Fandom and Ship Etiquette

Okay, Y’all! So as the Charmed fandom becomes bigger and more ships are built and joined, I think we all need a refresher on etiquette when it comes to commenting. Not a call out to anyone, but something we could all do with.

1) comments should be clear of put-downs of ships or characters. Whether intended to be an attack or not, we should avoid fighting in the comments of any text post or created content. 

Examples of inappropriate comments:

I hate these two together.

actually, these other characters have better chemistry

I don’t see how anyone could like him/her/them

And don’t just avoid doing this on images that are ship-based. Do this standard rule for all images. This does not mean you cannot support your ship in the comments, but be aware that the content is shared by many. ex. A blogger really liked the scene between Macy and Abby and they created a gifset or uploaded a photo. There may be people who like the scene but do not ship Abby and Macy. 

Appropriate comments would be:

I love their chemistry!

I ship it!

This scene was so good.

See you can still support and love on your ship without having to bring another ship into it.

2) Reblog at will, but leave content you do not like alone. If you disagree with something and want to reblog with your own opinions, feel free to do so, but be civil. If you cannot respond civilly then block and ignore. There is no need to feed trolls or to be trolls. Blocking content is relatively easy. 

3) Tag appropriately. If you are supporting your ship with content or a text post, tag appropriately. if you feel the need to hate on a ship, keep it limited to your tag or blog. Meaning do not rant about how horrible macy x abby, hacy, melkat, etc. is and used those tags. Create an anti-tag that others can block. but honestly IMO lets just not get to that place. I do not think there is any need to create a tag against any ship. Just love yours and forget about what everyone else is doing. 

Basically, that is it. Everyone should still be able to express their opinions, while not offending others if we just all follow these basic rules.  Let's just love what we love and be kind to one another, This is a fandom and a show only survives on the strength of it. Let’s not attempt to tear each other down.

I would like to say to the Charmed fans, that this fanbase has been toxic for weeks

Some people claim that because of this Harry/Macy possibility that the fanbase is becoming toxic, but that’s not true

For a show that has three women of color as the leads, this fanbase has a real race problem

Galvin has been the most hated character on this show since before the midseason finale. He’s been more hated than the actual villain of the season, despite doing nothing wrong, and what he has done wrong is minimal in the sense that he is simply a flawed character, like the rest of the cast. He is the only man of color on the show and the only dark skinned character too, and people have been advocating for his death for weeks. 

I’m well aware that the actor has made problematic comments in the past, and no one is obligated to forgive him, but it’s clear that for some of you (which is upsetting because the fanbase for this show actually seems to be 20 and older) the lines between reality and fiction have blurred and the actor’s mistakes have been used as justification for racist attitudes.

People who disagree with Harry/Macy won’t make this fanbase toxic because it’s been toxic for months.

Summary:

So I need someone to school me and give me an education and or a valid opinion with receipts about why Harry X Macy (Hacy) is valid and non-toxic because truly truly no hate just curious because for me them getting together always seemed to come out of left field for me like season 1 gave no indication of feelings for each other(sure they agreed on a lot of stuff but I mainly always attributed that too them being the most logical over emotional of the foursome) and Macy was hung up on Galvin rightfully so and all of a sudden in the season 2 premiere she's basically having sex dreams about his dark alter ego like TF??? And I feel like both of their story lines only revolve around their romance and not their individual characters anymore they would be decent if written properly unfortunately they're not can someone prove me wrong

The Caine Siblings and Parkerita

Let’s be sure to remember that this is a show about fictional characters and this is my personal opinion on how the shows is going so far. No hate but I’d love to hear other’s opinions on Parkerita (Parker x Maggie) or just the show in general.

My problem is the second season and how they use Parker Caine and Abigael Jameson-Cain. More how the charmed ones react to them both. It’s stupid. I think that was one of my biggest problems, Parker showed real remorse and growth. Abigael showed none. Parker’s demon side acted as an addiction one that he needed most of his life in order to survive even at the risk of a mentally and physically abusive father. We’ve seen him risk dying to resist that relationship and that power because the temptation was too much for him.

