Dark yet having never been shinier without the flashy nightlights in the middle of a concrete jungle known as ‘Fukuoka’, just when the rookie choreographer named ‘Mai Yousei’ or the shady ‘Shuiro’ of OverDrive was relaxing themselves at home after returning from their bustle belated birthday party with their teammates —Out of the electric blue, suddenly without any warning, the whole sources of lights in their house have all gone out by an unknown cause, leaving every inch of their home in the midst of pitch black…

…What is just happening?! Wait, is this a blackout?

Looking around in fidgety, the dancer felt somewhat at loss in the darkness called their own home. Even if they were no doubt at their own place, the darkness from a mysterious blackout has just turned their most familiar place into a maze unknown to them.

However, it was as if something in the electricity wasn’t in a mood to prank this youngest member of Fukuoka’s 2nd team that much since soon Mai then caught a glimpse of some light flickering in her living room.

Approaching closer for investigation, all of sudden, a big bright arrow was showing up on the display screen of digital television which Mai was more than certain that it used to be turned off before. And with its head pointing at the direction of her house’s entrance, The self-proclaiming ‘puppet master’ followed her one and only clue to the door and discovered that there was something delivered at their doorstep.

Resting quietly on the floor, they finally found a present package with a number of miniature birthday cakes and delicious desserts filled inside …Besides, there was a note that came along with it;

“Happy belated Birthday (and maybe your team anniversary??), Yousei-san!

Wish you a nice year onwards, and also as for the gift you have sent me previously; here please have these little gifts I sent you as my thanks —Ah, but please don’t forget that none of them is made to be eaten! They are aroma candles with their sweet scents matching each dessert they take shape after. Therefore, may you enjoy your precious time!

Mai’s eyes feasted on the desserts and candles. It was one thing to receive mini desserts on a belated birthday, But aroma dessert candles? That was truly a surprise.

“Let’s get you little ones up into the room. We can’t have you guys without a proper change of scenery.” Mai spoke aloud, Shuffling the candles around their room and putting a few in the ‘Escape Space.’ Resting on her bed, Their vermilion eyes also captivated on the desserts.

“I’ll save you all for tomorrow, Onii-san and Yuno-chin should taste these.” Mai prompted, Setting them in a small cupboard for safe keeping.

“That was nice of Kanata-san. Miraitabi really is flocking up on popularity, We gotta keep from getting rusty too~!” Mai thought, Heading back downstairs to find her father sitting on the couch.

“Dad, You’ve noticed them haven’t you…?”

Happy 0.5 Anniversary OverDrive! [6 WHOLE MONTHS, FINALLY!!!] I can’t believe it’s been 6 months since these wildcards trampled into the DRB. Formed from a idol band 10 or so years ago to forming Fukuoka’s 2nd rap team in style, What will be the next chapter for these 3 as the stakes are raised and bar is set higher and higher… As their admin, I’m happy these guys turned 0.5 years old. Of course, This anniversary is never complete without requesting/asking either my children or myself anything and…Sending a few gifts? Either way, Thanks to all existing divisions for being solid challengers to these guys. Trust me, It’s quite the handful I tell you… “Ahem, Says the one who forgot my birthday!” I’ve already addressed that Mai. “You could’ve done it sooner than a few days ago, It’s not that hard…” Not you too Eko… “Relax both of you, Give the admin a break. It’s our day to celebrate our anniversary anyway…” I knew you were the true “favourite” Yuno~! Wait a minute-
