- on Bambietta's birthday once everyone thought it'd be a genius idea to literally just put a bomb in her cake

- Giselle wanted to be in the cake but they wouldn’t let her (they didn’t understand her genius smh)

-For christmas everyone got each other coal, this wasn’t planned, they all individually thought of it

- Giselle also put a bow on her head and said she was the group’s gift, and only Meni thought it was cute

- Candice once considered showing up entirely wrapped in bows and literally nothing else but she realised that would not help her against the slut allegations so she chose not to

- Christmastime is always the most chaotic for the girls

- Meni is the only one who buys thoughtful gifts

- Giselle once gifted Liltotto a rotting arm

- halloween they usually do nothing for because last time they dressed up bambi and candice argued for hours over who was sexier in their costume

it ended with a group vote which resulted in zero votes for both of them

- for an experiment Giselle once faked her death to see what the others would do and after a week she came back and literally nobody noticed she left

- Meni like… noticed but she wasn’t worried

- Liltotto got a snack stash everyone is aware of but she doesn't know they're aware of it and thinks she's kept it secret

- Giselle keeps taking everything grape and blue raspberry flavored

- Lil plays gacha games, like.. it’s an addiction

- Meninas plays cookie clicker games

- Bambi speed runs anything and everything

- Candice plays yaoi visual novels

- She picks bad routes to see men suffer and plays good routes to giggle when the men kiss

- Giselle does the same but for yuri visual novels

- Giselle plays games like ddlc so often.. like the most fucked up ones you can find.. like you and me and her. And corpse party

     Why is the arabesque penchée [1, 2, 3] Serena's favourite move in ballet? Why something under the adagio umbrella and not a jump or turn?

     While Serena does love turning and jumping, and the rush they bring, there is just something about the movement that she loves. It is not one you can hide any mistakes or imperfections when you are doing it, nor can you accidentally have a stroke of luck still pull it off if something goes wrong. No, it is usually a slow movement that showcases just how much strength, flexibility and grace she has. You need all of them to do it well . It is a move that is usually agreed upon to be very difficult, but breathtaking when done properly, and in her younger years, Serena saw it as a challenge. If she could do that, then she could have a proper chance of making it into a more prestigious company and dance for a living. She spent so much time on her own practicing it so that she can get her leg up to a 180° angle, seeing it as her personal pinnacle for her body.

     Regardless of if it is en pointe or not, when Serena pulls one off, there is this deep sense of accomplishment and pride that other moves do not quite reach.

Idk if i've said this hc before but

Gisel doesn't pronounce "Agreste" correctly. She pronounces the 'e' at the end. It's because of spanish being her first language she reads 'te' and pronounces it the way she would in Spanish.

Therefore, it is always "Ah-gres-te" instead of "Ah-gres"

Which, may be cute, however, she is the only person in their class to pronounce it this way. & It has led to Chloe making fun of her.

it also means should she ever don a mask, it wouldn't be hard for Chat Noir to figure out her identiy.

for giselle, i see her as the (jokingly) mean! gf. I could imagine her in a college! au where she's the popular mean girl who plays with a person's feelings while having fun!! but when it comes to you, she's all soft!! the 'giselle' in her (aka the mean girl ver.) may come out as mean sometimes but aeri is really playfull!! she loves to annoy you to the point you get annoyed (or mad) then she'll just act cute in front of you as a form of apology, hoping you'll forgive her huhu

MINJEONG ; silently, is how she shows her love for you

the quiet gf! agenda is real but shy! minjeong is just too cute T T.

on the other side of karina's affirmation coin, minjeong is a bit different in terms of caring for you. she would be protective and caring (though silently hshs), and often shows her love for you with quality time and acts of service rather than affirmation, but she still is proud to say that she loves you!! she's just too shy to say it often T T.

NINGNING ; clueless but tries her best for you!!

she tries her best to show you her love for you by cooking for you, taking care of you when you're stressed or sick, like minjeong, she just wants to let you know that she loves you as much as you love her!! but... in some cases like cooking, she often messes up hshs

I do !! but you're gonna have to listen to me ramble about canon a bit first, because I'm the number one Disenchanted defender 💖

There's actually nothing in the movie or novel that states Giselle lost her studio, and it lowkey (highkey) confuses me when people say she did. The movie fails to directly mention Andalasia Fashions, sure, but that doesn't automatically mean she lost/sold it ? And in the junior novel, Giselle tells Malvina she plans on opening a new studio in Monroeville (which she eventually does). So, the idea that Giselle gave up her job/stopped working and is nothing more than a stay at home wife/mother simply isn't true. But also, I think it's a bit silly that people are so mad at the possibility she might be a stay at home wife/mother. like why is that so offensive ?? She owned her dress business for ten years, and worked regularly, maybe she just wants a break?

I think a lot of people also forget, or simply missed the line about Sofia's age, but she's only a year old. She needs her mama, and Giselle doesn't have to go back to work yet if she doesn't want to. And Robert definitely makes enough to provide for their family on his own, so she doesn't really need to go back either. It's possible Giselle simply wanted to be home with her baby, and took a longer maternity leave because she could. And I don't really see why that's an issue.