I can understand why Maggie would need some space after what happened and couldn’t be around him, even her sisters after the wedding but I don’t know why after forgiving him they’d bring up trying to steal their powers or team up with Abigael. Especially Macy after seeing her deliberately try to put a wedge in her and Harry’s relationship. Abigael has done evil things for sake of power and isn’t sorry about. She only helped them keep the peace because it served her and when it didn’t, it kept her alive. Parker has helped out of the goodness in his heart because he genuinely loves Maggie.

Does it mean Maggie should immediately forgive him? No, because she was traumatized but Parker was under mental and emotional manipulation CAUSED BY ABIGAEL and GODRIC. If he hadn’t eaten that fruit to boost his demon I don’t think he’d act on his jealousy. And he got rid of his demon side as soon as he was released because he had hurt the one he loved, not to mention that even though Maggie and her sisters left him to rot in his sister’s dungeon he still helped her for the greater good.

This sounds like a person battling an addiction with life-threatening repercussions if you stop. It’s like the scene in Catwoman where Laurel Hedear says, “ Stop using it your face disintegrates, keep using it skin like living marble, and you can’t feel a thing.” Expect to stop using your powers you could die because your father already dragged you into the demon world, keep using it and you can lose control and hurt innocent lives.

Parker wanted peace and a happy life with Maggie, Abigael wanted power to stick to her father who never excepted her. Both of them are haunted by him but only one is trying to live a better life. He’s not a villain he’s a victim who doesn’t use his sad life story to make excuses for his actions. Your father trying to kill you is motivation to commit a crime, not an excuse. Where’s the the whole, “Justice now, consequences now. It is so,” moment for Abigael? Seriously? Like she gets nothing!!

It’s not the first time Maggie hasn’t checked on how a situation has affected him. However, even if nothing happened on their wedding night they wouldn’t get married. They both need to grow and deal with the things that happened in their life and their relationship. Parker needs therapy and the charmed ones do too. Right now they need space, they’re not ready for married life. If they ended their relationship as they had in season one, them needing time and space I would be annoyed but I would understand because real relationships take time and so do people.

I didn’t like how he was criminalized and Abigael was the team-up that got away with everything and she just losing her throne. She’s still not sorry and I don’t think she’ll ever be which makes her more of a bad guy than Parker ever will. I think of forgiveness and how good a person is by how much they try to do better, how much they grow and Parker has continued to try even when he fails. Instead of emphasizing that that point they used the episode he featured in to get rid of him and push Maggie with someone else.

I like Jordan Chase, he has has a lot of chemistry with Mags but I don’t believe he’s the one for her. Chemistry or not I feel like he’s only a love rival and she’s with him because he’s cursed and there’s not a lot of options for a witch, a charmed one no less. There are not many people who would stick through everything they went through. Even Galvin didn’t survive. But there’s more history and deeper emotions with Parker than just a curse and I survived witch issues. It’s more than that, it deeper than that. Maggie is his kryptonite, the love of his life, and now the one who got away.

I don’t think we’ve seen the Parker Caine. I don’t think we’ve seen the last of his complicated relationship with Maggie or with the Demon world. I hope Maggie and Parker will have the opportunity to have the relationship they deserve. Right now they need space and the writers to give them a better ending. Maybe some consequences for Abigael too.

“Macy, this one’s a keeper.” 

Macy’s first instinct was to set Summer straight, she and Harry were just friends, but the whole point of bringing him along was to keep Galvin and Summer from thinking she was jealous. So instead, she plastered on a smile and looped her arm around his. 

“He is, isn’t he,” she said, smiling as she looked at Harry. 

Confusion colored his features for a moment, but she raised her eyebrows pointedly and his eyes widened in realization. 

“Yes, well I try,” he said with a casual laugh, his hand falling to take hers, his warm fingers curling around her own. 

“I’ll take this to the refreshments table, you two have fun,” Summer said and walked away. 

Macy made eye contact with Galvin for a moment before he turned to follow Summer. 

Harry dropped her hand the moment they were gone and Macy was surprised to find that she missed the contact. Shaking the thought away, she blew out a breath and let out a shaky laugh. 

“I’m going to blow this for us,” she said, her eyes scanning the room. 

