Jack or Jessie would just immediately launch into apologies and checking if you're alright 😆 Frantically so. They'd be willing to resume the conversation once you've calmed down, but only if you'll explain why your feelings are hurt first. No topic is worth making your friend cry to them.

Rupan/Rohan, oh boy... this one depends almost entirely on the topic at hand. If it's personal critique that the MC can't take or just a very personal topic — hey, they get it, forget they mentioned it. But R is also very familiar with and spiteful of people who can dish it but can't take it or who use tears to escape conflict. Crying can either trigger massive empathy in them or complete scorn!

Vi is shocked but quickly backpedals and apologizes. They probably don't know exactly why they made you cry but as someone who cries all the time, that's never their intention. They'd feel really bad about it and probably hide from you for a while.

Heidi's face twists into the expression it always does when she unintentionally makes someone cry: confusion, pity, and a hint of disgust. She relents and lets the topic go, but her opinion of you has very openly dropped. She'd talk to you a lot less from then on.

Curt would be more surprised that he didn't realize how upset you were getting until the tears started. His reaction is pretty frosty: dropping the subject, making a half-assed attempt to lighten the mood, then abandoning the conversation completely. He'd talk to you a lot less in the future.