Also, I never see anyone bring up the fact that Giselle is definitely dealing with postpartum depression ?? Like, she's so obviously depressed in the sequel, and you can't convince me that's not at least partially linked to the fact that she recently gave birth. It's possible she just wasn't in the right headspace to return to work yet.

Now, I do wish the movie had kept the line about her new studio in, for sure, and I don't get why it was cut, but at the end of the day, they never once mention Giselle closing it down, or losing it, or selling it, or giving up work completely. In fact, during the opening narration, Giselle is shown sleeping with fabric and sketchbooks around her. So, she could've been working from home, too.

It's also worth mentioning that in the jr. novel, Giselle is shown working in her studio, but she was overworking herself/not finishing until well after midnight, so again, my girl was simply exhausted, and needed a break 🤧

Okay, whew, sorry. Now that that's over, let's dive into my headcanons 🫡

Personally, I headcanon that her pregnancy was pretty hard on her. She was overjoyed, of course, and excited to have her baby, but it was still an exhausting, and overall not very fun pregnancy. I also hc that she ended up needing an emergency C-section, and all of this really took a toll on her mental health. This made the choice to return to work pretty difficult, and Giselle ended up taking a longer maternity leave.

I do think that she tried going back. Giselle tried to do a few days here and there, for a just a few hours, but it wasn't ever easy. Her head (and heart) just wasn't in it, and she eventually goes back on leave.

Then they move to Monroeville. Personally, I think Giselle kept Andalasia Fashions open, because I don't see why she'd close it (and canon never said she did). I think she still owns the business, and left May (Nancy's assistant from the first movie) in charge. I headcanon she and Giselle became really close once they started working together, and May had no issues taking over.

As I mentioned above, Giselle tells Malvina she plans on opening a new studio.

There's no timeline mentioned for when she opens it, but it's mentioned that she eventually opens it right next to Robert's law firm.

As much as I love the movie's ending, I think this ending is really sweet, and I would've love to see it. But I definitely consider it canon, and I have a small fic here (x) where she and Robert discuss opening their places side by side if you want to read 😋

So yeah. I think she's still the owner of Andalasia Fashions, and she definitely stops by, she's not ignoring it, but she regularly works in her new studio, A Fairy-Tale Life.

In short, yes, Giselle stopped working, but that's because she just had a baby, and she was battling with depression. I think she's far too restless to stay away from work forever, but I also don't think she's the kind of person who wants to leave her kids with anyone that isn't family or a close friend. like, she isn't against daycare, of course, but I think Giselle would hate having to leave her baby at a center when she's able to be home herself. and Robert is a pretty successful lawyer. have you seen their apartment ? the director of the first movie said he and Patrick would often joke that he must be a millionaire if he lives in that building/that area. and I don't think Robert is that rich, of course, but I definitely think they're wealthy enough that Giselle can stay home if she wants.

if you started as her friend/groupmate, everyone would be so confused on why you were walking around with a diamond necklace randomly

she would also get matching jewelry as well to signal you were hers

Winter - Physical Touch

winter is not too good with her words either but her body language is more telling

it’s not just physically touching you but she would also do silent acts of service

she loves to give you kisses and likes to watch you squirm when she kisses you in sensitive places

she loves to hug you and bury her small head into your chest or into the crook of your neck

she holds onto your arm and stands semi-behind you if she is nervous or she gives your arm a squeeze if your joking around

she also does this weird yet adorable thing where she bites your shoulder blade

not even hardly, just a little nibble

she looks up at you to look for you reaction, hoping you don’t react badly, almost looking up for validation

at first, you were a bit startled because she bit hardly but the more she did it, you got more used to it and the more softly she would bite

she would always try her hardest to stand next to you during photoshoots, sitting next to you during interviews or lives and even walk next to you at the airport

fans just act like it’s a cute friendship but little do they know it’s sm more..

Ningning - Quality Time/Acts of Service

she loves to take care of you and spend time with you

she loves to pamper you and just talk to you

during breaks, she would book out her schedule just to go places with you (and most of the time just you)

she enjoys spending time with her other members but spending time with you is just more enjoyable

she always dreams of taking you to her family in China and loves to tell you stories from back home

when your sick, she cannot think or focus on anything else but you

she buys you every medicine she can find and makes you a feast of warm food

she gets so worried when you get very sick and goes into a state where she is always on edge

she holds you close and tells you that you will be okay (even if she gets sick herself due to close proximity)

she loves to take you sight-seeing whenever on tour and even gets in trouble if you guys are not back past curfew

Overachiever Tim Drake goes to ballet with Cass and picks it up fast enough that he and Cass are set to perform together in a production of Giselle with Cass as the lead, Giselle, and Tim as Hilarion

YJ has front row tickets and bouquets prepped for both of them

Bruce has front row tickets and a bouquet for Cass, he did not know Tim would be in the production

Alfred also has a ticket and a bouquet for Cass

Jason was off on an outlaws mission but sent flowers for Cass and if he and Tim are on amicable terms and Jason finds out Tim was in the performance too then later Tim might get some alien tech as a congrats present

Dick is there opening night and castigates himself for not knowing Tim was in the show too and having flowers only for Cass, takes both Cass and Tim out to dinner after the show, ditching B who was planning the same but wasn't as quick as Dick to make the invitation since he was trying to rearrange the reservation to make sure there was room for Tim which previously he was not included in Bruce's count. YJ goes with as well since they also had dinner plans prearranged with Cass and Tim and are generous enough to allow Dick to be part of the group since he's making an effort.

