Dear Gus & Magnus,
Gus skipped school today to go with Mom and Nene to some kind of Skydome Planetarium exhibit. Nene sent me this photo. He's been sick all week, so I'm glad he was well enough on the day of the visit. Meanwhile, I'm in College Station, Texas trying to make my way back home while fighting off an illness myself. I suppose I'm coming down with what he had. Right after lunch, my body just started shutting down.
Darla and Bryan dropped me at the College Station airport (as planned) and I flew to DFW where I had a two and a half-hour layover before flying into Little Rock just before midnight. It was an awful day. I ended up going to bed without even brushing my teeth.
Mom texted me when they got home from the exhibit to say she's getting sick too. God help us.
Dad.
