[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: You know you’re screwed when you feel them fluttering in your chest {GIF Creds: jeysuso}.
WC: 717
Category: Fluff
For all my Harvey lovers out there, I made a cute fluffy quickie (I’m seeing a lot of my fics being swarmed with love so why not add to it 🤗)
『••✎••』
It happened over a bottle of bourbon. A spilled bottle, actually. But a bottle of bourbon nonetheless, and that is important to note.
You didn’t mean to spill the alcohol all over your date, but he had made some comment about how you shouldn't be wearing a dress with a plunging neckline, so you just… happened to tip the entire thing over him.
The man was furious, of course, but he left pretty quickly after that. And you were left with a mess on the floor and a waiter hovering at the side, asking if you wanted another bottle.
You told him no. You just wanted to go home.
You didn't want a new date; you didn't want to sit at this stupid table with the stupid white tablecloth, the stupid, gaudy candlesticks, or the stupid waiter with the stupid, expectant look on his face.
"Miss?"
"No, thank you," you say, a little more firmly, gathering up your things and leaving as much cash as you can on the table. If you were smart, you'd have brought an umbrella, but you're not smart, so you'll just get drenched like an idiot.
But, fortunately for you, the person calling your name knew you well enough to know you weren’t that smart.
Before a drop of water could even hit your hair, a tall, dark figure steps out in front of you and blocks the downpour. Some might consider this a gentlemanly action, but you knew the man, and he was hardly ever gentle.
"You're welcome," Harvey says, a smirk tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"You're a pain," you reply, but you're grateful for the cover.
"And you're dateless. So, I see two options: we can have dinner and a drink back at my place, or we can do dinner and a drink back at mine."
You can't help but laugh. "Did you use this on Scottie? I see why she left. That line was bad."
"You're not going to ask how I knew you were here?"
"Nope. You probably had Louis stalk me."
"Don't talk about the puppy like that."
"So you did have him stalk me!"
"I prefer the term 'make sure you were alright,'" Harvey replies, and he holds out his arm to you. "Guy was a douche. Let me buy you dessert to make up for it. And I don’t mean in the biblical sense, although that can be arranged, too, if you'd like."
"Harvey, you’re such—"
You turned to him, ready to tell him exactly what you thought of him, but the words died when you met his eyes. Those same eyes that allured you into taking his offer at Pearson Hardman. The same eyes that made you agree to work with him on the case despite your better judgment.
In a flash, you saw the whole thing: your first meeting, the cases, the laughs, the looks, the touches. And now, the moment.
When you were younger, the term butterflies had never really made sense to you. The idea of feeling them in your stomach seemed ridiculous, and yet, there you were, feeling them for the very first time.
They were all fluttering around inside of you, and all you could think was, "Oh, no."
And as if the universe had heard you, it suddenly stopped raining, and you both stood there in the middle of the street, the moon casting a warm light on your faces.
Harvey noticed it, too, and his expression softened. His usual cockiness was replaced with a gentle concern. "You okay?"
You nodded, biting your lip. "Yeah."
Harvey reached up and brushed a strand of hair away from your face, his hand lingering a moment longer than it needed to. He gave you that signature grin and asked, "You look like a velvet cake kind of girl. Am I right?"
He was right.
Goddamnit, he was right.
And as he swaddled you in his coat to keep you warm as you both went back inside, the anger and confusion you felt earlier melted into a quiet, warm glow.
Date night had not gone according to plan, but when his lips met yours and your hands slid through his soft, brown hair, you realized that, perhaps, sometimes, it was good to deviate from the plan.
The butterflies seemed to agree.

You’re done with your pilates class for the morning and you head back to your apartment. A matcha smoothie in hand and a neatly rolled baby pink yoga mat slung on your shoulder with your plush pink bag. Harvey watched you from the gap between his window. He signaled Ray to drop him off at the bakery below your apartment. He had to pay you a surprise visit to ask you why you weren’t at work this morning or even ask if you were planning on dropping by the office later in the day.
He watched as you punched the code and went inside. Assuming you were a safe distance from seeing him, he entered the bakery to get your favorite muffins and a bagel for himself, before moving onto the door opposite to the bakery to punch the same numbers you did to enter.
Meanwhile, you had dropped your things on the dining table, and slipped off of your workout clothes ready to have a steaming shower. Harvey gave it some time before he entered your apartment with the key you had given him. Unbeknownst to you, he sat on your sofa and enjoyed his bagel, helped himself to some coffee and waited till you came out of the shower.
After the refreshing shower you wrapped yourself in a fluffy towel and walked over the kitchen hoping to pour yourself some orange juice. You stopped short and a gasp slipped your lips to see him sitting, a smug smile lining his lips.
“Missed me sweetheart?” the question came out cocky but loving and you grinned back at him.
Holding your towel to your chest, you replied, “Not really.”
He got up from where he was seated and unbuttoned his blazer, leaving it haphazardly on the sofa. You let him take his sweet time as he walked over to you awfully slow, making sure to loosen his tie and fold the sleeves of his crisp shirt.
“Oh so you meant to say that you don’t want me here?” Harvey asks as he cages you to the kitchen top with his hands on either sides of your body. He leans in, almost playfully and sends his warm breath down your neck as he nuzzles softly the pillar of your neck.
This sends goosebumps down your body. You let go of holding your towel, praying that it’ll hold still and wrap your arms around his neck.
“Mhmm, that’s exactly what I’m saying Mr. Specter.”
Harvey gulps down the urge to fuck you right there. Your angelic voice saying it like that, no way he could keep his hands to himself. He needed you right now, right here and he was going to have you no matter what. You on the other hand were not all too oblivious to what you were doing to him. You knew you had the arrogant lawyer wrapped around your pinky and you were going to wind him exactly how you wanted him to have you.
“But you could change my mind by showing me how much I need you,” you whispered back as you pulled him into you, “And then I might actually say I wanted you here.”
Harvey could feel the heat resonate off your body. There was just one material separating your heavenly body from his hands. God the things he would to do to your temple of a body. He’d worship it if he had to prove how much he loved you. So that’s exactly what he aimed on doing.
He kissed you hard and passionately, almost lifting your feet off the ground. As he did so with one swipe of his hand, your towel fell to the ground and he took a step back to stare at you in admiration. Shameless, you leaned back against the counter, watching him fall to his knees right in front of you.
The best lawyer in the city, the one man who wouldn’t kneel down to anyone else, kneeling down for you? That was one hell of an achievement.
Harvey looked up at you a he ran his large hands from the bottom of your legs all the way to your thighs, each movement followed by his lips tracing the path his hands took. You gripped the kitchen counter as you let his lips do wonder. And without any warning, he bit the inner side of your thigh. You yelped and sent one hand flying over to his shoulder to get a grip. The man beneath you simply lifted one leg onto his shoulder and licked one long strip across your vagina. You moaned not being able to take it because you were oh so sensitive. Harvey continued his movements, eating you out. He looked up at you occasionally to see how your face contorted into that of pure bliss.
“Harvey, I’m close,” you cried, “I’m so so close.”
He stood up, swiping a thumb over his lips to collect your juices and licked it clean right in front of you, painting your cheeks in a deep hue of pink.
“You told me to show how much you need me, baby,” he said with a cocky smile adorning his face, “Now you’ll have to beg me to let you cum.”
You dodged past his body and intertwined your fingers with him, pulling him over to your sofa. When you go there, you pushed him onto the plush white sofa. Harvey’s body sank onto the softness of that piece of furniture. You placed your hands on his widely opened legs and leaned towards him, to whisper, “Then let me use you.”
He simply smiled and grabbed your arms as he pulled you over him, to straddle him. Cupping your cheeks and bringing you down to a sweet and tender kiss he responded, “I’m all yours sweetheart.”
You kissed his lips, his face- every inch of it as you unbuckled his belt and unzipped his pants. Pulling his raging cock out you gave it a few strokes before lifting yourself up and pushing yourself down onto his length. You moaned as his length stretched you in the best way ever and Harvey wasted no time moving your hips. You gripped onto his hair as you let his guide your movements and moaned when his tongue latched onto one of your pebbled nipples. He circled his tongue around it and softly bit into your plush skin, earning moan after moan from your sensitive body.
“Cum for me sweetheart, show me how much you need me,” Harvey spat the words at you, wanting to prove your point real bad. You stuttered a shaky, “I want you” back at him, feeling the knot in your stomach get tighter. A few more guided movements and you felt the tightening knot unloosen itself all of a sudden, gushing out you and the excess spilling onto Harvey’s expensive pants. He wasn’t in the mood to notice or even care, and you were just recovering from your orgasm as he manhandled your body and switched positions.
You were now laying your back on the sofa, sinking into its softness. Harvey on the other hand, didn’t let you have any rest as he pistoled his still erect cock into you at a raging pace. Wanting to get himself over his high and let you have another one, you held onto his arms, as he leaned into kiss your neck. His actions contradicting each other, one brutal and the other so gentle. A few more thrusts and you both came undone around each other. Harvey letting your body consume his weight as he snuggled his face into your neck. Your legs tightened around his waist pulling him even closer.
“I love you so fucking much,” Harvey murmured.
“I love you too baby,” you replied back as you kissed the top of his head.
Harvey moved to the side, still inside you.
“I think we should take a day off.”
You smiled at the thought, agreeing with him and just snuggling back into his arms. There was no way you were going to work limping after all of this and the pilates session you had this morning.

The Stress of a Case
Tumblr media
Harvey Specter x Female Reader
Please Read: Hello! It's been a hot minute since I have published anything. Have been currently studying for my LSATS and have been a busy bee but after being obsessed with Suits for the past 2 years and waiting for more Harvey stories to be published I decided to create my own little storyline. What started off as a storyline in my head is now on paper. I have this idea to create a mini-story/universe: how the reader got hired, when she first met Mike, her first case with Harvey, her first date with Harvey, etc. I guess I just want to see if people are interested. It's been a while since I had written anything that wasn't an academic paper and my writing skills have changed drastically. This is one of the first the fics of the universe I am building in my head that I have written so I decided to publish this. I hope yall enjoy it, please give feedback.
Warnings: Talks about not eating (due to stress), food mention, panic attack details, fainting, Harvey being an ass, cursing I think? if I am missing anything please let me know

As you entered the corridors of Pearson Hardman, they were alive with the usual buzz of legal minds at work, but this time, a distinct tension hung in the air. You didn't even get a few steps into the associates area before hearing the straining  voice of Louis Litt yelling that there was an emergency meeting.
You scrambled behind, stuffing your mouth with the banana nut muffin you thought you would eat peacefully at your desk this morning. You knew what this meeting was about, everyone knew. The case against Amir Jackson, the firm's ex-lawyer turned adversary, had everyone on edge.
The briefing room was filled with hushed whispers as everyone settled in, and even the confident strides of Harvey Specter and Louis Litt carried a subtle weight.
Harvey, impeccably dressed as always, stood at the head of the conference table, his piercing gaze flickering between Jessica Pearson and the gathered associates, and maybe it was your imagination but it might have lingered a little longer on you. Snapped out of your imagination when he spoke, "Listen up, people. This case is different. Amir Jackson knows us inside out, and he won't hesitate to use that knowledge against us. He's playing dirty, and we need to be ready for anything."
You never got to meet Amir Jackson, but oh the stories. The firm had no problem doing what they needed to do to be successful, but there was a line they never dared cross and Amir crossed it.
Jessica leaned forward, her hands planted firmly on the table. "Amir's betrayal when he left this firm was bad enough. Now, he's trying to take a piece of us with him. We can't let that happen."
Louis chimed in. "I've seen my fair share of dirty plays, but this guy is in a league of his own. We need to be one step ahead, or he'll bury us."
The gravity of the situation was sinking  in, associates exchanged knowing glances. They understood the magnitude of the challenge ahead. Amir Jackson wasn't just a legal opponent; he was a former comrade who knew their strengths and weaknesses intimately. The fact that there was a meeting needing to be held just told how much this case was about to get tricky. Usually the inner circle dealt with these cases: Harvey, Louis, Jessica, Mike and maybe sometimes Rachel.
Your role as the go-to person for legal paperwork kept you in the thick of it. While Harvey Specter had his famed right-hand man in Mike Ross, he knew he could rely on you for drafting contracts with a precision that went beyond mere proficiency.
You might not have been Harvey's drinking buddy or his confidant like Mike, but there was a unique dynamic between you both. It was a quiet understanding that transcended the formalities of the workplace. You  knew you would never be his protege, and that was perfectly fine with you. What you brought to the table was a specialized skill set that complemented Harvey's legal prowess, if you do say so yourself.
His voice thundered through the briefing room as he adjusted his cuffs, “I am building a specific legal team to help bring down Amir Jackson”.
Of coure Harvey was going to pick Mike Ross, Mike was worth more than 8 associates. How much more help does he need? Who else could he need? Harvey's eyes scanned the room filled with associates. His gaze settled on you, and he flashed a sly grin. "You, Y/N. You're on my team for this one.”
Harvey and you had worked together various times. He always knew he could count on you for legal paperwork. As much as he depended on Mike Ross, there was one thing you were that Mike wasn’t and that was that you had a talent when it came to drafting contracts. But I believe that there was some respect, one might even say in a blossoming friendship between you and him. You got a spark of it when he teasingly picked you out of the bunch of associates to be part of his team for his takedown of Amir Jackson.
“You know, Y/N, if paperwork were an Olympic sport, you'd be a gold medalist," Harvey remarked with a wry grin, “And I expect you to bring the gold home for Pearson Hardman”
“I won’t let you down Sir”, you gave a weak smile as all eyes were on you.
