Had a rough couple of days but the new Helloween live album came out on friday and I finally had time to listen to it today.

I wasn't aware a 16 minute Kai Hansen Medley would solve all of my problems but this brought me so much joy. Don't get me wrong the whole album is great (I may just be a huge sucker for live albums because I have social anxiety and am claustrophobic so I can't really attend concerts) but Walls of Jericho is a great album and I love the medley so much and seeing Kai being able to perform it again now (or for the last eight years whatever) is just very nice.

I grew up with metal but Helloween was the band that got me into actually enjoying metal myself. Now ten years later this band means so so much to me and even if I don't listen to them as frequently anymore I will probably always consider them my favourite band.

I am fully aware there isn't a big Helloween community on here (let's be real, their target audience is boomers and gen x, I have not met a single person my age who actively listens to this band) but just in case anyone sees this, hiii :))