“What are you talking about, you’re doing fine.” 

“I almost told Summer that we’re just friends, but you’re supposed to be my date.” She was rambling, she knew she was, but she couldn’t stop it. 

“Macy,” he said, his tone soothing. “You need to calm down.” 

“I’m trying, but Galvin didn’t even invite me and we have ulterior motives for being here. Excuse me if I’m not entirely comfortable with the supernatural espionage yet.” 

He placed a hand on her shoulder and she met his eyes. He took a deep breath and she followed suit, letting the anxious feelings flow out of her body. 

“You care about Galvin and we’re here because you’re concerned for his safety,” he said slowly, giving her shoulder a squeeze. “Just try to relax and enjoy the party. The moment will present itself for us to get a look at the mark. Okay?”  

Macy nodded and took another deep breath. “Okay.” 

“Good,” he said and took her hand again. “Let’s get a drink, shall we?” 

Macy let him pull her toward the makeshift bar, tightening her hold on his hand as they went.

A few drinks and some really good snacks later, Macy found herself actually enjoying the party. Galvin was an elusive host, but Macy was keeping an eye on him. Harry stayed by her side the whole time as she talked with a few coworkers, his hand on the small of her back or holding her hand. 

She knew it was for appearances, but Macy was enjoying his closeness. Parties were never her thing and this party was complicated. His presence was comforting and greatly appreciated. 

Macy was acutely aware of Summer joining their group, but she tried to ignore her. She was incredibly nice and Macy didn’t want to dislike her, but she was afraid she’d see right through her act if she acknowledged her presence. 

But it seemed that Summer had warmed to her considerably now that she thought Macy was dating someone else. Her coworkers left to take their turn at karaoke, leaving her alone with Harry and Summer. 

They stood in silence, the air around them growing more awkward by the second, before Harry cleared his throat. 

“It’s a lovely party, Summer,” he complimented, nodding around the room. 

Summer grinned. “Thank you, Harry. I wanted Galvin’s birthday to be special.” 

Macy smiled and awkwardly nodded and she felt Harry’s hand slid to the small of her back, reminding her to relax. 

She saw Summer’s eyes follow the movement of Harry’s hand and a knowing look spread over her face. Macy braced herself as Summer opened her mouth, her eyes set on Harry again. 

“I have to admit, seeing you two together came as a surprise,” she started, her eyes shifting to Macy. “Don’t take this the wrong was, but it’s nice to see you’ve moved on.” There was an edge to her statement, but her smile never faltered. 

Heat burned through Macy’s veins and she felt her cheeks warm. Her hand clenched around the cup she was holding. 

“I guess it took me a while to see what was right under my nose,” she said, trying to keep her tone even. 

Harry’s fingers pressed more firmly against her back and she turned to meet his eyes. They almost sparkled in the colorful lights by the makeshift dancefloor. He offered her a small smile and she couldn’t help but return it, the edge of her anger ebbing slightly. 

“You two are too cute together,” Summer said and she touched Macy’s arm. She leaned in to whisper to Macy. “I meant what I said, he’s a keeper.” 

“Thanks,” Macy said and Summer squeezed her arm before walking away to talk to the small group that had gathered by the bar. 

Harry leaned in and asked in a low voice. “What was that about?”

Macy shook her head and downed the rest of the drink in her cup. “Nothing.” 

“Are you alright?” 

“Fine,” she ground out. “We should just go, this was a bad idea.” 

“No it wasn’t and I haven’t seen the mark yet.” He moved his hand from her back and took her hand in his. “Would you like to dance?” 

“What?” 

He started swaying to the beat of the song playing loudly through the speakers. He tried coaxing her to join him, swinging her arm between them. She tried to fight the smile tugging at her lips but he did a little shimmy with his shoulders and she completely lost it. 

A loud laugh bubbled out of her and from the corner of her eye she saw a few heads turn in their direction, but she ignored them. Harry started pulling her toward the crowd dancing closer to the speaker and Macy followed his lead. If it were anyone else she would have turned on her heel and got the hell out of there, but there was something about he hadn’t lead her wrong all night. 

