Noelle was creeping into the mayor's office and while looking around for extra Christmas decorations... oh hoh ho ho ho HO.....! (She found the giant red button that says "Eternal Winter" on it)
Apparently someone had tried to cause an eternal winter some few years ago...
And they added the "Eternal Summer" button just in case someone ever pressed the first button again. Anyways, Noelle decided that the eternal winter button would serve as a backup-plan for another day.
