The Ultimate Luxury of Egyptian Cotton Sheets
When it comes to bedding, few things compare to the comfort and quality of Egyptian cotton sheets. At Egyptian Home Linens, we are proud to offer some of the finest sheets, including Full Size Fitted Sheets Sold Separately and Highest Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets, ensuring you experience the best sleep imaginable.
Full Size Fitted Sheets Sold Separately
Finding the perfect bedding for your mattress can sometimes be a challenge, especially if you only need specific pieces to complete your set. That's where our Full Size Fitted Sheets Sold Separately come in. These sheets are designed to offer a tailored fit for full-sized mattresses, giving you a smooth, wrinkle-free sleeping surface every night.
The option to purchase fitted sheets separately is particularly beneficial for those who may have wear and tear on one piece of their bedding set or for those who like to mix and match their bedding styles. With separate fitted sheets, you can create a look that is uniquely yours without having to buy a whole new set.
Our fitted sheets are made from the highest quality Egyptian cotton, known for its long fibers that produce incredibly soft and durable fabric. These sheets not only look luxurious but also feel amazing against your skin, providing a level of comfort that standard cotton sheets just can't match. Plus, Egyptian cotton is highly breathable, helping to regulate your body temperature throughout the night.
Highest Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets
If you're looking for the ultimate in luxury, our Highest Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets are the perfect choice. Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric, and while a higher thread count often signifies better quality, it's important to also consider the material.
Egyptian cotton is widely considered the best in the world due to its extra-long staple fibers. These fibers create a smooth and silky fabric that is both strong and soft. Our high-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets provide a feeling of luxury with every touch. Whether you’re looking for sheets with a 600, 800, or even 1000 thread count, we have options to suit your preferences.
Not only do high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets feel softer, but they also tend to last longer. The durable fabric holds up well to frequent washing, and the sheets get softer with each wash without losing their strength. This combination of softness and durability makes them a favorite among customers who value high-quality bedding.
Another significant advantage of our high-thread-count sheets is their ability to resist pilling. Pilling occurs when fibers break down and form small balls on the surface of the fabric, which can be uncomfortable and unattractive. Thanks to the long fibers in Egyptian cotton, pilling is less of a concern, ensuring that your sheets stay smooth and comfortable for years to come.
Why Choose Egyptian Home Linens?
At Egyptian Home Linens, we are committed to offering bedding that stands out for its quality and luxury. Here's why our products, including Full Size Fitted Sheets Sold Separately and Highest Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets, are a great investment:
Long-Lasting Durability: Egyptian cotton sheets are known for their durability, lasting longer than regular cotton sheets. This means that even with frequent use and washing, your sheets will continue to look and feel as good as new.
Unparalleled Softness: The softness of Egyptian cotton is unmatched. The extra-long fibers used to make our sheets result in a fabric that feels smooth against your skin, helping you relax and sleep more comfortably.
Temperature Regulation: Egyptian cotton is highly breathable, helping to keep you cool during the summer and warm during the winter. This natural temperature regulation makes it a great choice for year-round use.
Luxurious Feel: Whether you choose fitted sheets sold separately or a full sheet set, Egyptian cotton provides a sense of luxury that elevates your entire bedroom. The silky texture and rich feel of high-thread-count sheets can transform any bed into a retreat of comfort.

Went to the Reuse-It shop today. They had pillowcases.
Queen-sized, Egyptian Cotton, 1000 thread-count pillowcases.
In packs of two for four dollars.
A whole huge big stack of them.
Just one of these suckers breaks down into a solid 7 feet by 21.5 inch rectangle of fabric.
They're grey and shiny.
I got six packets, meaning I have a dozen of these suckers.
That is- it's so much fabric. So, so much fabric, that not only would I not usually be able to afford because of how quality it is, I wouldn't be able to even find a place to sell it to me, because that's how stickin' high quality it is. That is the Nicest Cotton with the Highest Thread Count, and I am going to make a Beautiful new Wizard's Robe with it, because I made my old fantastic one in middle school out of old bed sheets and it is Wearing Out. I may even go back in a few days and Buy More when it's December and I have a New Budget, because I Don't Think This Will Happen Again, and I Will Not Waste This Chance.