He stopped at the edge of the small crowd and pulled her close, lifting their joined hands over her head and spinning her around. Once she was facing him again, Macy put her free hand on his shoulder while his found the small of her back. 

“Is this okay?” He asked, just loud enough to hear over the pulsing beat of the music. His fingers flexed against her back and he cleared his throat, not meeting her eyes. 

Macy nodded. “Yeah, though I don’t think this is an appropriate song for slow dancing.” 

“Call me old fashioned,” he said with a wink.

She laughed and tightened her grip on his hand. They swayed in time to the music until the song changed to something much slower. Macy recognized it right away and smiled unconsciously stepping closer to Harry. 

She rested her chin on his shoulder before she realized what she was doing. “Sorry,” she said, leaping back. “I don’t know what came over me.” 

“It’s alright,” he assured her, giving her hand a squeeze. “I’m just glad you’ve finally taken my advice to try and relax.” 

“You’re making it easier.” 

“It’s my job.” 

“Accompanying one of your charges on a date that isn’t actually a date is in the Whitelighter handbook?” she asked, raising an eyebrow. 

“Not exactly, but if a demonic entity is trying to get to you or your sisters through Galvin, it is in my handbook to intervene by any means necessary.” His tone was light, but there was a seriousness in his eyes that made Macy’s heart rate speed up. She averted her eyes, focusing on a spot on the wall over his shoulder. 

“Are all Whitelighters like you, or did we just get incredibly lucky to get you?” she asked softly. 

His fingers pressed into her back and she heard his short intake of breath. He was quiet for the rest of the song and Macy started to worry she’d said something wrong, made this awkward like every other relationship in her life. 

But then he leaned in close to her ear and whispered, “I consider myself the lucky one.” 

Heat flushed Macy’s cheeks and she was suddenly acutely aware of everywhere they were touching. The rest of the room faded away in that moment and it was just the two of them. 

His hold on her loosened and he tapped her back. “Macy?” 

“Huh?” 

She leaned back to look him in the eye, but his were focused on something behind her. Macy turned around and followed his line of sight to see Galvin and Summer in the corner. She felt a pang in her chest when she realized they had their hands all over each other, but it didn’t last long. Galvin’s shirt had ridden up and the mark glowed when her eyes landed on it. 

“It’s right there, can you see it?” she said, turning to look at Harry again. 

His eyes were squinted, but he shook his head. “I don’t see anything.” 

“How am I the only one who can see it?” Macy grumbled. 

“I’m not sure, but we’ll figure it out.” It was a promise, sealed with a firm squeeze of her hand. 

“Thanks, Harry.” 

“Any time,” he said, giving her a pat on the back. 

Macy sighed and leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder. “I know I’ve been saying this all night, but I’d really like to go home now.” 

Harry nodded, moving his hand from her back to offer his arm. “Of course.”

“I should really be going,” Harry said from his spot in the armchair. “I have classes in the morning.” 

Macy frowned and sat up on the couch. Maggie and Mel had gone to bed awhile ago, but Harry stuck around for a cup of tea. 

“What’s one more night in the attic?” She shrugged her shoulders in attempt at casual, but her heart was thumping in her chest. 

“That couch is horrendous and I’ve already overstayed my welcome,” he said, pushing himself up from the chair. 

“We can get you a pull out couch,” she offered, wringing her hands in her lap. “Way more comfortable.”

He opened his mouth to say something, but faltered and clasped his hands in front of him. He tilted as he looked at her, his eyes unreadable. Macy wanted to look away, but she just couldn’t. 

“What’s going on?” he asked softly. 

“Nothing,” she denied because she didn’t know why she was so reluctant for him to leave. 

Logically there was no reason for him to stay. He was there in the absence of the Book, but they had the book back and they were more than capable of taking care of themselves. But for some reason, Macy didn’t want him to go. After the party and their talk in the attic, her mind was swimming with confusing thoughts. Thoughts that almost always circled back to her desire to grab Harry by the collar and kiss him senseless. 

But that was completely out of the question, but she still wanted him to stay. Even if it was only one more night. 

He raised an eyebrow and took a step closer to the couch. “Are you sure?” 

