RESUMEN La Responsabilidad Social (RS) emerge como un hecho muy importante en la era de la globalización y se considera un nuevo modelo de gestión que implementan voluntariamente todas las estructuras tanto públicas y privadas, con el objetivo de abordar problemas sociales y asumir las consecuencias de las acciones desde una perspectiva de sostenibilidad. Para las instituciones públicas, la responsabilidad social es una oportunidad de crecimiento en el ámbito profesional y social, ya que permite a las personas participar en su desarrollo, intercambiar ideas innovadoras y convertirse en la llave que abre puertas a los mercados nacionales e internacionales.

Desde una perspectiva de responsabilidad social, las entidades tanto privadas como gubernamentales pueden desempeñar una función clave en la vida de las personas, no solo como proveedoras de puestos de trabajo y bienestar, sino también como contribuyentes al desarrollo de las comunidades en donde llevan a cabo sus operaciones. En el presente trabajo investigativo se abordan las bases teóricas sobre la Responsabilidad Social Pública, seguido las consideraciones finales y por último se presentan las referencias.

(The International Organization for Standardization, 2010, como se citó en Bazán et al., 2023) Vivimos en un mundo cambiante donde las personas son cada vez más observadoras, analistas y exigentes al momento de mantener una relación estrecha con cualquier organización, la tecnología cada año toma auge, el índice de crecimiento demográfico es más alto, es ahí donde la responsabilidad social en las instituciones se convierte en un medio para que puedan comunicar con ética y transparencia cada uno de sus proyectos. López y Edy (2021) Para las organizaciones el practicar responsabilidad social representa una oportunidad de crecimiento que impulsa al talento humano a gestionar obras sociales que sean de beneficio mutuo para toda la sociedad. (2019, como se citó en Mucha et al., 2024) Tomar en consideración la opinión de quienes integran de alguna forma la organización en el desarrollo de las actividades contribuye al avance, el sentido de pertenencia hará que las personas involucradas se sientan valoradas. Villarreal et al. (2024) Se entiende que la responsabilidad social corporativa es un modelo para las administraciones públicas que se esfuerzan por alcanzar la eficiencia, eficacia y excelencia en los servicios, apostando siempre por una verdadera responsabilidad social societaria.

Después de analizar los puntos claves, es importante destacar que la responsabilidad social consiste en la iniciativa voluntaria que tienen las empresas y las personas de aportar positivamente a la comunidad y al entorno natural. Es una idea que va más allá de cumplir con las leyes, ya que implica responsabilidades morales y éticos en relación con los demás.
