I think everyone is very much underpaid and wages should be increased. If everyone is paid the same, or very close to the same, with minimal differences in pay grade, I think that’d be fine as long as it’s enough for people to have full, happy lives.

Also, if you feel very strongly that you would rather work at waffle house than do your current job if it paid the same, you might actually hate your job and you should be working at Waffle House or a similar establishment.
