I love the hypocrisy of House's "You don't see them raiding hospitals to cart away Auto-Docs or armfuls of prosthetic organs" line so much. Using their disregard for hospitals and the greater good as an insult, as if he cares about those things either.

House is often strategic or manipulative in his phrasing when talking about the more objective threats he's up against, but it's cool how personal these criticisms are. I don't think he's even intentionally being deceptive to the courier here, he just doesn't realize that he's positioning himself in this way.
