Itsuki waits for the signal to close to cross the crosswalk, just as her mother had taught her years ago. She looks back and the other girl follows her, her eyes fixed on the point where her hands intertwine. Itsuki turns her face so the other doesn't notice her smile and takes her to the ice cream cart.

"What flavor do you like?"

Itsuki directs the question to Fuyu while looking at the menu varieties. Fuyu remains silent which makes Itsuki look up.

"Chocolate?!"

Fuyu looks down at the floor and shakes her head.

"Why not?! Everyone likes chocolate."

Fuyu looks at her and shakes her head again.

"I can’t. I’m allergic."

Itsuki looks at her in surprise and turns the menu over to look for new flavors.

"Strawberry? Lemon? Mango?"

"Mango?! I’ve never tasted mango."

Itsuki returns the menu to the seller, making sure of what to order.

"Two mangoes, please."

Itsuki and Fuyu walk through the square, enjoying their ice cream in a small container.

"Here it is very common to have mango trees, so it is not difficult to prepare ice cream with this flavor."

The two sit on a bench farther away from the passers-by. Fuyu finishes her ice cream and looks around.

Itsuki takes the cup from Fuyu's hand and along with hers, she throws them into a nearby trash can.

"How are you doing in college? If you’re struggling with something, I can help you."

Fuyu shakes her head and looks at her own hands in her lap.

"The matters are quite simple. Thank you."

Itsuki is not surprised by the girl’s response. She had already seen Fuyu in action and knew she would do well in any area of technology she wanted.

"I think I'm the one who should ask for your help."

"Hai!"

Itsuki smiles at the cuteness and gets even closer to the other.

"I’m developing a game for the year-end project. I need someone to test it for me."

Fuyu lifts her face and takes a deep breath as she notices how close they are. Itsuki watches her dilated pupils and is sure they want the same thing. She tilts her head and Fuyu completes the last piece, touching her lips to those of the girl who was full of new experiences.

That I was presenting her with new sensations.

That had filled her most vital organ.