“Yes,” she said with a jerky nod. “I, um, I just know Maggie’s going to miss your veganish breakfasts.” 

“Right, well I can orb back over in the morning if it’ll make Maggie happy. But I’d like to get a good night’s rest.” 

“You’re right, I’ll see you in the morning.” She ducked her head and picked at her fingernails.  

She heard him shuffle closer, but didn’t look up until she felt his hand on her shoulder. His eyes were soft when she met them and he squeezed her shoulder with a smile. 

“Goodnight, Macy,” he said softly. His eyes searched her for a moment for he leaned down and kissed the top of her head. 

Macy’s breath caught in her throat and a tingling warmth spread from her head to the rest of her body. 

“Goodnight, Harry,” she whispered, not trusting herself to speak any louder. 

He turned and gathered his bag and coat from where he left them by the door. He glanced over his shoulder and smiled on last time before he snapped his fingers and disappeared. Macy stared at the spot where he stood for a long time while her breathing returned to normal. 

She was being ridiculous, she knew it. Whatever she thought she was feeling for Harry was likely just a result of their recent closeness and her unresolved feelings for Galvin. She’d get over it eventually.

She had to.

Well, I don’t know Shadowhunters like that, but I do know Charmed (2018)!

🔮 The first character I fell in love with: Macy. Well, all three of the girls really. But if I had to choose, I’m going with Macy. She’s a big sis, I’m a big sis. Honestly, her character is who I connected with the most.

🔮 The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Oooh, I’m going with Abigael on this one. I really thought she was going to be one of those one time characters.

🔮 The character everyone else loves that I don’t: Hm... I don’t think I have one.

🔮 The character I love but everyone hates: Ooh, again I don’t think I really have one. In fact, I’m not sure who everyone else hates because I’m not into ‘fandom drama’ like that. But I’ll say I wish Galvin came back. I mean, the dude sacrificed himself! 

🔮 The character I used to love but don’t any longer: I’m going with Harry and Parker on this one. I like them both still, but I’m just not as interested in them as I was before. And Julian. I had a feeling he was going to be a bad guy but it’s just ‘eh’ to me.

🔮 The character I would totally smooch: Maggie. She. Is. Adorable. And Mel! I know I could never break up with her.

🔮 The character I’d want to be: Macy. Well, any of the sisters, but Macy is my first choice. One, I want to be taller. Two, her clothing is something I’d wear. Three, if I had her knowledge in science, high school would have been so much easier. 

🔮 The character I’d slap: Ha ha, I wanted to slap the shiz out of so many characters in the first season. Those characters are Alastor and the Elders. Come second season, I want to throw hands at Godric. So any of them will do.

🔮 A pairing I love: I hate these kind of questions, not because it bugs me. It’s because how I can freaking choose?! My multishipping heart can’t take it. But I recently got into Abigael x Macy. Hm. Gotta get into writing them again.

🔮 A pairing I despise: Oh, honestly, I can’t say I have a pairing I am dead set on hating because while I’ll like a pairing, I just don’t waste my time hating one? But I can say, after all the chaos Harry x Macy through I kinda fell off liking it. Also, Harry x Abigael was just... odd to me. Like I was weirded out. “Another loss huh” the man cackled walking up to the defeated witch who just kicked another one of her dates to the curb; she had her signature pout on, lips coated in cherry red, a piece of hair stuck to her gloss by the wind blowing around her. “Didn’t like your cherry chapstick? Maybe you should bat for the other team.” He wiggles his eyebrows devilishly at her already knowing there was a part of the male anatomy she wasn't willing to give up anytime soon.

Maggie scowled at the man, her eyebrows furrowing together in disgust and confusion, just who the hell was this guy? He was kind of cute if he wasn’t pissing her off. Tall, muscular build brown curly hair and bright blue eyes. He had sort of a babyface that she just wanted to pinch. “Who the hell are you?”

He grinned walking over to her in long strides and offering out his hand to her to which she just stared at, rolling his eyes he let it drop to his side. “I need your help. Well you and your sisters, really. So would you be so kind and invite me inside? It’s a bit chilly.”

“Invite you inside?” she mocked ”What are you? A vampire?”

