Rating the Norway Womens National Team Euros Players Bunads (traditional dresses)

Disclaimer: I am not from Norway, and do not know anything about the traditions associated with these. If someone wants to tell me, I would love to learn

Celin Bizet- Good apron, and a fancy belt, but there is too much happening on the neck, and I don´t like purple 4/10 

Guro Bergsvand- Very Standard, I like that the bag embroidery matches, Good color choices on the flowers 7/10

Frida Maanum- A bit bland color wise, but the silver is different, I like the spiky shirt. Could use a colorful belt 6/10

Synne Hansen- This is all I could find, but the flowers look nice 6/10

Vilde Bøe Risa- Shiny. I love this picture, but I´m not a fan of purple or the velvet stripes 5/10

Amalie Eikeland- Cute, I like the inside of the vest and the belt, and the way the vest zig-zags 8/10

Lisa Naalsund- Not a great picture, but I can imagine it is good, I like the leaves 7/10

Karina Sævik- Very fancy, I love the blue fabric, and the way the chain laces it up. I wonder how heavy all the metal is. 9/10

Sophie Roman Haug-  This is the best I could do. She is wearing one I promise, can´t you tell? Cute baby anyway 7/10

Guro Reiten- I love the color, and the high neck on the shirt, and the gold on the vest, but the bag doesn't match 8/10

Anna Jøsendal- Cute, similar to Eikelands, but slightly more interesting, especially the edge of the vest 9/10

Julie Blakstad- My favorite I think, but maybe its just because she is so cute. I love the colors and the flowers, and the bag is very cool 10/10

Maria Thorisdottir- She is too icelandic for one of these, so here is this instead 10/10

Elisabeth Terland- Good flowers, similar to Bergsvands but she has a red vest which is a nice touch, I like the scarf 8/10

Tuva Hansen- Excellent, I love the color. The flowers are quite different to everyone else, and the apron is very striking, also she is matching with Vilja so it has to be 10/10

Ingrid Engen- Very similar to Guros, but I like Guro better 7/10

Anja Sønstevold- I couldn´t find her in one either, so here is her and her (pregnant wife?) lady, and a random child, the child´s dress is very nice, and all of it together is 9/10

Maren Mjelde- I love the flowers, they are different, nice and simple. Simba needs one too like Vilja 8/10

Sunniva Skoglund- Incredible, I love the belt and the flowers on the skirt. The embroidery on the shirt is outstanding. Her friends one is very cool too  10/10

Ada Hegerberg- I had to include baby Ada too, its so cute. I love the jackets and the teal vest and bag 10/10 

Adult Ada´s is a bit plain, but she is still matching with her sister 6/10

Guro Pettersen- Similar to the standard ones, but I like the red/orange flowers, especially on the bag 6/10

Aurora Mikalsen- She looks like Ada´s mom, the apron looks musty, but the bag is nice 4/10

Caroline Graham Hansen- She is too cool for a Bunad apparently, as you can tell

Champions League Quarter-Final 1st Leg | 21.03.2017

The UEFA Women's Champions League 'Road to Cardiff' is at the quarter-final stage, which begins on Wednesday 22nd March.

Rosengård v Barcelona

Sweden's Rosengård are in their close season but for a couple of domestic cup ties and have not reached the semi-finals since 2004, under their previous name of Malmö. Hanna Folkesson, Sanne Troelsgaard and Sophie Sundqvist are new signings, while Marta is joined in attack by three-times winner Lotta Schelin.

Barcelona currently sit second behind Atlético de Madrid in La Liga and although they have reached the quarter-finals twice in the previous three seasons, they have yet to make the last four.

Wolfsburg v Lyon

Olympique Lyonnais won on penalties against Wolfsburg in last year's final and the French club taken three of the six most recent trophies, their German opponents winning twice.

Lyon are again on course for the domestic title, seven points ahead of PSG with six games to go, they have won all nine of their fixtures in 2017, the last couple with the help of new US star signing Alex Morgan.

Wolfsburg may have Lena Goessling injured and competition top scorer Zsanett Jakabfi also sidelined but are just two points behind Frauen Bundesliga leaders Turbine Potsdam and on an eleven-game winning streak, with recent cup and league victories over Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich v PSG

This will be Bayern's first epereince of the last eight at the third attempt, while Paris Saint-Germain lost out in the final two years back.

Brazil's Formiga (39) could make her UWCL debut with PSG, who lost 2-0 reverse at Marseille on Saturday and are now only one point above third-placed Montpellier in the league.

Bayern are six points short of the Bundesliga leaders and hampered by a long injury list.

Fortuna v Machester City

Competition debutants Manchester City are the UK's last representatives and face Denmark's Fortuna Hjorring, who made it through after seven successive exits.

Fortuna have added goalkeeper Guro Pettersen and forward Chù Santos ahead of the championship phase of the Danish league, while drawing at home in the cup last week to Brøndby, whom Man City earlier eliminated. City's main acquisition has been reigning FIFA player of the year Carli Lloyd.

The second legs are all on 29th March except for Man City's home tie, which is a day later at the Academy Arena, kick-off 7pm.

The semi-finals are set for 22/23 & 29/30 April, when Rosengård or Barcelona play Bayern Munich or PSG and Fortuna or Man. City meet Wolfsburg or Lyon, with the final then on 1st June at Cardiff City Stadium.