 You hated the attention, yet you couldn’t help the small heat you felt on our cheeks as Harvey stared at you. Drawn to playing with the bracelet you wore as you slightly cringed at yourself for the words that came out of your mouth. Sir? Really. Stupid, you thought.
Harvey moved past it and called out the name of 2 more associates and asked if anyone else wanted in on the case had to draw up a proposal. He only wanted the best of the best and trust him, he would get the best of the best.
You made your way to Harvey’s office as the meeting was dismissed. And you reminisce on the first time Harvey complimented on your legal work.
“ Are you a sorcerer”, Harvey asked as he made his way to your cubicle. It was late one night and you were stuck on an email. You had this need to overachieve and be perfect and it showed in everything you did. But if you were being honest it was exhausting.
You glanced up, raising an eyebrow. "Well, Harvey, someone has to make sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. Can't let you walk into a negotiation with a misplaced comma, now can we?"
You don’t know what has gotten into you. Maybe it's the lack of sleep or the fact that you had 4 coffees. But the confidence was there and to your surprise, Harvey chuckled.
You swear you saw a twinkle in his eye as he responded, "You're practically the Mozart of legal documents. I half expect those contracts to start singing a symphony when I open them."
You smirked, setting aside the email you were currently writing, swiveling your chair to face him,  "If you want a soundtrack to your legal victories, Harvey, I'm sure I can find a way to make that happen."
He tilted his head, a playful glint in his eyes. "Now that's the kind of innovation I like to see. Who needs background music at a negotiation? Just cue in Y/N legal masterpiece."
You couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the idea. "I'll be sure to add it to the list of services I provide, Harvey. Background music, legal counsel, and a dash of flair."
Harvey straightened up, his signature confidence in full force. "Flair is your middle name, isn't it? The 'Legal Maestro with a Touch of Flair.' Has a nice ring to it."
You rolled your eyes, feigning exasperation. "I'll have to update my business cards. But let's be honest, Harvey, you appreciate the flair. It's what sets my paperwork apart from the rest."
Harvey smirked, leaning in. "You're not wrong. But don't let it get to your head. I can't have you drafting contracts with a crown on, declaring yourself the Queen of Legal Documents." He turned to leave right after and you could have sworn you were asleep and that any moment now you would wake up from this dream.
You yelled out, “Don't worry, Harvey. I'll keep the royal proclamations to a minimum. Wouldn't want to overshadow your crown as the King of Closing Deals." And you could have sworn he let out a hearty laugh from down the hall.
“Y/N, nice of you to join us”, Harvey said. Jessica and Mike were already in the room as the other associates were already screaming. They had been given their assignments and were off to work.
“What can I do”, you spoke above a whisper, feeling small as the eyes were all on you. Jessica knew your history, she knew you struggled to be the shark of a lawyer you could be. But she hired you anyway, your interview with her wasn't the best. But she saw something in you, something that reminded her of herself when she was starting off. She was gonna build and mold you to a shark. But for now she let you be. A shark wasn’t born overnight.
“ I need one of your flawless contracts for Amir. I need no loopholes. Nothing he can use against us”, Harvey spoke in a harsher tone then he meant.
All you could do was nod your head and swiftly leave the room to do the research needed.  Leaving Mike, Harvey and Jessica to chatter. As you walked down the corridor you saw Louis making his way to Harvey’s office with Rachel in tow. All hands on deck indeed, you thought to yourself.
The first night working on that draft through the dim glow of the late-night office lights illuminated your determined face. The rhythmic tapping of the keyboard was accompanied by the occasional crunch of Hot Cheetos.
Proud of  your work, you compiled the neatly typed pages and confidently walked over to Harvey Specter's desk. As  you  placed the document in the designated spot, you felt relief wash over you. It’s currently 2:00 am, no one is here but you but you really wanted to prove your worth.
With only 5 hours asleep, the next day, you walked into the office, a little pep in your step. You made yourself some crappy coffee. And were about to head into the bullpen.
Harvey, engrossed in his own work the minute he stepped into the office, took a moment to glance at the papers. His stern expression, usually unreadable, twisted into a scowl as he noticed a small Hot Cheeto stain near the corner of the document. And called you down to his office. Your pep was gone once you heard his tone of voice as he called your name. Turning on your heel you headed towards his office. Donna was expecting you and let you by. One foot through the door is as far as you got before Harvey had something to say.
"Do you see this?" Harvey's voice was sharp pointing at the small stain.
Panicking slightly, you stammered, "I'm sorry, Harvey. I must have missed that." It was an easy fix, just print another copy, you thought to yourself making a mental note.
Harvey's gaze shifted from the stain to the content of the contract. He began circling errors with a red pen, his frustration apparent. "And these mistakes? This is what you place on my desk and yet it isn't up to my expectations”.
As he pointed out the errors, your pride in their work crumbled. The Hot Cheeto stain seemed to just make Harvey go on a power trip.. Each correction felt like a blow,"I expect better from you," Harvey remarked, his tone cold and unforgiving.
You nodded, unable to muster a response. Maybe the growing friendship you thought of was truly in your head.  As Harvey returned to his own work,  you retreated to their desk, determined to rectify the mistakes.
You admit your first draft wasn't the best. And you shouldn't have eaten near the paperwork. You were currently starving as you finished up the last paragraph. It’s been 6 hours since Harvey scolded you but  this draft was perfect. And after you turned it in you were going to treat yourself  to a nice dinner. Probably the Mexican place down the road. You were zoned in for the past 6 hours. This was the only case you were working on and it needs all your attention. But your attention was quickly zoned into the associate that was stumbling through the door.
Mike comes waltzing in, barely having any balance.  You and Mike haven't really talked much. But he didn't look well.
“ Hey, Mike. You okay?" you asked, concerned in your voice.
Mike attempted a nonchalant smile, but the wavering balance gave away his inebriated state. "Yeah, just...you know, a little tired."
Observing Mike closely, you couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to the story. "Are you sure about that?"
Mike hesitated before confessing, "Okay, fine. Maybe a bit more than tired. Harvey and I went to meet someone about the Amir Jackson case, and things got a bit...out of hand with the drinks"
Your  concern shifted to a mix of annoyance and frustration. While you had been tirelessly working on the second version of the contract, Harvey and Mike were out getting drunk. "Seriously, Mike? We have a case to win, and you two are out here partying?"
Mike scratched his head, a sheepish grin on his face. "We thought it was a good idea at the time. Maybe it was a bit impulsive."
Determined to express their frustration,  you headed towards Harvey's office, the door slightly opened,. Knocking lightly, you  entered and handed Harvey the second draft of the contract. The faster you gave it to him the faster you could leave.
"Here's the updated version, Harvey," you said, trying to mask your  annoyance. After all, he is still the boss.
You sped walked out of there and back to your cubicle. Mike was there still, with his head on his desk.
“Go ask Donna for some pain killers, you still have a long night ahead of you”, you told him.
Mike just nodded and stumbled as he stood up to go to Donna. You were packing your bags, ready to call it an early night. When your computer dinged.  You sat down to respond to an email quickly when you felt the tension of the bullpen change drastically.
“What is this, Y/N ?" Harvey's tone was sharp, his blue eyes piercing into mine.
You frowned, confused by the unexpected hostility. "It's the contract you asked for, Harvey. I double-checked everything, and it's all in order."
He scoffed, he took out a red marker from his pocket and started circling stuff with his red marker again, "This is subpar, even for an associate. I don't have time for amateur hour."
You  felt a knot tighten in your stomach, a mix of frustration and disbelief. "Harvey, I don't understand. I followed the protocol, and the contract is flawless. What's the issue?"
He leaned in, his voice dropping to a low, cutting tone. "Flawless? If this is your definition of flawless, we're in trouble. I need precision, not this half-baked attempt at legal work."
The comments were like a punch to the gut. Harvey's relentless standards were known, but this seemed different. You couldn't fathom what had triggered such a harsh reaction. Was he too tipsy?  Doubt crept into your  mind, questioning your abilities despite knowing that the document was, by all standards, impeccable.
As you scrambled to gather my thoughts, Harvey continued. "If you can't handle the basics, I don't know why I bother keeping you around. Maybe it's time for a reality check, Y/N."
His words hung in the air, a heavy weight on my shoulders. The bullpen fell silent, and your colleagues exchanged uneasy glances. You knew how people judged women for being emotional in the workplace but you could not help the tears welling in your eyes.
Harvey turned on his heel and walked away without a second glance, leaving you with a sinking feeling of inadequacy. You stared at the perfectly crafted document, now dismissed and devalued by Harvey's cutting words. It was a moment of doubt, a crack in the confidence you had built in your work. Goodbye nice dinner, you thought to yourself as we sat at your cubicle, back to square one.
It's been about a week since Harvey yelled at you. You couldn't sleep, you couldn't eat. Doubt was eating you. You were always proud of your writing skills, that was what you were known for. This is what got you hired at Pearson Hardman. What if you weren't good enough for this job anymore? Did you speak? Your mind was racing and you were lucky enough to talk yourself down. You were currently working on your fifth version of this contract. Every draft before that had him taking out his red marker. A part of you could have sworn he was just circling things at random, but who are you to question the great Harvey Specter. It was 2:00 pm and you thought maybe you deserve a snack so you headed to the breakroom. Who do you happen to run into Mike Ross? He had no faults but just happened to be the unwitting recipient of your  frustration.
You stormed up to Mike barely containing the anger that had been building for weeks. "Mike, we need to talk," I blurted out, not bothering to hide the frustration in my voice.
Mike looked up from his sandwich, surprised by the intensity of my tone. "Sure, Y/N, what's going on?"
You took a deep breath, struggling to find the right words. "It's just... Do you ever feel like you're stuck in someone's shadow? Like no matter how hard you work, you're always one step behind?"
Mike furrowed his brow, sensing the gravity of my emotions. "What happened? Is it Harvey?"
You nodded, my frustration bubbling over. "It's always Harvey. He treats you like a partner, his drinking buddy, his go-to guy for everything. Meanwhile, I'm drowning in his shadow, drowning in rewrites and unreasonable expectations."
Mike leaned back, a sympathetic expression on his face. "I get it. Harvey has his moments. But you're great at what you do. Maybe he just doesn't see it."
"That's the problem, Mike. He doesn't see it. I'm just the person who writes and rewrites, constantly trying to meet his impossible standards. Did you know I can't even eat at my desk because once there was a Hot Cheeto stain on one of the drafts, and he lost it?"
Mike's eyes widened, realizing the extent of my frustration. "That's harsh, Y/N. Look, I know I have a different dynamic with Harvey, but it doesn't mean he values you any less. Maybe you should talk to him about how you're feeling."
"It's not that easy, Mike. I'm tired of being the one in the background. I can't handle the pressure anymore." you confessed, your voice laced with a mix of anger and vulnerability.
Mike sighed, understanding the weight of your words. "I can't fix everything, but I can listen. And I am truly sorry"
“NO, NO, no  I am sorry Mike, I am not mad at you or at Harvey. I guess I am mad at myself. I am just going back to work on my fifth version of this document”, you said as you felt the hunger take over. But you pushed through. You had to push through.
As you walked out of the break room,  Mike became an unexpected ally. He went to his binder Harvey put together and looked for the fourth version of the contract knowing Harvey had put it all in the file to look over. The document was perfect, no one could have done it better.
Mike took in your look when you came bargaining in here. You looked awful. And what it was barely a week working on the case. Mike had heard about Harvey yelling in the bullpen but it had caused you so much disarray that Mike knew Harvey took it too far. He knew you and he didn't talk as much but Rachel adored you and he had to do the right thing and get Harvey to apologize.
Donna saw Mike striding towards Harvey’s office and knew what was coming. Donna knew Harvey was wound tight. That this case was getting the best of him and taking it out on the lovely Y/N but lord forbid she say anything. The last time she tried she nearly got her head chewed off too and Harvey right now needs to know he isn't alone in this case.
"Harvey, you're being too hard on Y/N. The contract she wrote was perfect, and every draft since then has only improved upon perfection. You can't keep circling random stuff just to make her rewrite it," Mike asserted, his tone firm as he entered Harvey’s office. The fourth version of your contract in his hand.
Harvey shot him a sharp glance. "I demand the best, and if she can't deliver, then maybe she's not cut out for this."
Mike shook his head. "It's not about delivering, Harvey. It's about you being stressed out over the case and taking it out on her. She's doing her best, and you need to acknowledge that."
Before Harvey could respond, Donna chimed in. "Mike's right, Harvey. I've seen the way you've been treating Y/N, and it's not fair. You've always had a soft spot for her, even if you won't admit it.”
Harvey raised an eyebrow. "A soft spot? Donna, you're reading too much into it."
Donna crossed her arms, "Harvey. I am Donna and I know everything. I also see everything. Harvey. Remember the time she was sick, and you made sure she had everything she needed? Or how you personally chose her for the team during the Jackson case? You compliment her skills and skip past everyone else you named for your team. You've got a soft spot for her, whether you admit it or not”
Mike nodded in agreement. "You can't deny it, Harvey. There's something about her that you can't ignore. Maybe it's time to acknowledge it and cut her some slack."
Harvey sighed, he didn't appreciate Mike and Donna ganging up on him but the fact that they were meant they maybe had a point, "Fine. Maybe I've been too hard on her. But she needs to know that mediocrity isn't acceptable."
Donna shook her head. "Harvey, there's a difference between pushing for excellence and being unnecessarily harsh. You owe Y/N an apology."
Reluctantly, Harvey nodded. "Alright. I'll talk to her. But this doesn't mean I'm going soft."
