Sans would be ABSURDLY good at poker because of how well he could read faces, but 90% of the time he pretends to suck. The only times he wins is either 1: it would be funnier if he won, or 2: he has incentive to win. The second one rarely happens. Maybe if someone offered free junk food as a prize.

And Papyrus would probably be just as good at poker as Sans because of how well he can recognize voice tones, and he would happily win if given the chance to play :D

Just wondering if you have any voice headcanons for your au versions (and original characters) of the twin runes cast? All for fun!

I don't have voice claims. But I do have certain voices playing in my mind when I hear them speak. Though it mainly focuses on HOW they say certain things.

Kris' voice can flip flop between dead and toneless, to warm and comforting, to cracking and wavering. They screech like a banshee when they get scared or angry. Their voice cracks even more so when they do that.

Susie has a very gravelly and throaty voice. She sounds like she's constantly angry. She snorts like a bull when she's flustered.

Ralsei is soft-spoken and polite. His voice is more like a nasally whisper. I can't picture him without a British accent anymore, thanks to @paramasqueradeva

Frisk voice wavers between neutral, optimistic and casual. Most of the things that come out of their mouth sound very nonchallant ("I'll just flirt my way out".) But they fall into a squeaky falsetto when they get angry.

Chara's voice is the most composed out of them all. They pronounce their sentences with precision and rarely slip up. Their voice is modulated and slightly melodic.

Lesslo talks in a honeyed voice with a bit of valley girl undertones. Every word that comes out of his mouth sounds like a backhanded insult. He sounds like he likes listening to himself talk.

Redge has a Boston accent and speaks like a tough guy. The voice that specifically plays in my mind for him is Strongbad from Homestar Runner.

Patt has an Australian accent. He sounds chipper and speaks in a sing-songy way.

Random's Lore Drops - Canon Fall but in past tense Sans

Y'know, It'd be funny if I made a post about an Undertale AU character that I originally believed in the fanon version (mainly just the being edgy version). So, uh...

This is the Canon Underfell design, by Fella.

(Before we get started, here's canonfell brother relationship so i can cut away some of the lore that's already explained right here.)

I'll be going from the oldest post I can find from Fella, to the newest lore post I can find. Numero uno consists of...

Canon Fell Sans' sneakers. More specifically, why the hell does he wear them instead of slippers? Just design choice? Or maybe it's because he's not allowed to? Nah. According to Fella themselves, "he likes the squeaky sound it makes because everyone hates it". So basically, he likes to squeak the shoes on the floor like he's on a basketball court.

Second post, why the hell does mf sweat so damn much? Well, first reason, he starts to sweat when he's angry. Second reason, because of the Sick Ass Jacket™️ that he got from making Grillby laugh. I mean, have you seen how thick it is? I'd be sweating too.

Random post I had to find, how did Sans get his jacket? Well, it's obvious of course, I said it before. He made Grillby laugh (unintentionally), and when you make Grillby laugh in Underfell, he gives you a smaller version of his coat. Now Sans is kitted with Sick Ass Jacket™️ and was forced to dress better, wearing said Sick Ass Jacket™️, a turtleneck, a gold chain (that's usually under said turtleneck), basketball shorts, and squeaky squeaky.

Third (lore relevant) post, the brothers dynamic. They DON'T hate eachother. On the fucking contrary. They both care for eachother, and don't really express it all too well. Brother relationship post HERE.

Fourth post, he's got 5 rings. 5 sick ass (not trademarked) rings, and the reason he can wear them is because he uses his magic so they don't fall off. From Fella themselves, the reason he has them on is because "the guy wants to flex so hard he’s constantly using his powers to keep them there. He doesn’t even think about it, he has so much power to spare he might as well “live” a little." So yeah, he uses his magic to keep wearing his rings cause he can.

Fifth post? Sans canonically CAN ball (so can Frisk, but Frisk is scarier)

Sixth, he's capable of opening his mouth. But it's usually when he's in battle, otherwise it won't ever open, because he's never under enough stress to have enough power for such.

Seventh, mf's eye is always glowing, no matter what. Mainly because he's had so much stress and emotional trauma, his magic is piled up, so his magic sorta does some wacky shit, like make his coat look cool.

Eighth, an almighty lore post by Fella, explaining how Sans awoke his powers and also how Papyrus got scar. Long story short, Gaster went missing, Sans was to take the blame, his punishment was Asgore crushing his skull, Paps retaliated, got hired and had his skull scratched through for a scar, and Sans got pissed off and woke his magic.

Ninth (nineth? idfk) semi-unrelated one is that Sans is the ONLY character not directly affiliated with Asgore who wears red and gold.

The rest I find from a canonfell wiki. Such as, he likes mustard and relish more than ketchup, and prefers knock-knock jokes to puns. Supposedly one of his more favorite drinks is a green martini, either appletini or honey dew martini, with larger quantities being a margarita

oh shit there's an official ask about sans hates women underfell (or technically a nod to it), which then displays that "i sans underfell love woimen", by the very words of sans underfell himself. REAL!

Oh yeah, he canonically sells chimichangas instead of hotdogs. His provider is not the store, but instead Papyrus. And according to this wiki, he gave Papyrus a hang-in-there cat poster as a joke, and Papyrus hung it up on the wall.

Undertale Sans - He doesn't mind at all. He's not great at talking either, he's really fine just signing with you if you want to. Sans is a fast learner and he likes to think of it like a special language you both have that no one else can understand. Well, except for some other people, like Frisk he realized after the kid ran to tell Toriel and Papyrus that Sans is in love lmao.