Serenate + 50
Serenate + 50 …out of love.
A vaguely 5b au
Having Nate as a roommate just…works.
They have similar rhythms, similar tastes, and since they moved into their midtown two bedroom, it’s been easy.
Sure, there are some hiccups—neither of them has lived without some sort of housekeeping service before, but Serena kind of loves doing everything for herself. Except washing dishes. She hates that. It’s lucky she and Nate could spring for a unit with a dishwasher.
Blair had raised her eyebrows at the whole situation, from Serena’s housekeeping to her choice in roommate, but she didn’t fight it. Serena knows her best friend was just as relieved that they would be getting space from each other. With Dan coming around all the time, it was the right thing.
Living with Nate is easier than it ever was with Blair. Definitely easier living with her mother.
Sure, they spend a lot of their free time looking up how-to videos on YouTube to keep everything clean and functional, but their system works, and Serena likes the accomplishment she feels from a freshly scrubbed bathroom or an edible home-cooked meal.
So, she and Nate fall into a routine. They have their own mish-mashed schedules of classes, a weekly grocery list, a dry-erase wall calendar in the entryway. They fall asleep on each other on the couch every other night, and it’s easy.
Of course Serena thinks about having more, in the way that she’s always thought about Nate. At the back of her mind, just out of her reach, if she stretched her hand out too far, he would disappear.
But it isn’t anything. It can’t be. She already fumbled her shot with Nate more times than she cares to tally up, and she’s only just getting over — whatever happened between her and Dan at the start of the year.
So what if it’s easy. So what if Nate makes her laugh more in two months than she remembers in the previous six. So what if their cramped and over-pillowed two bedroom is the first crash pad she’s had in her entire life that feels like home.
It’s home. Even when she does something so incomprehensibly wrong.
“What the…” she trails off as she rummages through the basket of newly dried laundry she just set on the coffee table to fold. She lifts a hand towel, formerly white, now bright pink—“fuck?”
She digs through the rest of the load. Every single towel, sheet, pillowcase. Egyptian cotton, the highest thread count her mother could find on short notice for a last minute housewarming, all white when she put them in the wash, and now they were all pink.
“Shit, shit, shit.” She wonders if there’s a way to fix it. She could call Dan. Or Dorota. Or maybe Rufus?
Except now she can’t find her phone.
She digs through the basket again, dumping the ruined linens on the couch next to her, hoping to find her phone buried in the wreckage.
It’s at that point that Nate gets back from class. Serena’s heart jumps into her throat at the sound of his key turning in the lock.
She looks up, frozen by a little bit of fear and a whole lot of embarrassment, and sees Nate gaping at the scene of her sartorial disaster.
“I have no idea what happened,” she blurts out, launching to her feet.
Nate bites down on his lower lip, inscrutable.
“I swear, it was an accident.”
He nods listlessly as he slowly walks towards her, eyes on their newly pinked linens.
“But –” she swallows, “good news: I’m really good at shopping. So we can just…You’re mad. Please don’t be mad. I’ll –”
Serena doesn’t get to finish the sentence, because Nate is kissing her. Nate is kissing her. Nate is kissing her.
She pulls back, but only slightly, keeping her face cupped between his hands. “What’s that for?”
His shoulders lift in a shrug in her blurred out periphery—she can’t look away from his eyes. “I love you.”
Serena hauls him back in, pressing her smile to his, the two of them meeting in an approximation of a kiss.
She kisses his lips again, and again, then moves to his cheek, to the side of his neck. The most at home she’s ever felt.
“I love you too.”
#omigod they were roommatessssss#serenate#S and I have talked about it enough I had to do it 🧡#serena x nate#nate x serena#*prompts#Strideofpride

Hehehe a chance to use my degree on tumblr.com!!! Incoming long post. This article and OP are absolutely correct!!
There are some benefits that come from using multi-ply yarns (ply yarn refers to when two or more strands of fiber are twisted together to create a stronger yarn).