Donna smirked. "We wouldn't want that, Harvey."
Harvey made his way to find you. While Donna and Mike exchanged a knowing look. He made his way down to Rachels office, knowing that's where he will find you at these hours. He was taking the elevator and he thought about the last time both of you were in the elevator. It was the day the Amir Jackson case got handed for the first time. Harvey was on his way to meet with Amir for the first time in a long time to talk over the case, get under his skin.
The elevator doors closed, enclosing Harvey Specter and Y/N in a small, confined space. The tension from the  Jackson case was already weighing heavily on Harvey, evident by the way he impatiently tugged at his perfectly knotted tie.
"Harvey, relax. You're going to strangle yourself with that tie if you keep pulling on it," you quipped. You realized the stress coming off him and the words just flew out of your mouth before you could think.
Harvey shot them a sidelong glance, his usual stoicism momentarily replaced by a flicker of amusement. "Maybe I'd be better off without it."
A small, unexpected laugh escaped Harvey's lips, surprising both him and Y/N. It was a rare sight to witness Harvey Specter, the embodiment of seriousness, letting his guard down even for a moment. Specifically with you.
" This isn't your first time easing the tension, I see the way you calm Rachel down when she gets in over her head. You always find a way to lighten the mood. What's your secret?" Harvey teased, a hint of a smile playing on his lips.
You shrugged, a smile forming as you too let down your guard "Maybe it's just my superpower. The ability to make even the mighty Rachel and even the mysterious Harvey Specter crack a smile."
Harvey's expression shifted back to his usual cool exterior, but a subtle warmth lingered in his eyes. "Careful, now you might start thinking you're irreplaceable."
As the elevator continued its ascent, the banter between you quieted down and Harvey and you started to go back to normal. Back to the quietness and coldness.
But before the elevator opened to the floor, Harvey sneaked in, “Well, don't let it get to your head. You're not the comedian Pearson Specter, just the document wizard.", his smile lingered a little before the face of the closer returned to its hard exterior.
If you were there longer than Rachel or she was busy running around the office she allowed you to work in her small office room. It was currently 4:00 pm but Louis had yelled at all the associates and dismissed them for the day for being useless. Only those working on the Amir case were still here, plus Donna and Rachel. Rachel was off trying to get the emails of old associates of Amir. You thought that Mike probably went off with her after your little breakdown to him. You knew Harvey was in the office and that you were typing on your keyboard like there was no tomorrow. You  meticulously worked on the revised legal document, determined to prove to Harvey Specter that you could meet his standards and trying to prove yourself that you could melt your own standards. The door swung open abruptly, and you hooked up to see Harvey's stern expression.
"Y/N, we need to talk," he said, his voice surprisingly gentle, yet you couldn't shake the feeling that another reprimand was imminent.
Your pulse quickened, and your breath caught in your throat. The anxiety that had been simmering since Harvey's earlier criticism surged to the surface. You felt a tightness in my chest, your hands trembling as you tried to compose myself.
Harvey noticed your distress, as his expression softened, and he took a step closer. "Hey, relax. I just wanted to talk about earlier. I think I may have been too harsh."
The words barely registered as your panic escalated. Your mind raced, and suddenly, you found it difficult to breathe. The walls of the office seemed to close in on you. Before you could respond, the edges of your vision blurred, and a wave of dizziness overcame you as you sat at the desk, gripping on to the edge for support.
Harvey's concern deepened as he watched you struggle. "Hey hey hey, whoa, take it easy. You are okay, everything is okay”
But you couldn't catch your breath, and panic tightened its grip. Your hands shook uncontrollably, and you gasped for air. In the midst of the chaos, Harvey acted swiftly. He made his way around the desk kneeling down to be at eye level with you.
"Deep breaths, Y/N. In and out," Harvey instructed, his voice a soothing anchor in the storm of panic.
As you continued to struggle, Harvey, without hesitation, he took your  hand and placed it over his heart. "Feel my heartbeat? Match your breaths to it. In, and out”
His heartbeat served as a rhythmic guide, and slowly, your breaths synchronized with its steady cadence. The panic began to subside, replaced by a sense of calm that washed over you.  As the storm within you  quieted, exhaustion set in, and the world around you blurred into darkness.
Harvey caught you as you passed out. Guilt swept over him because he knew he was the cause of this. He can’t remember the last time he saw you smile, the last time you ate, the last time you lit up a room. You were giving your all in this case and by doing so you were giving away parts of yourself too. He moved you onto Rachels couch so you could lay down properly. He knew you passed out because of panic and the lack of eating, he noticed these things about you. He noticed a lot about you actually, damn it Donna, he thought.
 He took his pocket square and wet it with your water bottle. He adjusted himself to the couch, moving so that your head was on his lap as he placed the cool rag on your forehead.
The aftermath of the panic attack had left both of you in a vulnerable state. Yet Harvey couldn't deny the flutter in his chest as he gazed down at you. Was it concern for your well-being, or was it the proximity that had him on edge? He shook off the thought, focusing on steadying his own heartbeat.
In the midst of the stillness, the door creaked open, and right on cue Mike Ross cautiously entered. He took in the scene, the concern etched across his face.
"What happened?" Mike asked, his eyes shifting between Harvey and your unconscious state, ready to fight Harvey if he did you any physical harm.
Harvey, in his usual commanding tone, snapped, "Go to the Mexican restaurant two blocks down and get two number 5's."
Mike, taken aback, stammered, "But—"
"Just do it," Harvey insisted, his gaze never leaving you.
Mike quickly exited, leaving Harvey alone with his unconscious colleague. He had so many questions but Harvey’s tone told him everything he needed to know.  Minutes later, the door swung open again, revealing Mike with bags of Mexican takeout in hand.
"Here," Mike said, handing the bags to Harvey. "I'll take off early for the night. Rachel and I were thinking about grabbing dinner. You got this, right?" A little weary to leave you, feeling like he should tell Rachel, Donna or even Jessica. But the look in Harvey’s eye told him he had nothing to worry about.
Harvey nodded, a silent acknowledgment of Mike's understanding. As Mike left, Harvey couldn't help but feel a mix of gratitude and guilt. He knew you hadn't been eating well, and by the looks of your under eye bags you also hadn't been sleeping and the panic attack had been triggered by the stress of the Jackson case, a burden he bore on both their shoulders.
As you began to stir, Harvey glanced down at the bags of Mexican food. The aroma filled the room, and he hoped the gesture would, in some small way, make up for the turmoil he inadvertently caused.
"You're awake," Harvey remarked as you slowly opened their eyes.
You ignored everything around you as you slowly sat up with the help of Harvey. A blush rushing on your face realizing how close you were to Harvey. But all that faded when you saw the food, "How did you know this is my favorite?"
“That’s the first thing you ask?’Harvey raised an eyebrow.
Your body slowly turned to face him.The headache and body sores had you wincing in pain. Harvey’s eyes held much guilt and sadness in them even as he tried to suppress them and act strong in front of you. This was about you and not about what he was feeling.
“I am a simple girl. I get easily distracted by food”, you let out a small laugh even though you are exhausted, “Now answer my question”
Harvey hesitated, the words lingering on the tip of his tongue, he wanted to say that it's because he knew you. But Instead of admitting the depth of his knowledge about you, he chose a simpler response. "Who doesn't love Mexican food?"
You hummed as he moved the desk closer to you so you wouldn't have to get up from the couch. The food was spread out and he took a seat next to you. A silence took over the room as you both began to eat. The atmosphere was heavy with unspoken tension, the events of the panic attack still lingering in the air.
Harvey cleared his throat, breaking the uneasy silence. "Look, Y/N, I wanted to apologize for the unnecessary pressure I put on you. It was out of line, and I shouldn't have let it escalate to the point of causing a panic attack."
You glanced up from your plate, a mixture of exhaustion and forgiveness in your eyes. "Harvey, it's not entirely your fault. The case is stressful, and I should have handled it better."
Harvey's expression softened at your words. "That doesn't excuse my behavior. I should have been more considerate. I don't want you to feel like you have to carry the weight of the case alone."
You sighed, pushing the food around on their plate. "Harvey, I forgive you, but on one condition."
Harvey raised an eyebrow, silently urging you to continue.
" I can't keep being treated like an outsider, I know I only got hired because of my writing skills but I want to do more, be more. I want to be more than just the person who drafts contracts. I know I can be a kick ass lawyer if given the chance."
Harvey took a moment to absorb your words. The realization of the impact of his actions sank in, and he nodded. "You're right”
“Did those words really just come out of your mouth”, your eye grew wide as a smile danced on your lips’’
“Just, can you just shush for a moment”, he said as he placed his  fork down.
“ Jessca told me when you were hired that you were born to be a shark. I guess I got so caught up in your skills that I haven't really even given you the chance to dominate the courtroom.  I shouldn't have overlooked that."
You saw something in his eyes you had never seen before. Was it hope?
You both continued to eat in subdued silence, the tension in the room shifted. The unspoken feelings between both of you simmered beneath the surface. This was forever changing the dynamic of your professional relationship.
So where do you all go after this? The case of Amir Jackson isn't over, there is much more left for you both to do. This isn't the end. This is only the beginning, leaving both Harvey and you to navigate whatever comes next.

F@cking the boss - Harvey x Reader Part 2/2
Tumblr media
Summary: after weeks of being sexual with Harvey he catches you trying to get with a guy after he flirts with thousands of females, Harvey immediately reminds y/n who she belongs to.
Warning: S M U T.
It had been three amazing weeks of being with Harvey Specter, the bizarre surprises, the midnight sex, the office sex, everything about it was amazing, but something was bothering you. Harvey never called you his girlfriend, never said it was exclusive, so you went out to the club with Lisa, someone you met on the firm, you ended up getting a little too drunk and had what you thought was an amazing idea at the time. You called Harvey's driver to bring you home, you attempted to bring a guy home with you but the driver refused, so you drunkingly apologized and flopped in the seat.
You woke up on your couch, your head was pounding, you had no idea how you got inside from the driver's car and you still felt tipsy and why was all of the lights off except for one? and why were there legs hanging off the chair in the corner? Sitting up straight you tried to blink the drowsiness and alcohol away as you stared at the person in the corner "Harvey?" You questioned as you noticed his bag and suit jacket laying on the counter. "My driver called." He huffed "How did I get inside?" You asked groaning as he flipped on the living room light "I was the one who picked you up." He stated "You were too drunk to realize and so was Lisa. I'm disappointed in you both. and you trying to take home a gas station clerk? really?" He asked, you felt like every defendant you heard him question on the stand in his trials. "I..You!..In my defense Harvey you've never stated what we were! You always flirt with girls so I thought it was a casual boss and receptionist deal" You huffed crossing your arms "Cut the bullshit Y/n" He said sharply standing up, you looked up at him raising your eyebrows "You have commitment problems, Harvey" You challenged, it was dangerous when you two argued, it either ended up in Jessica being mediator to make you two get along or it ended in rough make-up sex where Harvey refuses to say he's wrong, you both were hard headed and stubborn and both fought to get whatever you wanted.
"Stand up" He ordered, you stood your ground, not giving in "You kneel, Harvey" You ordered back, he glared, narrowing his eyes towards you, you were both glaring before finally Harvey took a large stride forward grabbing your top pulling you to your feet "You wanna be with me? Let's do it. You wanna ride my dick? Go right ahead princess. You wanna make this a real thing? let's do it" He said pulling you closer before resting his hands on your hips. You looked at him nodding before jumping up, wrapping your legs around his waist, his hands immediately coming up to rest on your ass. You leaned forward kissing his neck while he walked forward until he hit the closest wall like thing near you both, the large windows of your apartment that were only giving you privacy by the shitty curtains that didn't even reach the bottom of the curtains. As your back hit the wall you let your head fall back, you could feel his hot breath on your neck as he slowly moved one hand to your hair to tug lightly "Do you want this, Princess?" He whispered, you nodded whimpering and mentally crumbling because of the nickname. "Good. Because I've had a feeling I need to show you who's mine" He grunted as he pulled your hair more causing you to look fully up, You gasped as all of a sudden you felt him press himself against you while kissing your neck and squeezing and twisting your nipple. As fast as it started though, it was just as fast stopping, Harvey watched as you basically held onto his shoulders to keep yourself from sinking to your knees in desperation. "See? See how fast I can take this all away?" He grunted before holding your hips pulling you towards your room pushing you onto the bed, slowly pulling off your dress and coat, you smirk at him thinking he's going to continue whining and groaning as you saw him start to put on your sleep shorts and tanktop, only now do you take in his bed head, his nightpants and t-shirt that was lazily thrown on, and the time, three-twenty-six AM. Harvey woke up and came and got you? Then stayed? All when he has a deposition tomorrow morning at nine AM, Maybe he did love you.
You woke up again at Six that morning to Harvey climbing out of bed. "Harv?.." You whispered watching as he tiredly turned around to look at you, resting a hand on your cheek "hmm?" he hummed softly in curiosity "I love you" you whispered "I love you too" He whispered tiredly kissing your forehead before going to take a shower. You took the to plan.
The office was closed, everybody but a couple people left a bit ago and you took your opportunity to hide under Harvey’s desk, waiting for him. It only took a couple of minutes before you saw him take a seat and scoot forward, you slowly started undoing his belt. “Y/n. What’re you doing? You’re not suppose to be here I gave you the day off” he questioned holding a hand over one of yours, stroking his thumb over the top of your hand “came to thank you for taking care of me..for waking up and doing all of that for me..and for loving me” You whispered looking up at him as he scooted back to see you.
