THIS was the video that got me into hawaii pt. ii back in late 2012 / early 2013, and from there i got into tally hall proper

so like. the original video is by urnam7. idk if they’ve changed their internet name since then but they went by urnam7 at the time. these are their OCs and they were going to make a comic for it (which i spent YEARS sooo looking forward to, entirely bc of this video, but i dont think a comic has ever happened LOL)

so anyway i saw this video and i was like WOWW THIS IS SO COOL and i just rewatched it constantly at the ripe old age of Just Turned Eleven. but then like, i think literally like 3 days after it was uploaded, it got taken down for copyright because of the music. so urnam reuploaded it without sound which i dont blame them, bc they put a lot of work into it, but then someone else reuploaded it with the song re-added in, and for some reason that reupload lasted a little while longer. so i was listening to that reupload for about another week before i personally bought hawaii pt. ii

and then like a week later im pretty sure that’s when the weird copyright blackout happened. my friend irl, who i got to listen to this album, was unable to buy it off itunes because it was taken off like literally the day before, and then the like THREE videos on youtube that had the mind electric in them at the time were taken down. somehow that original reupload with the audio put back in lasted slightly longer than the other videos, like maybe a month, before it too was taken down

and then of course late 2014 / 2015, the weird blackout stopped and the songs were officially uploaded to youtube, and now people can actually have these songs in their videos, so i guess ANOTHER person reuploaded this video with the song in it in 2018 so .yeah

also i was a huge fan of urnam7 back in the day entirely because of their warrior cats content so . yes i owe it to warrior cats that i know about tally hall and musical miracle LOL