Some of those benefits include better tensile strength, a specific desired appearance (like that of tweed where different colored yarns can be seen in the fabric), or in the case of metallic yarns reduce static. A higher thread count does mean that a fabric will have a greater weight and lower drape but will also be more prone to pilling. Anything over the 500-600 level when it comes to thread count though is just straight up lying.
Thread count should be considered when buying bedsheets for the reasons listed above, but none of that matters unless you pay attention to the fiber content! Personally, I find 100% cotton bedsheets are a great choice because:
Cotton is moisture wicking, which means it's more comfortable if you sweat in it.
Cotton does not have static build up.
Overall good comfort when compared to other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.
Very expensive and high-quality bedsheets will often be made from Pima cotton, also known as Egyptian cotton, which is extra-long cotton.
Unfortunately, cotton is prone to wrinkling and doesn't have the highest physical retention, which is where fiber blends come in.
You might see bedsheets with a polyester and cotton blend because blending cotton with a cheaper fiber like polyester means the cost of production can be brought down for the vendor, but polyester's high abrasion resistance and great physical retention are often why it's chosen for blends since it will look more attractive to the consumer in stores.
Silk is also often chosen for luxury bedsheets. My biggest warning here is to, say it with me now, CHECK THE FIBER CONTENT LABEL. What may look and feel like silk could be a whole bunch of other fibers, like satin polyester, lyocell, or rayon. Satin polyester is a synthetic fiber that will usually be a lot lighter and smoother than real silk but will not have the moisture wicking properties of real silk, nor be as comfortable.
Lyocell and rayon are manufactured fibers usually made from wood pulp or bamboo, which is why you might see bedsheets marketed as "bamboo bedsheets". Both fibers can be given the high luster appearance of silk, and can perform similarly to silk, but if you are searching for only silk sheets make sure you don't get bamboozled by misleading marketing.
ALL OF THIS TO SAY, buying bedsheets is more dependent on what performance qualities you need out of your bedding than just thread count. For example, if you live in a colder climate with dry air, I'd recommend cotton sheets with a thread count closer to that 400ish mark for a heavier weight, as well as for cotton's low static build up.
Don't be misled by sneaky marketing buzzwords into paying more! A lot of what I've said will also apply to clothes shopping (but that's a can of worms for another day). Always check the fiber content labels when buying any sort of fiber-based product, as well as feeling it for yourself!
thread count is a lie perpetrated by Big Bedsheets. what really matters is the material.

Cotton vs Microfiber Sheets - What’s the difference?
Visit www.dzeehome.com to learn more about home bedding.
When it comes to enjoying a pleasant night’s sleep, quality bed linens are crucial. When we talk about comfort, the bed sheet is the prominent bed linen among the rest of the bedding range.
Because sheets lie directly on the skin, you want them to be composed of a soft material that is also breathable and won’t irritate the skin. Bed sheets should be composed of a sturdy, long-lasting fabric to resist repeated washings and the wear and tear that goes along with them.
Cotton and microfibre are two common materials for bed linens. Microfiber is a synthetic textile made of ingredients like polyester or nylon, whereas cotton is a natural fiber obtained from cotton plants.
What is a Cotton Sheet?
Cotton is a 100% natural substance that is breathable, absorbent, and keeps sleepers cool all night, especially on white bed sheets. For people with skin sensitivities, cotton is commonly advised because it is hypoallergenic.
Cotton sheets are also easily accessible in a variety of thread counts, weave patterns, and price ranges. Following, we discuss how cotton compares in terms of breathability, feel toughness, and variety.
Breathability
No matter the temperature or body heat, cotton sheets are 100% breathable, making it simple for air to move through.
In addition to being incredibly absorbent and having antibacterial qualities, the material is gentle on the skin. People with hot climates find it quite simple because cotton sheets dry quickly.
Durability
It’s well known that cotton sheets retain their suppleness while being durable. They are durable and do not sag over time after repeated washing. If you buy cotton bed sheets, it will be a wise investment because they can easily last six years.
The Thread Count
The thread count is the number of threads used to weave a sheet per square inch. A thread count of 300 to 400 is typical for cotton sheets. In general, smoother, softer, and stronger sheets have a higher thread count.