“Oh really?” He asked “who says I love you?” He questioned teasingly “shut up, jerk, you said so this morning” you grumbled smacking his hand playfully “I’m kidding, I love you” he smiled leaning down to peck your lips “go ahead my princess, but don’t get caught”
You smirked as he scooted his chair forward again helping you undo his slacks and belt, you smiled leaning in to give a playful bite to his thigh, he grabbed your hair tugging a bit “gentle” he demanded taking his suit jacket and vest off, leaving him in his shirt, tie, and slacks, his dick being pulled out between his boxers and slacks. You took your time, taking in the sight before licking your hand a couple of times, wrapping it around his dick and starting to motion your hand up and down. You changed your pace, from fast to slower, you were listening to Harvey’s breathing, how it’d pick up and relax. “Get to work, slut.” He grunted growing frustrated with your half-ass teasing, you smiled peeking up at him through the small crack between the desk and his torso, he had a rough glare directed towards you. He raised his eyebrows as you gave him a swift nod, allowing him to grab your hair and lower your head to where you were taking his dick in your mouth. You immediately took over swallowing around him as you moved your head up and down, he kept a hold on your hair trying to focus on keeping a straight face as the late night workers passed by.
You could feel yourself getting wet in your thong but you didn’t really care at the moment, you slowly brought your tongue up the shaft and around his tip before Harvey pushed your head down farther making you take his dick down your throat. You whimpered a bit as you swallowed around him hearing the door open and close “hey Harvey, I’ve got those Briefing done for you a day early I’ve also gotta talk to you about a case” Mike said standing in the middle of the office “thank you mike. Leave it on my desk and we can talk tomorrow” Harvey demanded dismissing him “but I really think these need to be handled tonight” he protested “Ross! Go home! Get rest!” Harvey snapped watching the kid rush out towards his office then the elevators.
Harvey tugged your hair pulling you off before scooting back pulling you up to sit on his lap, you could feel his erection between your legs, and just by the look he was giving you, you knew you were about to have to be carried home. “Take em off.” He whispered in your eye watching you push your thong off out from under your skirt, he helped you position yourself over his dick and lap before you slowly lowered yourself feeling his dick enter you and stretch you out to his size and liking. “I had to wake up at one in the fucking morning” he grunted as he thrusted up against your hips, you immediately jerked forward feeling his tip hit your cervix as you dug your nails into his back “come pick up your drunk ass. Had to run off a guy you were trying to let fuck you.” He growled thrusting his hips more often forcing you to bite his shoulder to stay quiet. “Then deal with having to see you in the hottest fucking lingerie I’ve ever seen on your amazing body, and yet the only thing I could think of- god Damnit it” he huffed before lifting you up with ease carrying you to his couch before laying you down pushing his dick back inside of your pussy. You whimpered wrapping your legs around his waist “-was you wearing it for some other guy. Whenever you belong to me. You’re my fucking slut. Only mine” he grunted starting to fuck you a lot harder, wrapping his hand around your throat squeezing lightly. You whined tightening your legs around him as he took his tie off shoving it into your mouth to keep quiet “now be quiet while daddy fucks your brains out and reminds you that you’re mine.” He whispered to you before using his other hand to start rubbing your clit, your back arched immediately as you turned your head to the side, between his finger work and fucking you it was too much. He was too much. He was too good. “Fuck princess. Good girl, you’re such a good slut for me” he huffed in your ear as he sped up his thrusts. You whimpered attempting to close your legs whenever you heard the elevator ding, meaning someone was just a couple feet from Harvey’s office, he smirked, and you could swear you saw a devious glint in his eye. He pressed his hips further into you making your back arch and you gasp. He slowed his pace making you try and push your hips back to feel him fill you up again but he stayed before grabbing your hips pulling you up making you sit on his lap to ride him. “Ride my cock, slut.” He demanded “you want me to know you’re sorry for trying to fuck someone else? Ride me until I say we’re done.” He demanded watching you bite your lip and nod “such a desperate slut” Harvey growled using his thumb to slowly go over your clit as you slowly rolled your hips making both you and Harvey moan. You immediately started to bounce your hips after that, loving the feeling of him holding your hips and directing your moves as you rode his cock. “F-fuck Harvey” you tried to groan through his tie, he ripped it out of your mouth as you pulled his torso closer, never failing the motion of your hips as he started kissing your neck and exposed cleavage. “My desperate Slut. Nobody can fuck you like this and I’m gonna make sure you know.” He grunted in your ear, you whined tightening around him making him halt his movements as he started to cum inside of you making you whine and moan moving your hips, Harvey quick to keep your hips still as he finished “Pleaaaase daddy” you whined as he slowly pulled out crawling down between your legs.
Harvey gave your Clit a solid lick making your hips jolt and your hands get entangled in his hair. You moaned and thrived around as he started to show no mercy against you or your pussy. By the fifth time you came your legs were shaking like crazy and you had tears going down your cheeks from pleasure. You watched as he slowly leaned up wiping his mouth with his thumb before popping it in his mouth sucking any flavor left off of his thumb. You whimpered watching him before he slowly pulled your thong back on your body, he fixed himself back into his slacks before lifting you up ready to help you out to the car “that’s just go one, princess..we’re going again when we get home” he whispered in your ear making you squeeze your legs together in anticipation and whine holding his hair tightly in your hands.

Pairing: Harvey Specter x Female Reader
Tumblr media
If anyone is more important to Mike Ross than Rachel Zane, right now breathing on the face of the earth, it will be his sister. His baby sister. After the death of their parents, Mike always vowed to protect his sister. That was why Mike took it without hesitation when he got the chance to do an (almost) honest job with the firm. Mike admitted that maybe he got way too protective over her sister. She's 5 years younger than her, certainly an adult now. But in his eyes, she'll always be the little girl with teary eyes asking for their dead parents.
Unlike Mike, his sister wasn't gifted with a super brain. But she was gifted with super hands. She never took any culinary schools or any baking courses but she could bake anything and would taste heavenly. 6 months after his time at the firm, Mike could finally afford to help his sister build her own bakery. Conveniently, only around 15 minutes from the firm. Give or take.
When Jessica found out about Mike, his sister was the first person he confided in. They were pretty much sure that Mike would just be a cashier at her bakery. But when Jessica let it slide, his sister met with Jessica. Dressed as best as she could, she came to the office, asking for a Jessica Pearson. She wasn't there empty-handed, she brought with her a dozen eclairs and quiche. She didn't know whether Jessica was a sweet or a savory person, so she brought one for each possibility. Jessica wasn't necessarily happy when she saw her come into her office. But Jessica has seen tons of people, and she knew when one is genuine. So Jessica thanked her and upon tasting her baked goods, Jessica had an idea for her to take several of her products from her bakery every morning to the firm. Boy, was everyone happy when they saw fresh baked goods in the lounge.
That day was also the first time Harvey Specter laid eyes on Mike Ross' sister.
It was just like any other morning, Mike was sitting in his office when her sister came and threw a pebble to his head. "Bullseye!" she giggled and entered his office. Mike rubbed his forehead. "If I bleed, I'll sue you for violence." Mike leaned back in his chair as he observed his sister. "And I'll scream in the lobby that you're a..." she paused then took a deep breath, "FRAAAAUD!!!" Mike stood so fast from his chair about to catch his sister but she ran away and laughed.
She finally finished dropping everything in both lounges. But she made it a ritual to always drop some extras for everyone who know the truth about Mike. She dropped some in Jessica's office, Louis' office, now off to Donna, then Harvey's.
"Donna, you looked exceptionally gorgeous today. Is that a new dress?" she leaned over as she placed a small jar of pistachio cookies on her desk. Donna smirked and nodded towards Harvey's office, "he won't have any meeting for another hour. And Mike shouldn't be around too." She leaned even more forward to give Donna a kiss on the cheek. Donna also leaned forward to meet her halfway and let her kiss her cheek. She smiled and marched inside. "Sunshine," Harvey greeted her with a wide grin. He stood up from his chair and kissed her lips. "Hello, Mr. Handsome," she looked up at him as she admired his clean-shaven face. She turned her back and walked to take another small basket she brought with her. "Everyone got pistachio cookies today, but I made you bagels." Harvey's eyes got as big as the moon. "Aren't you the best. Now, I don't have to spend any lunch money."
Mike walked briskly towards Harvey's office with a stack of files. His findings were brilliant, he thought to himself. As he got closer to Harvey's office, he heard a muffled laugh. Not just any muffled laugh, his sister's muffled laugh. He glanced at Donna's desk and found it empty. So he invited himself in.
"Well, aren't you two cozy," Mike asked in a thick sarcastic tone. Harvey who was trying to take one of his signed basketballs back for Mike's sister stopped laughing and turned to see the intruder in his office. She also looked at where Harvey looking at. "Mike, catch!" she threw one of Harvey's PRECIOUS signed basketballs toward Mike. Mike dropped every file in his hands to catch the basketballs. Harvey smirked, while his sister almost exploded from laughing. What was on Mike's mind wasn't the now important files on the floor, which created a mess. But the fact that Harvey didn't even get mad when she touched one of his precious basketballs. Not only did she touch it, she threw it. Mike looked bewildered between the two important people in front of him right now. Ball still firmly in hands, he looked around. He saw no little jar filled with cookies. He found a little basket instead, filled with bagels and various spreads. Home-made spreads. Mike calmed himself as he walked and put the ball on its throne. "Bagels for Harvey? You know he likes bagels?" Mike pointedly looked at his sister, arms folded. "Who doesn't know what Harvey likes?" she tried to laugh it off. "Nice spending times with you guys, but not only you guys who have an empire to run, but so do I. Ciao!" She was about to go when Mike called out for her. "Sit," Mike ordered her. All these years being his sister, it was the first time she ever heard him using that tone on her. She obeyed. He observed the two of them. Harvey looked calm, much in contrast to his sister who looked like she was about to get busted for bringing a ton of cocaine. "You two are together?" Mike questioned. No one answered. "You two are together!" Mike gasped. "I thought she always brought you different things from her bakery because she ran out and had to give you leftovers. She always gave you your favorites. And you didn't get pissed at her touching your basketballs! Because you like her!" She was confused about what to do. Mike looked like he was about to lunge at Harvey but looked very much bamboozled. "Look," Harvey said as he walked past Mike to sit beside her. "We've been together, for the past 4 months." Another gasp from Mike. Harvey took her hand in his, waited for Mike's reaction. "Of all girls you could have.. It has to be my sister.." Mike said slowly. He looked at you, asked for an explanation. "He made me so happy, Mike. Really happy." Mike softened at his sister's response. When Mike looked at Harvey, he caught Harvey smiling down at his sister. It looked, genuine. As if he... "I'm not happy that you two kept it from me for months but I'm happy you two are happy, but," Mike stood in front of her and offered her his hand. "I need to talk to you," Mike said all serious. She nodded and squeezed Harvey's hand before she stood up. "And I have to talk to you after this," Mike said as he pointed his finger at Harvey. Harvey nodded, stood up, and patted Mike on the shoulder, before walking back to his desk. "Come," Mike rushed her outside. But before she left Harvey's office, she looked back at him and smiled. Harvey winked at her and she giggled. "DON'T WINK AT MY SISTER HARVEY!" Mike said without even looking as he rushed you out even more.

It was 10:55 pm in New York where you had a cush apartment that had a beautiful view of the city. You were currently getting undressed and sliding on a short silky nightgown until you were interrupted by a knocking on your door. You padded over to your front door and cracked it open until you saw your boss, none other than Harvey Specter on your doorstep. He had a freshly forming bruise on his cheek and a busted lip, with a cut just above his eyebrow. You quickly let him inside of your apartment without either of you speaking. You helped him sit down on your couch as you retrieved a small first-aid kit from your bathroom.
“ What happened to you, ” I asked softly as I cleaned his cut and busted lip , making him wince.
“ It’s nothing. ”
You didn’t press the matter further as you finished cleaning him up followed by putting a small pink band aid on his cut, before getting him a bag of peas for his cheek. You both sat there quietly as you held the bag to his cheek.
“ You really only had pink bandages, ” he asked as he chuckled softly before taking the bag of peas from you and holding it against his cheek.
“ I like pink, ” I said as I smiled. “ So.. will you tell me what happened? ”
Harvey sighed before looking into your eyes, “ Louis and I got into a fight. ”
My eyes widened as he said he fought Louis, “ Over what?! ”
That’s when Harvey sighed and shook his head. He refused to tell you why even though you kept pestering him.
“ Can I ask why you came to me, ” I asked softly as I looked up at him.
“ I- I just knew you’d be here. ”
You looked at him skeptically but decided to believe him. You were so focused on his small injuries that you hadn’t been noticing his eyes trailing down your body.
“ I- should get going, it's late, ” Harvey stood up and set the bag of peas down on your table.
You walked him to the door and smiled at him as you both stood there. He stared down at you before turning away to leave, but you stopped him by grabbing the sleeve of his suit jacket. He turned back around to face you as you pulled him back into your apartment. You pulled him in by his tie as you smashed your lips onto his. His arms wrapped around your waist pulling you closer as he kicked the door shut with his foot. You kissed him harder as you pushed off his suit jacket, discarding it on the floor. He picked you as you wrapped your arms around his neck while stumbling back into your bedroom. He laid you down on the bed as his hands wandered under your nightgown as he kissed you harder. Your hands pulled off his tie and then quickly unbuttoned his shirt before he pulled your nightgown over your head.