He snickered. “No, and that’s a myth by the way. Humans told themselves that thinking it would give them a sense of security to keep them safe, that they were in control.” He informed her in a matter of fact tone that made her want to slug him. “Now invite me in.”

She narrowed her eyes at him, not really judging if she could trust him or not. “I don’t even know your name.”

He rolled his eyes. “uh…Gabe.”

“You had to think about it?”

He shrugs. “Hit my head the other day”

“Shouldn’t you go to the hospital?”

“I’m fine, really. Now let me in.” He said sternly, not at all touched by her concern.

Maggie rolled her eyes and opened up the front door stepping inside and leaving it open. It wasn’t exactly the friendliest invite but an invite nonetheless.

“Nice place you got here.” He whistled looking around the room and up the stairs. “Ever play hide and seek in here?”

Maggie shrugged leading him more into the house trying to find the whereabouts of her sisters. “Yeah, when I was like…five.”

“Maggie?” Mel called wandering into the room with Macy on her heels. “I thought you weren’t feeling Jacoby anymore.”

“Oh, I wasn’t.” She assured her, Jacoby was as dull as they come, she’d rather be sent to Tartarus again than entertain the thought of another date with him. “This is Gabe.” She gestured vaguely in his direction, walking towards the couch and plopping down on it.

Macy’s eyes grew wide. “Wow. You leave with a different date and come home with a new one.” She whistles, however noticing Maggie’s hurt look she quickly backtracked. “Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I’m not judging or anything. Kind of jealous actually.” She frowned sitting down beside her sister.

Maggie smiled letting her off the hook. “He’s not a date, I found him outside – apparently he needs our help.”

That perked their interest, Mel gestured towards the couch as she walked motioning for Gabe to join them. “What can we do for you?” She asked once they got settled.

“I’ve seemed to have lost my ring.”

“What do we look like? The police?” Mel scoffed.

“My ring. Cupid’s ring... Cause I’m Cupid.” He deadpanned.

“You don’t look like cupid.”

“Yeah, where’s your diaper? The wings and the bow?” Maggie asked eyeing his person for any hidden wings or arrows.

“Your name is Gabe? Like Gabriel? Cause that’s original.” Macy mocked, causing the other two to giggle.

“Yeah yeah laugh it up.” He grumbled offended. “I lost the diaper after 2 years of age thank you very much. I only get the ability to fly with my ring, and I don’t need a bow. Another stereotype.”

“I don’t believe you.” Maggie who hasn’t had the best luck with love as of late shot at him. Surely if he was indeed who he said he was she would have been happy and in love already.

Gabe rolls his eyes. “So you believe in all these other magical beings and demons and what not but not me?”

Maggie shrugged.

“I mean I wouldn’t believe you’re witches without the pointy hats, brooms, warts and green faces, and yet here I am.”

“Fine, show us something supernatural.” Mel challenged.

Gabe rolled his eyes. “I cant. I lost my ring, a demon stole it. It’s the way I get into people’s hearts, their innermost desires.”

“Still don’t really believe you.” Mel taunted, leaning back in her chair and crossing her arms against her chest. If he didn’t do anything to prove he wasn’t a fraud soon, she was going to call Harry to toss him out.

“I didn’t want it to come to this but…” Gabe rolled his eyes rising to his feet, pointing his finger at Mel. “Bryce in kindergarten, Amanda in 5th grade, Molly your first serious girlfriend – she was a bitch by the way, Niko and Jada the one that ran away.”

Mel pouted looking away from him, but he continued on pointing to Macy next. “William, Cory, and Galvin.”

“Okay I think that’s enough.” Maggie shifted uneasily in her chair watching the wannabe angel stare her down, with a smirk on his handsome face.

“Too bad.” He mocked, starting to list the names off of his finger tips. “Elliot, Danny in 6th Grade, Brian, Kendall, Brian again, Parker, and…” he sent her a cruel smile, obvious payback for mocking him. “Harr-”

“Okay we get it” she shouted cutting him off, but the damage was done by the look her sisters were shooting her. “For the record I didn’t love all of those guys.”