Damian, bribed to be on his best behavior, is actually impressed with the dancers' skill and has flowers for no one, ends up left with B and Alfred after the show instead of going to dinner and is upset. Dick gets him out early from school on a different day for lunch to make up for it.

Tim is going to never try out for a production again no matter how much of her share of cookies Cass promises him or how much she makes pouty faces and calls him little brother. He arranges for people to present flowers to every performer at the end of the show. Last thing Gotham needs is a ballet themed rogue who was salty that they weren't satisfactorily appreciated for their talent.

Tim and Cass dancing together is a beloved hc. Usually, I love to see them casually dancing with each other in the kitchen, on Gotham's rooftops, in the Batcave, and in the living room. Them performing on stage together is precious. I hope Alfred got a video of it.

Cass probably purposefully didn't tell Bruce, Dick, and Alfred about Tim as a prank. She purposefully refused to tell Jason (I personally like their relationship to be where she loves Jason, her brother, but also hates his guts cause he murders people. Just sibling-like hatred, though). She only tells Damian about it cause she thinks it would be funny if he knew and she knows that he wouldn't inform the others.

I'm glad YJ is there to support them, though. What food did they end up getting?

chapter six: pretty boy and pretty views

a week at the semester at the sea has just passed.

a week of hell for yn.

from the moment she met haechan he had been a walking tornado of privilege and audacity.

like on thursday, after their chemistry class.

yn was sitting with giselle, waiting for rei to come back from the bathroom.

they were chatting about their upcoming assignments when haechan with his friends swooped in.

“yn.” he announced loudly.

he’s always that loud.

“you forgot your notebook last class.” he said.

yn’s eyes narrowed. she didn’t even own a notebook like the one he was holding out, a glittery monstrosity with her name scrawled on the front in messy handwriting.

she knew exactly what he was doing.

“that’s not mine” she said shortly.

“oh, isn’t it?” he said “maybe it’s jisung’s then. you’ve been looking at him like he’s the answer to every exam question.” he smirked, glancing at jisung behind him, who turned crimson in his feet.

renjun rolled his eyes and mark facepalmed himself.

yn shot haechan a glare, snatched the notebook and shove it into her bag.

“you’re insufferable” she said, close to his face while giselle was burning holes into his face.

“thanks doll” he just said with a wink.

or when on wednesday he decided to crash her lunch.

“mind if I join?” he asked, sliding into the chair next to her before she could say no.

all their friends having a desperate expression on their faces while they try to enjoy their meal.

“i do, actually,” yn said, pushing her tray aside. giselle and rei exchanged knowing glances but didn’t intervene.

haechan ignored her and started eating his lunch.

jaemin decided to step in to try to ease the air.

“anyone else think it’s unfair that jeno aces every class without even trying? like what are u? Einstein?” he said with a smirk, playing with him.

jeno, sitting across from him, grinned sheepishly. “it’s not my fault I’m smart.”

“maybe he could tutor you yn.” haechan said, making the whole table shut down again. “you could use some help.”

yn clenched her fork in her hand. “i’m doing just fine, thanks.”

“sure you are” he teased, leaning closer. “then we can think about better ways to spend your time than studying?”

that’s it.

yh stood abruptly, grabbing her tray. “you’re unbelievable” she said before storming off, leaving the table in complete silence as everyone look at haechan, again.

on friday they had their first dance class.

it was meant to be a lighthearted class and to bring students together.

but for yn, it was another battleground.

“okay, everyone pair up!” the teacher said.

yn’s eyes darted to jisung, who was standing awkwardly in the corner.

as she was about to approach him haechan intercepted her, grabbing her hand.

“looks like it’s you and me again”he said, his grin smug.

“i’d rather dance with a broomstick.” she snapped.

“lucky for you, i’m more fun than a broomstick.”

the lesson was a total disaster. haechan kept stepping on her toes, “accidentally” pulling her too close and twirling her at the wrong moments.

“are you even trying?” she hissed, yanking her hand away after the third misstep.

“not really” he admitted, laughing. “you look too cute when you’re mad.”

and again, yn run away from the class, incapable of being with haechan a second more.

jaemin, partnered with jeno nearby, shook his head.

“he’s crazy, she’s gonna kill him at this point”

jeno just look at his friend, sighing and trying to understand what to do.