“ Harvey- wait, ” I said softly as I put my hands on his chest pushing him back slightly. “ I don’t want this to be- to be a one time thing. ”
Harvey paused before he kissed you deeply again while yanking down your panties. He began to press open mouthed kisses down your body as he pulled open your thighs, he looked up at you before burying his face between your thighs. You moaned his name loudly as he lapped at your folds. He smirked as he felt you coming undone so quickly. Harvey slowly slid two of his fingers into you as he sucked on your clit. Your hips bucked up against his face as you neared your climax. Harvey pinned your hips down as he pulled away and licked his fingers clean as he stood up.
“ No- no please, I was so close, ” I whined as I tried to push him back down.
Harvey smirked as he cleaned off his face and fingers before pulling off his belt. He kissed you gently before securing your wrists to the headboard with his belt. You watched as he pulled off his pants and boxers before moving back on top of you. He cupped your cheeks as he kissed you deeply before parting your thighs and pressing the head of his cock against your entrance. He slowly pushed inside of you making you moan as he filled you completely. Your hands pulled against the restraints as you moaned his name loudly as he slammed into you. Harvey pulled one of your legs up onto his shoulder hitting deeper than you thought possible. He bit down on your neck covering you in marks as his hips slammed against yours.
“ Fuck- Harvey! ” I moaned his name loudly as my back arched and I came around his cock as he mercilessly slammed into me.
He finished soon after you cumming deep inside you as he kissed you deeply. He gently rolled off of you as he caught his breath. Once he had calmed down he unbuckled the belt from around your wrists and cleaned you both off. As he laid back down beside you he took your wrists in his hand and massaged them gently.
" I'm sorry about that, " Harvey said softly as he kissed your wrists that had a bright red mark around them from his belt.
He pulled the covers over both of you as he held you close to himself before he fell asleep.

Harvey Specter x Reader- Comforting Cuddles
For the lovely anon who requested this a few days ago!
I hope you all enjoy this! 💛
Warnings-Periods, period pain, pain medication
Today was one of those days where I just wanted to stay snuggled up in bed; with a hot water placed on my stomach and an infinite amount of chocolate by my side whilst I binged watched an entire tv show.
But that couldn’t happen.
I had a job to do.
And no matter how much pain I was in, no matter how much I just wanted to stay in bed, I couldn’t.
~~~~
“Good morning,” Harvey beamed, gently kissing on the top of her head as he placed a coffee on my desk along with my favourite bagel.
He knew what today was.
It was the first day of my period; and he knew that, he also knew that the first day of my cycle was always the worst.
“Morning,” a weak smile formed on my lips as I leaned into Harvey; letting the warmth of his body somewhat soothe me.
“You don’t have to be here,” he whispered; stroking my back soothingly, knowing how much pain I was in.
“I have to work, Harv,” I sighed, trying to ignore the dull ache in my lower belly. In all honesty, I was hoping work would somewhat take my mind off of the pain.
“Just take it easy,” I could see the worry in his eyes, so I just nodded my head, a silent promise that I would try.
But being a female lawyer meant working twice as hard and dealing with the sexist remarks clients made. Even now, in this day and age, powerful men didn’t like being told what to do by a woman.
So taking it easy, unfortunately was not in my repertoire for today, as much as I wanted it to be.
~~~~~
Pain meds had done practically nothing to ease the pain my ovaries were giving to me, all they were doing was making me tired.
And it was only midday, there was still so much more I needed to do today.
“Your schedule is now clear for the rest of the afternoon,” Donna stated as she entered my office.
“What?” I asked, completely and utterly bamboozled by what she had said.
I knew my schedule certainly wasn’t clear for the rest of the afternoon.
“I can see how much pain you’re in,” a sympathetic smile grew on her face, “go home, get some rest,”
“Donna, I appreciate it, but if Harvey-”
“He didn’t,” she interrupted me; and there was no hint of a lie in her voice or her eyes, nor did I think Donna would lie to me.
“Donna you are a lifesaver,” I breathed, feeling a wave of relief wash over me.
Tomorrow will be different, better. I just needed to get through today.
And that was certainly going to be a lot easier now that I could just go home, get changed into my pjs and go to bed.
~~~~~
As soon as I got home; I changed into the coziest pajamas I owned; made myself a hot water bottle and snuggled up in my bed.
I was just dozing off to sleep when I heard my front door open; quickly followed by my bedroom door.
I knew it was Harvey. He was the only person besides me who had a key to my flat.
“How you feeling sweetheart?” He asked; pulling his trousers up slightly at his thigh so that he could lean down by the side of the bed I was lying on.
He placed his hand on my cheek, his thumb began to rub small circles onto my cheek. I was exhausted and his touch was so gentle and soothing, I could’ve fallen asleep that very minute.
“Like shit,” I mumbled; leaning into his touch.
He leaned forward slightly, placing a delicate kiss on my lips before pulling away from me; the loss of his touch made my eyes snap open in confusion.
A small smirk tugged at Harvey’s lips, obviously finding humor in my confusion, as he shrugged off his suit jacket; undid his tie and his white buttoned shirt. He then quickly undid his belt and pulled his suit trousers down; before grabbing his joggers that were draped over a chair from this morning.
Before finally joining me in bed; where he made quick work of wrapping his arms around me, pulling me into his warm embrace.
“Don’t you have work?” I didn’t want him to leave; but I also didn’t want him getting in trouble with work or losing or angering big clients because of me.
“My only job for the rest of the day is looking after you,” he whispered; his lips placing a light kiss just under my ear.
“Harvey-”
“Shhh, sweetheart, just relax,” he soothed; placing  another kiss under my ear.
I could have argued with him; but I didn’t want to. I wanted him here.
So for once; I was going to listen to Harvey, and just relax, with him by my side.
Late Night Serenity
Tumblr media
[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: Harvey doesn’t particularly let out his feelings much, so when you get a call in the middle of the night, completely unannounced, it’s safe to say you’re there within a heartbeat.
WC: 1134
Category: Slight Angst, Comfort
I wrote this at 3am after watching an edit... yeah, not my brightest moment. But hey, this beauty came out of it :)
『••✎••』
“Harvey…?” You spoke into the phone, a little concerned as to why he called you at such a late hour. You were already in bed and about to fall asleep.
There was a short silence before he answered, almost as if he was waiting for the right words.
Finally, he replied, and you heard the slight hesitation in his voice, the uncertainty, and the exhaustion.
"Yeah?"
You were instantly on alert, but you made your voice calm and soft so he wouldn't hear your worry. "Is everything okay? Do you need me to come over?"
There was another pause, this one longer than the first. Your worry increased. You sat up, already pulling on a sweater, trying to get ready to go to Harvey's.
"No. No, it's alright. I just wanted to hear your voice. Sorry to wake you."
Your mind raced, trying to decipher Harvey's words and the hidden meaning behind them. His tone wasn't right; it was too quiet and too sad, nothing like the normal cocky, self-assured, sometimes slightly arrogant tone.
"You didn't wake me. Is something wrong, Harvey?"
You heard him sigh, then the sound of a door shutting and the muffled sounds of the city streets. He must have stepped out of his office, maybe gone outside.
"No. Everything is fine; It's okay. Go back to bed."
He didn't sound okay. In fact, he sounded a bit upset, though not like he was angry, more like he was frustrated.
You slipped on your shoes and coat, grabbed your keys and wallet, and quietly opened the door.
"Where are you? Home? I'll meet you there."
"What? No, no, that's not-"
"I'll be there in fifteen minutes. Wait for me, okay? Don't go anywhere."
You could almost hear him frown through the phone. "I can't ask you to do that. You don't have to.”
"Harvey," you interrupted him again. "I'm coming, alright? See you soon."
You hung up before he could protest more and drove as fast as you could to his apartment.
Once you arrived, you saw that Harvey was waiting for you outside. He looked exhausted and was staring up at the sky, his hands in his pockets. He was still in his work suit but had taken off his tie and jacket, leaving his top few buttons undone and his sleeves rolled up.
"Harvey?"
He jumped slightly and looked over at you. The moment he saw you, he relaxed and gave a half smile, but you could tell he was still worried.
“Hey, Bumblebee,” His nickname for you. You had told him how you hated bees when you were younger and had a fear of being stung, and ever since, he had called you Bumblebee, telling you that you were the cutest little bumblebee. It was definitely meant to be teasing, but somehow, the way he said it was never mean or rude, and you secretly loved it no matter how much you’d deny it.
“What was it? Mike?” You guessed, referring to Harvey's associate, whom he had taken under his wing a while back. Harvey shook his head.
"Jessica, actually."
You raised an eyebrow.
"She found out and wants me to fire him. But I can't, I just can't, not now."
"I’m sorry, Harv, but you knew it was a risk, right? She had to have found out eventually.”
"Yeah, I know, I just thought maybe... maybe I wouldn't have to, and we could figure something out. He’s got so much potential.”
Harvey looked down and sighed. He looked so tired, but you knew his mind was racing, always trying to find a way to fix things. He had been working with Mike for a while now, and even though he would never admit it, you knew Harvey cared about him and had grown attached to his presence.
And when Harvey gets attached, he hates to lose.
Your hands found his arms, and you squeezed gently, trying to reassure him. You had done this plenty of times in the past, and you knew it worked.
"Look at me," you told him, and he did. His dark brown eyes met yours, and you were almost startled by the amount of emotion in them. He was always good at hiding how he felt, but you could see through his mask, and you saw how upset he was.
"You’ll figure it out; you always do. And even if somehow you don't, it's not the end of the world. He could always… you know, actually, go to law school."
Harvey laughed quietly, and the sound warmed your heart. He was finally relaxing, slowly calming down.
"No, that's not an option," he replied.
"Right. I forgot how stubborn you both are."
You smiled, and Harvey smiled back. He had the most wonderful smile, the kind that always made you happy no matter what was happening.
"I'm glad you came," Harvey said, taking a step closer. His hands found your waist, and yours reached up to wrap around his neck. You could feel the warmth from his body through your clothes, and you leaned in, resting your head against his chest.
"Me too. Especially when you’re in a mellow mood," you teased. Harvey chuckled and rubbed your back. “That's rare."
"Hey," Harvey replied, feigning offense. "I'm not always a dick, you know."
"About eighty percent of the time," you grinned, looking up at him. Harvey's smile faded, and his eyes locked on yours, gazing at you with a certain intensity that made your breath catch.
You stared at each other for a few moments, neither one of you moving, until Harvey suddenly leaned down and pressed his lips against yours, his hand cupping your cheek and the other wrapped tightly around your waist, pulling you against him.
The kiss was slow and sweet but full of all the emotions that neither of you could say. There was no rush, no desperate passion or need, just the two of you together.
After a while, Harvey pulled away but kept his forehead pressed against yours, his breath warm against your skin.
He didn’t say anything, but you knew exactly what he was thinking. You had spent enough time with him to be able to read him perfectly.
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for caring.
Thank you for being mine.
You reached up and kissed his nose.
"Love you," you whispered.
"I know," Harvey replied. His lips turned up into a smirk, and you rolled your eyes, trying to act annoyed but not doing a very good job of it.
“You’re proving my point, Harv.”
Harvey shrugged. "But you love me anyway, right?"
"Unfortunately, yes. I really do."
“Good,” His lips brushed against yours, and his smile was still there, but his eyes were serious. “Glad to know we feel the same way.”
Bryan Kneef x Reader. Dirty talk square for my kink bingo card. CW: well, it’s lots of dirty talk, male and female masturbation, degradation language. Another little one-shot off my Fall From Grace Series. Timeline wise, it would be around ch. 9, but can be read as a standalone.
WC: 1678
--
Bryan was surprised to see the small brown box from Molly’s Cupcakes on his desk. He opened the box and was greeted with six chocolate cupcakes with sprinkles on them. Taped to the inner box was a card. He ran his finger through the chocolate frosting of one cupcake before sucking it off his finger. “Mmm.” He hummed as the rich frosting coated his tongue. He picked up the accompanying card and opened it.
 Happy Birthday to my ornery asshole (but you’re my asshole & don’t you forget it. Love you) -Y/N
Bryan let out a small chuckle before picking up his phone and dialing your number.
“Pearson Specter. Y/N speaking.” You balanced the phone between your ear and shoulder as you finished electronically filing your motion. “How did you know?” Bryan asked into the receiver. He sat reclined in his chair as he swung his legs up onto his desk. You paused and then sat up fully, making sure to hold the phone correctly. “Your birthday?” You questioned, furrowing your brows. You leaned over to grab a pen, to sign off on a package that arrived. You tossed the package to the side, not bothering to see who it was from. “I don’t think I ever told you.” Bryan replied. “I have my sources.” You chuckled. “Oh so you admit that you have Bryan Kneef Google alert.” You laughed. “Could you be more full of yourself?” “No, but you could be full of me. And you will be, this weekend.” You rolled your eyes, before letting out a deep sigh. You knew you were about to disappoint him. “Bry, bad news.” Bryan let out his own sigh. “You’re not going to make it out to Chicago then, are you?”
“I am working on a merger and it needs to be wrapped up or Harvey Specter is going to have my hide. I need to be here. I’m sorry.” You explained sorrowfully. “I get it.” “I’ll make it up to you.” You promised. “You can make it up to me... now.” Bryan murmured. Wild, lascivious thoughts ran through his mind. He stood up and walked over to his office door and shut it.
“I’m at work.” You warned, having an inkling as to what he was proposing. “That’s never stopped you before.” Bryan retorted. You bit your lip, feeling your internal resolve crumble. “Hold on. Let me switch to wireless.” You stood and closed the door to your office, making sure to lock it. You slipped the headphones on and made sure to close out of your current documents. “Back.” You replied. “Good.” Bryan breathed on the phone. “It’s such a shame I won’t be seeing you. The things we would do.” He hit a button on his phone unit, placing you on speaker phone. He felt his cock starting to stir. He rubbed himself from the outside of his pants. “Tell me.” You purred. Your heart began to race in anticipation.
