Hiiii!!! Yes, I heard, and I don’t know how any reasonable person could deny it. They’ve said it explicitly several times. They had a whole ass press conference about it weeks ago—which I thought was their official coming out, but apparently it wasn’t because they had to do it again this week. That’s how obtuse people are being. It didn’t even stick the first time.

But even aside from that, how would this be fan service? Tul’s retired from acting and he and Mew have never been paired. There are no fans to service. If this was fake, it would be objectively bad for their careers.

I’m excited for what this means for the industry and I think Mew and Tul can definitely handle any shit that’s thrown at them. (I do wish Tul had better taste in men, but that’s a personal problem.) And I also think Max—who I’m pretty sure has been vocal about having a girlfriend for years, so the levels of delusion here are just wild—is handling it exactly as he should. I saw an interview a week or so ago where they asked him if everything between him and Tul was fake and he said of course not. They love each other, they have always loved each other. They are family.

I wish MewTul well and I hope that these rabid BL fan who think it’s only okay to be gay when it’s fake find a different industry to stan. We’re all gay here.
