Where would you choose to hide out during the Combine Occupation of Earth?

(For the sake of keeping this poll interesting, keep in mind that practically none of these areas are 100% safe, so if you choose Canals or Outlands for Black Mesa East or White Forest respectively, keep in mind that it's practically guaranteed that you will be caught up in the Combine raids that those areas undergo.)

#1: City 17 -You might have your own apartment, but it's unlikely it's even gonna have a door, and heavens forbid Civil Protection decides to raid a block in your neighborhood because that means every other building is probably equally fucked. Could have a decent-ish life if you joined Civil Protection, perhaps.

#2: Canal System -Seems relatively quiet, if you're willing to put up with the odd headcrab shell or helicopter performing a routine sweep. Would probably prove quite a hassle to traverse without transport.

#3: Ravenholm -This place was probably your best bet before it's detection, but now it's practically become a headcrab nest. At least you have plenty of food at your disposal if you know how to cook an alien parasite! You'll probably need a helmet.

#4: Coast -Proximity to Nova Prospekt results in this region having a moderate Combine presence throughout. Still, there seem to be a few pockets of relative quiet if you're capable of staying under the radar. Heavy antlion presence.

#5: Outlands Hard to comment on this area's Combine Presence, since we witness it only after the Citadel's collapse, but it's safe to say the Outlands undergo headcrab shellings and are home to one of the larger antlion nests we've seen. Still, the buildings and infrastructure seem to be impressively intact compared to some other regions.

#6: Quarantine Zone -You are insane and will more than likely fall prey to one of the many examples of xenian fauna infesting this subsection of City 17. It is also quite the hotspot when it comes to Combine activity. If you're itching to be shot, parasitized, eaten, or all of those in that exact order, this is the place for you.