“They all had the potential for you to love them, but the last three? You definitely did.. well do. Especially-“

“What do you need?!”

“So you’re responsible for all our past relationships?” Mel asked after recovering from the information that was revealed about her sister.

Gabe grinned at her. “Last two years give or take. I was the reason you met Nico, I was also the reason she came back into your life.”

“Yeah, Taken.”

He shrugged. “If you love something set it free. Jada was sent to you by another agent because I gave up on you completely, all of you except for Maggie.”

“Lucky me.”

“So you connected Maggie and Har-“

“Can we drop that?” Maggie snapped irritated.

“Good question, Macy, and to answer; no. That was all on her own, we obviously can’t connect them because of the rules – forbidden. Sometimes they just do the job for you.” He explained. “Now will one of you call your Whitelighter so we can get started?”

“We don’t need him. We need to learn how to be independent without Meghan Markle.” Came Maggie’s hasty reply a light blush still coating her cheeks from his accusations.

“Ouch.” Harry called walking down the stairs, a crestfallen look on his face from her comment. “And here I thought we were family.”

“Is that what we’re calling it?” Gabe muttered under his breath.

“You are Har. You’re more than that.” She gave him a reassuring smile, to which he returned.

“In more ways than one.” Gabe snarked receiving a sharp elbow to the ribs for that comment, and for Harry to a acknowledge his presence.

“Are you Maggie’s date?” Harry asked with a raise of his eyebrow as he studied the man. He barely caught a glance of the fellow she left with but he was certain this wasn’t him.

“He wishes.” Maggie snickered.

“You’re not my type, love. Harry on the other hand.” He licked his lips hungrily eyeing the Whitelighter up and down . “Yum.. you know if you don’t- I’ll take him.”

That delivered him a sharper blow, causing him to gasp for air. “Testy. Territorial. I love it.”

“You said you needed the Charmed ones help, Charmed ones require the power of three, keep it up and all you’ll have is the power of two.” She threatened.

“Do That And all the people I helped fall in love are at risk, hate will take over, do you really want that?”

“Well if they really love that person, they can over come your hocus pocus magic. What kind of love is it anyways if they’re under a spell?”

“Parker really did a number on you huh. You used to believe in fairytales.”

“Yeah well…”

“Anyways, the name is Gabe, but you would know me as Cupid.” He grinned smugly holding out a hand for the Whitelighter to shake, Harry gripped it in his own giving it a firm shake, while eyeing him up and down suspiciously.

“Where’s the bow?”

Gabe groaned, reaching up to pinch the bridge of his nose in exasperation, ignoring their teasing and laughter.

Charmed (Reboot) on Netflix!!!

☕️ + macy and harry could be soooo cute in the charmed reboot (I think they already have a better dynamic than piper/leo) and the slow-burn is just killing me lol

I’m gonna have to say disagree actually

I haven’t watched s2. I wasn’t happy with the last half of Charmed and i heard that they were continuing on that route and it didn’t give me any motivation to continue. I probably will one day once it’s available for binge, but in all honesty, I haven’t been a fan of any of the Charmed relationships. I personally wanted the Charmed ones and Harry to be more of sisters + adopted brother. Maybe I’ll change my opinion on Harry x Macy but right now I’m not on board because Macy spent all of season 1 with Galvin and the show jumping immediately to Harry made me not a fan. It felt too rushed for me. Lol you’re slow burn is killing you while I needed a much slower burn.

Wow I guess some people really don't like the idea of Hacy lol. That's okay, and everyone has their own preference. But I wonder what will they do when it's front and center on the show, more than likely next season. It's no longer just wishful thinking by a part of the fandom, but something that is actually going to happen now. It will be hard to ignore then.

Sometimes relationships happen on shows that you don't like or agree with. I feel like they have a right to voice their opinion on not liking a couple. However, under no circumstances is harassment acceptable. Live and let live I say. As long as a relationship isn't abusive or toxic like Galvin x Macy was. However, no matter how bad that relationship got, I didn't send hateful messages or harrass people. I ranted on my own blog and tagged it for the people who didn't want to hear it. There just has to be room for polite disagreement and debate without attacking each other. We can do better than the OUAT fandom.
