Did anyone knew that this Hated Movie was actually based on an Obscure Cartoon?

I've been looking back into one of my Guilty Pleasures of the 2000s with Happily N'Ever After since that Film was a Pure Childhood Gem of Mine.

However, what took Me by surprise when I found out that Happily N'Ever After was originally going to be a Movie Adaptation of Simsala Grimm (A Cartoon which I never really have heard of before) until I started to check out the Original Series by watching a Few Episodes of its FairyTale Adaptations and it's actually really cute I must say with Unique FairyTale designs (despite some rehash models they tend to re-use).

I drew Yoyo & Doc Croc with their Movie Counterparts (Mambo & Munk) because No One ever wanted to draw fanart of these Four Doppelgangers.

I've recently started to love Simsala Grimm but my Heart will always belong to Happily N'Ever After (mainly because of Nostalgia Blindness).

so was anyone gonna tell me granny wolf was given a damn cinched waistline on sight for no reason (there was a reason and we know what for), or was i supposed to suddenly remember that yes he had always been built like that? why is he built like mf hercules??? i am not even kidding ok. this wolf also packs a pair of pretty pecks, he's got the belt, he's got the leg muscles???? and why am i just now realizing how much of a peak design he has upon my latest rewatch of happily n'ever after????? it's clearly been too long since my last rewatch, i have been slacking fghfhgf

Call him Rose from Titanic because he is JACKED. This guy is literally built different. The Roman style granny cape, as well as his sharp features, really sell the warrior like design. Not to mention that Granny was throwing full-blown SWORDS in a darts game!?!? This guy may eat grandma's and little girls in red capes, but he's clearly doing something right.

I've been trying to think of any possible lore for him as to how he got all this strength. I haven't quite figured it out yet, though I have a theory that he's a bit blind, as you probably saw on Slashings blog. Maybe that could have a part in his skills? 🤔 I'm not sure how though. Slashing, what do you think? If you want to answer ^^

2022 for me was just me falling for a bunch of fictional brunettes. This one is voiced by Iron Bull though, so I rest my case.

I'm completely devasted that we haven't got that kind of 4 Horsemen where we would've had 4 Obscure Animated Movies that are also based on Old Obscure Shows (most of which are Cartoons but The Magic Roundabout is Stop-Motion sooo..).

Though on the OTHER Hand, if you'd be one of the People who'd consider "Happily N'Ever After" to be an Adaptation of Simsala Grimm, (then I guess you'd at least consider to be a Fourth One completed) I still believe we would've gotten an Pentalogy of Obscure Adaptational Movies (considering we all know the Tragic Backstory behind the Space Goofs movie).