“What are you wearing?” Bryan asked.
You bit your lip before answering. “Black v-neck. And that little black pencil skirt that you love so much.”
“The one you wore when I first bent you over and fucked you?” Bryan’s mind flashed to the first time in your office. Your underwear was in his pocket as he took you from behind, coming deep inside of you. “Mmmm-hmmm, that’s the one.” You purred. “God... send me a picture. I want to see.”
 “One second.”
You reached over for your cellphone and took two photos: one of down your blouse and for the other, you hiked up your skirt and spread your legs, showing off the thin strip of material that dared call itself underwear. You hit send and waited in eager anticipation for Bryan’s response. You heard him growl and you keened. “I’m already so wet.” You purred some more. Your cellphone vibrated with a new incoming message and when you opened it, it was an image of his hand fisted around his thick, hard cock. Bryan’s cock was thick, with a large vein down the shaft, and stuck straight. You could see a bead of cum already at the head and both your mouth and your cunt salivated. “Oh fuck!” You swore. “That’s what I’d be doing if you were here.” Bryan grunted as he stroked his cock. You lowered your hand down and pulled your panties to the side. You let out a soft moan as your fingers rubbed your swollen nub. “Are you touching yourself?” Bryan asked.
“Yes.” You breathed.
“Good girl.” Bryan replied. “Tell me what you think about when you play with yourself.”
“You fucking me. I think about you making me come with that mouth of yours. Using me like your personal fuck toy.” You continued to rub slow circles on your clit.
“I love making you come.” Bryan purred. “I love how your pussy grips my cock. It’s so fucking tight and wet.” Bryan grunted as he continued to stroke his cock. “If I was there, my face would be buried in between your legs and I wouldn’t stop until you came.”
“Oh yes.” You sighed, slipping a finger inside. “I want to make your whole face wet with my juices. Feel that beard against my skin.”
“Oh, so I shouldn’t shave?”
“Don’t you fucking dare.” You growled. You stroked yourself faster. Your tits strained against the confines of you bra. You could hear the sound of Bryan jerking off on the opposite side. “Tell me, how do I taste?”
“So fucking delicious and sweet. I could eat your pussy forever.”
“You have such a talented mouth.”
You stood and shoved your panties roughly down, and sat back down, propping one leg on the edge of your desk, giving you better access to your most intimate part, so you could play with yourself more.
“I am so fucking wet.” You used a hand to grab one of your breasts, squeezing as the other hand continued to stroke your clit.
“Imagine my tongue on your clit, teasing you. Then, I would slide a finger inside you.” Bryan breathed on the phone.
You moaned as slipped your finger back inside of your pussy. You imagined it was Bryan fucking you, hard and fast, not holding back. Your eyes rolled to the back of your head.
Bryan stroked himself rhythmically, squeezing at the base with every downstroke. “If you were here, this cock would be claiming that tight little pussy.”
“You have such a gorgeous cock. I love it so much.” You moaned. “I miss feeling you in me. You always feel so good inside me.”
 Bryan spit into his hand before resuming his movements, now stroking faster. He let out a moan, imagining it was your tight, wet cunt gripping his cock instead. “I think I’m going to cum just thinking about it. Fuck - I love hearing you moan like that.”
You couldn’t even respond. You were too focused on the pleasure building as you finger fucked yourself. Bryan released himself once more to cup his balls, massaging gently before resuming his stroking. “Fuck I’m so hard right now. My cock would be buried deep inside you, fucking you so damn hard. Can you picture it?”
“Oh yes! Pound my little pussy with your big cock. You moaned again, quickening your movements. “I need you to fuck me hard, make me come.”
“You are such a good little slut, aren’t you?” Bryan rasped. “Imagine this cock impaling that pussy, over and over. Filling you up with my load. It would drip out of you, making your thighs sticky.”
Eyes closed, Bryan pictured the curves of your body, the sweat dripping off your skin.
He imagined your hot, soaking pussy wrapped around his cock, taking him deep. ““Do you know how beautiful it is to watch your body tremble as you come? To know that this cock is making you fall apart? I love that look on your face when you start to cum around my cock. Makes me want to come.”
You shuddered at his words, your skin pinpricking. “I want you to finish wherever you like.”
“My darling, naughty minx. Maybe I should come in your mouth.”
“Yes!” You whined. “Come in my mouth. I want to taste you.”
“Keep that pretty little mouth open to me. Taste yourself when I am fucking that mouth.” Bryan growled. “That pretty little face deserves to get fucked.”
““Oh fuck! I am going to cum,” you warned, the coil in your belly about to explode as you now just focused on your clit.
“Come for me.” Bryan commanded as he pumped his length over and over again. “Tell me who owns your pussy!”
You choked out Bryan’s name as you rubbed yourself to completion. You did not care who around you heard. As you came down, you could hear Bryan breathing deeply, the sound of him stroking his cock. Bryan moaned your name as his hips bucked; his balls felt heavy in his hands. That familiar coil in his gut emerged, signaling his own need for release. Bryan began to stroke himself feverishly, working faster and faster.
“I am on my knees. Finish on my face… on my mouth. Like that time in your office.”
Bryan’s hips jerked forward and he grunted your name as he came all over his hand and his pants. Bryan continued to stroke himself languidly, squeezing out every last bit of cum. With a shuddering sigh, he tried to bring his labored breathing back to normal.
“Oh sir, give me every last drop of your delicious cum. Your little slut loves it.” You purred.
“Fucking Christ, Y/N.” Bryan replied as he grabbed some tissues to clean up. “I ruined my suit. I have court this afternoon.”
“Don’t you have spare?” You asked as you pulled up your panties and straightened yourself up.
“I do, thankfully.”
“Well there you go counselor. Now this was fun, but I really do have to get going. I have so much to do.” You sighed, looking back at your computer.
“Finish that merger darling. I am flying out on the next flight after court.”
if you take requests! i love your writing! maybe a fic about harvey and it’s a little angsty bc of his pride or a miscommunication but then it becomes really fluffy
Regrets and Resolutions
Tumblr media
[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis Sometimes it takes a fight to know what you want, and sometimes what you want is what you need.
WC: 2459
Category: Angst to Fluff, Happy Ending
Angst to fluff is my specialty, so when I saw this request, I got all giddy. However, I do want to apologize for how long it took because it's been like two months and I feel really bad about it 😅🙏
Also miscommunication? Haha more like no communication
『••✎••』
Harvey Specter rarely messes up. For him, it’s always a perfect mix of confidence, arrogance, and planning. It was the one thing you always loved about him. Sure, he could be an ass at times, but the man knew how to work the courtroom, and as he always says, he plays the man, not the role.
You can still remember how it all started. It was a slow summer night, and you both happened to be at the bar that evening. For different reasons, of course.
For him, it was a celebration of a win for his client. Usually, he’d celebrate alone in the office with a bottle of wine, but the world worked in mysterious ways.
For you, it wasn’t a celebration or a happy event for work at all. You were there for a break. It had been an extremely stressful day, and all you wanted to do was drink and think about something other than work.
That was until a drunk man ruined your night.
He had approached you with some words that made your skin crawl and a touch that made you nauseous. You quickly got up to leave, but before you could, he held you down. You tried to push away, but he had a firm grip on your arm, and you couldn't get away from him.
That’s when you felt a set of strong arms pull him off you and into a chair. Your eyes widened, and that feeling in your chest fluttered when you were met with the kindest brown eyes you've ever seen.
They were warm, and even though he was mad, he still looked like he had just woken up from a dream. He looked like a male model. You were completely infatuated.
“You alright, hunny?” His voice was gentle and quiet. His voice was like a lullaby and the only thing you could focus on in the noisy bar.
You didn’t even register the nickname.
It was only when he referred to you as “his wife" that you finally snapped out of it.
You were about to argue back, but he took your hand in his and leaned forward to your ear. His breath was warm, and your body reacted on its own.
To some, it would look like an endearing kiss on the cheek, but in reality, he was only whispering.
“Just play along. Marriage will scare him off faster than anything.” There was humor in his tone, and you could feel the smile in his voice.
You nodded in agreement, not wanting to deal with an uncomfortable situation, and as it turns out, Harvey Specter knows exactly how to get someone to back down.
It took all but a few minutes, and he was able to scare the man away. Afterward, you offered your hand to shake his in thanks, and even though he gave you a charming smile, it was his eyes you were most drawn to.
That night, you were sure you were in love.
Since that night, you found yourself frequently going to that bar and talking to the handsome stranger. You fell in love with the way he always paid attention and asked questions about your life and your work. His words were like a breeze in the summer, making you feel alive and warm. He was so easy to talk to, and you were surprised at how quickly you became comfortable around him.
You would ask each other questions, flirt, and even laugh. Sometimes, you would go out to dinner. Nothing too formal, usually just for sushi and wine, but the night would be perfect.
As the months rolled by, he began to be the best part of your day. Whenever you saw him, it would brighten your day, and whenever he'd smile, it would warm your soul.
But one day, that all changed.
Harvey became colder towards you, and you began to wonder if you had done something wrong. But it was never you. It was always Harvey who started the arguments. It was always Harvey who pushed you away, but never you.
It was a Tuesday evening, and you had just returned from work. You expected the day to be stressful as usual, but nothing could prepare you for what came that evening.
You were about to get a glass of water when Harvey stormed in, tie in hand with a pissed-off look in his eye.
“Hey Harv…” You started, but Harvey cut you off.
"Don’t.” He didn’t even look at you, only shrugging off his coat and tossing it on the hook. “I’m not in the mood.”
He didn't even glance your way before he walked over to the fridge and opened it. He rummaged through the fridge for a few minutes before taking out a beer. He opened the bottle, took a swig, and let out a loud sigh. You stood there awkwardly, unsure of what to do. You wanted to comfort him, but your legs were glued to the floor, unable to move.
"What do you want for dinner? I'm going to order takeout," He said, not even looking at you.
You remained quiet, unsure if you should speak or not.
Harvey didn't speak much more that night. The only words he spoke were asking you what you wanted and when it would be there. But other than that, it was quiet. You ate your takeout in silence and took your bath without saying a word.
In the morning, he was gone before you woke. You assumed he went to work, and when you checked your phone, you were right. He texted you to say that he would be at work all day. It wasn't until that evening that you found out what was going on.
And you didn’t figure it out from him.
Donna. She had told you after you called her for help, asking her why he was acting so strangely.
And thus, the big fight that made Harvey mess up for once. You didn’t mean to blow up at him, but with his constant avoiding and refusal to speak, you got mad.
He thought you were pissed about the dishes and didn't take it seriously at first, but when you began to yell, he realized that wasn't the issue.
"I can’t keep doing this. I know it’s hard for you given how it is at work, but… God, Harvey, I feel like I don't even know you anymore!"
He scoffed and gave you a look you knew too well.
"You can't even spend five seconds with me without snapping or accusing me of something, and that’s not even the worst part," You shook your head and clenched your fists.
Harvey didn’t say anything, only folding his arms and watching you closely.
"You don't talk to me anymore, you don't pay attention, you're just cold." Your eyes stung as you said those words. The reality of it all was just hitting you, and the longer it went on, the worse you felt. "You used to be so sweet, and I used to feel like we were the best team."
“What’re you saying?” Harvey asked, taking a step closer to you.
"I’m saying how I hate that I always have to call Donna and tell her that, 'Harvey’s lashing out again, what happened this time?' when I should be hearing about what's going on from you. But you never open up. You don't tell me how your day is going; you don't tell me how your firm is. I don't know what's wrong. I never know what’s wrong. And when I ask, you either tell me it's nothing or say nothing at all.”
Your voice broke slightly, and you looked away. You couldn't bear to look at Harvey right then. It felt like everything you were saying was a slap in the face to him, and you couldn't stand it. You didn't want to hurt him. You didn't want to be a bad person. You wanted to be good for Harvey. You loved him more than anything, but you couldn't take the pain any longer.
"And now, I just feel like you don't care about me, that you don't love me, that you don't love anything at all. It's like you don't care about anything that I've done for you, that you're just walking away from it all like it doesn't mean anything to you. I can't keep living like this."
You held your tears back, but you didn't say anything else.
You started heading toward the door, not wanting to look at him, but he quickly grabbed your arm and turned you around. He looked like he was going to say something, but before he could, you spoke.
"Just let go.” Your voice was quiet. You couldn't bear to look at him anymore. You tried to pull your arm back, but Harvey wouldn't let go.
"Where are you going?" He asked, and you could hear the pain in his voice. You could tell he wanted to say more, but he couldn't find the words. “I don’t want you to leave.”
“I'm going to think. So, why don’t you do the same and then call Donna and ask her what you should do because she seems to be the only one who knows what's going on with you."
You started heading for the door once again, and when he didn't stop you this time, you pulled your arm out of his grasp.
You could still feel the sting when you woke up the next day, but you were glad it was gone.
After that day, Harvey called you, and you ignored him. Seeing his name pop up on the screen only made you sad, and you didn't know how to deal with that, so you put your phone away, unanswered, and shut him out.
Your parents' house was always open to you, so you spent a few nights there to clear your mind.
As you sat there, watching some crappy romance movie with your family, you only thought about him. The good times. The happy times. The laughs. The smiles. The love.
Harvey always had problems with committing to anything. You knew that before you got together.
You remember all the arguments you had about it. How he would always say everything but the word "love” because he was too scared that you would leave once it was out in the open.