Undertale Papyrus - He's very patient and gives you time to focus on your words when he sees you really want to say something to him. Other than that, he's fine signing with you. He's good at reading people's so most of the time you don't even have to sign for him to understand what you want. He's covering you up when you're outside. Don't worry, he can talk for the two of you, he's fine at that.

Underswap Sans - Honey was a selectively mute child so he's used to it. It amazes you how fast he adapted to you. Blue is a very comforting guy to start with and makes sure you feel safe around him so you can talk if you want. He can be mad easily if people are mocking you as well. He struggled his entire childhood with Honey and failed to protect him from all of this, but not anymore. It feels like a second chance.

Underswap Papyrus - Oh he understands it very well. Honey was selectively mute as a child, and he still is in some situations, even though he worked a lot on this growing up. He could never blame you for not having enough strength to talk as he knows how much strength it takes to talk to people. You're actually trying to help the other with their anxiety, and you try to get better with it. You're quite the pair.

Underfell Sans - It will take a little time to adapt and Red accidentally being a jerk to you a few times for him finally getting how you work. He still messes up from time to time, but now that you're in a relationship, you know he's not doing it on purpose. He's just really bad at socializing, a bit like you, but on another level. Red doesn't know why you're so nice to him and forgiving him every time, but at least, he's learning and tries to be better. Being a natural chatterbox, he's protecting you from unwanted interactions, usually by insulting people until they leave. He feels useful like this, so you don't have the heart to tell him to stop.

Underfell Papyrus - He bought you a notepad and a special hoodie with answers to common questions so you can just point the answer to you when he's talking. Edge adapts really fast, he's good at it, and he tries to find original ways to help you communicate. He could give the whole world to his S/O, being selective mute is not a problem at all.

Horrortale Sans - He's not a big talker himself because talking takes him a lot of energy. He didn't know selective mutism was a thing, and now he's kinda mimicking you, learning how to sign and not forcing himself to talk anymore if he doesn't want to. You actually opened his eyes to a lot of things and he feels a little more confident now that he has other ways to communicate.

Horrortale Papyrus - He used to do this with his brother and the people in the retirement home so it's no big deal. Who knows, maybe he can pretend to a world record if he keeps doing that. Willow is naturally kind and empathetic, and he doesn't have high self-esteem himself, so he can perfectly understand being scared of the people around him, as not all of them are nice and patient. He still hopes you can feel safe enough to talk freely around him someday.

Swapfell Sans - A part of his job is to adapt to people so he's adapting pretty fine. He knows sign language and he's very observant so it's not difficult to understand when you need his attention. Nox is very careful and always makes sure you're comfortable with things before proceeding. He usually divert people's attention on him when it's clear you don't want to interact and he doesn't hesitate to bring you home in the middle of a social event if he notices you're too overwhelmed.

Swapfell Papyrus - It's a bit complicated for him as respecting boundaries is not his biggest quality. Rus is going to need a few try and errors to test the limit of what he can and can't do with you. It doesn't help he doesn't really know how to apologize to you. That's going to be a complex first few months, but he's learning, more or less!

Fellswap Gold Sans - He's still adjusting. Wine is very vocal and dramatic, so he's still a bit unsure how to act around you since you're not expressing much. He's not the nicest person around and can sometimes make you a bit uncomfortable with his spicy side. However, since Coffee is a selective mute as well, he knows when he goes too far and tries to adjust his behavior to not make you distressed. He's as protective with you as he is with Coffee though, which can be suffocating.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - He never thought humans could be like he is and it's so disturbing it's stressing him out the first few weeks. After that, he calms down and you two start to find your own ways to communicate. You even created your own sign language and love language so you both can retreat if it gets too overwhelming.

UNDERHONEY | The Countdown (Aftermath)

I had this planned when I was working on this comic, but I finally finished it! :D

Part 1

VERY important question:

How do you think Chara and papyrus meeting up would look like? Because Chara is like, this child that has obviously done some really bad stuff that they most likely regret, and maybe can't really forgive the self for. Like they strike me as the person that would just think of themsalf as the absolute worst. And then we have papyrus. Kind "I think that anyone can be a good person if they just try" papyrus.

Assuming they're meeting post pacifist, I think Papyrus is one of the many monsters willing to see them through their mistakes. They've got their parents, their somewhat flower of a brother, and Frisk (who gave them hope for humanity and themselves) -- so meeting Papyrus isn't like, a case of 'the only light in the darkness'. There's already plenty of light!

Their initial impression of Papyrus is overwhelmingly positive, and so does Sans, since they're one of the few monsters not after Frisk's soul. Papyrus being Papyrus though, I think Chara would take his kindness to be... Granted? Because he's a monster, kindness is who he is, they're obviously better than humans. It would take plenty of spending time together before it hits home. They don't know how much his kindness stood out in genocide.

So in pacifist, it shines in little but not insignificant ways. Papyrus takes charge in decorating the new bedroom for his second human best friend (B.F.F HUMAN FRISK, DID YOU CHANGE CLOTHES...? AND... CLONE YOURSELF?!?!?) and now it's y2k with a healthy amount of succulent (oxygen, good for humans, and cactus is the only spikes Toriel would allow inside). Gave them warm milk before bed because they look tired all the time, clearly their bones aren't strong enough. They compete in puzzle making and solving, got so good at it the both of them won the annual puzzle competition at school, Frisk insists that's cheating despite teaming up with Sans and getting second place themselves.

He's their cool uncle. Maybe they get nightmares one time and Papyrus is the only one up. Together they made hot chocolate, poured in handmade ceramic to the brim. Papyrus added milk and Chara suggests they add honey. It's good and warm and maybe everything will be alright.

Then he hits them with this

And Chara just crumples like that family guy death pose.
