Icy Illusions - High Elf Runekeeper

First winter outfit of the season! This outfit is built around the iridescent snow details of the Anvil of Winterstith gear pieces. Since getting the Dead City armour, I also wanted to add the ghostly blue flames, so the eerie effects of the Núrzum ice made for a good background. To keep with the sea blue/turquoise palette with those shoulders, I went with the light Anvil coat and shoes paired with the iridescent Cloak of Flurries for some extra snow details. I defaulted to my favorite pair of spiky gloves and added the Turquoise circlet for some detail on the head. I originally wanted to use a warmer looking hat, but many of the hats alter the shape of the hair in a way that threw off the silhouette balance.
