So close, yet so far....there's niche, and then there's "ST servant who requires you to land instant death to activate buffs designed around a feedback loop". It wouldnt even take more than a single asterisk qualifier to fix, 66% of what i'm about to add is just flavor and really only the change to what activates the death effects is what is needed to fix this.

Zabaniya (Cursed Arm) C+ -> C+++

Deal significant damage to a single enemy. If Instant Death activates or attack deals lethal damage^, Increase own NP Gauge by 50%. If Instant Death activates or attack deals lethal damage^, increase own ATK by 25%^ (4^ turns). (Lethal damage is any attack that reduces HP to 0, even if Guts activates or enemy HP is a Break Bar) <Overcharge> High chance to inflict Death on a single enemy. Extra chance to inflict Death on a single Human (trait) enemy. Extra chance to inflict Death on a single [Living Human] servant. Decrease Quick resistance for a single enemy (4 turns). Increase your NP Gain (4 turns). [Human trait (enemy only) death chance scales at 30/45/60/75/90%, Living Human death chance scales at 50/57.5/65/72.5/80%, NP Gain scales at 10/18/25/32/40%, Quick Res down scales at 10/15/20/25/30%]
