name: henry charles mcdoon alias: bandit king birthday: nov 25th, 1818 (default age is 30) birthplace: independence, mo current location: on the move languages: english , spanish , broken french parents: henrietta ✝ & jameson ✝ horse: hornet (black mustang) positive traits: strong, confident, charming, outspoken, leader negative traits: impatient, stubborn, overconfident, morally corrupt, lustful
Born to Jameson and Henrietta McDoon, Henry was named after his mother when she passed in birth. Jameson, being alone with nowhere to go and a baby to raise by himself, returned to an old gang of men that ran from place to place. They welcomed him with open arms despite the wailing child, the group of men taking it upon themselves to raise Henry into the perfect sculpture of what a bandit could be... something none of them could ever achieve.
By the age of seven Henry was pickpocketing everyone he could in town and/or stealing food when no one was looking. He was getting better and better with every passing day, not to mention his quickdraw was getting quicker by the draw. He was living up to the image his father and the other men of the crew wanted... maybe even needed. As he got older, hitting his teen years, Henry was riding horses faster than the rest of them. Disarming those that came in his way. And being a highwayman that didn't take no for an answer. At sixteen he'd killed his first man, at seventeen a whole crew of other men claiming to be bandits, and by eighteen he was killing his own father-- shot him right through the heart when he tried to stop him from leaving.
See Henry McDoon learned quickly how good he was at this and how better off he was without anyone to slow him down. For years Henry worked alone, moving from one side of the West to the next... sometimes even going South to Mexico. That's where he met Cletus Jones, his partner in crime and in the sheets, the only other person to ever find himself trusting and all because he saved McDoon from what could've been his death. McDoon had been set to hang and though the floor gave out under him it was only a few minutes of thinking it was the end before the rope was shot clean through. The commotion had startled and moved the masses, giving him time to escape with the help of the man who saved him. Been running together nearly seven years.
Now, at the age of 30, McDoon is running the trail that leads to Oregon-- terrorizing, killing, burning, and burglarizing families. He has no interest in slowing down just what he's doing or stopping, not even the smile of a pretty face that passes him by. McDoon cares about one thing and that's the name he holds... he's the `Bandit King` and everyone is going to know his name before they die.