And now, with everything you just went through, you didn't think you would ever forgive yourself if you left. You would never be able to forgive yourself if you abandoned the man you loved, who you knew loved you just as much.
You spent hours debating in your head on if it was worth it. Suppose it was worth fighting for.
And that's when it hit you.
The realization of it all.
He was a lawyer. It's his nature to fight. His nature is to argue and argue until the end. He would never admit defeat or admit defeat was even possible. And you were the person he was willing to fight for and fight for you he would.
The night you decided to go home and face him came faster than you thought. And you didn’t even make it out of your parent's house because he was waiting for you at the front door.
Regret was in those beautiful eyes. He wasn’t in a suit, either. He was in jeans and a T-shirt with a sweater, and he looked so casual but, at the same time, so handsome. You wanted to reach out and touch him, just to see if he was real, but you held yourself back.
You stood there and looked at him, and he looked right back at you. He didn't move, didn't say anything, but his eyes spoke volumes.
And then he finally spoke.
"I messed up," Harvey said quietly, stepping closer to you.
You nodded.
"I should've talked to you sooner, but I was afraid that if I did, you wouldn't understand. I was afraid that you'd look at me the same way as everyone else. I was afraid that you wouldn't love me anymore."
"I never stopped loving you, Harvey," You said quietly, looking up at him. "I just stopped thinking you loved me back."
He took another step closer to you, and before he could say another word, you had your arms wrapped around him. Your body fit against his like it was supposed to be there, and he did the same.
Your foreheads touched, and you looked into his eyes. He looked into yours.
"I love you.”
Your eyes met, and you practically almost burst into tears. You had waited for him to say it for so long.
"I love you so much." He whispered, “And I’m sorry I didn’t show it. I’m sorry I made you doubt that."
You sniffled and nodded. “You know you’re being the most Hallmark cliche ever right now, right?" You let out a small laugh, wiping away a few tears that were escaping you. "Hot lawyer and a tearful confession. All we need now is a dog."
Harvey laughed and looked away for a second. "Don’t forget about the townspeople watching us from their windows and cheering."
“Like who? Donna?”
"Well, I was going to say your parents, but sure. Let's just add Donna." He smiled and kissed the tip of your nose.
"You really do love me, right? And you aren't just saying it for a townsperson's sake?" You asked, your voice trembling slightly.
Harvey put his hands on your waist and looked at you, still smiling.
“I’m saying it for the dog.”
“Harvey.” You gave him a look.
"Alright, alright. I'm saying it for the townspeople. For Donna, if she were here."
“Mhmm... and for yourself?"
Harvey stared into your eyes and gave you the most gentle smile you had ever seen.
"And for you." He whispered.
That was it. That was the moment you knew it was real. You could feel it in your heart, in your bones, and in your very soul.
You kissed him, wrapping your arms around his neck. He pulled you closer to him, and you pressed your body against him.
It felt like time had stopped as the kiss lingered on for what felt like years. His lips moved with yours, and you felt like your soul was leaving your body and going to heaven. It felt like a dream. It was a dream.
And for you, that would be your happy ending.
The world worked in mysterious ways, and so did Harvey Specter. But one thing you learned about Harvey is that he knows exactly how to work the world.
And after that night? He definitely worked it for you.
Synopsis: With Harvey by your side, even with all his quirks, you can’t help but love him.
Category: Mega Fluff
Since I already wrote an argument type of fic, I decided on making it just pure fluff and admiration. Did Laufey and my friend help me with inspiration? Yes, yes they did. Also, happy *extremely late* Valentine’s Day!
『••✎••』
He likes Jazz, but not the kind that everyone knows. He likes the soft stuff, the smooth stuff, the kind that slips into your brain and massages your neurons and makes you think about life. The soothing melodies and the sweet crooning of old-school vocalists are like a drug to him, something that he can't ever really get enough of. The music is so powerful to him that it's even been known to lull him to sleep a time or two.
It’s things like this, the little things you’ve learned over the years about Harvey, like his love for pot roast and how he only watches the Knicks when they’re guaranteed a win. He absolutely hates being handed things, always takes his steak medium rare, and has a special love for black licorice, which you will never understand. It all helps give him his personality his quirks, and you love him for all of them, even if you don't agree with all of his food choices.
Harvey isn’t vocal about his feelings, but that’s not a problem because you know him well enough to tell just how he feels. You know the difference between the smile that is just a smile and the one that reaches his eyes. You know the way that his face goes slack, and his gaze softens when he looks at you. When he’s chewing on a pen, a grin spreading slowly across his face, you know it's because of something you've said or done, and you can't help the swell of pride that accompanies it.
You also know when something is bothering him. There are little clues, but if you catch him rubbing his forehead, it means he's frustrated or stressed, and you can't help but be concerned for his health. When his brows are furrowed, a telltale sign of deep thought, you can't help but worry. It doesn't help that he has the tendency to internalize his worries, never wanting to burden others with his problems, a habit you're trying to get him out of.
The way his fingers dance over his desk, twirling the pen he's holding, means that he's nervous, and you can't help the urge to pull his hands into yours, hold them still, and tell him that everything will be alright.
There are certain things about Harvey that you will never understand, like why he prefers to stay late and work through the night than to go home early or why he insists on getting his suits tailored even though they look amazing on him straight off the rack. But what you do understand is him, the person.
It took time, and it was hard, but you managed to peel back the layers of Harvey Specter, one by one until you had him figured out. There's not a day that goes by that you're not grateful for the fact that you get to spend the rest of your life with him, and the feeling only grows with every day that passes.
You can't imagine spending the rest of your life with anyone else. Waking up in that sleepy daze to see his face next to yours and falling asleep at night wrapped in his arms is the most comfortable and the safest that you've ever felt. Every morning that you open your eyes and see him there, you can't help the smile that stretches your lips and the warmth that fills your chest. You can't help but feel blessed.
It's hard sometimes. You won't lie. There are days when you feel like you're fighting an uphill battle, but in the end, it's all worth it.
You can tell by the look in his eyes when you're lying next to him on the couch that he thinks you're worth the world, and his lips on yours make it feel like the fight is easier than it is.
He doesn’t say it much, but you know. You can feel it in the way he holds you, see it in the way he looks at you, hear it in his voice when he says your name, and you can even smell it on his skin when you nuzzle your face into the crook of his neck.
It's there, in his touch, and that's more than enough for you. Suddenly, you understand what the old jazz greats meant when they sang about love because as long as Harvey is with you, the two of you can weather any storm.
He was your forever valentine, and as long as you're together, you can face the future without fear, and that's all the music you'll ever need.
Christmas War
Tumblr media
[Harvey Specter x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: In what started as a harmless joke, turned into a full obliteration. And it’s all thanks to Harvey.
WC: 2893
Category: Mega Fluff
Since it’s now officially December, I thought I would start the holidays off right with a fluffy Harvey fic. Enjoy.
『••✎••』
Harvey was many things: A partner, a best friend, a family member...But none of those things mattered as much as you did at this moment. You practically glowed like an angel as you slept soundly in his bed, his white button-up shirt laying over your bare chest like a blanket, protecting you from the slight chill that lingered in the apartment.
He felt a little bad, just slightly, for what he was about to do, but the idea was too embedded in his mind now for him to stop. So, he slowly lifted a hand to your arm, gently shaking you awake.
"Mmmm..." you groaned quietly, the sound soft and angelic. It sent a wave of heat through him that he wasn't sure he could handle, but he was determined to see it through.
"Good morning, sleepyhead," He said a little louder, and you finally blinked your eyes open. They were a little cloudy as you looked around in a daze, your mouth slack as you yawned.
"Morning..." You mumbled, blinking as Harvey's shirt slid down your chest a bit more. It took you a moment to register Harvey hovering over you in the dimly lit room, but as soon as you did, you sat up and quickly pulled the shirt through your arms, wearing it like you were supposed to.
That’s when you noticed the small tray in his hands. He had a plate of eggs and toast, some coffee and orange juice, as well as a large bouquet of amaryllis.
"What’s all this?" You asked as you tried to compose yourself. Harvey sat down on the bed next to you, placing the tray between you.
"I made you breakfast." He said simply, smiling a little at you.
"Yeah... I can see that. But why?" You asked, looking between him and the tray. "It's not even 7 o'clock, and I'm sure you haven't even been awake that long..." You glanced at the coffee. "Or had enough coffee to be up before me."
Harvey chuckled and rubbed the back of his head.
"Well, I figured since you’re big on that Christmas stuff, you deserved to have breakfast in bed, with flowers, just like the movies," he smiled and shrugged, "I thought it would be romantic, but if you don't think so... I’ll just..."
“No, no, I like it, I love it... Give it to me." You laughed a little, taking the tray from Harvey.
You picked up the flowers and brought them to your nose, inhaling their sweet scent. Harvey was always doing things like this for you, whether it be helping you with your writing or just spending a quiet night in with a book and some tea. You never felt more at home than when you were with Harvey, and he was always so kind and gentle to you, so it wasn't exactly surprising that he'd be a romantic at heart.
“Oh, Harvey, you shouldn't have..." you smiled at him as you set the flowers down, taking up your toast and a slice of egg.
"Yeah, well, I wanted to," he grinned a bit, "I like making you smile."
You chuckled a little, chewing on your food.
"That's good to hear," you said with your mouth full, "Because I like it when you do."
He gave you a soft smile, and your heart fluttered as he ran a hand through your hair. Soft, gentle fingers as he brushed your bangs aside.
"Good..." He whispered.
You placed your hand on top of his as he brought it down to your cheek, gently stroking it with his thumb as he leaned down to kiss you softly. You smiled against his lips, wrapping your arms around his shoulders as you kissed him back. He pulled back to look at you, his brown eyes glowing as they stared into your own.
"Make sure to have a taste of that coffee while it's hot," he whispered as he rested his forehead on yours, "I made it just how you like it."
Your cheeks were rosy, and your heart was racing. You giggled a little and looked up at him through your lashes, opening your mouth to say something.
But he just shoved the coffee into your hand, taking your fork from you to cut up your eggs for you.
"And have some of this, too," he said as he cut up a piece of toast, "You’re going to need this after that…”
“After what?”
The question seemed so far off, but it was answered when you decided to finally take a sip of the coffee he made you.
You spat it out into the mug, coughing a little as it burned your throat. You wheezed as Harvey patted your back, laughing at you a little.
"What's wrong?!" He asked, sounding concerned, but you knew he wasn’t. He had that mischievous glint in his eye that meant he was up to no good.
You shoved the cup at him, scowling as he took it from your hands.
"I can't believe you..." you coughed, "I thought you were being serious."
Harvey's smile only grew as he sipped his coffee, humming to himself.
"Oh, I am," he said as he leaned down, kissing your cheek, "I think you’re just being a bit… salty."
You groaned in annoyance and tried to get up, but Harvey caught your arms in his hands, pinning you back down in place.
"Salt? Why would you—"
"Because you're always so sweet with your words... I thought it would be nice if you had a taste of what you put out… down there," he smirked, and you couldn't help but blush a bit.
"Harvey! That is so gross," you whined as you covered your face with your hands.
"Mm, yeah, but it's hot."
"Oh, my God..."
He laughed again as he pulled you close to him, and you sighed. You knew he wasn't going to let you leave the bed, so you just gave in to him, snuggling closer as you watched him take another sip of his coffee, the non-tainted one.
The warmth of his body seeped into yours, and the scent of his cologne surrounded you, and you felt at ease with him. He always smelt so good.
Your eyes traveled down his torso, stopping at the bottom of his shirt. You traced the outline of his waistband with your eyes, wanting to move further down, but you stopped yourself.
"You know what, this is war.”
He grinned and sat back, leaning against the headboard.
"Is that so?" He asked, holding out your cup for you to take. "I hope you're prepared to lose, then."
You smacked it away, causing him to laugh at you again, but you held determination in your eyes. You took a moment to compose yourself before you crawled over him, placing a kiss on his lips.
"You underestimate me," you whispered against his mouth, "You haven't seen what I'm capable of..."
"Oh yeah?" he grinned, "Then I guess I should take you down now while I can."
He wrapped his arms around you as you kissed him again, parting your lips as you ran your tongue along his bottom lip. You gasped softly when he pulled you closer; your bodies pressed together as you fell into the mattress, Harvey's body on top of you. The tray was long forgotten as he broke away from your mouth to kiss down your neck and chest, his hands running under the shirt he let you borrow.
You didn’t forget about the salt incident when that morning came to pass, though. The thought of revenge was engrained in the back of your mind that entire week, attempting to come up with the perfect plan—the perfect revenge. You had an idea, but you definitely needed help, so you called the two people who you knew would take every opportunity to ruin Harvey's life if they could...
And then the day came, the day just before Christmas Eve. Harvey, as usual, strolled into the firm, not a care in the world. At least, not until he came upon his office.
“What the hell is…? Donna? What is this?!" Harvey was standing in the doorway of his office, looking at his desk.
The once clean, neat desk was now covered in complete decorations, lights, tinsel, and a bright red bow on his computer. Not to mention how the desk was wrapped in several rolls of shiny, green gift wrap paper.
"A Christmas gift, obviously," Donna said, not even bothering to look up from her paperwork.
He walked inside, and that’s when he realized it wasn’t just his desk. It was everything. The walls were decorated with wrapping paper, some of the framed pictures on the wall had been taken out of their frames, placed into small red boxes and set on top of the filing cabinet. God, even his signed basketballs.
"Donna, what the hell is all this?!" He asked, a hint of panic in his voice.
"I told you. A Christmas gift." She replied as if it was the simplest thing in the world.
