the "a first touch as smooth and natural as breathing" part seems so familiar, i feel like it was used to describe another team at one point. Lmk if any of yall remember where it's from...kamomedai maybe? nekoma earlier on?

in an attempt to spice up your instagram feed, you decided to try out something you had never done before : an at-home photoshoot. and after hours of scrolling through social media for inspiration, you finally came across a post that caught your eye. it was a perfectly curated picture of a person posing with kiss marks on the exposed parts of their body.

but there was one very obvious problem. you couldn’t place these kiss marks yourself. but you know who can? your always-willing boyfriend, who happens to walk by at that moment and seemingly occupied with his phone in hand. it must be your destiny.

“hey, babe,” you call out.

“hm?”

“can you uhh…kiss me for a—”

“yes.”

“but i didn’t get to fini—”

“doesn’t matter, i heard enough.”

not even 5 minutes later, you find yourself sitting down on the bed to apply red on his lips. after finally getting to explain your vision to him, he seems even more excited to kiss you, evident by the mischievous glint in his eyes. “all done,” you pull away as he presses his lips together, smoothing out the buttery gloss for an even finish before puckering his lips dramatically in your face.

you laugh at his antics before letting him shift you both into a more comfortable position so he can start kissing various parts of your skin. your heartbeat accelerates he starts with your face, smooching your cheeks gently before moving down to your neck.

all the while, you sit there in jittery anticipation with an undeniable flush on your face. the soft music in the background does nothing to calm your nerves. after all, this was different from any of his previous kisses. this time, he was leaving a piece of his love on you, using your lipstick. even though this was just for some photos, it felt so strangely intimate, and you were loving every single second of it.

he places a kiss on your collarbones, and you move to stand up, thinking he’s finally done. but to your pleasant surprise, he pulls you back down, flush against him. his affections get the best of him as he goes further south, leaving kisses on your arms and even going as far as to kiss any other exposed parts of your back and torso. he finally stops after placing one last kiss on your fingers as he pulls back to admire his hard work.

and when you start taking pictures, he’s there watching and assisting you, to the point where he becomes more passionate than you are. and of course, he doesn’t miss the chance to get in frame with you, holding you tightly with that smug smile on his face to let everyone know that you’re his.

when you finally post those gorgeous photos, you gain traction and undoubtedly go viral. and he thinks you and your beautiful self deserve nothing less.

There is nothing Kuroo loves more than coming home to you after a long day of work. There is something indescribable about the feeling he gets when he walks the final steps from his car to the front door, only to see that the light is on. He won’t come home to a dark emptiness, instead he will be greeted with your cheerful voice from the kitchen, pans and utensils clattering, the sound mixing with whichever melodies you have put on in the background. 

If he’s lucky, you won’t even have heard the door open, and he gets to see you dancing along to the music, singing along to the tunes and swaying your hips, leaning over your furnace slightly to check if everything is processing the way you would like. He’d stand in the doorway for a bit, a smile on his face as he loosens his tie and untucks his shirt. He’ll never be able to describe the feeling he gets when he watches you like that, his heart somersaulting, unable to contain all the love he feels for you. 

He usually coughs or makes some other sound, so he doesn’t startle you by calling out your name from the doorframe. The last thing he wants is for you to get a jumpscare while handling hot items on the stove.

His knees grow weak just a little when you turn around to face him, your face lighting up the minute you spot him. How he wishes he could just capture that fraction of a second and burn it into his brain, an image he never wants to forget or take for granted. 

You turn off the heat as you turn away from the task at hand, walking over to him to give him a kiss. His hand finds its place on your side, where it lingers, the kiss never just a short peck. There’s a reason you turn the stove off before you turn to him. 

“Welcome home.” 

Those simple words have such a profound meaning for him, because that’s what it is. Here, holding you, that’s where his home is. It’s wherever you are, wherever he can breathe in your scent and hear your soft giggles as he playfully peppers the softest kisses to the exposed skin of your neck. Home is his favorite place to be.

Searching for old Haikyu fics!

Hello! I am on the hunt for 2 specific fics that I read YEARS ago but can not remember the name of them to save my life. I will try to be a detailed as I can. If you know what fics I'm talking about could you please link them below. They should both be on ao3.

SakuAtsu- Sakusa goes to the country to be a farm hand and ends up staying with the Miya's. This is set post high school but they did play against each other so they do have that background knowledge. Atsumu is deaf. This is a multi chapter fic but it is complete.

YakuLev- Yaku with the help of Kuroo and Kenma are teaching a sheltered Lev how to enjoy life to the fullest. I don't remember much of the entire fic but there is one scene that is absolutely stuck in my head. The 4 of them are driving over a big bridge in a pickup truck, Yaku and Lev stand in the bed of the truck and are screaming for joy. After this Kuroo tells Yaku to not hurt Lev cuz his crush was obvious. This was also multi chapter and finished.
