of your offices, you can't establish a local presence wherever your customers or prospects live.
You can use fixed or non-fixed VoIP numbers. Large-scale businesses often use both fixed and non-fixed VoIP numbers for different reasons.