Cotton Long-Staple
In the market, there are numerous varieties of cotton. Pima cotton, Egyptian cotton, Turkish cotton, and other types of cotton may be found when shopping for cotton bed linens.
Extra-long and regarded as of the highest quality are Pima and Egyptian cotton. This sheet is more durable than others because it has an “extra-long-staple” on the label.
Maintenance
A cotton sheet is simple to keep because it can be washed in the washing machine without any particular care. As you wash the cotton sheets, they gradually get softer and smoother. Contrary to other materials, cotton doesn’t require particular care and isn’t fragile.
Weave
Interlocking weaves are frequently used in the production of cotton sheets. These enable the sheets to be extremely resilient and endure the test of time. Sateen, flannel, and percale are the most typical cotton weaves for bed linens.
What is a Microfiber Sheet?
Microfiber sheets are those created from polyester, nylon, or other materials. It is a popular synthetic materials substitute for cotton. The lightweight fabric is made from fibers that are much thinner than silk and firmly woven together.
Since they are made of synthetic material, they are more resistant to wrinkling and shrinking after washing. The fabric feels nice on the skin and is fairly breathable.
To make the sheets firmer and softer, thicker strands are woven into the fabric. Additionally, these sheets could contain recycled materials or finely powdered wood pulp.
Breathability
Is microfibre permeable to air? Yes. Despite not being made of natural fibers, microfiber sheets are incredibly breathable.
Microfiber keeps the bedding dry by repelling water. It is utilized in athletic clothes due to its capacity to wick away sweat.
The fabric is designed to maintain a consistent body temperature, keep you dry and comfortable, and ward off heat and moisture. These sheets prevent allergies as well as heat and sweat. The majority of the time, these sheets do not irritate skin while fighting off dust.
Durability
As durable as cotton sheets, microfiber sheets are also breathable. But after several items of washing, these sheets become softer. It’s possible that the bed sheets won’t last very long if they’re not of great quality. So be sure to check the GSM or get a high-quality microfiber sheet when you’re shopping.
Maintenance
Because they don’t require fabric softeners or other extra care, microfiber sheets are minimal maintenance. Furthermore, these sheets are largely wrinkle-free and do not shrink after washing.
Cotton Sheets
PROSCONSIt is made of natural fiberIt can get wrinkles easilyAvailable at reasonable pricesIt can shrink after washingIt has anti-allergic properties and is breathable with moisture-wicking properties.More expensive than microfiber sheetsDoesn’t require high maintenance
Microfiber Sheets
PROSCONSWrinkle-free and very soft on the skinMore likely to generate staticIt has anti-allergic properties, hence softer on the skinHigh absorbency however more prone to stainsIt is soft in nature and lightweightMade of synthetic materials that’s why might irritate the sensitive sleepers
Which is preferable: either cotton or microfiber?
The decision of choosing microfiber vs cotton sheets or which bedding is superior depends greatly on personal preference. Cotton sheets support the fabric’s renowned breathability, suppleness, and sigh-inducing softness.
Cotton sheets are an excellent investment for any sleeper because of their eco-friendliness and the fact that they are hypoallergenic and temperature-regulating.
Despite being a synthetic material, microfiber does not lack in quality when compared to other natural fabrics.
Microfiber sheets are a great option for anyone looking for high-quality, low-maintenance bedding due to their moisture-wicking and stain-resistant qualities as well as their silky-satin feel.

The Ultimate Guide to Finding the Perfect Kids Bedsheet: Tips and Tricks
As a parent, you want your child to have the best of everything, and that includes a comfortable and cozy bed to sleep in. One of the most important factors in creating the perfect sleeping environment for your child is choosing the right bedsheet.
With so many options available in the market, selecting the perfect bedsheet for your child can be a daunting task. In this ultimate guide, we'll provide you with tips and tricks to help you find the perfect kids bedsheet.
Importance of Choosing the Right Bedsheet for Kids
A good bedsheet is not just about making your child's bed look pretty. It is also about creating a comfortable and healthy sleeping environment for them.
A bedsheet that is too rough, too hot, or too cold can cause discomfort and disrupt your child's sleep. In addition, the wrong bedsheet can also aggravate allergies and asthma symptoms.
