FALLING SKIES

Falling Skies is an American science fiction post-apocalyptic dramatic television series created by Robert Rodat and executive produced by Steven Spielberg. The series stars Noah Wyle as Tom Mason, a former Boston University history professor who becomes the second-in-command of the 2nd Massachusetts Militia Regiment, a group of civilians and fighters fleeing post-apocalyptic Boston following an alien invasion that devastated the planet six months before the events of season 1.

Falling Skies begins six months after a global invasion by extraterrestrials, where in only days, the invaders neutralized the world's power grid and technology, defeated and largely destroyed all the world's militaries, and killed over 90% of the human population by destroying all of the world's major cities and capitals.

The aliens include mechanical attack drones called "Mechs"; a species of light brown-skinned six-legged beings known as "Skitters" that appear to control the mechs; and a mysterious species known as the Overlords, or "Espheni", presumably the actual engineers of the invasion and the masters of the Skitters. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falling_Skies

Ok, this chapter was so freaking good, my poor Ben, all i wanted to do was to huge him through the whole time :( he deserved it even from his dad, apart from that, when in 5x07 the army took one of his spikes he screamed his lungs out but i mean in 5x08 they took a few more, i'd be traumatized and crying by that time and still he didn't cry or said he was tired of that, he only said he needed to rest, that's NOT ok. Ben is so strong, really, i feel he is going to break down any time soon (we only have 1 chapter left though). So yeah that's how i feel about Ben:( but really he is so strong.