"Why?! When did you even—"
“Look at the ceiling; that’s my favorite part. The lights are so pretty!"
He looked up at the ceiling, his eyes wide. It wasn't just tinsel, lights, and wrapping paper.
It was Louis. Everywhere.
Louis’ face covered every inch of the ceiling. His mouth open in a smile with a Santa hat that was photoshopped on his head. It was the worst thing he could think of, and yet, somehow, it was the most impressive thing at the same time. It was a conundrum.
“That one was my idea.” Mike came in with his own grin on his face, taking a bite out of a donut, the red frosting dripping off the side as he held it in his hand.
"…You’re in on this? I can't believe you two..." Harvey dropped his bag to the floor, falling into his chair and just staring at the decorations.
"You do realize what this is, right?" Mike asked, looking up at the ceiling with humor in his eyes.
"This is me being punished,” Harvey sighed. He looked to the door, expecting you to pop out at any minute, but you never did.
Donna smirked a little and looked over at him, "It’s not over yet."
"I have a feeling I'm about to find that out," Harvey mumbled under his breath as she walked out.
"Merry Christmas, Harvey!" Donna called as she left his office, and he could only roll his eyes.
The day passed slowly, and Harvey couldn't take his eyes off Louis, who was smiling down on him all day, even if he was so far away. Every time he tried to do his paperwork, read, or work on a case, Louis' face was just there, staring at him. It was both horrifying and brilliant.
And yet, somehow, he kept going until it was just after 9. He was finishing up his work for the day, just as he normally would. He was almost done, in fact, but he heard the familiar click of Donna's heels coming up to his door. He didn't even have to look up at her to know she had you with her; he could practically hear the giggles.
"Come in," he sighed.
Donna opened the door, holding it open for you to walk in first, and then she shut it behind her, leaving you in the room alone with him.
You were wearing a long, black winter coat that was too large for your small frame, but it looked good on you nonetheless. Your hands were hidden in your pockets as you looked up at him, smiling and biting your lip.
"Merry Christmas, Harvey." You said sweetly, walking over to his desk.
"Yeah, Merry Christmas to you too." He sighed as he leaned back in his chair, taking a look at the clock on his wall. It was also wrapped in your Christmas paper, but this one had snowflakes on it.
“How’d you get Jessica to allow this? She’s usually so strict on this stuff."
You laughed quietly and shrugged your shoulders.
"She liked it. She thought it was a good idea," you bit your lip a little, "It was pretty easy, actually."
"You mean you begged her until she agreed to do this to me?" He smirked.
"That's right. But it was worth it, wasn't it?" You smiled, reaching into your coat pocket. You pulled out a small box of wrapping paper with shiny green bows on it.
"What is that?" He asked, pointing at it.
"I don't know, but I bet it's pretty amazing," you grinned, placing it down on the desk in front of him. “Guess you have to open it and find out."
Harvey slowly leaned forward, taking the box in his hands. He had a feeling he knew what it was before he even unwrapped it, and he could only sigh.
Sure enough, it was exactly what he figured—a small bag of the finest Epstein salt, just for him.
"So, what'd you think?" You asked with a proud grin, and he smiled up at you.
"I think this is the most elaborate, disgusting, amazing thing I've ever seen in my life."
“Just wait til you see the apartment. It's a Christmas wonderland," you laughed as you watched Harvey’s face turn into complete horror.
That face of horror returned the second he unlocked the keys to his apartment. You had taken him there to show him what you did before your dinner reservations, and you knew what was coming.
He opened the door, and you weren't lying. You had decorated every inch of the apartment, using decorations he wouldn't have expected, but you were so thorough that it was like every room had its own theme.
The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and even his bedroom had its own theme of Christmas decorations, and Harvey's jaw nearly hit the floor. You were able to get Mike during the day when he went to see Rachel, and he did the ceilings and walls while you went around all the furniture.
It looked like you were on a Christmas vacation, in fact. There was so much to take in, so much to see, so Harvey walked around in shock, not even bothering to remove his coat or shoes before he did.
"Oh, my God," he whispered, "Oh, my God..."
"Yeah, I know," you giggled as he walked to the kitchen, taking a look in. "We ran out of Louis pictures, though, so it's not as perfect as I wanted it.”
He glanced at you from the corner of his eye, smiling a little as you bit your lip, looking a little bashful.
"All this because of some salty coffee?"
"What can I say, Harvey?" You asked, walking up behind him. "I just can't let something like that go without retaliation."
He turned around to face you, and you had your arms already stretched out, ready to hug him, but he decided to chase you instead.
And once he had you, he wouldn't let you go. His arms were wrapped around you, your face pressed against his chest as he kissed the top of your head, holding you tight.
"I hate you," he whispered into your hair, and you looked up at him.
“I love you too.” You smiled sweetly as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
Unbeknownst to him, though, you had one final surprise that would knock him off his feet.
That night, you were cuddled up in bed with a book, waiting for Harvey to get out of the shower. Once he did and headed towards his side of the bed, you sat up and smiled. The book went out of your hands in a heartbeat.
He wore nothing but a towel around his waist, and his hair was still damp as he went over to his drawer to pull out some pajamas. You watched him quietly, waiting patiently.
"Can you grab me the bottoms on your side of the drawer?" He asked, pulling out his top drawer. His face was quick to turn into a look of confusion as he opened it. "What the—"
You sat up and walked over to him, pressing your finger to his lips as you watched his eyes look down.
His top drawer that consisted his underwear was now completely covered in the Christmas spirit. Every single pair that was in there was wrapped in green, silver, and gold. And to top it all off, that was where all the remaining Louis pictures were hidden.
“You just got Litt up.” You said with a smirk.
His palm pressed against his face as he groaned into it. He was most definitely disappointed in you, but you knew deep down that he was more proud than anything.
"You're evil," he scoffed, turning and lowering his head to look at you, and that look told you everything you needed to know. "but damn are you good.”
"Told you I would win." You chuckled and leaned up, kissing his cheek. “Guess you’ll have to try your luck next year.”
Harvey might always win in the world of law, but in his heart, he knew you always would be the winner when it came to the two of you.
And that was a loss Harvey could live with.
It was about time that I wrote another Mike fic. Enjoy! (You best enjoy this @yoursacredqueenmother)
『••✎••』
Mike looked about ready to explode.
"Mike," you said quietly, reaching out to touch his arm. He was clenching and unclenching his fists at his sides. His breathing was coming out in short, shallow bursts. He was trying to look calm, but the way his lips pressed together and the tension in his jaw was a clear sign that he was not.
You weren't sure what was going to set him off. Maybe it was the stress of the case. Maybe it was the fact that Louis had him doing his dirty work again. Maybe it was a combination of the two.
But when he whirled on you, his blue eyes were dark. You had seen this side of him before, but it was only when Louis was being particularly nasty. It was a side that made him seem a little scary. You didn't think he would ever resort to violence, but the rage that was in his eyes now... you felt a shiver go up your spine.
"Of course, the night I planned to make dinner for you, we only have beer and cheese," he said, his voice rising. "I had a whole menu planned and then I get home and realize that my stupid, idiotic, asshole roommate ate all of the food."
"Hey, don't blame me because you don't know how to lock up the food," the aforementioned asshole said. Trevor was lounging on the couch, a beer in his hand and a half-eaten package of cheese next to him. He took another swig from his bottle and continued. "If you wanted something special, you should have hidden it from me."
That ticked Mike off even more. You saw him take a step forward, like he was going to pounce on Trevor and rip his head off, so you placed your hand on his chest. "Mike, hey, relax. It’s just food.”
"I wanted tonight to be special and then Louis decided to dump all his shit on me, causing me to be late a hour, and now when I come home to relax and make my meal. He devours it!"
"I'm a growing boy. I need sustenance."
"Trevor, you are such a—”
"Mike," you said a little louder, cutting him off. You put both hands on his chest, trying to calm him down. "Calm down, please."
He looked down at you, and his face softened. Some of the color faded from his cheeks, and his fists slowly relaxed. The tension in his jaw released, and his shoulders slumped a little.
"We'll just order pizza or something," you suggested.
"But I wanted tonight to be special," he muttered.
"It's already special," you assured him, smiling up at him.
He still seemed upset, but not quite as ready to murder Trevor. So, you pulled him by the tie, leading him towards the bedroom away from the prying eyes of Trevor — who personally, you thought to be a bit of an ass — and closed the door behind you.
You sat him down on the edge of the bed and crawled behind him to give his tense shoulders a massage. He leaned back into your hands with a sigh.
"Better?"
"A little."
You gave his shoulders a squeeze and placed a kiss at the top of his neck, near his hairline. Then another kiss right below his ear, which caused him to shiver.
"Now?"
"Mmm..."
You trailed kisses down his neck, then back up to his jaw. Your hands ran down his arms, squeezing lightly. His breathing was picking up, and you could feel him relaxing beneath your touch.
"I don’t think the fridge deserved that slam," you murmured against his skin. “You almost broke it in half."
He sighed again. “You’re right, I should’ve slammed Trevor’s head instead.
You let out a small laugh, and you kissed his temple. You moved your hands back up to his shoulders and pushed him down gently, so that his back was on the bed. He looked up at you, his eyes a bit brighter.
"So, Louis had you doing his dirty work, huh?" you asked, climbing onto the bed and straddling his waist. You slowly undid the knot in his tie, letting the silk slide between your fingers.
"Yeah. He always has me doing the boring stuff, and he never gives me credit for it."
"I thought you were technically Harvey's associate."
"I am, but Louis thinks he can order me around because he’s “in charge” of all the associates."
"Hmm, and then I suppose he blamed you for something you didn’t do?"
"Oh, you don’t know the half of it," he grumbled, his face hardening again. You ran your finger over his eyebrows, smoothing the crease between them, and his features relaxed once more.
"Well, you can worry about him tomorrow," you said, tossing the tie aside. You ran your hands over his chest, feeling the solid muscles beneath his shirt. He looked good in a suit, despite the tie he had chosen to wear today. Too tiny for his neck, but he looked handsome, nonetheless.
“I still can’t believe you wanted to make me dinner tonight, though," you teased, grinning down at him. "What's the occasion? It's not my birthday."
"No, but you told me a while back that you missed the home cooked meals back home. So I was going to make dinner, but now there's no food, so I can't, so now I'm a disappointment and a failure… again."
"First of all,” You reached out and smacked him lightly on the arm. He looked up at you in confusion.
"That's for blaming yourself. What did I tell you about doing that?"
"Blame the other guy?"
"No. Now, what did I tell you the last time you started blaming yourself for things?"
He sighed. "That it was okay and I'm human and it's perfectly normal to make mistakes, but I have to learn to not let them get the better of me and to focus on the future."
"Exactly. Now, secondly..."
You leaned down and captured his lips in a slow, gentle kiss. He lifted his hands and placed them on either side of your neck, deepening the kiss. His lips were soft against yours, and you smiled against him.
You pulled away slightly and leaned your forehead against his. "Secondly, when did I say that? I don’t remember talking about that.
"September 13th, around 4 o'clock in the afternoon. We were walking to the museum you wanted to visit, and we stopped to get hot chocolate."
"I—” You sat up, your brow furrowed. You stared down at him, wondering if he was joking, but he looked completely serious.
You knew his photographic memory was amazing, as he bragged about it constantly, but to have him remember a conversation like that so vividly and precisely? And on top of that, to have it stuck in his mind because it was important to you? You felt a surge of affection for him, and your heart swelled.
Mike noticed your look, and his cheeks colored. "What?"
A smile slowly grew on your face, and you shook your head. "You're so sweet."
"Well, I'm not exactly a piece of candy," he joked. "Unless you count Sour Patch Kids, in which case, I'm like, super sour."
"You are not sour," you said, laughing. "You're the sweetest person I know."
"Sweet like cotton candy or sweet like apple pie?"
"Hmm," you pretended to think, placing a finger on your chin. You were trying not to laugh, but the twinkle in his eye was making it hard. "Probably more like apple pie. Sweet enough without the cavities."
"An apple a day keeps the doctor away… well, technically, it would be dentist in this case, but still—"
You cut him off with a kiss, and he pulled you down onto his chest. Your noses bumped together, causing you to both giggle, but it quickly turned into a heated exchange of tongues. You were both breathing heavily, and you could feel the blood rushing through your body, making you feel flushed and hot.
Your hands were on either side of his face, your thumbs rubbing circles into his skin, while his were roaming all over your body, feeling the curve of your back, the slope of your neck, and the softness of your hair. He slid one hand underneath your shirt, and his fingers left a trail of goosebumps as they traveled up your stomach.
He broke the kiss and moved his lips to your neck, where he began nibbling and sucking on the sensitive skin there. You let out a soft moan, and you could feel him smile against you.
He rolled the two of you over, so that he was hovering over you. Those blue eyes stared into yours, and you smiled. His mouth curved up into a smirk, and you thought he’d pull your shirt off or start undoing his belt buckle.
But he did neither. Instead, he leaned close to your ear and whispered,
“Want to skip dinner and order dessert instead?"
You giggled, wrapping your arms around his neck. "Depends on what you're ordering."
"A Trevor free apartment for a few hours," he suggested, waggling his eyebrows. “Maybe some fried Oreos on the side?
You smirked as he pushed your hair back. His hand caressed the side of your face, and his thumb ran across your bottom lip.
"How about an appetizer before we get started on dessert?"
"That's my favorite part," he breathed, lowering his head towards yours. His lips brushed yours, and you closed your eyes, savoring the feeling.
Trevor was definitely an ass, but his eating habits sure did have a silver lining.
And, oh, was it delicious.