Therefore, it is essential to choose a bed sheet that is comfortable, breathable, and hypoallergenic. A good bed sheet can help regulate body temperature and keep your child cool and comfortable during hot summer nights.
Additionally, it should be soft and gentle on your child's skin, especially if they have sensitive skin.
Types of Bedsheets for Kids
When it comes to kids' bedsheets, there are several types to choose from. The most common types are fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases. Fitted sheets are designed to fit snugly over the mattress, while flat sheets are placed on top of the fitted sheet. Pillowcases cover the pillow and come in different sizes to fit standard, queen, and king-sized pillows.
Another type of kids' bedsheet is the duvet cover. A duvet cover is a removable cover that goes over a comforter or duvet. It is an excellent option for parents who want to switch up the look of their child's bed without having to replace the entire bedding set.
Materials Used in Kids Bedsheets
The material of the bedsheet is a crucial factor to consider when choosing a bedsheet for your child. The most common materials used in kids' bedsheets are cotton, polyester, and microfiber.
Cotton is a popular choice for kids' bedsheets because it is soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic. It is also easy to care for and durable, making it an excellent option for parents who want a bedsheet that will last. However, it is important to note that not all cotton is created equal. Egyptian cotton and Pima cotton are considered the highest quality cotton, while regular cotton is more affordable.
Thread Count and Its Significance in Kids Bedsheets
Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. A higher thread count generally means a softer and more durable bedsheet. However, it is important to note that a high thread count does not necessarily mean a better bedsheet. The quality of the cotton used in the bedsheet is just as important as the thread count.
Choosing the Right Size
Choosing the right size bedsheet is crucial to ensure a comfortable and snug fit. It is important to measure your child's mattress before purchasing a bedsheet to ensure a proper fit.
The most common sizes for kids' bedsheets are twin, full, and queen. Twin-sized bedsheets are suitable for a single child or a small bed, while full-sized bedsheets are ideal for larger beds or two children sharing a bed. Queen-sized bedsheets are generally used for older children or teenagers who have a larger bed.
Design and Color Options for Kids Bedsheets
Kids' bedsheets come in a wide variety of designs and colours, making it easy to find one that suits your child's personality and interests. From cartoon characters and superheroes to florals and stripes, there is a bedsheet design for everyone.
When selecting a bedsheet design, it is important to consider the overall decor of the room. If the room has a lot of patterns and colors, it may be best to choose a solid-colored bedsheet to balance out the room. Additionally, it is important to consider your child's preferences and interests when selecting a design.
Durability and Ease of Maintenance
Kids can be tough on their bedsheets, which is why it is important to choose a bedsheet that is durable and easy to maintain. Cotton bedsheets are generally more durable than synthetic materials, but they may require more care, such as ironing and washing in cold water.
When it comes to maintenance, it is important to read the care instructions on the label. Some bedsheets may require special care, such as dry cleaning or hand washing, while others may be machine washable. It is also a good idea to choose a bedsheet that is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Safety Considerations When Choosing Kids Bedsheets
When choosing a kids' bedsheet, it is important to consider safety factors. Avoid bedsheet designs that have small embellishments or buttons that could pose a choking hazard. Additionally, make sure the bedsheet fits snugly over the mattress to prevent your child from getting tangled in the sheets.
Budget-Friendly Options for Kids Bedsheets
Kids' bedsheets come in a wide range of prices, from budget-friendly to high-end. While it may be tempting to go for the cheapest option, it is important to consider the quality and durability of the bedsheet.
If you're on a budget, there are several options available, such as cotton-polyester blends or microfiber bedsheets. These materials are affordable and durable, making them an excellent choice for parents who want a quality bedsheet at a reasonable price.
Where to Buy Kids Bedsheets
Kids' bedsheets can be purchased from a variety of retailers, including department stores, online retailers, and specialty stores. It is important to shop around and compare prices and quality before making a purchase. Additionally, it is a good idea to read reviews from other parents to get an idea of the quality and durability of the bedsheet.
