i love the funeral portrait with all my heart and im so proud of them they're such a good band and made of such good people and I just want everybody to listen to them because they freaking deserve it so much they've been putting everything they have into this band for 12 years and they finally started gaining traction over the last year or two GO LISTEN TO SUFFOCATE CITY

Hello ! I'm Zoé (30+, she/her) from France and welcome to my Tumblr.

I'm an educator for special need children, and i have -invisible- special needs myself.

I'm also a nerd, a cat worshipper, a manga reader addict, an introvert potato, and a failure of an artist because I'm too busy/lazy to practice.

Sometimes when the brainrot hit, i become obcessed about a subject to a level that scares me, so, i try to hide it, but i often fail.

I'm also a (lazy) keyboard player. I like Metal, Hard Rock, Jazz, Funk and Fusion. An example of a song that depicts my taste in music : Arashi no Saxophone by SNK sound team. Yes, it's instrumental, and yes, i like all the versions. Just listen to the organ line !

I like to draw my favourite characters for the serotonine, so expect my modest sketches from time or another.

My favourite franchises : KOF, SF, FF, AOT, Jojo's, TGCF and other Wuxia comics, The Crow, Castlevania (the games)... And many others I probably forgot.

effects of my weird music taste on my everyday life

so i had a hard-rock/metal phase, and i listened to a lot of system of a down (still do sometimes) and now i have so many vocal stims like uhh i know i have adhd, but like wow this shit got me feeling my neurodivergence O_O

for me, vocal stims used to be like going “wee-oo wee-oo” or rolling my tongue, or occasionally repeating a word that sounds cool until it no longer makes sense as a word lol (vine?? wtf is v i n e? vineveineueieneienhsysbysjajwsj)

now they are much more common and much more loud and annoying. they now consist of me either briefly becoming a cicada, screeching like an unholy goat-dolphin hybrid, or barking like a fucking demonic seal

so yeah i guess that’s what a system of a down obsession does to a mf. rip any chance of me ever being a quiet person again 🫡
