Good morning!! Check out my favorite recipe for breakfast smoothies!! 8oz water, 1-2 bananas, handful of greens, an apple, french vanilla shake powder, and raw oats xoxoxo tastes AMAZING (thanks to the powder!) and is a filling meal with fiber, healthy carbs, protein and all the micronutrients from the 15+ plants. Just in the powder there is spirulina, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, and many other whole food plants.