Conclusion
Choosing the perfect kids' bedsheet may seem overwhelming, but with the right information, it can be a fun and enjoyable process. By considering factors such as material, thread count, size, design, and safety, you can find the perfect bedsheet for your child's needs. Whether you're on a budget or looking for high-end options, there are plenty of choices available to suit your preferences. So, go ahead, and create a cozy and comfortable sleeping environment for your little one!

The Ultimate Guide to Choosing the Perfect Cotton Bedsheet for Your Double Bed
Introduction
Choosing the perfect cotton bedsheet for your double bed is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep experience. Your bedsheets play a significant role in regulating body temperature, providing softness and comfort, and enhancing the overall aesthetics of your bedroom. With so many options available in the market, it can be overwhelming to make the right choice. In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into the key factors to consider when selecting the perfect cotton bedsheet for your double bed.
Thread Count: Quality Matters
One of the primary factors to consider when choosing a cotton bedsheet is the thread count. Thread count refers to the number of threads woven into one square inch of fabric. A higher thread count typically indicates a smoother, softer, and more durable fabric. For optimal comfort and longevity, aim for a thread count of at least 200 to 400. However, keep in mind that excessively high thread counts (above 800) may not necessarily translate to better quality and can often feel stiff.
Cotton Type: Opt for Long-Staple Fibers
Not all cotton is created equal. When selecting a cotton bedsheet, pay attention to the type of cotton used. Egyptian cotton and Pima cotton, known for their long-staple fibers, are among the highest quality options available. These long-staple fibers produce a smoother and more luxurious fabric that is both breathable and durable. Additionally, look for bed sheets labeled as "100% combed cotton" or "supima cotton" for superior softness and comfort.
Weave: Choose Between Percale and Sateen
The weave of the fabric significantly impacts the feel and appearance of the bedsheet. The two most common types of cotton weaves are percale and sateen.
Percale: Percale is a tight weave characterized by a crisp and cool feel. It offers excellent breathability, making it ideal for hot sleepers or warmer climates. Percale bed sheets have a matte finish and a slightly textured surface, providing a classic and understated look to your bedding.
Sateen: Sateen is a weave that results in a smooth and lustrous fabric with a subtle sheen. Sateen bed sheets have a silky feel and drape beautifully over the bed. While sateen tends to be softer and more wrinkle-resistant than percale, it may trap more heat, making it better suited for cooler environments or individuals who prefer a warmer sleep surface.
Fabric Quality: Look for Long-lasting Durability
In addition to considering the thread count and cotton type, it's essential to assess the overall fabric quality. Inspect the fabric for signs of durability, such as tight stitching, reinforced seams, and a substantial weight. A high-quality cotton bedsheet should feel substantial and well-constructed, ensuring years of use without excessive pilling or wear.
Size and Fit: Ensure a Perfect Fit for Your Double Bed
When purchasing a cotton bedsheet for your double bed, it's crucial to select the right size and fit. Standard double bed dimensions vary slightly depending on your location, so be sure to measure your mattress accurately before making a purchase. Look for bed sheets labeled as "double" or "full" size to ensure a snug and secure fit without excess fabric bunching or slipping off the mattress.
Care Instructions: Maintain Your Bedsheets for Longevity
Proper care and maintenance are essential for extending the lifespan of your cotton bedsheets. Always refer to the manufacturer's care instructions for specific guidance, but here are some general tips:
Wash your cotton bed sheets in cold water with a gentle detergent to prevent shrinking and preserve color vibrancy.
Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can weaken the fabric fibers over time.
Tumble dry on low heat or line dry to prevent excessive wrinkling and maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Iron on a warm setting if desired, but keep in mind that cotton naturally softens with each wash and may not require ironing.
Conclusion: Elevate Your Sleep Experience with the Perfect Cotton Bedsheet
Choosing the perfect cotton bedsheet for your double bed is essential for creating a cozy and inviting sleep environment. By considering factors such as thread count, cotton type, weave, fabric quality, size and fit, and care instructions, you can ensure that your bed sheets not only look beautiful but also provide unparalleled comfort and durability for years to come. Invest in high-quality cotton bed sheets, and transform your bedtime routine into a luxurious and rejuvenating experience.
