You don't know what made you say that, but it takes you strength of iron and beyond to suppress your smile when he'd be looking around as if something would come to ground him and his flustered little heart when he heard that.

He would try to speak over the voice of your friend on the line, completely forgetting you're on a call talking with someone. “Babe, what? Wait, i... what was that y/n?”

There's curious blue eyes on you, long tender fingers pulling you closer, cherry red cheeks heated that a certain girl is to blame and most importantly—the shy giddy smile that demands answers.

thinking about how one of the very first things callum does is call something a monster ("take that you marshmallow monster" 1x01) and then again in s3 ("not every day you get attacked by an army of monster soldiers") and again in season 5 ("she saw me zap dark magic monsters!") even after janai reaffirmed that fighting her own corrupted people was a horrible nightmare and then again in s6 ("we can stop a monster that's been terrorizing these elves for generations") when he's primarily concerned about getting the quasar diamonds / slaying the monster for rayla, only for rayla to be the one to challenge him the way his mother had once challenged her husband: "you keep calling it a monster"

saw people hating on Senor Pink and i just-

i don't really care if people don't like him, whether it just be because of the wrong vibes or they just didn't care much about him

but these people were going on about how his backstory was just 'boo hoo, the consequences of my own actions (ﾉД`)' and they didn't find it 'manly' at all

as if that wasn't the whole POINT!

the whole point of his backstory was that he brought it upon himself, that he didn't truly realise what he had until he lost it, that it's because of him that Gimlet is dead and Russian lost everything before her own death. it is his fault, nobody is denying that

if he had been honest with her, maybe Russian would not have left. maybe they would have been happy together, and maybe he'd have been able to leave Doflamingo. if he was able to put her above his life of piracy, if, if, if

his entire backstory is the consequences of his own actions, which is why i was so pressed about people complaining about it. it's perfectly fine to just not like a character, even if you don't have a reason. but to say the reason is because you believe nobody else understood that his backstory was him facing the fact that he brought his tragedy upon himself is-

it's just not it.

we find him manly and admirable because of what he did after. how he made a fool of himself just to see Russian smile, and continued to dress as a baby even after she was gone, because he truly did love her. he's manly because he's working on himself, not because he speaks tough

again, if you don't like him just 'cause, or you didn't care much about him, or you think his design is weird, (although, why the hell are you still watching One Piece if you think his design is weird?), or you just didn't like him, that's fine. that is your opinion.

but hating him because of what his backstory means? because you think Oda meant to portray him as a victim? he was never a victim, and nobody claimed he was. his tragic backstory was his own doing, and that is the point

Okay I LOVEEE the Present Problem episode. Probably my new favorite honestly.

I know this isn't like... That important in the scheme of Imagination Movers being a kids show, but I really enjoy the logic of this episode.

Of course it's fun for the way the movers experiment with problems to be zany. Or unexpected. Even stupid (according to adult logic.)

But this episode was just very straightforward and smart. Even surprised me a few times with the weight of the cookie jar gift and the magnet with the stapler.

And I love that they asked specifically Warehouse Mouse to sniff out the cheese like they didn't just have really good noses all of a sudden. Idk it was probably planned like that bc it was cheese after all but all of the "solutions" were very satisfying.

And Nina's outfit is so cute. 🥺 Yay, Nina Claus. ALSO THE MOVERS AND KNIT KNOTS BONDING WITH GIFTS AHHHH! 🎉

Also also the outro song Holiday Version™ is A BANGER ooohhh I love it. AND DAVE FINALLY GETS A HIGH FIVE YIPPEE!!

I’m in a tf2 head cannon brain rot right now, BUT imagine how FRUSTRATED Scout would be trying to draw Sniper for the first time. I can imagine how frustrated he was trying to draw his STUPID SILLY hat for the first time.
